On Sunday October 12th it was raining. When a car stopped ahead of us, we weren't able to stop on the slick road, and my little Saturn slid beneath a Ford 4x4. The highway patrol officer who handled the incident was very kind, and he asked what towing service I'd prefer he call. Having had only positive experiences with Wingard, I asked him to contact them. Chris Salter arrived with the tow truck, and literally put his life at risk working to load the vehicle as people sped around him on Southlake Drive. He gave my son and I a ride home, charmingly chatting, which was helpful as I was still quite shaken from the experience. Needing a tow is not something any of us look forward to, but if you need one, call Wingard. Chris and the rest of the crew will make it as painless as possible.
Wonderful experience with this company, as much as needing a tow can be. Mark was great, put my AWD drive Explorer on dollies when he didn't need to, just for my piece of mind. 5 of 5.
Generally, I am not a fan of towing companies. Staff is usually curt, condescending, and not at all helpful. I found this company to be the total opposite. Crystal, at the front desk, is the face of the company, the first person you see. She was helpful, compassionate, and showed empathy for our loss. She treated us like we were humans and not like a wrecked automobile with no value. We will definitely use Wingard Towing again and refer them. Thanks for all you do!!!
Wingard’s to the rescue! While driving my son’s car to run some errands, it completely died. Two different people attempted to jumpstart the car And the car said not today. I knew it was going to need to be towed back to the house. After calling 4 different towing companies and getting either no response, or we’re not working today, or we can tow the vehicle, but you’ll have to walk home, I called Wingard’s. Truck was there in less than 30 minutes and the price was more than fair. Chris was the driver who came to the rescue. He is quick and very professional. He was able to maneuver that big truck as if it was just a small little subcompact. Chris was able to drop the disabled vehicle in my driveway perfectly. Job well done! Chris, good luck on that masters degree. I know you’ll do great things.

they made everything very difficult and overcharged even after making me sign the title to my truck over to them. watched me the entire time i was getting pictures and getting belongings out of the truck. left my welder machine, toolbox, and various other things in a neat pile at the crash site as if they were coming back to take them later. charged me a ridiculous $25 fee to use a credit card to pay the tow fee. all around an awful experience, would not recommend.
My wheel fell off in my neighborhood at 9pm and Cody came to the rescue. Quick and professional and also very personable. 10/10 experience. Would recommend Big Tow to anybody needing a tow service.
Had a tire blowout on my fifth wheel. Coming back from Ridge Road campground outside of Augusta, Georgia. Called a lot of companies and nobody could help me out. When I called big toe, they were out within 30 minutes. All I needed was a lift my camper to put on a new tire. The guy was quick knowledgeable and we are in and out in about 15 minutes. They only complaint I have is how much it cost. 270 dollars later we were back on the road.

Most tow companies take a while to come out , but 803 Towing and Recovery came pretty quick. I didn’t even have time to call someone to pick me up ! Lol but seriously very nice person ! Even offered to take my family and I home ! I really appreciated him in that moment ! It meant a lot ! Would recommend them to anyone ! He went above and beyond.
Do not go to that place for ECM or electrical problems. Took them 2 days to tell me what was wrong, took them over a week to get the part and then over a week to fix my truck and it not even be fixed. Mechanic clearly didn’t know what he was doing when programming the ECM because now other stuff not working on the truck that was working before the ECM went bad. Now have to take it elsewhere to get reprogrammed correctly. They also took my $230 AFM/DFM adapter said he left it in the truck and it’s not so paid just over $1300 for a truck to get fixed that still isn’t fixed. Extremely upset about this.
I was in an accident and couldn’t not drive the truck but Steven at 803 Towing came very responsive to the scene. It was a blessing to be greeted with such great customer service and respect after the stress of being in an accident. They were the MOST AFFORDABLE towing company in the state of SC for me and handled my truck with care and respect. Steven also came out to me a second time to bring my truck to the shop for repairs and I have never seen a faster response time from a towing company than on that day! You guys made an otherwise stressful experience seamless! Thank you!

These guys are awesome. After a horrendous debacle with another company all star came out and saved the day. After hours. At night and totally above and beyond what they needed to do. I appreciate these guys and will recommend them to any and all.
After I got stuck on the side of the highway for a whole afternoon, after being put on hold for hours by AAA just for them to “send” a truck to my location which never arrived, Brandon from All Star Towing came to save the day. He communicated his ETA well, he was friendly and his truck was clean. He was professional, helpful, and most importantly, actually showed up.

I was stranded in Orangeburg SC heading to Charlotte NC late at night with a flat tire and no spare. No other tow companies would touch my car because of how low it is to the ground. I have AAA and they reached out to All star towing to handle my case. The owner drove down from Columbia to rescue me. I don’t think I have ever been so happy to see someone. He loaded my car very carefully and it never once scraped the ground. During the trip he was great company up to Charlotte. He once again took his time to unload my car making sure it wouldn’t scrape the ground. I’m a very happy customer and would recommend All star towing to anyone in need of a tow!

I was 40 miles away so he gave me a chance to call others to save me some cash now that I knew my location. No one else could come out so he agreed. Very polite and professional. Quick pickup. My car broke down in the late night. Nooooo other company could come out or answer the phone. My these guys did and were very prompt. Randy contacted me shortly after dispatch. Got to me in good time and even got me safely to my destination. Personality is awesome too! Give them a call definitely 24hrs!

They picked us up fast and delivered our car 2 hours away in timely manner.
Dude was quick, professional, and made me feel comfortable about getting my vehicle to destination safe.
Car quit not sure what happened but called my Life360 and they sent Caps towing and I can honestly say they are very reliable. Received a text saying what time they would be there and they arrived earlier than expected. Very nice man. Hands down great experience I will definitely call them again if I need them.

The service provided was above and beyond! On the way back from vacation with two dogs and child our car broke down, just so happens the tow company is in walking distance from where we were. He proceeds to not only tow our car to the shop, but lends his personal vehicle for our family with two dogs mind you to use due to space to follow him to the garage and then tows his truck back! If you ever need a tow Nick is as genuine a person you will ever come across.

Out of all days, Valentine’s evening my car decided to break down in a restaurant parking lot. After waiting for about 3 hours on roadside assistance, Austin and his family came to the rescue. I hated that I interrupted his family meal but they were willing to help without a problem. Thank y’all so much for your assistance! Glad that my mom spotted his truck during another tow and passed on his information.
My husband and I had a horrible day Thursday. In the morning, I was run off the road into the center median by an 18-Wheeler truck and the guard rail tore my bumper and rear light off. I didn't feel like it was driveable. I called Diligent right after I called the Highway Patrol. Dominick was there in about 20 minutes. Fast, friendly and efficient. The Highway Patrolman said they use them often. Then, that evening my husband's car started shaking and the engine light began flashing. He called AAA since we have a membership with them. At least over an hour later, AAA had still not sent a tow truck. We called Diligent. They were there again within 20 minutes. Dominick was empathetic and again very efficient. Prompt response is especially important if you are in a dangerous location or in this horrible heat. Thank you for rescuing us TWICE, Diligent!

After calling 3 towing services that did not answer their phone, Diligent answered immediately and drove to Summerville SC to tow my husband back home to Lexington after having a flat tire. And they charged a very reasonable price for such a long tow that took 2 hours to reach my husband's car and 2 hours to tow him home. Highly recommend!
Diligent is the best around. I use them for all my personal tows and for our work related towes. We always recommended Diligent to everyone. They just moved my tool box for me yesterday. Wonderful experience. Made sure my tools were safe and secure. Might seem small. But they are how I make my money. It was very much appreciated.

I had to get my truck towed this morning and it was a bit cold out. Called Wingard Towing and they had a guy out within 30 minutes to pick it up. Bob came out and was very fast, friendly, and courteous and let me ride in his warm truck. Bob was great at what he does and I couldn’t appreciate him more, definitely need more people like Bob in this world! Thank you!
My car unfortunately decided it wanted to go on vacation at Lake Murray Dam today !! After waiting for an hour and half for an unmentioned towing company , I called Wingard and within 30 Min Chris showed up to tow my car !! Quick service, very courteous customer service by both dispatch and Chris. Thank you for saving me & my car!!! Allen(sp?) was wonderful. If you're having a vehicle towed, you're probably not having a great day, so to deal with someone as nice, professional, and efficient as he was made ALL the difference. Thanks again!
Not a good experience. Tow truck drivers looking to complete jobs quickly but overlooking things like giving the keys to the vehicle to the delivery location is kind of annoying. I'd recommend scheduling an appointment late at night for the following day to get better rates, since the same tow 3 weeks ago was cheaper than scheduling it the same day but not giving a specified time that it needed to be completed by other than the end of the day.
Stupidly drove my car over the end of my driveway. Pro tow came out in less than 30 minutes and had me unstuck in 5 for a reasonable price. Both the truck driver and receptionist were delightful. Would use them again, though I’m hopefully done with my own stupidity.
Scheduled to have our truck towed to the mechanic. Waited an hour past the scheduled time and still no tow truck. Can't say anything about the quality of their work cause they never showed. Edit: they made it right! All good!
When my car broke down on Christmas Eve 😔 they responded immediately. My car arrived to the repair shop within an hour of speaking with the tow guy. I would definitely refer them to my family and friends!

We are from Florida and in Lexington for an International Tennis Tournament when our BMW decided it did not want to start and we needed to have it towed to a local repair shop. Tobin, from Wright's Towing & Recovery, arrived and handled everything with exactness and professionalism from start to finish. The parking lot at the tennis center was a tight space to work with but he made it look easy. Tobin and I shared some great conversation on the way to the repair shop and then he made sure I got to my hotel in downtown Columbia safely. I am very thankful for the way Tobin handled everything last night and made a follow up phone call to the company to let them know the same. Tobin - many thanks for your professionalism and kindness last night! I HIGHLY recommend Wright's Towing & Recovery!
Made a tow request in Columbia in the middle of the day through my insurance and the initial time estimate was 1.5 hours. It was then delayed to 2-3 hours by the towing company. After 3 hours our insurance contacted them and they then said 90 more minutes. They made no attempt to contact us. After 90 more minutes the insurance company contacted them again and they claimed they were dispatched to an emergency accident by 911 and that they were “on the way” and would arrive in 1 hour 10 minutes. They made no attempt to contact us. Well, they never came so we made alternative arrangements. We received a notification from our insurance company approximately 8 hours after the job was assigned to them saying that they were on site. Which quite frankly I don’t even believe. Untrustworthy and unreliable company. Avoid at all costs.
We called around and decided to go with them because their dispatchers (Trish and Christina) had the best customer service. The driver Tennessee came and he was SO nice!! He was punctual and polite. I hate that we had to remove our old car but they helped to make a sucky situation a good experience.
If you get to pick a driver, as for Tommy! Not only did this guy know exactly how to make a hookup look easy, he gave me a couple hints to try to help with the car repairs. Absolutely amazing service. Kind, quick, and knowledgeable. Thank you! And yay Tommy!!

Fantastic towing service! I lost my keys at a community event and waited until it was over to see if someone found them. Needless to say it was super late when we decided to tow my car. The owner answered the phone almost immediately, got to us super fast, and was extremely helpful in addition to safely towing my car home. Highly recommend if you find yourself needing a tow!
Called Bulldog to have an abandoned vehicle removed from a rental property I own, called who I suspect is the owner around 530pm and he said he would be over to get it after he meets someone at his lot and he would call me, so I waited 45 minutes, no phone call, I tried calling again went straight to voicemail, called again 15min later, straight to voicemail. Never heard from him so I called a better more reputable company and they came right away. I wasted over an hour waiting on Bulldog Towing. Their communication skills are not the best and customer service isn't good either!
Just want to say thank you to the guy driving the tow truck earlier tonight that helped me and my family out on two notch road. Thankful for making sure we were safe. Your kindness was greatly appreciated!!
Jeremy is the best! Unfortunately, my newer model car wouldn't start and I needed a tow to the dealership. Jeremy was prompt with answering and returning my call, excellent communication (he provided accurate eta and text me updates of his arrival). I never felt stranded and knew right away I was in good hands. I rode with him to the dealership and immediately noticed two things quiet different from my past experience with another tow company. #1- his vehicle was immaculate, no weird smells/odors dirt or stains so I felt very comfortable during my ride and #2-Jeremy presented himself like a professional, his appearance and hygiene is top notch (my last experience with another tow company, a sketchy, very unkept guy showed up and I had to hold my breath during my ride due to BO). Professional, clean and on time, thank you so much Jeremy at Bulldog Towing.

The gentleman was very nice and showed some compassion to me for the situation I was in. He was very professional and had a great attitude. Not from around here! Called at 3:09 to get my car towed no one got to us til 6:27pm. Guy said someone had been out there twice which was a lie because we sat in the same place for about 7 hours! When someone finally came they just dropped my car at the location and left, the repair shop knew nothing. I was told they didn’t need my keys and after speaking to people at the shop that was a lie! This was a very bad situation all around because of a lot of miscommunication!
A driving mishap in front of our house and ended up with someone's minivan stuck in our shrubs. Alfonzo with Country Towing showed up. He had to get creative in removing the car w/o causing further damage to our front yard. Ended up with a chain saw trimming bushes that were in the way. An expert in hooking up the van and pulling it through a narrow garden area and no additional damage received. A job well done by Alfonzo!

He was a blessing to our family as we were on our way home and was in an accident that left my husband, myself and our two young kids on the side of a very busy highway. Highly recommend this towing company! They worked with us (regardless of having issues in the moment with our auto towing company). He called me personally to make sure if we still needed help (after we thought the issue was fixed) and we did! He happened to be right around the corner and immediately was able to come and pick the vehicle up. He also was able to test for the issue and advised us on the problem. Super nice guy! I had the most terrible experience with this company. A request was sent to this company around 3:03am to tow my vehicle via Verizon Roadside Assistance with an ETA of 13 minutes. At 6:39am I contacted the company due to the tow truck never showing up and was told they were just aware of the order. The call then was disconnected I called back as no one contacted me, I was then told someone could come out around 8am. It is now after 11am still no tow truck. I've since been told the tow was canceled and I never requested a cancelation. I contact JW to ask why was the towing requested canceled and was told because there was no driver available at 8am. I asked the owner why was I not contacted to advise and/or offer a later towing service and he hung up. This is completely unacceptable service.

Priority Towing was a blessing when my daughter wrecked her car. The driver, Michael, was so reassuring and kind. He patiently explained everything as it took place and was thorough when delivering our car to the collision shop. Even though it was almost midnight, he made sure I understood the process. He took the car to the shop and had documentation with photos to back up the drop-off. Michael also called a few days later to check and make sure everything was ok and see if we had any questions or needed any further assistance. I would definitely recommend Priority Towing, and am especially thankful that Michael helped us during this stressful time.
OMG- I'm am lost for words. I called Sunday evening for tow and there were no drivers available (no big), but was told to call first thing in the AM and was given a quote (which was the best price smoking) lol. I called at 7:10. gave all info and was told someone would call me around 8 or so. Here is where my mouth dropped. James called me @834 told me he was on his way to my vehicle (he beat me - I was at an appointment) texted me at 8:51 to confirm he was at the right truck. 8:52 he confirmed he did not need the key (I’m still on the way lol).8:56 he texted on the way to dropped it off. LADIES AND GENTALMEN I had my truck by 9:03....... I have never dealt with a company that just come and do the job with all the other stuff. We used a card, the lady called took the payment and JAMES was on to save another car. Not being from SC this was the most southern niceness I have dealt with since being here. He was nice, patient and even thought he was super-fast he was not careless with my truck. I would say I would use you again, but I pray I don’t have to. If anyone needs a tow. Last Friday our truck died at the zoo. Tristan responded quickly and came to the parking lot in a short amount of time. We had two car seats that needed to be moved and he carried the large heavy seat out of the truck for us. I rode with Tristan and he was very polite and friendly as we drove safely across town. AAA had unfortunately directed us to the wrong auto repair shop. At the family's request Tristan then towed the truck to a dealership and dropped it off. We are grateful for his help!
I'm not sure who the young, curly haired, blonde guy is, who was working today, on Forest Drive at 3pm, but he seemed amused about driving onto the curb to immediately & intentionally block me from leaving the parking lot, while I was trying to turn around & rush my daughter's medication to her, but when I tried to go around him, he started backing a car off the back, towards my vehicle. When he got out of the truck, he had a smirk on his face. I told him I had a medical emergency & he asked me, "Then what are you doing here?" The passengers in the truck with him looked sincere & mouthed, "I'm sorry," before words were exchanged, which only reiterated the intent. I hope his employer takes notice of his wreckless driving & unprofessional demeanor & behavior. He could have caused damage to my vehicle & kept my daughter from getting her medication sooner. I hope that he doesn't continue to interact with the public this way, as it poorly represents the company & it's name. I'll remove this review once it has been noticed by the owner, as it's clear that his behavior doesn't represent the company as a whole.

I was involved in a nasty pile-up on I-26 Friday afternoon near Sandy Run. SDR sent a crew to free my vehicle from the truck that hit me and tow my totaled car away. Because my husband could not reach us due to heavy traffic, the gentleman who drove the tow truck gave my grandchildren and me a ride to the SDR office (which was amazingly clean). Every single employee we encountered was exceptionally kind and solicitous and went out of his and her way to make us comfortable while we waited for the Highway Patrol and my husband. Many thanks to each and every employee of SDR for their care and concern!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ BEST COMPANY TO GO WITH IF YOU NEED A TOW! Hands down, if you are in need of a tow, THIS is the company you want. I am traveling solo cross-country and the other day, I blew a fuel injector in my 2005 GMC Sierra (quad cab/long bed w/a Lance cabover camper). I was stuck off of I-20 for over 9 hours waiting on AAA service which never came. While I was waiting, I must have called over 10 different tow companies. I spoke to a couple of people who were very kind but none who could get my oversized vehicle safely to the mechanic who had agreed to service it..... until I talked to Chris from SDR towing. He was literally my roadside hero late on a Thursday night. His communication and follow through in setting up a pick up time were top notch. Upon his arrival, he had me hitched up and ready to roll in no time. He was kind, completely professional and obviously a long-time pro at hauling. The drive was very slow-going with my large rig - and I truly appreciate the care he took with it. We hit a bit of a snag mid-tow and - to make sure all was good - he called in another truck, which arrived in no time. Given the good chunk of time we spent together in getting to the repair shop, I had the privilege of getting to learn more than a bit about who Chris is and how he walks in the world. This is an honest man, a good man. He runs his company ethically, both with integrity as well as with the aim of helping to lift the spirits of those he encounters. What started as a challenging day for me... ended with the unexpected gift of time very well spent. I am so glad that all my efforts in seeking assistance eventually led me to just the right person to carefully haul my "she's having a bad day" rig and to just generally help me to well-navigate an otherwise challenging experience. Thank you so much, Chris and SDR towing! I am humbled and grateful.
I wouldn't give them any stars if I could still leave a comment. I have AAA, they sent this company to being me gas. They put 2 gallons of liquid in my gas line. I got less than a mile and my car quit again. Had to have my car towed to the dealership. They removed 2 gallons of water from my tank and one gallon of gas. At the very least, they put a gallon of water in my tank. They refused to help with the cost of the repair. I asked for a copy of the receipt for the gas. To this date, over a month now, I have yet to get a copy of the receipt. I should be allowed to have a receipt from the place that obviously had water in their tank. SDR towing waited over 36 hours before they went to the gas station they supposedly got the gas from to check. By that point, the water would have moved again. Be careful with this towing company. They also used mileage for my tow to go back and look for a cell phone, so AAA was charged more miles than they used for me Update: still haven't gotten receipt they promised to get me from gas station. It has been 2 and a half years now.
If I could give less than one star I would. This company damaged my vehicle and then refused to send anyone out to look at it or look at their video cameras afterwards. And now they refuse to even talk to me about the situation do not use this company they are crooked as hell.

Sunday night, last night, at 9:00pm I was driving back to Columbia from Whitmire. A very large tow truck with Happy Daddy on the door sign entered I-26 from the ramp on the right. I moved into the left lane to allow them to merge and to allow me to continue my journey home. The truck driver merged into the right lane from the ramp and, driving quickly, came up on the rear of another traveling automobile. I was approaching the same auto but still in the left lane due to all the merging, etc. The towtruck looked like they were going to change lanes into the, my, left lane without a signal. The visual of this intent was that the big truck danced left and was suddenly pulled back right into that lane -- I can only hope it was because they saw me in that left lane space. The auto in front of Happy Daddy sped up. I can only assume it was because this huge truck was gaining on their bumper. I took my foot off my accelerator, the other car sped up, as mentioned, and Happy Daddy put on a left turn signal after they hurriedly pulled in front of me in my lane. I flashed my high beams to show and remind the truckdriver that I was still traveling behind them. As I was watching their bumper just in front of my car, looking downwards, mind you. The truckdriver flipped on an immense array of spotlights across the back of the cab and more spot lights along the truckbed aimed at my car. The lights were blinding. No way to escape them or look away. All detail was washed out. Illuminated the truck bed and the front of my car in a brilliant torture. They were not appropriate nor were they needed at 70 miles an hour in the left lane on a highway at 9pm. They were left on, purposefully, maybe, for far too long and luckily I hadn't been looking at them. This driver is a danger to us. Period. (I do know the mile marker, too. But, I will keep that to myself right now)

I had a terrible experience with this towing company. The customer service was absolutely awful. The dispatcher was rude and unhelpful, giving me attitude the entire time. On top of that, the driver showed up almost two hours late, with no explanation or apology and rode right pass me honking and laughing because I was given numerous of prices that went up every call back . Update my car is still on side of the road and this incident happened hours ago.
Vehicle was towed by them after a bad accident. However my personal belongings was taken out of my vehicle! Secure your belongings if you ever have to use this company please!! Definitely use someone else if possible!

My Husband and I had a flat tire on our camper trailer on the way to Appling, Georgia and on the way home. We were able to change the first blowout, however we didn’t have a 2nd extra tire for the blowout on the way home. I had called our roadside assistance and they quoted me a price of $700 for 2 tires. About 4 hours later we were still sitting on the side of the interstate when Katelyn text to see if we were home yet. We had just met her and Craig camping! I told her my dilemma. She told me to cancel my roadside assistance and Craig and his team were there to assist us with in 30 minutes! Craig took my Husband to purchase the tires and back to the camper. He had them put on for us promptly! I would highly recommend Priority Towing for any roadside assistance! Thank you!

Called Carter Sunday around 12 pm on Sunday to get some containers moved on my property. The next day he had a crane out with such short notice. Crane operator and rigger were very skilled and professional. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of Crane service!

Accidents can and are mostly "fortuitous" situations in, when and how in happening. This is why I'm thankful for the guys at Freedom, because there quite the opposite there from being "fortuitous". They were extremely Fast in response there response time. They were able handled the Incident completely for me, so I had not 1 question or concern or that I was unclear in anything that was going on a would be going on during my situation!!! These guys are terrific! We had a blown tire on our boat trailer on I-26, with 2 young kids in the car, coming back from vacation. Chris was awesome. He brought us a spare tire to try changing it. It ended up not fitting the hub so Chris towed the boat and trailer home for us. I couldn't have been happier with the service!
While trying to recover Son's Stolen Truck the Two Companies Together "Freedom Towing and Lexington Wrecker" NEVER contacted the Registered Owner of the Towed Vehicle, When asking for a copy of the Towed Order ALL Professionalism went out the window. We were treated like Criminals and Lied to and Screamed at, Hung up on and Changed the amount owed (in the same day) for the Tow when we went to pick it up. Please think twice before dealing with a company in Business to line their own pockets and NOT care about their Community their doing Business in... Definitely reporting to BBB!!!
If could give a -0 I would! This company is by far the most unprofessional towing company I've ever dealt with! Freedom Towing & Recovery can benefit from attending several customer service classes ASAP due to the fact that being courteous and personable is not in their DNA. Cami Jones (Owner's wife) has the nastiest attitude. I first called to verify my car was at their lot. I went on to inquire about my car that I just purchased for my son a few weeks ago and wanted to know if the Title, car insurance, and bill of sale (all notarized from the bank) would be sufficient to pick up the car. Unprofessional Cami Jones couldn't handle the simple questions and quickly got infuriated and began yelling "IT HAS TO HAVE A PLATE ON IT!" She then slammed the phone down saying "I'm not talking to her, I'm not dealing with that, I don't have time for this!" She's an absolute gross disservice to customers and their company!! I have zero tolerance for anyone yelling at me for any reason let alone just for asking, questions only her and whoever works there would know so that I can be prepared with the proper paperwork to retrieve my vehicle. After the phone was slammed down, Chris Jones (The Owner/husband) gets on the phone and of course I have to explain it all over again and ask him the SAME questions then he proceeded to raise his voice at me as well. At this point, my blood pressure is through the roof and I stated I don't know what the heck is wrong with either one of them but I am trying to get the correct info about how to get my car without all the extra ignorance and rudeness. Just a PSA for Cami and Chris: You run a "business," so act like it. You don't know what kind of day I was having and I could've easily exploded right back on both of you but I chose to wait to say what I needed to say to your face, calmly! I wouldn't recommend your company to pick up road kill! Your company is beyond unprofessional, both of you are gross, your attitudes are disgusting and I hope that you are put out of business sooner rather than later because it's what you deserve! I will be contacting the BBB to report your company to them. After reading all these horrible and negative reviews about your company one would think you would make a change for the better. A pair of their drivers were driving 90 using all 3 lanes of the interstate like it was a race way. They were weaving in and out of traffic using their horns and flashing lights and threatening to run me and everyone else off the road with their lowboy rig. Clearly they don't deserve to drive a truck let alone have a drivers license. The worst driving I've ever witnessed. I hope they don't kill someone with the reckless driving!!

The only reason I gave one star is because it is the only way to leave a comment. This “business” likes to steal from senior citizens. Towing a car that wasn’t blocking anything where there were no signs stating no parking or standing. Demanding $200 in cash for someone who was just trying to do their job. I hope someone treats your mother or grandmother the same way. I hope you feel like a big man now.

Great service and fast delivery
I had damage to the front of my car because of a deer strike. Parker Jones at Anderson Towing repaired and painted my vehicle. The paint looks better now then it did before when I purchased the vehicle. I have a second car that was hit in the rear by a distracted driver. It will also be repaired at Anderson Towing because they repair vehicle’s the proper way. NO SHORTCUTS!!!!
