Super quick and friendly assistance late in the evening on a crummy weather day. Highly recommended. Took great care of us at a fair price and took extra steps to make sure everything was safely set up to be looked at when dropping the vehicle off for us.
I needed a tow to a tire shop, my call was picked up quickly, he was estimated to show up in about 45 minutes and came within an hour, and it was a quick and pleasant experience overall.
I could never express how thankful my family and I are to the couple that picked us up. They were very kind and patient with us. In addition, their kindness has gone beyond to them giving us a ride to picking up our car rental when we got stuck with a car that won't start. Thank you for your service. Bless your hearts.

Brian, the tow truck operator, was extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done to access our Mercedes and load it without our ability to put the car in neutral due to dead main and auxiliary batteries. The tow truck was state of the art and the perfect vehicle to tow our dead car. I will definitely have Patriot Towing & Recovery in my contacts for a speed dial if I ever need a tow again👍🏻
I got a flat tire (ran over a nail) after doing a late night Icecream run with the Family. I filed a claim through my insurance and Cameron from Patriot Towing and Recovery called me and was with us in a very short about of time. He was very accommodating and opened his Tow truck for us to stay warm if we needed to. We also almost left a phone In the car and he pointed it out to us! He offered for us to leave our car seats in his tow truck to keep them warm until our Lyft driver arrived as well. He was super calm and kind and took great care of our family. If our Lyft didn’t arrive he offered to drive us home after dropping off our car at the tire shop. Great customer service. Thank you!

Towz R Us LLC is trustworthy, respectful, outgoing, friendly and hardworking. The Towz R Us LLC driver did a fantastic job as the property I own is rough terrain and he put my Conex Box Truck right where I wanted it. When the Towz R Us LLC driver left, his tow truck was covered in thick mud. The Towz R Us LLC driver really cared and thanked me.

Andy was my guy and he was amazing. We weren’t sure how were we’re gonna make it happen because where I was stuck, But he hooked up to my car and very gently pulled my car out with ease. Go to Tow!!! TJ was awesome and very helpful. He was also very personable. We were having a tough time and he was able to pull our jeep away from a tree after we slid backwards down a curve coming up our driveway following the rainstorms Jan. 2025. TJ came with a wrecker as I requested after another company that was dispatched by my insurance sent a flat bed with no chains…, TJ popped some very aggressive chains on his tires (65$ an axle) to drive over the small river that had formed on my driveway in a low point. It was honestly a mess and with us being down to just one vehicle this was an absolute must for us. Thanks TJ, if I ever get stuck again I know who I’ll call. (Knock on wood)

I admit to a weakness... liking fast small cars that are totally inappropriate for winter snow conditions. Espacially in my driveway. Thanks to the kind, polite, no judgment staff at Towz, my weakness is, once again, lifted into the center of my driveway without flaw or delay. In perfect condition. Thank you Towz!
Both gentleman that got my husband and myself unstuck were excellent! The first company I tried was suggested to me. I called and got their voicemail about 7:15AM, their message said they didn’t have any drivers available until 9:30AM. Both times I got stuck it was before 7:30AM. I called and the first time the guy came in less than an hour, (had to get someone else out first). The second time he was there in less than 30 minutes. I’m pretty sure it took them longer to process my payment than it did to actually hook up my car and pull it out. Unless I have to, I will never use another towing business again. (They may have also towed my frozen car from my driveway to a car shop in 2019.)

I have used many tow companies in the Wasilla area and Towz R Us has been the best! I called the others I've used and they all quoted $100 to $150 more than Tows R Us did. They also gave the most reasonable arrival time period than the others. We were told it would be 45 min and instead they arrived within 15 minutes of my call. It was late in the evening, dark, cold & snowing. The driver was very nice, friendly and took the time to determine the best way to get my car back on the road without damage, yet got it done in a very timely manner. The payment process was quick and easy and I received an emailed receipt. I give them 5 stars because they deserved it in my book. They will be the first ones I call when I need a tow-truck again.
I had bought a car at auction that was supposed to run and drive from a different company. It had to be delivered somewhere in Anchorage. Surprise, it was not running and driving. Had it towed to a shop that refused to work on it as it was "too old". Another tow company was supposed to bring it out and flaked. Called Towz R Us and they not only were able to do it, but had it delivered from Anchorage to my home in the Valley in under two hours from the time I called! Awesome service as usual! Great customer service and going beyond for your customer’s. My car was stolen, within less then 24 hours the thieves did a lot of damage. I needed a tow back to my residence. My insurance agent told me that the towing company they work with in the area are NOT towing in residential areas due to how much snow we received and roads are narrow. I called 1Class towing and I told her my situation and she came to my residence to see if she’s able to tow my vehicle in my driveway. When she came by, she was like yesss I can tow your car for you, the greatest news I have had since this all happened. I set up time and day of pickup but my car wasn’t ready to be released from impound lot due to submitting the paperwork. I apologize to her and she said it’s okay we’ll try again tomorrow. So appreciated that. I texted the confirmation on release of the car. She replies with “ I’ll be there”. Thank goodness. Because how damaged the car was, it had some challenges with off loading, but she got it done. She was great and I would Recommend 1Class towing to everyone. Mahalo!!!
Called 1st Class they immediately answered, was able to get to me in less than a hour. I called around but 1st class had the best price. The gentleman that showed up was super kind and helpful. He made my stressful day alot better thank you Wayne you sir are the best.

This company is very professional and responsive. I didn’t know exactly where my car broke down and had limited cell service. They figured it out and towed my car quite a distance back. Andrew was very nice, clean and professional. It was especially nice being two young females to feel safe and comfortable in a situation like that. Their trucks are the nicest I’ve ever seen!
Levi helped my Aunt recover her vehicle and got it towed back to her house safely and expeditiously. I had a great experience with this establishment. I had a blowout on KGB and did not have the tools to get the spare tire down. The gentleman who I arranged services with on the phone was very friendly, understanding, and accommodating. He was very down to earth and treated me more like a friend than a customer. My vehicle was towed to a nearby Auto Repair Shop and he offered to give me a ride to my house. Having just moved here and not knowing anyone they really helped me out of a bind. Everything worked out and I would definitely use their services again if needed!

They were fast and extremely good at communicating! Sent pictures when my poor dead car was dropped at the repair shop and filled out the night drop envelope for me! Would recommend to anyone!
Using my insurance company, they contacted Midnight Sun Towing at 10 with an estimate of 90 min wait time. At 11:36 pm I was informed they were in their way. 2 hours later, several phones calls to the tow company that was answered by a voice message with no return call. At 1:45 the insurance company cancelled Midnight Sun and requested another company who will be here in twenty minutes.
The customer service is awesome. Jeff delivered our 1959 ford truck, it arrived on time and in great condition! He understood how important this vehicle was to us and treated it as if it was his. Super happy and we will absolutely be using their services. Highly recommend them!!!
My car wouldn’t turn over and after multiple days of trying I finally caved and called for a tow. Jeff showed up on time and after a quick chat, he was actually able to get my car running! I don’t know what magic he worked, but not needing a tow made my entire week run a little smoother. I hope I don’t need their services in the future, but if I do, I know who to call. After calling numerous other tow companies, South Central was the only one that seemed interested in helping me out. Very personable and quick! They called me back and fit me in between another run. I have a 2008 BMW 335XI that is very low to the ground. They took great care to make sure nothing was damaged in the process. Very fair rate as well! Chris is absolutely fabulous! I am an exchange student from Iowa for the Fall semester and been having some car problems. I called for a tow to a shop and told him my situation, he offered to come and look at my car saying that if the issue was just the spark plug then he didn't want me to have to tow it. He came out and was able to change the spark plug free of charge. He went out of his way to help us and now my car drives. I dont have much money as I am a college student and this saved me! For towing or mechanic work, Triton is your guy!! He got me out of a bind, got my lugs off (may as well have been fused to the posts) and totally hooked me up. I really like the way he carried himself and went about business. He showed up early morning and by the time I got out of work that day, he had all of my problems solved. I told him what I needed, and he got it done!

I was stranded in the middle of the road and called here to get a jump start and the person that came to save me (i cant remember his name) but he was very down to earth and understanding. he attempted to jumpstart car but the battery or the alternator wasn't working so the man went the extra mile and came up with a method to help me get off the road onto a parking lot were it was safer. I needed an older, rusty vehicle transported to the UMV for inspection. He brought it down for me and made the whole process very easy for me. He lowered the vehicle for the inspection process and loaded it back up while I was inside working with the UMV to finish up paperwork. I'll be calling these guys when I need their services in the future.

Was told an hour, got here in 30 minutes, took 7 minutes to get me out ( I looked at the clock) longest part was waiting for a neighbors truck move, and paper work. Very profesdional staff!
They charged me $125 to tow a late 60's dodge about 6 miles which believe it or not is actually rather reasonable. Anyways they were quick, prompt and the dispatcher was pretty straightforward.
I have used them 3 times now for one of our vehicles and all 3 times it has been so easy and fast and very affordable. Will continue to use them and recommend them

My f550 truck slipped parking brake went across the road and into a steep ditch hitting a tree. It was leaning badly . Eric and his dad were able to winch it out with no additional damage and tow it back to my driveway. Outstanding service and a very reasonable rate.

I broke my drive shaft almost 100 miles from Anchorage around 9pm on a Thursday night. A 52 year old woman alone. A truck was there as soon as was legally possible. The driver quickly and carefully secured my Yukon on the flatbed. He was friendly and professional. The ride into Anchorage was pleasant and comfortable. I never felt uncomfortable or like a burden to the helpful young man who rescued me and my vehicle. Phenomenal service. Very friendly, helpful, and polite. Really appreciated their level of communication and helping us in a sticky situation. Dustin was great and so was the lovely lady in the office I spoke with.
Emily was amazing at what she does and did me and my husband towing our plow truck to the business we sent her to. She worked alone and kicked ass.
Carlos was outstanding and helpful through the tough times of getting my truck impounded. I am so grateful for his help and his team. 10/10!!!

Driver was super chill & very accommodating & understanding. The wait was a little long but luckily I wasn’t in a hurry. Dustin was very friendly, professional and I’d definitely recommend his services.

Edit: they lost the drive line to the rv so it's not drivable now. JT Towing was great to work with. The only company we called that was able to come rescue our 37' rv from the side of the Glenn Hwy. Thanks to that team for showing up and delivering

My driver towed my car to the mechanic. Then under NO obligation he threw down gravel in the parking lot because my wife got stuck picking me up. Driver was not just professional but very cordial from the moment he called with an ETA to the moment he waved goodbye leaving the mechanics parking lot.
Towed our motor home from mile 66 ( turnagin pass rest area) and did an excellent job arrived when they said , and arrived at our house shortly after I had arrived ! No long waits ! Our motor home was filled with stuff and not one thing was knocked over or broken! Excellent job will definitely use again!

Extremely rude and uncalled for customer service over the phone. The employee had been very unprofessional and very immature with what he had said to me then hung up. Because I had asked if this was also Aurora Towing as it's advertised so online.
I had a horrible experience with this company. My car had slid into a ditch. Not bad, two wheels still on the road. I called this company and did not ask for a price, because the REPUTABLE towing businesses generally charge around the same price to be pulled out of ditch/snow berms. Imagine my surprise to find out I had been charged 225.00 ! I called the company and spoke to a manager who told me that I had been quoted a price. I informed him that I had not and that I record my phone calls. So he quickly changed it to 'well my driver told you how much it was.' Well, he didn't, because believe me, if I'd know what I was going to be charged, I would have sent him on his way and called someone else! A When I called the company to try to work out a reasonable price, he was so insufferable and condescending! Never, never use this business!
Absolutely horrible. My bother got stuck in a ditch and one of your workers HAPPENED to drive by and asked if he needed help. My brother said yes, and the driver did not mention a price at all. After being pulled out of the ditch, your worker then told me brother he need to pay, but was still not told a price. He handed his card over and only after it was declined did the driver tell him that he was getting charged 860 DOLLARS. This company advertises a price of 105 for a call plus mileage. With NO CALL (my brother did not ask for help) and NO MILAGE (he was not towed anywhere, just hoisted out of a ditch), your company seems they just make up a number to charge people. We have tried to talk to you multiple times to negotiate AT LEAST a partial refund but have gotten nowhere, and NON of your employees could tell us why he got changed so much. You seem to enjoy stealing from service men. NO ONE CALL HERE. THEY ARE A SCAM.
I slid off the highway one night on the way home to Anchorage and wound up buried in between the north and southbound lanes . I called 24/7 Towing and they were there in about an hour. The guy was really good at his job and he got me out just fine, winched the car up on the flatbed and took me home. I have no complaints about the service. The thing is, after he pulled me out and still had me hooked up to his chain is when he demanded I pay the $425.00 service fee before he would a.) unchain my car or b.) tow me safely off the highway and home. Now I understand why the need to make sure that payment is made before the service is given, because I'm sure they've been burned before. Notice I said "before". But he only told me the high cost of the service AFTER he'd already hauled out. He never gave me the opportunity to make another call and choose another towing company, maybe one that I could afford or at least talk to somebody and arrange it. No, he simply winched my car out of the snow and up onto his truck and THEN informed me of the amount I owed and told me to pay up, or he would take my car to the impound lot, and I would be stranded. This happens more than you would think, apparently! Talk about highway robbery...WOW!
I personally haven't used them but did call them to report a very dangerous incident in a construction zone. The driver that was hauling a big load speed up to cut off a line of people slowing Down and merging. He pushed a car off the road that was in front of the line. I called he number and I'm guessing the owner answered and he said he would call the driver. 5 minutes later the driver called us and told me to "learn to drive and S his D" mother Fer"! Then hung up. I tried to call the company back and they screeched the phone and hung up. One of the most unprofessional things I have ever witnessed. I wish there were negotiable stars... wow
