Excellent service. I was helped out by very friendly person, I couldn't get their full name but their caller ID showed up as A Ansari. Honestly never had such a friendly person on the other side of the phone, immediately made me want to support. If there is one thing I respect a business for, it is good customer service, and this place has it. Would definitely suggest checking them out if you need a tow and want some good energy to rub off on you too.
Got here 3x faster than he said he would got my truck there safe and sound will use again
THANK YOU MIKE FROM APE TOWING! As someone who works in a customer service driven industry, I can honestly say I have never received such great service as I did from Mike from Ape Towing in the Baltimore county region. He was responsive, patient, extremely kind and went out of his way to help me coordinate getting my car to the right place for the right fix! He was extremely knowledgeable and able to help educate me using his professional opinion. If I could give MORE than 5 stars, I would. Thanks again Mike!
Phil at Ape Towing was swift and helpful in the recovery of my car after it was stolen. His communication was efficient and humorous! I am very grateful for Ape Towing and highly recommend them.
Best towing out and they fast n pay u for your junk car any condition

Darnell provided excellent service was quick and efficient!
Mr. Darnell helped me out a great deal. Thought I would be waiting hours to some type of assistance but NO! Mr. Darnell called then he was right there. Thank you Scott’s Towing Mr. Darnell was an On Time Angel.
Lost a transmission cooler line and truck died in the worst possible place. Quick call to Scott's and 15 minutes later Darnell was getting me to a safe place. I would recommend these guys anytime. Special thanks to Darnell!
THIS IS WHO YOU WANT! Thank you Darnell and Scott!!! I can't say how impressed I am with the timeliness, communication skills, preparedness, thoughtfulness, efficiency and customer service skills of the team Darnell and Scott, that towed my mother's car today. Even the proprietor of the place they took the car was impresssed with their skills. They made me proud and it feels good to be deal with professionals that take pride in their work. From this point on, this is who I will call and refer my friends to. Thanks again!
Called Scott’s towing after calling a handful of towing companies and they were ready and available to tow my car. The price was good and the prompt responses were very professional. The tow driver Darnell was helpful. I would definitely use them and refer them to anyone who needs a decent and honest tow company.

Good service, very friendly and nice. 20 thumbs up. 👍
I had a great experience with this towing service. From the moment I called, the staff was professional, helpful, and quick to respond. The driver arrived on time, handled everything with care, and made a stressful situation much easier. Pricing was fair and transparent, and I really appreciated the great customer service throughout the entire process. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy towing company!
Roadside Towing was available at 5:30 AM to help me tow my truck. They were able to get to my location under an hour.

The tow truck showed up very quickly! The driver was courteous and businesslike, he got it done quickly and delivered my car to the repair shop right away. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
I'm sad to say my experience with Recovery 1 is much worse than most reviewers. I will not use them again. As the crow flies, Recovery's yard is about a half mile from my home where my car was scheduled to be picked up to take to the shop. My experience with dispatch was pleasant enough. As I was at work at the time and not with the car was to be picked up, I explained to the dispatcher the car was in a parking lot behind the building of the given street address. He said his driver, Curtis, would call to get the details. Curtis called me to let me know he was en route to the vehicle's location. I explained to him the location of the car and offered to text a screenshot from google maps, showing the street names and labeling the location of the parking lot entrance and vehicle's exact location. I sent that screenshot and reiterated exactly where the car was and how to get there. What followed much later, well after I thought the car would have been picked up, were several calls from Curtis saying he couldn't find the car/the car wasn't there/he can't read maps/he doesn't do tow jobs in D.C./he can't find the key/he can't open the armrest where the key is/the car won't start. Ultimately, the car and key were exactly where I said they were and the car started without trouble. I don't understand why Recovery 1, a firm that boasts all over its website about how it serves D.C. specifically, would send a driver who tells customers he doesn't do tow jobs in D.C. Moreover, I don't know why they'd send a driver who can't read a map and also can't relay a cross street location to me over the phone to try to direct them to where the car is located. Again, Recovery's yard is less than a 10 minute walk from where the car was being picked up. It was extra concerning that he needed directions how to push a button to open an armrest compartment and that he had to put the key fob into the ignition to start the vehicle. Finally, with all the problems D.C. has with car thefts and carjackings, the last thing your driver should be telling your customer is they're at the location of the car and it's not there. Aside from not dropping the car off the back of the truck, Recovery 1 failed to meet the most basic expectations for professional service I had.
Fast and courteous I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the young man helping get my car started! If in a jam will use Recovery 1 Towing again!
Kurt is amazing. My full sized dual rear wheeled truck was stolen. Kurt arrived quickly with an amazing truck. Thank you!
The customer service is on point and they will not have you waiting long I waited for 20 min. For my car to be towed and they showed up in less then 20… the service was exceptional and reliable I would recommend using them and will use them again… thank you Recovery 1!!!

The service was very fast and helpful! It was a great deal compared to other towing services in the area. Would definitely use them again.
Quick service ! Knows the DMV and professional .
K&k picked up my car to tow to dealer. It never got there. Car was dumped beside the road with $4000 in damages, impounded by police costing $500 to retrieve. Don’t know why k&k dumped my car, they must of had an accident, and must not be insured or licensed is all I can guess. But they should not be insured business as they created an unbelievable nightmare for me.
K&K was AMAZING!! I waited less than 15 mins for them to arrive at my location. Not only did they get to me faster than my insurance roadside assistance but he changed my tire in 2 mins tops!! SPEEDY TOP TIER SERVICE!!
Mr. Keon is the best - honest, trustworthy, dependable, and reliable!!!

Metro Motor Towing what’s and excellent service from these guys I called in need of help my car would not start and talking to dispatcher told me 35 to 45 min wait 20 min later driver pulls to the rescue before eta given honestly guys keep up the good work and continue the great customer service!
Smash and grab on the coldest night of the year. Luckily, Metro Motor was there! After calling the police, I called for a tow at 7:38pm. They arrived at 7:56pm and hauled it away to their collision repair center. That’s only 18 minutes! They couldn’t have been nicer, plus navigated a narrow, dead-end alleyway with ease. Would recommend them to anyone, 110%!
Having a loved Mercedes towed is never pleasant, however being done by Metro Motors Towing erased all my worries. lot manager Kassem was very pleasant and supportive in ensuring that the car is in safe hands. Sean from billing responsiveness to all Geico needs to settled the charges and coordinating the release and tow to Mercedes is exceptional. Both these guys gives good name to Metro Motors and forever thankful, more success to you guys. Five Stars
If there was a possibility of giving 10 stars, I would. I was at a job and lost the key to my car. I searched the entire car several times. So, when I didn't find it, I called AAA who dispatched Metro Motor Towing. When he was on his way, the driver called and asked what the problem was. After I explained to him, he said he was 30 minutes out and apologized he wasn't closer. He said he would get there as fast as he could as it was very cold. When the driver arrived, he actually looked in my car and on the street for my key. He helped me retrace my steps. While he was looking, I happened to look down and saw the key. I had looked at this spot before, but for some reason did not see it. I was beyond relieved and actually teared up. The driver was such a gentleman! If it weren't for his persistence, my car would have been towed to the dealership, and I would have been out several hundred dollars. I will be forever grateful for him! Thank you for such great service!
After 2 failed AAA attempts to get our car towed from the 2nd level of the Colonial Garage, Metro Motors came to our rescue. Mohammed did everything he could to get our car started but couldn’t clear the garage with his truck so Alex came and made it happen. He actually made it look easy after 8 hours of failed attempts and calling on anyone that could help. Thanks to Alex and Metro Towing we will make our flights tomorrow and can put this behind us. He even sent a picture, to put our minds at ease, showing us that our car was were it needed to be, safe and sound. We recommend Metro Towing 100%.

Great
This towing firm was great when I got stuck in a parking lot late at night. They came immediately and were really polite. The guy even asked me if I needed help with anything else while he was hauling my car. I really did feel safe.
I've used their towing service more than once, and they always come through. Every time, professional drivers, rapid response times, and fair prices.
We had two cars break down the same week. Used them both times and the service was consistent and professional.

I needed to have my automobile towed a long way, and their firm made it easy and stress-free. The driver kept me informed and brought my car without any problems.
I looked for a tow truck near me when my car battery died at the gas station and found this firm. The driver came in less than 20 minutes, gave me a quick jump start, and was really nice. Service that is both cheap and dependable.

I would definitely recommend! The price was very reasonable, and they were quick in getting my car towed. Mr Mohammed was extremely kind and professional. He made sure to get the job done correctly!
I had a really good experience with MGM Towing. My car broke down late at night on Route 50, and I was honestly expecting to wait at least an hour like most towing companies. But they showed up in about 20 minutes. The driver was professional, friendly, and made sure my car was loaded safely without rushing. What I appreciated most is they didn’t try to overcharge or add any hidden fees. The price they gave me on the phone is exactly what I paid when they arrived. The truck was clean, and the driver even gave me some advice on where to take my car for repair. I’ve dealt with a few towing companies before, and this is the first time I actually felt like I got good service instead of just being “a job.” I definitely recommend them if you ever get stuck.
Helped us avoid a 2 hour wait for another tow company, and was able to tow our electric car on a flatbed in 30 mins. Very friendly and quick service. Thank you!
Amazing service! Had me waiting no time, I had no ride and rode back with this company
Very good guy, would recommend

Big Mike got my car towed fast and easy. When I requested for a location change to drop the car off he was helpful and did so with ease. A job well done! Thanks big Mike.
Big Mike was incredible. We needed our car towed on a Saturday morning and Big Mike was punctual, friendly, and showed my three year old daughter how the tow truck worked which wowed her. No one wants to be in a situation where they need a tow, but if you do, it is so reassuring to know that people like Big Mike are out there to help in a time of need.
I had a great experience with Moe from Truck 28! From the moment I called, the communication was excellent—clear, prompt, and professional. Moe kept me informed every step of the way, which really helped ease the stress of the situation. He arrived in a timely manner and handled everything with care and efficiency. What stood out the most was his sincerity and genuine willingness to help. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. Highly recommend if you ever need towing services!
Traveling on my way home in Richmond, Va on a Friday evening I was driving along and hit a deep terrible pothole and my tire deflated. I called Geico Roadside service and was connected with Abidine. He came out and replaced my flat tire with the spare tire. He provided excellent customer service and answered any questions I had.
Mike was AWESOME. Waited 10 minutes because I was at work and couldn't get to him immediately. I'd give 10 stars if I could!!!

awesome tow guy i didn’t get his name but he was an older gentleman. instead of having to tow 25+ miles to a shop, he offered to plug my tire and fixed it fast. Great guy very friendly deserves a bonus or a raise if possible.
Great service! I had a car accident, and after calling, Ty (Tyrone) came to the rescue after I was waiting over 2 -3 hours for another towing company to come that never did. He was kind, pleasant and made a stressful day a bit more pleasant. Thank you!!
I give District Towing 5 stars!! My car battery died so I panicked . I called 4 companies before District Towing . the only company that I was blessed to get an answer from right away . Mohamed was my tow truck person . not only did he safely get my car towed to my home but he was kind and knowledgeable about my car issue . an A+ in my book. Thank You Thank You Thank You.
I had the best experience with these folks. The dispatcher, Crystal, is a true gem. After several failed attempts with other tow trucks I spoke to Crystal. She knew I was upset and tried to problem solve with me. She sent a tow truck and he was just as great as her. I forgot to catch his name. Needless to say they got my car to the dealer in a very short amount of time. I am so happy that there are still good people in this world. District Towing is excellent in my book!!!! Please use them.
20/10 stars. Long story short. Honesty is lackluster in 2024. District towing helped me make it home without even being on scene. DC areas #1 TOW COMPANY. Thank you

Dontae provided an exceptional experience to my nightmare of a day! He came in less than a hour and provided me and my kids with the best tow service ever! Thanks to him my car made it home safely and all before rush hour.
**Do Not Use This Towing Company – Hostile and Unprofessional** My car was towed from a store parking lot, and the phone number on their sign didn’t work. I had to get the correct number from a nearby store employee. When I called around 8 PM, the woman who answered was extremely rude and dismissive, saying the company was “closed” — highly unusual for a towing service. The next morning, when I called again for the address, the same woman was even nastier, projecting her deep, vast personal frustrations, insecurities, and failures onto me. Their office is in a sketchy, hard-to-find building. Inside, the staff - two nasty women - were unhelpful and had terrible attitudes. They claimed their credit card machine “wasn’t working” and presented a $250 cash invoice — never disclosed over the phone. They demanded payment via Zelle, which felt sketchy, only to be told afterward that the correct fee was $215. They argued incompetently among themselves about how to issue a refund while I was running late for an appointment. Most shockingly, one employee, Elizabeth Warner, verbally insulted me using a racial slur. A male colleague appeared and gave me $35 from his wallet. This company is disgusting, hostile, unprofessional, and completely untrustworthy. Their payment practices are shady, customer service is appalling, and their behavior is unacceptable. Avoid them at all costs.
Respectful grateful and he about his work Dante 4 days now but
On this rainy day after my dr’s appointment, my car would not start! I ended up calling AAA for towing assistance. Dontay was the assigned driver to assist me. He called me within minutes after I was told my wait would be at least a hour. When he arrived, he was assuring in telling me he could get the job done. I was worried because of the parking space and that the car would not start. Mr.Dontay pushed the car manually(by himself) until he was able to load my car on his truck. He than opened the door for me to get in for the ride from DC to Brandywine, MD. The ride was great, he is so nice and thoughtful making me forget about how I felt before he came to my rescue. After getting to our destination, he demonstrated the behavior, opening the door, went into the facility to let them know we had arrived. He is someone that I will refer to others that may experience a problem as well as myself if something else happens( hopefully not). Thanks again Dontay, you are the best! I’m giving you 10 stars!!!
I had the best experience In customer service this morning with Dontay from ANT Towing. He was very positive, polite and personable and knowledgeable. My 5 star rating is definitely warranted thanks to Dontay’s ability to think outside the box and help resolve my issue. This man has very high standards in customer service and I truly appreciate him. Dontay is my tow truck guy and going forward, I will be requesting him for service when needed!!! Thank you Dontay!!!!

Watch out for these guys they will sit in your parking lot and lie and say you don’t live there to have dc to come out and ticket your vehicle and request witch he will be right there so he can tow it this is a big scam we have video proof he sat for 2 hours to tow it clearly business isn’t working for him so he has to take now
They have excellent social skills and they were fast and reliable with great experience
I can’t thank Fullards enough. They are a blessing. They helped my family when no one else would. A+ They were able to tow my wife within 15 minutes. I wish them all the success!
Very professional. I made an appointment for a tow early in the morning. Driver was on time. Confirmed the appointment. Quick and easy. Very nice to my daughter. Will use them again
Very great experience Driver was super professional, For me to be a long time mechanic I use so many different tow companies and this one is by far my best experience as far as communication on etas even updated me to let me know he’d be there early then what looked to be the most impossible angle that little black Ram was like the little engine that could hats off to you young man keep up the great work your boss should be proud to have someone as talented as you definitely asking for you personally next time thanks again🙂👍✅

What a fantastic journey from my first inquiry for a quote to requesting towing service. Alfonzo exceeded expectations by arriving early and maintaining professionalism throughout our interaction. He graciously addressed all my inquiries without ever making me feel like a bother. Supporting business owners who resemble me is a priority when spending money, and All Star truly delivered. While some businesses fall short, All Star excelled, especially with their rates. Kudos to this company for absolutely nailing it today!
All Star towing picked up the phone was so nice to me. Most tow companies have a chip on their shoulder when they pick up - but I could tell that they knew I was stressed and in need of help. The price was your standard $100-$150 depending on where you’re going and what car you have. But they were extremely quick. I just really appreciated how nice they were to me, in a situation where I’m already stressed and feeling fragile. Jay was my tower and he deserves a raise. He navigated to my tricky area and was patient with me. He kept reassuring me as I was really emotional about the damage. He was understanding and such a great guy. Thank you All Star for spreading kindness and helping people when they are in need!
towing company never showed up as promised
I’m leaving this review on behalf of Oscar - driver #41; he is a god send! My car unfortunately wouldn’t start yesterday and I had to call AAA. They ended up dispatching All star towing to help me out. Oscar was truly professional, courteous and efficient at his job. He hooked my car up to the tow in the face of a very angry business owner who was screaming at him about disrupting his parking lot. Oscar got the car hitched in under 10 minutes (I timed him), maintaining his professional demeanor. Oscar got the car to the spot I needed it towed to and helped me push it into the spot. I wish there was more I could have offered Oscar, but he refused any further compensation. I will forever remember his kindness and efficiency and refer them when people ask!!
They were very professional on the phone and called with updates on where the tow drive was. The response time to my vehicle was very fast.

Showed up in 15 minutes towed car to auto shop did all the paperwork put it in the drop box so I could go home. Sent pictures to let me know when it was completed. Incredible service 👍👍👍
Scammers ⚠️ 1. They kept holding me for 3 hours until they showed up 2. Paid 750$ and gave me 450$ receipt and they refused to give me the right receipt or either give me my money back .
Avoid This Towing Service at All Costs I had a terrible experience with this towing service. What should have been a simple half-hour job turned into a 4-hour nightmare that dragged on until midnight. Throughout the entire day, I was given inaccurate information and misleading updates. It was clear they were just stalling for time, which completely messed up my day. To top it off, the customer service was atrocious. They showed no concern for the inconvenience they were causing, and the whole experience left me extremely dissatisfied. ✨Save yourself the trouble and find a better service provider. Your vehicle and your time deserve better.✨
Fell into a deep pothole and my car said kachow lol. Whole control arm and struts gone. Someone recommended this company, I gave them a call and within a few hours they were able to not only tow my car but also recommend a shop to get my car fixed. Shout out to Daniel for the big help. Really appreciate it bro.
I’d definitely recommend Power Towing. I was in a precarious spot on the I-66 entrance ramp and Moe arrived quickly and hooked up my lowered car and got us out of there and over to the repair shop in no time. Was very careful with the car and I appreciate the expertise and professionalism.

It was a bad experience. There was no one responsible, and even the window office was blacked out—you couldn’t see who you were talking to
The dispatcher was very rude when I called to follow-up on when the battery service technician would arrive. I had waited an hour after the ETA had been given and he had the nerve to accuse me of impatience. The tech finally arrived after about 2.5 hours. Low marks for lack of professionalism, and for being very late.
