I had an unfortunate circumstance that required a tow, but B&C made things super easy! I called Mr. James to schedule one and he made sure we had everything squared away for a seamless pickup and delivery. He answered all my questions and took care of my request in a timely manner.
Yesterday every single placed I called were backed up, regarding a tow with a flatbed. James was the last person I called and was able to get my Jeep towed to the diesel mechanic! James was super nice, fast and very informative with his ETA when he towed my Jeep this morning. This by far has been the cheapest price I’ve ever paid for a tow during inclement weather!! Definitely will be using him for future tows!! Definitely telling my friends about him. Thank you so much James!! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!

Lamar is great and knows exactly what he's doing. Towing in the Seattle metro area isn't cheap - about $30/mile - but you can't go wrong with his company.
If I could give 6 stars I would. I originally requested to get my car towed to a dealership because of a noise that sounded like a serious a problem. Upon arrival, Masood immediately recognized the noise and figured out what was wrong with my car. Instead of towing it, he offered to fix it on the spot. He also showed and explained to me what was going on in detail, but in terminology I could understand easily. Masood was very professional and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to call again should the need arise. 10/10 recommend!

I thought I would need a tow to a mechanic to fix my truck which wouldn’t start even after I tried to jump start it. The tow driver, Masood, arrived about an hour before he needed to, and fixed my truck’s battery issues on the spot for no extra charge. He probably saved me close to $1000 in repairs for the mechanic to do what he did. Incredible customer service, courtesy and efficiency, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in an emergency in need of help.
It was stormy all day, my daughter drove to Swedish hospital in Issaquah for her chelation therapy which is 4 hours long and then required an emergency blood transfusion which was another 4 hours. As it was a very long day and both can tend to make her feel sick she finished only to find her car would not move. I called insurance to have a tow home and waited with her in my car. The wait was going to be 90 to 105 minutes which we waited 98 min only to have first tow company that agreed to take job cancel. Second one came through and waited 120 min before got message again canceled. Frustrated I called to cancel any other tries as she was in need of getting home to eat and take meds. Thinking it was canceled went home and by time got home the 3rd tow company had showed up within 30 minutes. Lamar was our driver he asked if it was OK if he delivered to our home anyway. I was ecstatic of that thought, he also went above and beyond to let me know the issue that was causing the car to be stalled. I just want to take the time to say thank you from both of us. There are angels with good hearts left in this world.

Worked with Jeremy to relocate my 67 Firebird. Called him at 6PM for a 630 pickup. He was there at 615 and knew what he was doing. Had car delivered in my garage within the hour. Even tried to give me change when I tipped him. Stand up guy and good company. Highly recommend.
Excellent experience with Rogers towing. The car had slid into a precarious position partly off a retaining wall and he was able to manipulate it in a small space and on an incline. I was really impressed and thankful for the knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and reasonably priced help. Hope I don’t need to but would use Roger’s again in a heartbeat and will recommend.

Always pleasant and helpful
Got me out of a tight situation, they were to the rescue in no time so the wait was not that bad. They towed my to the nearest auto parts store and made sure we were able to get all fixed up before leaving, now I call that great customer service a very big thank you for all you guys do.
Fastest towing service around for a good deal. 15 minute response time. I’d much rather give these guys my biz instead of insurance or AAA.
I called Ken's as they were one of the names given to me by a garage that I needed to have my car towed to. I should have known that after my call was dropped by the representative at Ken's, thus causing me to call back, and that I needed to repeat myself, and the corresponding data, several times, that there was little chance that the tow truck would arrive on time this morning. I've wasted an opportunity to have my car towed to a garage, the mechanic has been waiting for the car and now I've wasted his time, and I still need to have my car towed to the garage. It took three calls to Ken's this am to get them to answer then I was told "dispatch" lost the scheduled event and as such I needed to re-order the job. Do yourself a favor, do not use Ken's. As expensive as it is to tow a car a few miles use one of the dozens of other providers that are responsive and professional. D; have a great day and to all at Ken's thank you for wasting my time and now my mechanics.
I was involved in a collision, and PD dispatched the tow truck, so i did not call. However, the tow truck driver, Shawn, treated my vehicle with a lot of care. My rear axel was bent out of shape, and one wheel couldn't spin. He loaded and unloaded my truck onto a flatbed with precision and care. He was also very polite and helpful with my questions.

I had a flat tire after hours, and five other companies did not answer at all. One place finally picked up but asked for an unreasonable amount of money. This team responded right away and genuinely felt like lifesavers after a long and stressful day. They arrived in under 30 minutes, loaded the car quickly, and took me straight to the service center. Leo was incredibly polite, very careful with the car, and explained each step so I felt safe and supported. The price was also half of what another company quoted me. Excellent and reliable service. They truly saved my day.

Mac & Ibsen Towing are linked. Bellevue office is deep in Mercer Park Business complex. Tough to find! Street addresses on the top of buildings. Reasonable to work with. Not as overpriced by comparison. Staff helpful & competent. I don't want to be towed, but working with them was better than other tow companies.

My car broke down this week in Bellevue, and I did a quick internet search and found Superior Towing. I called them and they responded with excellent customer service, and promptly came to my rescue within 15 minutes. After the driver determined that my car would need to be towed, the driver was very helpful in suggesting a reasonable but quality mechanic. I am grateful to be back on the road with as little hassle as possible. I can HIGLY recommend Superior Towing for anyone with car trouble. Great Job Guys!
Thanks to the experts that work here, my 1988 Chevy Corsica was taken to a great shop where they fixed her right up. Each worker that I came in contact with was friendly, professional and kind. I didn't have to wait long for them to arrive ether. I was driving along, when POP went my back tire. I just didn't know what to do. I had Yelp downloaded on my Android. I searched for nearby toeing and Superior Towing Showed up in my search. I read a few reviews and called right away. It was a matter of minutes, and here they were. They kindly took my car to the shop. The best part about all of this, was payment! They were great, fast, friendly, and all for little cost! Thank you Superior! I was having enough issues already. And you made my day just that much better from what it was! I recommend this company to all whose car is broken down!
I have had a few interesting experiences with towing companies in my day, so I was surprised enough by Superior Towing Company’s good service that I had to write a review about them. Of course because be car sucks, something inside of it decided to die when I was in a fairly busy intersection in Bellevue. Luckily, these guys were pretty speedy and nice about my situation and gave me a decent priced tow on over to a repair shop. They made the whole process a little less terrible, and I highly appreciate that.
I was in a car accident and wsp used them to tow my car. While my car was getting hooked up the driver Edgar asked if I needed anything out of my car. I said it's just some CDs and loose change. His response was, oh... Tip money. I said no it's not. The following day I realized my wedding band was also in my console mixed in with the coin. We had recently divorced. After a few days insurance told me to clean out the car and release it to them as it was totaled. When I got there, contents of my console were on the passenger seat. All of the loose change and ring gone! They are shady. All these bad reviews tell me they have an operation going. Thanks for the high fees and your 100% tip you some from me.
This business encourages cash payments and the staff are consistently rude. It is a place that definitely requires inspection by the IRS. Ps. I had 5000$ in the glovebox and once I checked in my car money was gone 🤣 They showed us the CCTV footage, but while most parts were shown, when it came to the part where an employee appeared to be searching our car, about 30 seconds of the footage was suddenly missing. When we asked to see that specific part, they told us to call the police if we wanted to view it. So guys if your car gets towed here call the police first then pay your money

Very Rude! I contracted with this company to be my tow service for our parking lot. After filling out all the necessary paper work & multiple calls I was very rudely told to go to another tow truck company for the services I need. I was also told that "We are short staffed" (Every time I've called they have said this), that they are "Very busy" and "Don't know when we can get the signs installed". Apparently they do not want my business, and they probably do not want yours either.
That's what they there for. To take your money! And no, they don't offer Starbucks coffee.

These bastards wouldn't let me get my car even though the registered owner gave them and me permission to get the car. Now they've sold it. I've got a lawyer though, hopefully I'm able to get compensation.
Rude lady on the phone. Always acts like you're inconveniencing her by calling. I used these people to get my car from mercer island to Bellevue. They did it, and took my card number, but didn't charge me or tell me the total, I figured they were processing it, and would contact me about final payment. A month later , my account is randomly overdrawn. No kind of notice or warning. Called about it and the same blasé lady answers and just acts like it's normal. Told me sometimes the drivers don't get their paperwork in right away. 😑 I asked for a record of payment , and she begrudgingly took down my email address and still hasn't sent the damn email.

Called this company for a car that was parked in my spot - in the apartment complex there are signs with numbers to this business. Towing car never showed up.
I do NOT recommend using Ibsen unless you like getting ripped off. Ordered a tow, charged $241 per hour, but even though they didn't show up till 8:05 and towed me to my destination at 8:35 they charged me for 25 minutes from the time I called in and the driver arrived and an extra 20 minutes for the estimated time it would take the driver to get back to dispatch, a total of 1 hour and 15 mintues for a 30 min tow.
Reasonable to deal with, staff helpful & competent. Bellevue office is hidden deep in the Mercer Park Business Complex. Look for Mac Towing signs and Ibsen signs. Further back the buildings numbered with the address. I never want to be towed, but working with Ibsen / Mac Towing could have been worse.
