Honestly never had such a friendly person on the other side of the phone, immediately made me want to support. Deron service was extremely 100% on point for customer service. When no one else would make time to come assist me with my roadside tire issue K and K towing made an effort to bring Deron out to where I was to assist me and educate me about terrain things with my truck I didn’t know about. I couldn’t be more happy and satisfied with the services received by this company and their employee, Deron.
I contacted them for towing and they said a driver would reach out to me and they never did, this company left me stranded on the side of the road and never answered after I called them back several times. All that and they wanted to charge $200 for a 15 min tow. Do not trust this company!!!

Smash and grab on the coldest night of the year. Luckily, Metro Motor was there! After calling the police, I called for a tow at 7:38pm. They arrived at 7:56pm and hauled it away to their collision repair center. That’s only 18 minutes! They couldn’t have been nicer, plus navigated a narrow, dead-end alleyway with ease. Would recommend them to anyone, 110%!
I had a horrifically traumatic experience! A huge tree fell across a ravine in a DC park, hit a 2nd tree both landed on my car trapping me, crushed the windshield, demolishing the front of my car, 6 inches from my head!! AAA put me in contact with Res-Q , Metro Motor Towing. The owner, HIsham Elveyn, was quick to respond, and his driver, Rene, was on the scene within the hour!! Professional and Kind! Rene retrieved my keys, bringing them to me before I was taken to the hospital. Hisham is great and kept me informed in this process. Thank you to his team!! 10 star review!!!! This was probably the worst experience of towing I have ever experienced. I would say the very worst but the tow driver got one things right. I could tell by the way he handled my car he was very experienced. However his attitude was awful His tone was condescending. I asked him not to be so rude and condescending He did not think he was none of that and things got verbally confrontational . My cat was broken down in a bad spot so I digressed, apologized for my behavior because by this time I was afraid I would be left stranded after waiting for A tow for over three hours. He never apologized or accepted my apology. However my car was delivered to my house safely. Anyone can be skilled. Character / consumer service is worth its weight in gold. I would never use this tow company again based solely on customer service. Hopefully this tow driver will not cause this company to lose more customers. Customers equal money. More Money equal jobs and profits.

After 2 failed AAA attempts to get our car towed from the 2nd level of the Colonial Garage, Metro Motors came to our rescue. Mohammed did everything he could to get our car started but couldn’t clear the garage with his truck so Alex came and made it happen. He actually made it look easy after 8 hours of failed attempts and calling on anyone that could help. Thanks to Alex and Metro Towing we will make our flights tomorrow and can put this behind us. He even sent a picture, to put our minds at ease, showing us that our car was were it needed to be, safe and sound. We recommend Metro Towing 100%.

Contacted them at 9:50 a.m. was given an estimate and an ETA of 45 minutes. Tow truck driver contacts me saying he'll be there in 20 minutes, calls back says he got diverted to another call and someone else will be there to help me. I call back 30 minutes later. Still no one's on their way to help me. 3-hour wait and still no one. I was able to get another towing truck company there in 45 minutes. Guess I wasn't important enough to get a tow
I was stuck late at night and needed help right away. I found a tow truck close by, and they got there faster than I thought they would. The driver was polite, made sure I was safe, and took care of my car like an expert.

His cost was affordable and he patiently and expertly helped me in a difficult scenario involving low clearance, a small area, and a federal background clearance process just to get into the parking garage. I made tiny repairs until I could meet the right person to fix it and my car took a beating duriing Blizzard DC 2016. I whispered a little prayer for God to send the right person to help me. And wow was he a Godsend! My car needed towing to Vienna, VA from NE DC. I looked for a tow company on the web. Send towing has the best rates! I and my insurance company called Send towing for road side assistance to tow the car from my home to the shop. Quickly after calling for service, Simon came for my tow. He was extremely professional and friendly. He helped me find a solution to my issue which saved me almost $100.00! He was kind and really wanted to help me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SEND TOWING. It can be a girls best friend when you need help getting your car anywhere; even for repairs.

I hit a pothole on DC-295 that blew two of my tires. I called District Towing based on their Yelp reviews. Beebo was pleasant and helpful. He told me that tire places would be closing at the time that I'd arrive and that many of them have overpriced used tires. He recommended Just Tires in Potomac Yard. After making several other calls, I called back to District Towing to have them tow my car to Just Tires. Everything that Beebo said was correct and his price was reasonable. Johnny, who picked up my car, was great! Hopefully I never need to use District Towing again but if I do, I won't hesitate to call them.
20/10 stars. Long story short. Honesty is lackluster in 2024. District towing helped me make it home without even being on scene. DC areas #1 TOW COMPANY. Thank you
I called over 24 hours in advance to schedule an appointment to tow my car to the shop at 7:30 am. I called them at 7:15 and they said they would be there at 10. They then told me they could make it to me at 9. So I waited for an hour in the cold with my dead car so they could show up an hour later than they told me they would (2 and a half after the appointment time). The driver was friendly and great once he got there. But you should avoid this company at all costs if you are someone who values your time and doesn't have 4 hours to kill for a tow. I certainly didn't.
awesome tow guy i didn’t get his name but he was an older gentleman. instead of having to tow 25+ miles to a shop, he offered to plug my tire and fixed it fast. Great guy very friendly deserves a bonus or a raise if possible.
This towing company has the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. After they told me the had a driver dispatched, I asked for an ETA and the woman got upset that I asked and said... “I told you that he was on his way.” I just accepted and tried to keep in mind that all people are different and maybe she just had a bad day. After two hours of waiting, I called back and said what’s the ETA - she said, oh - I didn’t know he had another car to pick up. So again, I asked for an ETA. She said the exact same thing... he’s on his way. I asked from where? What time did he leave? How far is he - so that I can schedule my work day accordingly. And she said if you don’t like my answer - that “you’re free to go somewhere else and hire somebody that can answer your questions.” I was so shocked and appalled that I just hung up. After all most 2.5 hours dealing with them - I had to start the process over with a new company. Please Beware.

I was towed while visiting The Home Depot and other businesses in the Rhode Island Avenue NE shopping center/plaza. I came to this business and told the employee my car was towed on accident. I gave the employee my Home Depot receipt that showed the time of checkout. The employee checked the times of when my vehicle was ticketed, photographed, and towed, and all three were within the timeframe of when I was in the plaza. When the employee couldn't disprove I was in the plaza by the times he provided against my receipt, he proceeded to ask me a lot of questions and state I was lying. No matter what I said or evidence I showed the employee, he would not release my vehicle without paying $215. Instead of wasting my time and trying to make me feel like an immoral person, the employee should have just told me from the start that I have to pay the fee no matter what. I have been towed before on accident and the other towing company gave me my car back for free when I showed the proper evidence. I have also been towed before due to my illegal parking and I had no problem paying the fee.
Unfortunately, I cannot support the positive reviews for this company. I called when I desperately needed this company’s support and they assured me they would be on the way. I received time estimates of 10-15 minutes and assurance that the driver was “around the corner”. They never came. I’m highly disappointed and would never attempt to utilize this company again. For quality service and timely arrivals, I’d check out Metro Motor Vehicle Towing. I called late at night, after waiting hours for ANT, and the truck was here in 15 minutes! Best service by far!

They get the job done
Please please never use this company in life. I am amazed that this is a AAA recommended shop. AAA had them tow my car to my regular repair shop who was expecting my car and my car never made it there. They lost my whole car!!! Jaguar XJL fully loaded. They have no idea where my car is and I feel like they stole my car b/c it was a nice car.
Wish I could give this place a negative star rating. They are rude and extremely uneducated. They illegally tow cars.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service would not recommend to anyone. Had to call multiple times to get through to anybody and even had to get insurance involved. Waited for over 2 hours to get my car towed and they made me late to my service appointment. Estimated time changed from 15-25 mins to 40-55 mins when they were apparently close by. Also lied about the tow truck being on the way to me and how the driver will contact me. Do not use their services.
My car broke down during traffic hour, called and within an hour Daniel showed up and helped me tow my car Best service ever. Would highly recommend. He even made sure I was okay& made sure my car didn’t receive any damage from the towing. Definitely my go to for anything ! Thanks!
I was lucky enough to have found power towing from a quick search online to tow my car. I was so scared when my car broke down on me while I was driving in a area I didn’t know very well. Thankfully Abe from power towing was Able to come very quickly. He was really nice and professional. I would definitely recommend power towing to my friends and family.

THE MOST RUDE, IGNORANT TOWING SERVICE IN THE AREA. YOU CAN'T DIALOG WITH THE DRIVER #1 BECAUSE HIS EGO PROOF HOW IGNORANT THIS GUY IS, CONFRONTING CUSTOMERS IS NOT ETHIC AND PROFESSIONAL, SPECIALLY ON A PRIVATE PROPERTY IF SOMEONE IS ALREADY TELLING YOU ARE TRESPASSING.
