I had an old dead battery that needed replacement, and Mike was excellent in coming out to replace it. The service was convenient, fast, and friendly, and communication was great throughout the process. He picked up a high quality battery from the store and was on time with the estimate he gave me from our initial call. Highly recommend!
Our 2011 BMW 535i battery was completely dead. It wouldn't hold a charge at all. I called Mobile Auto Clinic and arranged for Mike to come out. He showed up promptly and replaced the battery quickly. No one ever wants to call a tow service, it generally means something has gone wrong, but Mobile Auto Clinic made it as pleasant as a bad situation could be. Mike was also extremely friendly and kind. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
It was a great experience, working with Wellington from the Mobile Auto Clinic he helped me to tow the car to the service station. The truck arrived before time and delivered the car safely to the service station, he even shared the photos after the delivery. It was easy to communicate with the driver and he was very helpful. Highly recommended for the excellent service.
The best tow company in Boston! Maybe even the entire country! We got ourselves into a real pickle when our Tesla broke down in a low clearance, underground garage. Mobile Auto was at the rescue, patiently working to find us when google maps was unclear and then going above and beyond to extract our car out of the garage. Interstate is awesome!! The driver arrived on time. My car was in a busy parking lot with cars trying to get in and out. Jeremy, the driver was calm, professional, and maneuvered my car out of a tight parking space in a quick and timely manner. He brought it back to my house and put it exactly where I wanted it. I would recommend Interstate again and again!
The tech, Kevin, beat the projected arrival time easily, was very understanding and knowledgeable, and took the time to give recommendations for next steps. He is a class act all the way-- a true professional. If my vehicle had to break down again, I'd feel better knowing Kevin and his company were on scene, knowing it'd get done right
Serviceman very courteous, professional & quickly changed the tire. I was told to expect him within 55 min. He was there in less than 10 min & had the tire changed and checked all the air in the other tires.

I got into an accident 50 miles outside of Boston in the pouring rain as part of a multi car collision. I had never been in anything like this before and while I was fine the car would need some body work. The tower, Chris, who came to get me was incredibly nice and professional. He saw how upset I was and was very kind. He also told me how he could help me get back into Boston by using my AAA membership, since he and the company were also a part of AAA, and then processed my paperwork and drove me the hour to Boston. I didn’t have to leave the car at the impound lot which saved me over $200 in what would have been retrieval costs. He chatted with me on the way back but also gave me the space to get on the phone with my bf and parents crying, given how shaken up I was. We got to my apt and he left the car where I asked him to and gave me tips on how to retrieve the towing costs from the insurance company. Also as a lone female at night in a part of town I wasn’t familiar with and driving the hour back to Boston with a stranger, you can imagine how I might feel a little cautious. Chris was professional, kind and so helpful. I hope that management sees this review and offers him a raise or some time off. I tried to offer him money to buy dinner because he had to drive the hour back but he was humble and refused. He’s clearly a very decent and hardworking employee. For this story alone, I would use them again.

I just had an excellent experience with Interstate Towing. The brakes went out unexpectedly on my truck making it non-drivable. Interstate promised to arrive by 8am and driver Matt West arrived early and ready to help. He quickly got my truck loaded and delivered to the repair shop. Matt was super pleasant and handled my truck very carefully when loading and unloading it on the flatbed. Big thanks to Matt and Interstate Towing for a job well done!
The driver was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL!!!!! Couldn’t ask for anyone better! Even gave us a few pointers as to where to go to maybe fix the car or point us in the right direction, extremely extremely helpful, sufficient, and polite!!!
First of all they told me the towing expenses will be $1500 cash. I went ATM and ATM limit was $800 , I told the driver to take me to another ATM but his dispatch told him to bring the truck and trailer to their own lot without telling me the consequences. Next day they drop the bomb me by charging $5018 to release the truck. They scam me so please stay away from them. And may god bless their soul in hell

Unbelievable customer service!!! My driver not only was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but helped me manage my dog who was spooked while trying to navigate the three lane traffic on foot to get into the tow truck! Mike is the guy!! This towing company’s by far the best they towed my bmw which is really low to the ground and they still managed to get up the bed with no scratches nothing. Highly recommend this towing company 100% 5stars

Best experience ever calling a towing company! Car got a flat while on the way to work, pulled over, realized my AAA had expired and called American Towing when they came up as local tow company. Who knew that I was calling the nicest towing company ever! Chatted with the owner who agreed to try the easy solution first so that I could get to work. He came by within 15 minutes and was able to swap out my flat for the spare, and I was on my way. What started out as a stressful morning, turned into a reminder that you never know when a stranger will make your day through their generosity of spirit. Would recommend highly.
The front bumper of my car was being scrapped all the way up onto the towing truck. My car is not on lowering springs. He also wanted me to get inside my own car to align the wheels(I didn't mind helping). But then charge me an extra $20 for a 7 minute drive. I was told $100 over the phone.
Mike is a really awesome guy. His rates are very reasonable. He came within a half an hour to tow the car. He came picked up the keys we sent him a photo of where the car was and he came right back. 5 stars

Francisco came to our rescue at 1:30 am when our car unexpectedly got a flat o. i91 in Chicopee. After picking up our car, He stayed with us while we tried to get an Uber, which we couldn’t do at that hour in Chicopee! Francisco offered to give the three of us and two dogs a ride to a local hotel before dropping off our car at a tire center. He was amazing! Super kind, very professional. Highly recommend.
Jose was very fair with us and took good care of us, even though we didn’t end up using FJR for our tow. It’s easy for towing companies to take advantage of the difficult situation people are in when they need a tow, and I got the opposite treatment from Jose. If everyone at FJR is like him, it’s a great company.
Took em like 5 minutes to get to me and charged way cheaper then im used to. Marcel was my tow truck dude and he was super nice.
My daughter's car was stuck off the highway and they responded quickly. They towed it to our garage 15 miles away and we thought we would have to pay hundreds of dollars but they were very reasonably priced. Would use them again for sure.

Would extremely recommend Ferry Street Towing, I needed their service today and it was super quick to get at where my car was, and also I needed their ride, wich was totally fine, the best thing Cheaper then others, believe me. Driver very communicative and tried to help me suggesting where I could take my car with it needs. Hopefully I don't need Towing anymore ( lol ) but if needs, Ferry St Towing in my contacts. Thank you.
My insurance car recommended me this company, I had to wait three hours for them and then they told me they couldn’t complete the service and before that I called twice to the phone number they have and they never answer
At 5:30pm they told us it would be 90 minutes. Two hours later, we called to check in and they didn't answer. Called our insurance company who booked them, insurance tried to call and they didn't answer for them either. Insurance suggested we give it a bit more time because things can get backed up, so we did, calling every half hour or so to never have them pick up the phone again. At 9pm, they still had not showed or answered the phone, or even bothered to let our insurance know if they were not going to come afterall. The insurance company tried calling them one more time, they didn't pick up, so we called another company. I don't appreciate sitting in the December cold for so long. If Ferry Street had given us an honest estimate, we could have gotten a Lyft home, had dinner and stayed there for a few hours before going back to meet them and been warm in the interim. This place needs to give people realistic estimates, let people know when it's going to be a few hours later, or at least have someone answer the phone reliably.

He was a nice guy take care of my car and good price
out of 5 places i called in worcester they were the only ones that talked to me with courtesy and respect and the rudeness of earlys, pats, boulevard and others, thank you the young lady i spoke to at we towing services.
They towed my car and caused damage in the process, but refused to take responsibility. Terrible customer service—completely unhelpful and dismissive when I brought up the issue. If you care about your vehicle, take your business elsewhere!
We were originally quoted 40 minutes and it took two hours. My wife called after me to get it set up and he upped the price by $20. When I called back he refused to honor the price he gave me. I was also told the driver would give me a ride home. However when he got there, the owner messaged me saying he ‘thought’ I was in the same town as the tow facility when that is not true at all as I told him I was one town over from my current location. So at 930 at night I had to hop out of the tow truck and wait on the side of the road for an Uber.

I dealt with David, towing a huge Class A RV. Everything about this towing job was complicated but David was professional, great at tackling all the challenges and went above and beyond. Needed AAA roadside assistance unfortunately Akiki towing was dispatched through AAA , this was my first experience with them and will definitely be my last! I will always request for AAA not to use them on any future roadside assistance for me. Driver #276-Mark was sent and this guy is all the way bad news. He should not be allowed to deal in public relations on ANY level. Very unprofessional and rude. He never got out the truck to assist with towing my vehicle. Ask me to drive my car to another street, when I clearly told him my car was not drivable. He was very rude, unhelpful and belligerent. He sped off at high speed when I was at the window explaining my car would not move far as he was requesting and nearly ran my foot over. Nonetheless he never towed my car as he was dispatched to do. He then called my cell phone and requested I leave my key as if I would allow him to assist me after that crazy scene. I had to call AAA and request assistance for another driver -Jason- whom came very quickly. Got out tow towed truck ask if the car was able to go in neutral and he towed my car within minutes. not to add he was very professional and efficient. If MARK ever pulls up to assist you good luck! UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least This company’s reputation and business will be compromise as long as he’s employed

Broke down at the Shell station at 6pm. Called Central Mass Towing, his price was totally affordable and he showed up within 15 mins. He asked what was wrong and I explained my truck wouldn't start - he popped the clutch and it started up! I was so relieved it wasn't the engine (it's an old truck). He recommended me to DT Automotive to have it checked out (it still wouldn't start with the key). I dropped my truck and key off (the folks at Lux Auto Plus were so professional and friendly) and called them the next morning. The folks at DT Automotive were incredibly friendly and had already looked at my truck. What I thought was going to be a long, horrible night after a long day at work ended up being not so bad. Thank you for your kindness and help! You have all been added to my contact list!
Great place to get an inspection
I hit black ice in Worcester and totaled my 2001 Acura in December, and Billy sent a guy to help me immediately. We miss his dad Mike a lot, but seeing Sharon and Billy and the family push on and persevere lets us know Big Mike instilled his values into his family. I'm proud to call them our friends.
My car died on the highway 3 hours after I picked it up from the mechanic. I was so distraught and stressed about the fact I would need to tow my car once again but central mass towing arrived within 20 minutes and somehow managed to get my car back to this mechanic that happened to be on a street that was completely blocked off for paving. Mike went above and beyond to help me out financially and emotionally which can make all the difference. I will absolutely use their service again.
Literally called your place 11 times man. The lady said it would be an hour or 2 before someone can get out to shell gas station in auburn and if I do remember your place is only 3 mins down the road!! Granted it was 11 at night but me and my brother were stuck out there till 2am still with no call!? Fast service? Yea maybe during the day! But what about people at night. Thanks but no thanks.

Captain Mike Murphy is a professional in every aspect of the word. He has always been there for us when we called and arrived promptly. A Seatow membership is worth your boats weight in gold. I feel more comfortable taking my friends and family out knowing that if something happens (and things often do while boating), the guys at Seatow Boston are there to help.
Used once in 12 years service was great it would be 5 star except for the 50$ rise this year.
Sea Tow are great when you need them and I did! Hit a sandbar badly and ripped my prop off.. They got there in about 20 minutes and had us at the dock in no time. Thank you!

This company responded to a AAA call I placed. The driver Norman was awesome. Very quick to respond, friendly, and got me back on the road ASAP. I would definitely bring by business back to Watertown Towing.
First time using them and I will never turn back. Had my truck die on the 5th floor of a parking garage and they arrived on scene with a tow truck in 15 minutes and had me out in 30. Exceptional work fixing the vehicle as well and was affordable and quick (2 days between Easter and Presidents’ Day). Miguel, Aya and the rest of the team should be your go to!
Last night James came and tried to get a spark thru my dead starter. Tried hard but it was dead. AAA was texting me that they were still trying to get someone to accept my long tow, 150 miles to Saratoga NY area. James said he would do it. I was agitated and annoyed with my situation but James was polite and professional and I felt better each hour until we arrived. The car arrived intact (excepting the starter) and I was in my home. I felt lucky that Watertown Towing had accepted my AAA call.

Sold me a DANGEROUS p.o.s. car that was never even put in his name so when I got pulled over no names matched anything they towed it and I lost that car too. Martinez Towing did an amazing job with my car. I was having issues with my battery and it shut down on me by the highway and I was worried I'd get hit but they arrived fast and on time. One of the drivers made sure I was safe while he figured out the issue. They towed my car to the nearest mechanic and when everything was done the bill came out a lot less than expected! Needed some roadside and EJW was the only company available at the time. The driver arrived 10 minutes sooner than expected. He got the car of the flatbed and we were on our way within 15 mins. Definitely keeping this one stored in my phone in case of another emergency.
If there was less than one Star, that's what I would give. At 11:30 this morning our insurance company set us up with these losers for a jump. We were told by 1:46 pm they could get to us. Because I was trying to get to my infant daughter in the hospital, i called to see if they could get to us sooner. Someone answered and told me "No." and that the only reason we got the 1:46 slot was because someone canceled. So I waited. And waited. And waited. No one showed by 2:05 pm, so I called again but now no one was answering. I called my insurance roadside assistance and they said everyone was slammed but these guys would be there by 3:17 pm. Guess what. No show. And not answering the phone. 5 hours have passed. My kid is in a hospital bed and no one could be bothered to show up or even call or answer MY calls. We decided to call someone else and within 15 minutes he was here. Car jumped and I am on my way to the hospital. Thanks for nothing. Poor poor business practices. Shame on you EJW.

My car broke down on Mass pike today and the driver brought my car to the house, looked like he was filling out some paperwork so i didn’t bother him. I moved my daughter’s car in the back of the house so he had room to pull in but he didn’t. He just left with my car on his truck. No call, no text, he just left. I had arranged for my mechanic to come and check out my car which I need for work for Monday morning one hour away. I work in healthcare and people rely on me to show up, I’m extremely disappointed with the service!

My 8 month pregnant niece was in a car accident the police had her car towed here. The person working at the time was nice & helpful enough & told us the car was drivable. I followed as we headed back. We had to pull over because the brake line was gone completely. My had to follow me in the vehicle for the duration in case she could not stop so the car would only hit me! Way to go guys!!

Let me start by saying Triple AAA is horrible and G&J Towing saved my life. I was stuck on 95 N freeway and neither police or road service wanted to help without a very high cost towing. I found G&J towing - professional reliable - great value. He showed up at 3 am and suggested even a closer drop of LG place that could probably have the service I needed. He even checked in with me the next day. Highly recommended Thank you sir for being there for me
Was told twice a price with taxes and fees to get the car back. We get there to get the car and not only is the car not at that location they didn't tell us that they also charge a lot fee for us to get it at the lot that it was at which was in Lynn they made us go to Revere to pay it when I asked the guy why didn't you tell us that over the phone when we called the two times that we called the guy told us that it didn't matter because we still had to go there to pay to get the car well yeah it does matter because I didn't go there with cash in hand I intended to use my credit card and we should have known where the car was they could have told us when you have to come here and pay for it and then go to get it there and they should have told us the lot fee which was $100 more than what they quoted us so their business to me was horrible the guy was rude and a jerk

Was driving down route 1 today and nearly got run off the road from one of these trucks. They were weaving between lanes and going faster than it should given its size. I couldn't see its license plate or I would have called the office to report it.
Warning. Make sure you ask G J Towing to disclose all their fees for all the services before you hire them. I was told it would cost $125 to pick up a car in a nearby area and hold the car overnight for an auction house to pick up the next day, which i paid up front. The next day, they wanted an additional $160 to release the car!!! 35 a calendar day to store it and a $90 GATE FEE. All total: $285. I had to pay or they would hold the car and charge $35 a day more. I work all over the nation hiring 3-5 tow companies a day and NEVER heard or paid any gate fee. I guess they exist but gee, WHAT FOR? THE GATE? WHAT DOES IT DO?? OPEN/CLOSE? FYI: National average for a tow is: $75 - $100 to pick up, 3-5 per mile, and 10-25 a day storage. AND DON'T LET THE GATE HIT YOU ON THE WAY OUT.

Professional courteous service. Very quick response time for towing needs. Family owned business with a great community rapport. Conveniently located off rte 20 in Shrewsbury. Your vehicle is safely stored behind very large locked gates, so should anyone attempt to tamper with your vehicle outside of hours, it would be visible from the very busy streets around the location. Since this is a full service gas station, I asked the attendant to fill my tank with premium fuel (as recommended by the manufacturer). After he was finished filling the tank and handed me the receipt, I noticed it showed the price for regular gasoline. When I asked him if he had used premium, he said no. I told him that my vehicle uses premium gasoline. He looked at the gas cap and saw that I was correct and laughed. While he admitted that I was right, he offered no apology. I drive a $120K vehicle. The last thing I need is for something to go wrong due to this gas station's negligence. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this establishment ever again.
I was sent this company for a roadside assistance. They called to say they would be there in 30 to 45 minutes and my husband told them the car was at a dealership and needed to be sent to another dealership They said they couldn’t take the car off the lot and my husband told him he had the keys and he would move the car to the street. They agreed, about 30 minutes goes by and they still hadn’t moved from the location. They called back and said they weren’t coming to get it. They would come tomorrow because they can’t move the car off a lot while it’s closed. I explained to them that my husband was there and already moved the car to the street. They said OK they would notify the driver. I got a text saying the driver was there and there location was no longer available for us to see. My husband called back they said they were too busy and we were too far they wouldn’t be coming! How rude how unprofessional. It’s literally your job!!! It looks to me like they accepted the tow and are still trying to get paid for it. I will be making A complaint with AAA
I went to an appointment and came out and couldn't start my car, so I called AAA. First AAA sent a battery guy who determined that it was my starter, not the battery, so I called again for a tow. I was 30 miles away from home and wanted my car to be towed to an auto shop in my town. Pro-Tech Towing and Recovery arrived before the ETA that AAA had given me. Kyle, the tow truck operator, first tried to start my car, but was unable to, so he towed my car to my mechanic and then drove me home, a few blocks farther. As soon as I got home, I realized that I had left my house key (which was on a different ring than my car key) and couldn't get into my house. (I couldn't walk back because I have a problem with my foot.) By this time, it was beginning to get dark and the auto shop was closed. I told Kyle not to worry and that I'd call a friend and go back for my key when the auto shop opened in the morning. He drove away, but came back about 10 minutes later with my house key, UNASKED. This turned out to be a lifesaver for me because my neighbors were away and I didn't have many local friends' numbers on my phone, which by this time didn't have much charge left anyway. I was never so impressed in my life! This was by far the best towing experience of my life! Highly recommended.
Had this company towing my car after a flat tire in April. They picked up the phone and sent someone which I appreciate. What is weird is that on the call they said $150 fee plus $7.50 per mile, but when the truck driver got here, he asked for $199 start fee and $7.50 per mile. Been waiting in the cold for long I didn't want to argue, but asked him to give me a receipt, which he was reluctant to, after I asked again, he said he'll leave it in my car when he drops off my car, which I didn't find. Recently saw another towing business(Watertown Towing) in action, got curious and asked about their price, confirmed that I was definitely screwed.
After spending 3 hours waiting in NH on another tow service through AAA a pro tech driver pulled up to drop off a different car. After explaining my situation the driver called his boss and told me to call back AAA and chance my tow to them. After going back and forth with multiple phone calls the tech was extremely patient, taking, and making multiple phone calls to help me out. He was a pleasure to work with a great help to me in my time of need. 10/10 would recommend to a friend

Rapid Response was great and very helpful when they arrived to my vehicle. The Service man loaded my Ford Flex on the truck very skillful and took pictures of the vehicle to document any pre-trip damages, I thought thar was very thorough. I felt my car was in good hands.
Needed roadside assistance and a tow from Geico since the suspension in the rear of my car broke. Was given a ETA of 12:10am and they were called at 10:30pm. They never showed up and I was gonna leave my keys and car in a parking lot. Don’t recommend them at all, took forever and wasted my time waiting. So much for rapid response
Had to get my white audi convertible towed from geico and rapid response came! Definitely was within the range of the ETA, "J" an awesome gentleman was prompt and professional, even when the original mechanic wasn't able to do Audi's, they were more than awesome to go to a different location. Engine gave out in my Subaru today. Called Rapid Response as I have always seen their trucks driving around Medford. Figured they would have a fast response time. When I called, the dispatcher asked me if I had called my roadside assistance first. I informed him I didn't have any but thanked him for Asking. Within 10 minutes I had a flatbed to my location and it was a very pleasant ride to the shop where I dropped my car off. I'd highly recommend Rapid Response. They were extremely professional and prompt. Can't ask for much more.

Absolutely terrible experience. My car was illegally towed from my own residence in Woburn, even though my valid, paid resident parking sticker was clearly visible in the window. I was forced to take an Uber all the way to Dorchester just to retrieve it — only to be told I had to pay $300 in cash to get my own car back. No explanation, no accountability, just rude and unprofessional behavior from start to finish. This feels like blatant extortion, not a legitimate towing service. They prey on people who have no choice but to pay. If I could give zero stars, I would. Stay far away from Always Open Towing — they operate without integrity or respect for the law.
They towed my car Sunday even though my mother (the resident) clearly signed the form and I was clearly in the visitors space. Next they told me I would receive a receipt after accepting “cash only” for 200 dollars. This was on Sunday, and today is Tuesday, still no receipt despite texting twice asking for it. Lastly they ruined my muffler during the tow and now it’s loud and loose. The fact that they will not provide a receipt to me for my 200 dollar payment smells extremely scammy. I’m thinking the ITS should jump in on this. They may find lots of money not being reported. Hmmmmm… Run my receipt Always Open Towing!

Terrible towing company
My experience with this towing company was by far the most unprofessional and unorganized experience I’ve had with any company in Worcester. I had to call them three times after they told me they didn’t have my car and to call every other company in Worcester before they finally realized that they had booked my car under the wrong name and model and they do have it. My father and I were both told on separate occasions that someone would be at their place at 7AM so my mother and I took a cab and were there waiting at 6:55am. I called them to ask when someone would be there and they said the person who ran that office is on vacation and they would have someone on the way soon. One hour later outside in the cold rain/snow no one had came. When we called they said no one was coming. We asked if they were going to inform us of that or if they were going to leave us waiting outside and the woman replied that she didn’t know our names or numbers so they weren’t going to say anything. As if the numbers that we had called on 4 times in the last hour were not in the phone system at that time. My father then asked if we could just receive a phone call when someone is going to be there because we need the car and she said that wasn’t normal protocol…I hope none of this was normal protocol and they could simply make an exception so my father explained they could either call us when someone was available at the office or he was gonna call every 20 minutes and the woman hung up on him. When you work in a business that has a heavy portion of customer service it is the company’s job to go above and beyond to make sure they are accommodating especially when they had already messed up so badly. My mother and I took a cab and were stranded in front of the office outside for over and hour simply because they told both me and my father someone would be there at 7am. I am not an unreasonable person but the way this was handled was beyond unprofessional and disrespectful. They messed up and instead of being apologetic and graceful they were disrespectful and rude. I would not recommend this towing place, save yourself some trouble and go anywhere else because they don’t care how they treat you and will leave you waiting in the cold.
The gentleman who towed my car was very nice and tried to help me before he towed my vehicle. I would definitely use them again if need be in the future. Quick response time when others wouldn't come.

David was super friendly from the time he stepped out of his truck, to the time he left with my car on his flatbed. He was courteous, professional and treated my car like he'd treat his own. Towing a car is already stressful enough, but he made it stress free for me and I want to share this very positive experience! Keep up the great work David!
I originally called AAA for help because I accidentally locked my keys in my car during a downpour. The first guy came, couldn’t get into the car, and marked the job as complete without helping. I was so frustrated. Then I called directly to get a quote, and the woman I spoke with was amazing !!! as soon as I explained what happened, she sent someone right out. I’ve honestly never experienced customer service this good. Doug, the tow truck driver, was professional, fast, and so kind, especially given the weather. I’m super grateful for how quickly and kindly they handled everything. Highly recommend this company…….. they really go above and beyond!

This place is AWFUL. Called at 4am after an accident and spoke to a young man who had attitude because I didn't know if the police had given him contact info. Rudest customer service I've ever seen and it didn't stop there. The lady working at desk 3 with the terrible attitude needs a reality check and she's lucky I didn't give it to her. No compassion or respect for anyone. You'd think if you'd just been in your first car accident you'd be met with someone who is kind understanding and patient. I guess that's way too much to ask. Asked to simply get something out of the car that had been towed and was met with rudeness and unnecessary information about his insurance. I didn't ask for any of that information, we didn't need it as we were already in contact with the insurance. Only showed insurance information because that's what we were told they needed for him to retrieve anything out of the car. Didn't need nor ask about coverage but thanks for letting us know and then asking if he was at fault after the fact you let us know our insurance didn't cover it. He was not at fault by the way so that changes things doesn't it? Thanks for the info we never needed. It's a problem when you have to tell staff that attitude is not necessary. Someone better put these people in check and let them know there's other jobs out there hiring that don't have to do with customer service and maybe someone higher up should say something to the rude staff instead of sitting around letting it happen. Will never recommend this place and would have never been an option if it weren't for the police calling them for a tow from the accident.
Nobody cares about their contract with the city of Springfield. They need to learn how to drive on the road to follow the rules of the road they have. They definitely almost hit me and my child on the I 291 highway.
These people are thieves, they towed my truck and they didn't even call my company after towing till I went to grab my license, that's when I found out. $1851 .10 for bobtail. 12 miles total. I found out 1 signal light was not working they were busy denying that they didn't touch it. Have been towed before for 20 miles with a loaded trailer for $800. Don't even truck to bother calling them if u break down. They're crooks cowards
CJs team was great to us when our car was stolen and then recovered in a chase by Mass State Police.
CJ's towed my car after an incident. They explained to me how I could be reimbursed for the cost through AAA. The tow truck driver was quick to get the car out and on the trailer. CJ's has always done an awesome job every time I have used them. I saw some complaints about customer service but I experienced amazing customer service. CJ's made the whole process smooth and stress free given the circumstance.

This past mother's day around 9 pm They put my car up on the tow truck when it was parked in front of my home. (Parked there for approximately 4 minutes after bringing it down from the garage) Ayers has ~no authorization~ to tow cars in front of my building and that has been confirmed with my property manager. The young kid working for them just wanted to make some extra money so he tried to do an illegal tow. He then said they didn't take cards only cash so my boyfriend had to helplessly borrow money from a neighbor (he didn't have any cash at the moment) just to get our car off the truck or else he would've taken it... He also didn't give us a receipt (how convenient). Our property staff has contacted them but this has been a problem and nothing got resolved for us. We are now out $100 and afraid to park in front of our home to bring groceries up. Thanks Ayers!
All of the other reviews reporting that their car was towed for absolutely no reason or “illegal” parking is 100% correct. The towing side of this company literally have people just driving around looking for cars to tow to make more money. They towed my car from an apartment complex on a Sunday claiming “management” called them, but when I spoke to the apartment complex management they had no idea a car had even been towed and told me where I was parked was completely legal. The apartment complex management then spent the next 45 minutes with me trying to figure out where my car was, which they should not have to do. How do you tow a car and not even let the property know? Extremely unprofessional and unethical.

They are very very rudes and slow, they don't know how to solve anything and the owner called Luciano is not capable of solving problems, he tries to make money from people by evading calls. I called 16 times and he ignored, demonstrating that the company is terrible and has horrible owner, as well as employees who are completely unprepared to deal with situations. I would never recommend this to anyone, and I feel sorry for anyone who needs to resolve something with them, as they only think about taking all your money. Definitely disgusted with this company, disgusted with the owner and disgusted with the employees.

My elderly mother called because she thought somebody was in her parking spot. It was her mistake not knowing exactly which spot it was, but the person on the phone was practically screaming at her. I understand you are working at 11 PM and it might not be where you want to be but screaming at an elderly woman over the phone seems excessive.
They’re absolutely horrible and don’t care to fix their errors. They illegally towed my legally parked car with its permit sticker displayed. I called and they acted like I was irrationally upset and it was not a big deal. I got there after they said they’d have it ready and I had to wait another 25 minutes for them to do whatever else. I have lost over 3hrs of work and a $17 Uber because of their tow happy idiocy. But the best part was when they informed me I would not have to pay anything like they were doing ME a favor. Yes! THANK YOU for not charging me for your screw up. If anyone should n be paying anything it should be them compensating me for the time I lost at work. Edit to reply: “we only tow when directed” yes if there’s no permit WHICH I HAD. Yall screwed up and didn’t even bother to look. “We worked hard to ensure there was no charge.” No you didn’t. Yall knew yall screwed up and gave me back my car which I would’ve reported stolen and taken you to court if you thought I was going to pay a dime for your tow drivers stupidity and inability to see a big red LEGAL permit in the window. After all of this you still post some nonsense as a response. How ridiculous. It’s asinine businesses like this can do whatever they want with no consequences. Never mind the fact you STILL can’t manage to apologize for illegally and improperly towing my legally parked vehicle. How disgusting.
Your team is garbage, you have no respect because your guy didn't let me film my car. You broke my exhaust, broke my bumper, burst my airbags, and still didn't let me film my completely destroyed car. They NEVER fixed my vehicle, after they asked me to re-write my review to give them a better one and they would fix my vehicle, they never did, they sent me down to have my vehicle looked at and after that they never returned my phone calls... this happened over 9 months ago

Horrible experience here! After a car crash car was towed here, after going through all hospital and figuring where the car ended, came here to figure out how to take the car out, first person that took care of me was really nice and understanding of the situation (tried to help-sorry don’t remember her name) but after that there were 2 others that make the situation worst, living hell experience, treating us like garbage! Even one of them got nasty attitude towards me! After going through a car crash and paying fee to be able to get that car out of there, these people doesn’t have manners or a lil bit of empathy of the situation, I understand working in this kind of environment is a lil overwhelming sometimes but that doesn’t have to take the human part of it! They should teach this people how to be polite cause clearly most of them lack of it! I wish they don’t have to go through things like we were that day! Kudos to that First Lady that took care of us the first time, wish I have here name so they can keep her and teach the other 2 how customer service is done!
This company is predatory and aggressive. They do not like being called out and they will threaten you with all sorts of claims to try and stop you from fighting them. They clearly violate the involuntary tow laws and every negative review on here speaks volume to their “ethics” that they value.
I had my truck towed to Todisco Towing and I spoke to a night shift personnel called Graciela on the night of 8/4/2025 who was super rude and unprofessional while I was trying to ask questions as to the process of getting my truck out of their yard. As I asked questions as to the process required to get my truck back, Graciela was laughing out loud condescendingly with another male staff on the night shift who could be heard laughing out loud as well in the background while I was on the phone with her. She hanged up on me intentionally at least 7 times while I was asking questions as to the process in getting my truck . Graciela was a complete customer service nightmare to talk to about getting my truck back as she impatiently rush-read me her company email intentionally and told me I was not the only customer so I should not waste her time and she hanged up on me . She hanged up on me multiple times later when I called back and when she picked up, she was laughing out loud with another male staff who could be heard laughing his lungs out while I was trying to ask questions about how I could retrieve my Truck and the process required. This is the worst experience I have had talking to a service representative on the phone. Such unwarranted unprofessional and condescending behavior is never acceptable in any given workplace. I will be reporting this to the proper authorities and to the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities (DPU). The bill for a 6 mile tow to their location was over $4,400 USD. This definitely is extremely above current market price for a tow of that distance. Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities (DPU) will definitely be hearing from me about this.
Towed my car from highway to nearest parking lot. The guy broke my door handle and said he tried to open the door and it broke. Maybe wait for people to unlock the car before you knock the door handles down.
Astrid is unprofessional and should get fired. Never told me they’d charge me 130 if I used triple a to get my vehicle out until triple A came.

Fast and very helpful
I’m giving a 1 because I can’t give a zero. Everybody that works here is rude. No one forced any of them to work yet they all share the same snarky attitude as if they’re the ones who have no car. Completely unprofessional, they have no idea how to talk to people. I promise you can get a cheaper tow with way better customer service ANYWHERE else. They’re money hungry and for people who want money so bad I would expect them to treat they’re customers better.
They charged me $405 to jump start and Tow my car, less than 10 minutes away. They left my car in the parking lot of the repair company and told me they had dropped my keys with them. I called the repair company about my car, and they said it was never brought in, and the repair guy had to walk outside to scan all the cars in the lot before he found mine with the keys inside. When I called about the charge and not finding my car, the lady on the phone lost her mind and started yelling, and hung up on me. I've filed a claim with my bank and if the issue isn't resolved, I'll sue.
Excellent service and friendly people. I'm from out of town and they were able to get me a tire right away. Can't recommend this place enough.

Awful service. Needed to pickup a car that had been towed and they wouldn’t let me authorize someone else to pick it up (incredibly rude and didn’t provide any justification for this). Also when I got there they decided to THEN let me know it was cash only (he claimed he had told me over the phone but as someone who literally never carries cash around, I certainly would have remembered that). They definitely have card machines considering they do hundreds/thousands of dollars worth of mechanical work, not sure why it’s so difficult to use that for a tow fee. Anyway. My car was also at their “other lot down the street” and “the guy would meet me down there” to get it out which took about 15 minutes for him to show up (maybe he got some coffee on the way idk), and that guy was actually less rude. But the overall experience took way longer than necessary and they made 0 effort to provide even below average customer service. I’d recommend Ramsey’s instead, I don’t think any of these joints are perfect but I had a much better customer service experience over there.
Needed to get a motorcycle towed bc I broke my foot (unrelated). Called Waltham auto, had some difficulty getting things scheduled like I wanted but the guy (Charles?) that they sent out to help me was a rock star. Showed up exactly on time, went above and beyond to help me out, did a supremely careful job and even helped me get the bike started! All for half the price I was getting quoted elsewhere!
These people are thieves. They stole hundreds of dollars of personal property out of my car when it was sitting in their tow yard then they wanted to tell me that I came already and took some things out of my car which was a lie. They said they don’t have a problem with theft they are the thieves. Do not leave anything of value in your car if it gets towed by these people
After my car was towed during a recent snowstorm, I was able to track it down to be in Waltham Auto Tow Inc possession. Upon giving them a call to determine the vehicles location, and simply gain an understanding of incurred charges, I was rudely spoken to by the man on the line. He told me the vehicle was onsite in their yard and provided a total to release it. After attempting to pay by credit card, I was told payment is only accepted by cash, which in it of itself is quite shady. Having no other options, I withdrew cash and made the payment to retrieve my vehicle. After doing so, to my surprise, I was told the vehicle is not actually onsite, but at a satellite lot (this was never mentioned prior to making the payment). After driving to not 1, but 2 different satellite lots, it was clear the vehicle was actually at the initial location. Avoid this incompetent and disrespectful company at all costs!
So far so great. Fantastic body shop that didn't give me the run around and did solid work

My car battery died and my car was towed to NEGOSHIAN'S TOWING...While it was there ask them to fix it. Their way of fixing it was to jump it continuously over and over again which just made it worse because my battery wouldn't hold a charge. I said I think it's probably the alternator they agreed and we were supposed to put in a new alternator but for whatever reason then they ended up calling not even calling to tell me that they had charged it overnight and it started and held the charge.... I had to call them to ask about my car and was told my car wasn't there then was told they would call me back. EVENTUALLY they called me back and told me my car was "Fixed" (눈‸눈) that wasn't the case because the battery light on the dashboard was light up STILL!!! My other mechanic who I HAD to bring my truck to after Negoshian's "FIXED" it...👎 They let me know that when the battery lights on that means the car is running off the battery ONLY. A car is not supposed to be only running off the battery,the alternator is supposed to kick in so your battery doesn't get drained. I don't understand how a business that is all about cars, fixing and towing them, doesn't know how to fix a simple problem with a vehicle. As soon as I got the car back I drove it to the south shore. As soon as I got into the Brockton area the car started acting crazy jumping and all my electric shut down. I was still on the highway and my car started jumping!! I had to pull off the highway as fast as I could.. right as I got off the off ramp my truck just died!!! It was scary and dangerous I could have gotten into an accident!! Thank God I didn't, but needless to say I had already payed them to pretty much do nothing but waste my time and put me in a seriouly dangerouse situation!!! I ended up calling Awons in Brockton and they towed and actually fixed my truck. Know my SUV is actually running and working well. Would I recommend Negoshian's to fix your car? ABSOLUTELY NOT!! unless u want a death wish!!! The ONLY GOOD thing they have going for them is their over night towe driver. He was amazing and he was the only one who even seemed to give two thoughts about me and my car. Even the owner made me feel as if me and my car problems were just below him.... I could tell by the way he just brushed me off when I met him.. the hole entire company has the worst communication skills I have ever seen. All in all I only gave them 2 stars because their towe truck driver who works the night shift. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have given them even one 🌟... [̲̅$̲̅(̲̅ ͡ಠ_ಠ)̲̅$̲̅] He was the only person I met that treated me like a person and he actually went above and beyond to try and help me with my truck so Dude your the only good person that works there!!! He should be working at a better company because he actually has A work ethic. Because other then him It's like Negoshian's is run by a bunch of toddler... so to all the other ppl out there that drive an older model vehicle. Think twice before you go to Negoshian's because they don't care about the customer all they care about is $$$$..... I had an unusual situation and was hung up on a concrete curb (actually a retaining wall). The tow truck operator had very little room to maneuver but he did it! He was amazing and took great care to get my vehicle back onto the ground without any damage. Cant say enough good about this driver - absolutely amazing.
My car was towed to this place. Once I got there, they told me they only accept cash (fine, but they have no ATM), so they told me I had to walk down to a nearby liquor store to use the ATM. Once I walked back to the tow business, they then told me they didn't have change and that I had to walk back to the store to receive exact change. They were not rude or mean, but this was very unprofessional. No ATM, ok; but no change.... comon'
Someone needs to end this entire business. They apparently have a contract with Windsor Gardens. My pregnant sister has lived at Windsor Gardens for about three years now. She had a valid parking sticker that she bought three months ago for a whopping rip off of $13 dollars and it began to peel. Obviously low quality. Due to a PEELING STICKER (IN THE CORNER, NOT THE ENTIRE STICKER) these absolute scum bags towed her car in the middle of the night. She called as soon as she noticed because she is carrying a high-risk pregnancy and had multiple time sensitive tests to take in Boston this morning. The company was nothing but rude and disrespectful to her. On the phone they told her a sum of $170 was owed before she could access her vehicle. She asked to grab her wallet out of the car so she could access the funds (because they ONLY accept cash) and she was DENIED. ??? Then when she came to pay for her car (WHICH SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE) they told her she owed them $250... I do not understand what type of bottom-feeding, bored, lonely, sad, disgusting type of person would look into a car legally parked in front of the apartment it is registered to with a car seat, stroller, and baby toys and decide to tow it for a PEELING STICKER. This company is the absolute epitome of money hungry, criminal, desperate, and in-humane. They deserve to be shut down, and the driver that towed my sister's car honestly deserves every terrible thing that is CLEARLY happening in their life. Better Business Bureau, here I come!
I did not have any relationship with Negoshian and with one call they dispatched a flatbed on a snowy late night for one of my fleet vehicles without issue.. I can't thank them enough for their quick response to my Emergency situation. I value there customer service as they were easy to contact and quick to respond. As an Operations Mgr that requires quick action, they will have my future towing needs.

This company towed me for street cleaning today after street cleaning was done for the day. Street cleaning was done at noon and I was ticketed and towed at 12:10pm. They held my van hostage until I paid for being parked legally. Since I didn't park there until just after noon Basically my van was stolen then held for ransom or even I would like to call this extortion. I reluctantly paid but then after to make matters worse the girl in the office tried stealing my keys from me until I signed an illegal waiver and release. She even tried lying to me telling me street cleaning is from noon to six. Unfortunately I just needed my truck back so I could get back to work so I had no choice but to take the abuse. Then to twist the knife some more they made me wait another 20 minutes to unblock my truck. First guy came out and pretended a bit then a while later the 2nd guy actually unblocked it. All very cute but we'll see what a judge thinks about it in court. I'm beside myself seeing things like this still happening this day and age and with having a contract with the city. I will not be letting this one go. Working with my attorney now to take legal action. Even if it costs me more out of pocket I want to make sure no one else gets ripped off like this. Hopefully they lose their contract with the city.

Cuando fui a buscarlo al siguiente día; Mi carro tenía un golpe grandísimo, las luces rota y los plásticos abiertos. Cuando reclame no me quisieron mostrar la foto de cuando lo recogieron y dure más de un mes reclamando y el manager nunca pudo aparecido nadie dio la cara. Incredibly rude. Got towed along with many cars due to unclear signage after my hockey game. I called and they were SO rude. Told me it’s 3 minutes to the garage but Google maps said 14. (A long walk with heavy hockey bags) The lady said “oh by walk?” - of course… you towed my car. She then said “you could uber” … thanks. Incredibly strict on cash only, 170$, incredibly rude, made me uber to a bank to get the cash and come back. Told me “cost of doing business”
I don't trust this company, they damaged my car during the towing process and they don't have professional staff. They behave disrespectfully and rudely. This business's tax records, cash and card transactions must be examined, and the employees' legal permits and security cameras must be examined.
Not the best at all. I called about a car parked in front of my parking spot and he said someone is coming out there, called back after 30 minutes with him getting mad at someone else int he background and said it will take another 30 minutes, proceeding to tell me "ma'am park your car on the street and go inside" after I told him I am parked in front of other resident parking as well. Why would I put MY car on the street when i am assigned a parking space in for my apartment building? just nonsense.. and frustrating
