The guy who picked me up called me prior and kept me posted about where he was at and how long it would take to get to me. The moment he got to my destination, he was very catering towards my cars needs: setting up the ramps, guiding me on the flat bed, etc. he was very considerate and careful since my car is low. He also offered me a ride which I was very grateful for. Great communication! Thank you, 10/10 definitely recommend for future reference.
Amazing Job and skills of Hawaiian George Corpus! Actually he saved the nite for us! State Farm could not help us to get towed and we waited 4 hours, on the H-2! We were tired and cold because it was raining! State Farm will get their review! From the first phone call until unloading my car at my home, he was straight forward, concerned about making sure the car got on the flatbed properly and no hidden fees! I have purchased used tires from C j's many times. They are afamily affair over there. They're honest, good people. I called them right before they were closing, They came and picked up my truck even though it was going to make some late for a dinner engagement that they had. I didn't have cash so they just told me to Holland the next day and take care of it. Nobody does that....... Don't expect them to do it for you either....Lol My point is.... good people do good things for other good people..... C j's will always have my business because because I know I can trust them. My first time to CJ's to get a few inexpensive tires changed on my older Lincoln Mark VIII . This local establishment was friendly, helpful, and efficent. I was done in about an hour. Thanks for a great job at a reasonable price.
Have used them once so far , it was for a used replacement tire on my truck. It was about 70 bucks, all in. The tire had decent tread depth to it left so i felt it was a decent deal. Apparently they've been around for around 2 or so decades and has decided great service for the local Kaneohe community the only reason why I gave them four stars is because after I got that tire replaced my truck got towed so I was kind of salty about it LOL. I will update the next time I have to use their services.
Our delivery van got stuck at a stop light, would not go into gear. Called CJ's and I was towed in less than 20 mins. Driver asked what was wrong and I explained it and he said, oh, I can fix it for you, just get a part over here at the auto parts store. On the road again in 15 mins!! Over and above service! Mahalo! :)

About two hours of calling two different towing company to see if they were able to pick up my car at the UFC gym because for some reason it wouldn't start at all, none was able to provide service or if they could it would be an additional hour to two hours of wait. I was already having a bad day sitting in my car trying to figure out how will I get my car to the auto shop, thats when I found out about this towing company. As soon as, I called Tho answered and told me he was able to come. Surely less than 30 minutes later, Tho arrive and he was very knowledgable about what could possibly be wrong with my car and why it didn't want to start so suddenly. He was very friendly, he explain step by step what could possible go wrong while he did a quick diagnose on my car. He then found the cause and told me that my starter gave out. Tho somehow quickly got my car to start and he followed me to the auto shop. I will definitely be relying on Tho Towing Service in the future very cheap, yet quick!
Tho and his crew are fantastic and very fairly priced. I had a collectible BMW that I purchased online, towed to the Port of Honolulu for transport via ship to the mainland, and he handled my new purchase with great care and took extensive photos for my records and was very patient with the port when they were taking longer than expected. Highly recommend them to anyone!
Tho towed our car to A&A’s to get it fixed. He’s very genuine and helpful. He dropped off the car and offered to take us to the nearest car rental place. Now that’s customer service!
This place is amazing. I couldn't get my car to start and when I called Tho gave me advice on how to start it. He told me if those tips don't get my car started he'd tow it for me. Most places would just take the business but Tho was kind enough to offer advice that would save me from a tow. Even though the bad starter had to be replaced I appreciate that Tho offered the advice and he did a great job towing my Jeep. So if I'm ever in trouble again I'm calling Freedom Tow Hawaii.
Broke down in a tow-away zone on king street and Tho came to get me at 1:30am so I could rest assured my van wouldn't get impounded at 6:30am. Price was very reasonable, especially for the late night call and awkward position my van was in. He worked some magic and had me home safe in no time. To top it off, we talked philosophy the whole ride home. Highly recommend if you like good service and no price run-around.

Called another tow company...several times. They never showed up. Called O'Sung who arrived between 10 to 15 minutes later. $80 for the short tow to there shop. Was going to Honolulu Ford which is near O'Sung. Driver looked at my issue, took pictures, called his boss. They said they could repair quickly and much less than the dealer. Repair completed in less 24 hours at a fair price. Price was lower than the Ford dealer and time in shop shorter. Expected Ford to keep truck through weekend about 4 or 5 days total. Shorter time in shop saved me on truck rental cost. Plus Enterprize Car Rental across street from shop. They offered a discount on car rental while in shop. Car rental was half price of what was quoted online. I was looking at $500 for a rental over 5 days. Paid only $48 for one day. That in itself is a huge savings. Highly recommend O'Sung.

September 6, 2025 at 4:30pm, their truck driver was driving on Milia St. while on the phone. He ran the stop sign and I had to break abruptly to avoid hitting him.
Progressive had set me up with a tow company that didn’t tow motorcycles and O’sung came to the rescue. Shoutout to my driver Kimo who kept me updated from the moment he was dispatched until my bike was safely at home. Real personal experience during these are times. Top notch service.
O’sung was dispatched through my insurance when I hit a pot hole heading southbound on Farrington highway coming from Kaena Point, aside from taking a bit of time to get an initial response (I don’t think that was their fault) they originally quoted me 1hr30min wait time but ended up being much quicker than that. Braddah that came out was fast and knew what he was doing. We really appreciated the good service especially during wild times in the world. Will recommend to a friend if they need towing services. Mahalo.

I unfortunately got a flat tire on my motorcycle and even though it was after 7:00 p.m. when it said they closed I gave them a call anyways. Michael answered it and said he could be there within 45 minutes. 35 minutes later he showed up took care of my motorcycle and trailered it back to my house. He was very friendly and professional. 24 hr my ass after getting off at basically 1150pm I come home to find someone else parked in my stall so I call these guys as my housing location has contract with them. Well I go to call no answer so l leave a voice mail wait 5 minutes call again and this continues till almost 2am now where I live if u leave ur car unattended during certain hrs it will get towed but these guys not 1 time answered my husband had work tomorrow and now im going to be sleep deprived taking care of my 1yo so thank you for the horrible experience.

No one is ever happy about having their car break down, especially when the problem is the engine. But everyone at Empire towing from the dispatchers, to the tow guy himself was amazing, professional and so kind. We even decided to change the tow destination after our driver was dispatched to us and they were so great about it! Thank you for being such pleasant people, it made our terrible night so much better!

First off a huge shout out to Nathan Unfortunately I’ve needed to call upon services too many times in the last several months. Without fail they are always much quicker and overall provide exemplary service Nathan has assisted my children and I on 2 occasions so far and likely I’ll see his calm presence show up again to save the day. I was in the moving for over 30 yrs and we would say we can get anyone a class A to drive cross country but many our cowboys with zero customer service skills. It’s difficult to find the whole package and when you’re sending out drivers to people already in a stressful situation (moving , broken down etc) it makes all the difference who you dispatch out. Empire keep doing what you’re doing and find more Nathan’s to send out. Especially when this world gets nastier by the minute to have someone like Nathan that is so good at immediately putting you at ease and goes above and beyond and so humble. Don’t usually write reviews for towing company’s however could not keep this to myself. Hands down if you are in need of service and have the option to choose Empire no doubt you’ll be in great hands.

These guys are fantastic if I could give them more stars I would. I was stranded with my 2 year old at 10pm because of a flat tire. My roadside assistance from my insurance couldn’t figure out how to get me a service so I called Integrity Towing and explained the situation. They were there within minutes and changed my tire so quickly that even my toddler didn’t throw a fit. I would use them again if I ever need any assistance. Highly recommended. 🤙🏼
I didn't actually get to work with Integrity Towing in the end for my tow request but I had to leave a review just for the excellent communication. I called and my call went to voicemail but in their voicemail message, they gave an option to text. I started to text but got a call back in the middle of my message. The owner was very kind in trying to accomodate my schedule and need to get my vehicle all the way to Ewa from Aiea. In the end, my insurance ended up covering part of the cost of my tow through their service so I didn't end up using Integrity. However just based on their timely response and how easy they were to communicate with and how helpful, I would definitely turn to them first if I needed a tow company in the future!

I can’t even find the words to describe just how amazing my experience with APM Towing was. They provided me with the services I needed in the time I needed them. They worked with my schedule and transported my vehicle to its next destination with speed AND precision. I am so grateful for the overall quality of service, pricing, and amazingly personable staff that I was able to work with to get my car to its next destination. I had such a positive experience, I almost forgot my car had broken down!

APM towing provided amazing service! They were able to pick up my moped and get it to the shop very quickly. The staff are friendly and aim to make towing a smooth process. APM exceeded all expectations at a reasonable price! I will use them for cars in the future as well.
This is the damage APM did to my motorcycle. This is my first yelp review, and I am here to raise awareness for others doing research on who to select to tow your vehicle. I recommend that you spend your hard earned money else where ($215 to tow 8 miles). When I notified APM about this issue, they refused to take any ownership due to no picture evidence of the bike on the tow truck. Dude went on a big ramble as to why he did not have his photos of this day saved. These guys hooked up ratchet straps to my suspension and cinched it forward, causing my dampening rod and shock covers to bend, which my mechanic and I noticed. Just a bummer. Money down the drain for an additional tow truck, parts, and labor to correct their deficiency. I tried emailing the company multiple times and various phone calls to resolve the issue. Disrespectful. Just wish that this business would have made a well-informed decision on how to resolve a major issue.

The lady who answered the phone when I called for an inquiry was super helpful, patient, and had amazing customer service!! Our tow truck driver was Rob and he was a huge blessing in disguise! He got to us super quick! It was also pouring heavy rain, we had to get our car towed from Waikiki to Kailua and he got us there safe and sound! Affordable too!!! This company has great customer service! I had a tire blowout on a weekend so I gave this company a call after I couldn't get through to a couple others. They identified a driver (A.J.) and gave me a couple destination suggestions where I might be able to get the tire I needed, since I was lacking a spare. After I confirmed a shop with the tire, they had a truck on site at my location in super short order, after which A.J. had my car hooked up and towed to it's destination in no time. They're up front about the costs and gave me an accurate ETA (of which they were actually ahead). Would recommend!

I tried to park my car on a curve side and fell in a ditch off the paved street. It was really a bad situation that I had to finally call a tow truck to pull the car out of the place, at late night. I was lucky that Isaac was in the neighborhood, came in 10 min. to rescue my car. He was very helpful and professional. Exactly knew how to resolve the situation without using his towing equipment. He not only got my car out of the position but also saved my car without a scratch. I am very thankful to him.
Isaac was GREAT! He called right away to let us know he's coming, unlike AAA (not a single phone call from the tow driver and the call center guy said he'll call dispatch to find our tow, but never called back) and came within 15min. It was a bit pricey but AAA reimburses with this company anyways so that's not a problem. Isaac was nice and really cared about our frustrations.

WAY OVERPRICED. Edit: Upon reading all the generic 5 star reviews for this company, (many from Israelis for some reason? Many saying ”thank you” and not actually reviewing the place?) it is obvious that all/most of the good reviews are FAKE and this place is a scam $315 to tow my SUV 6 miles? Ripoff but I guess it’s my fault I should have asked for a quote when I called them. You can get the same thing for $90 at other tow places. Only redeeming part is the tow guy was real nice he gave me a ride to where I was going next and even let me put my bike in the back of his rig. I called about 10 different tow companies to get a quote to haul my broken down Ford E450 dump truck from Kapolei to Kailua... Stay away. I called for tow and was told the driver is making a delivery and will be in your location in 1 hour. I called in 40 min just to confirm he is coming, I was told not to worry. After the hour past and there was still no driver, I called and was told 20 more minutes. I called after those passed as well and ask if they can call the driver and let me know where he is at, the dispatcher told me he has to hung up on me to call the driver/I don’t believe they have only one phone or one line but whatever/ and he will call me back. That was 9 hours ago. Never got a call back. Never use this company, drivers may be OK/didn’t have a chance to meet one/ but dispatch is BAD.
I actually placed a called with a different company but I was invoiced by this company in the end. The driver was communicative and gave me a heads up when he was approaching my vehicle so I could drive down in my other car and meet him. Now granted this service was performed on July 4, I expected somewhat of a price increase but was basically billed $436 for a 6 mile tow. $20 per mile, $100 service fee and $200 for hookup fee. This information was only disclosed when the driver was onsite. In hindsight I probably should have got a price from the driver while in route. There were other tow companies open but this was the first company that took our call and dispatched a driver. The overall service was great. The communication, hook up, drop off etc but I thought the price was overly excessive in the end and unreasonable even if it was July 4. So service fine, price not so much.

My car wouldn’t start after work. Honolulu Towing got there fast and took my car all the way from the Ward area to Waipio. The driver had such a nice attitude even in horrible H1 traffic. He made a difficult situation a lot easier with excellent customer service.Mahalo!
I had to get my car towed after my tired had blew out and Willy took care. Went through the motions proper and made sure every was safe and my vehicle was taken care of. Give Willy a raise!
I take full responsibility that it was my fault I forgot to put my sticker decal on my vehicle for my apartment complex parking stall. The lady/ladies in the office were not rude at all but strictly business. After explaining my situation about not being the registered owner and that the owner was off island she kindly explained to me that there are ways to work around it to get the vehicle out. Long story short, she was very professional and not at all rude. My vehicle had no dings or damages and my tires are fine. It was my fault for not having my decal on. I'm glad it was this company that towed my car and not another.
Horrible. Called about why they towed my car & had some guy laughing in the background. Moanalua hillside apartments hire these people to come search for cars to tow which is whatever, it’s their job. But I had my car in the loading zone literally right below my apartment. Had it there to carry groceries in & take my brand new TV out of the box. Took a total of 15 mins. By the time I went back downstairs, my car was gone. I called the number on the sign near my house & somehow they got it to Kalihi in less than 10 mins. Honestly they need to check to see where they’re towing because I’ve also had my car towed from my own parking stall in the past & showed proof of it. They have horrible customer service & no compassion . $140 out of my pocket because they’re lazy & desperate for money!
Ladies in office arent very nice. Especially the old lady. Wanted to pay for the cost of the tow because I felt I was responsible for having the car towed but the old lady refused my money. She told me that the owner had to pay for it. I pleaded with her twice to pay n and both times she refused to take my cash. Uncaring, rude, and bottom line no Aloha from this company.

Giving the only star, for the braddahs that were taking people down to pick up their cars, mahalo. Wish I could give the women working, zero stars. From conversations on the phone to interactions in person, just terrible customer service. As someone who also works as a CSA as well, I'm appalled and disappointed in how these women speak to their customers. I understand bad days, but treating people like their beneath you is unacceptable. Do better.
Cogieron el coche porque lo aparcamos cerca de una boca de incendio. Básicamente lo que dicen todos los comentarios, sólo aceptan efectivo y no tarjeta, con lo que ya es sospechoso. Nos han roto una parte del bajo del coche a lo que dicen que ellos no han sido pero tenemos un video del coche horas antes donde ese daño no está y hemos leído otros comentarios donde han roto cosas. Si se lo lleva la grúa aquí es donde acaba pero si hay alguna opción de no escoger este sitio, no lo hagáis si no queréis tener un disgusto. Está muy lejos de Waikiki. Nosotros hemos cogido dos autobuses + skyline + uber, este por 7 euros.
DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY! I had an absolutely horrendous experience with this towing company. From start to finish, they were nothing but deceptive and unprofessional. This towing company is a nightmare. They caused serious damage to my car and are refusing to take responsibility. Despite my numerous attempts to get them to admit fault, they continue to play games and dodge accountability. Their customer service is a joke—unhelpful and dismissive. They’ve handled this entire situation poorly and unprofessionally. Don’t waste your time or money with this company. You’ll only end up with a damaged vehicle and a massive headache It’s clear they’re playing games and trying to rip people off. Save yourself the headache and avoid this towing company at all costs!

Honestly this is the worst tow company on the island. The reps are rude and they’re away an excuse on why the can’t tow. My insurance company keeps forcing this company on me!! It’s extremely frustrating! If you have any other towing option take it!!
They towed my car from a guest parking spot with guest parking placard displayed and don’t answer the phone to explain why they illegally towed my vehicle which caused me to miss an appointment.
They towed my car at 7:40pm but when I called them around 8pm to get their address, they said they are closed at 6pm. However, they tow cars 24 hours. When I went to get my car next day, they told me to show my ID and pay money but my phone and cards are inside the car. They still did not let me go get my card.

A tenant in my building had my car tow. Tenants I'm not supposed to be able to have cars towed from the property. Only security and management are authorized to have cars towed. That is what it is so I head off to pick up my car from the towing yard with the manager for my building who's going to pay for the tow. We get to the tow yard in my car is sandwiched between a dozen other cars there is no way that you could have driven the car there it had to be put there by a forklift. And sure enough 2 minutes later here comes the forklift the only way to get my car out of a lot. They get it out I get in it start the car in the engine is revving like crazy and all kinds of warning lights are going off. My car has no power steering the brakes are locked and the check engine light is on. I drive the car for about a block in the power steering comes back and all the lights go off except for the check engine light what stayed on all the way home. The employees at the tow yard could care less when I told them of the problems I was having and told me to just drive the car and things would fix themselves. No one was willing to take a report on an also no one could tell me any recourse to the problems I was having no policy and procedures for this type of problem you're on your own. If I hadn't lived in Hawaii for over 45 years and and developed the ability to speak pidgin in multiple languages I don't think I would have been able to communicate effectively with anyone that was working there. Now I understand that all tow yards are probably the worst place in the world and I have been to a few, but this one is definitely the worst I've ever been to. We need some type of regulations police businesses. Oh and I almost forgot I had almost half a tank of gas when I get out of the car today and when I picked it up I had a 10th of a tank. I'm guessing they don't pay much of the tow yard so they need to supplement their income. Just one of those days trying not to go postal.
0 Stars for customer service. I hope the woman at the window finds peace in her heart and stop treating customers the way she does. She was quite literally one of the most unpleasant people I’ve had the misfortune of encountering. Lazy, rude, and hates her job. Better to get a new one. Wish her good luck in life.
CASH ONLY ! They’re really friendly here, but who wouldn’t be after bringing in +180$ for 15 minutes of work and, uh, storing our cars ? There is an ATM outside the pay office, but I don’t know the fee, and would be afraid to find out how much it is. That’s on top of the cost to get your car back. This place way at the end of Sand Island.
Absolutely the worst towing experience imaginable. Our car was towed from a 7/11 parking lot as paying customers. This left us stranded outside at 10 PM with our 1-year-old child. We had no safe option but to wait on the street with our children while my husband tried to retrieve the car. When he arrived, they demanded cash payment—something that is shady and not standard practice—until the police had to intervene. We also asked if they could at least bring us our baby’s car seat so our child could be safe. Instead of showing any decency or professionalism, the woman on the phone hung up on us. This company operates like a racketeering scheme. No family should ever have to go through what we did. Their license should be revoked immediately. If I could give zero stars, I would.
