Prices are fair and the staff who answered the phone was friendly and respectful. The operator I was in communication with the entire time, was polite and respectful, and very professional. Service was quick and executed in a timely manner.

City Wide Towing was very quick in answering the telephone and professional in providing towing services, especially on a Friday afternoon. Another tow company couldn’t reach me for two hours. City Wide estimate time was 30 minutes. Mike (Tow Driver) called and said he was on his way and would be to my location in 10 minutes. I looked up and he arrived in less than 10 minutes. Mike was very friendly, polite, and professional. Thank you for being prompt and providing me with top notch service. I will be recommending City Wide Towing to my family and friends. So impressed with CityWide Towing! My husband got a flat on his way home from work and we needed a towing company ASAP. Our driver was at our home within 15 minutes of our call and it made all the difference! We were able to get to a local shop in record time and get a new tire installed before closing. Oh this place is so nice,helpful and fast. I used them twice 2 days in a row and both days was awesome experience. Called got a quote the first day the guy was so sweet and helpful he said 30 mins. It wasn’t even 30 mins the truck driver was at my location. Next day, I used them again and called the lady caller was such a sweetheart fast pick up again and both times was cheap. Definitely will use them again

My 2022 Acura ILX battery died. The driver-don't know his name- checked my battery and stated I needed a new one. No problem. He then informed me that my alternator was "bad". I called Freedom to get the driver's name, but the RUDE lady refused to give me his name. Nothing is wrong with my 3-year-old Acura's alternator. Giving customers expensive, inaccurate information is not cool. Not giving the driver's name is not cool either!
I’m a AAA member, they sent out tech Ben to assist with a battery issue. Wanted to leave a comment: Ben was so kind and helpful to my son. Tested his battery. Provided info on replacement type, how to replace & store options. Would def reach out again!! Thank you, Ben!!!
Dre and his coworker who drove the tow truck were amazing!!! Literally saved the day. The police cadet acted like I wanted to be blocking the road after an accident and Dre found a way to get me to the side of the road and even a ways down the road. His tow truck driver coworker worked magic getting it on the truck despite a crooked wheel. The car is gonna end up being totaled but at least Dre kept us safe and stopped the police cadet from having it towed by their company for extra $$$. He was so nice!!!!! AAA screwed up the dispatch but Dre saved it!
Neighbor stole spare key to car & copied it. Sits in car Friday & Saturday nights playing radio past two weekends. Sunday when I got in to go to church radio on and battery too far gone to start car. Called AAA and they sent Freedom Towing to jump start battery. After motor going young man warned me to keep motor running for 30 to 45 minutes to be sure battery properly charged. He watched while I ran back in house to get purse. This is what I call super Service!
Lamar was great! He was efficient with removing the vehicle and made sure it wasn’t able to start before he transported the van to Priority Honda.

Took about an hour to get a truck to my location, I'm not sure if that's a reasonable response time - I don't know what else they were doing when I called them, and beggars can't be choosers, I guess. The driver was a pleasant fellow and knew what he was doing. The cost was $95.
I was locked out of my vehicle near Monroe Park. The serviceman arrived within 15 minutes of request, quicker than their estimated arrival (which I appreciate). He was able to unlock the vehicle in less than a minute and following some minor tasks he needed to do on a tablet was done within 3-5 minutes. I am extremely pleased with the overall experience I had using Cousins Roadside and highly recommend their services, particularly for lockouts.
Christian was the absolute best! Unfortunately had my trans go out on my pride and joy. Prices around but even tho cousins was 10 higher than their competitors the customer service on the phone gave me a good feeling about them. Christian took great care of my car. He was so nice to talk to. I am so glad I paid the extra $10 for cousins towing I honestly would have paid an extra $30 I will choose cousins every time!

I needed a vehicle towed and did some research and came across Revolution Roadsoad. This company has never failed me and is very punctual with fair pricing. A person in particular that has been truly helpful to me and that has amazing customer service is Vince. Everytime I call Vince is able to help me and get the job done. I'm truly satisfied and highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a quality tow.
I didnt get the name of the man who helped me but he was extremely sweet. He kept me informed the entire time. He arrived quickly and got the car home just as quick. Highly recommend. I've had to be towed several times for several different vehicles and this is hands down the best experience I've ever had with a towing company.
100% stand up dude. My wife and I broke down in the middle of the road and he happened by. Super awesome, calm, knew exactly what to do. He got my truck up and got me home. He was on his way home and didn't have to stop, but he did. Good Samaritan and even got my wife a ride home as well. I recommend him to anyone in the super stressful situation of being broke down. Paul was incredibly helpful when I called about an unauthorized vehicle parked in my private space. He took the time to explain the towing policy clearly and reassured me by saying he would report the issue to my HOA. I have used their services twice and each time they have been very helpful. The last time I used their service was to move 2 vehicles to storage. After calling around to several towing companies for two days with no results, I called Pop's Towing. They listened to everything I had to say about both vehicles and said they think they can help. When they arrived they checked both vehicles and mentioned that they have the equipments to help move them. They were wonderful and the vehicles are in storage with their help. I remembered them when I thought about the towing company who help move my vehicle when it broke down in the middle of streets. The towing company that my insurance called was not available until after 5 p.m., it was then 12 p.m. The police suggested using one of the companies they use. The one that arrived was Pop's. They were very helpful and friendly then. I now have them as my go to towing company. Thanks you guys for a job well done.
They don’t come out James River Flats when you call about visitors parked in resident parking. They will claim they did but the same cars will be out there in the morning. I’m tired of coming home and I can’t park in front of my building because visitors are in the wrong spot. They keep doing it because the tow company never comes, we received a letter that they would be enforcing the rules out here and when you call they either BS or don’t answer at all. Update: 11/19/19 Nothing has changed. Called them at 2pm about visitor being in resident parking. Same car is still in resident parking at almost 6pm. Call them and I’m told they didn’t get it because the shift changed. The dispatcher calls me around 7pm ask is the car still there & I said yes. Told them the color, where it’s located and license plate because I didn’t know the make. He says they should be sending someone out here. Here we are at almost 11p and the car is still out here and a tow truck hasn’t been out here. It shouldn’t take that long from 2p. Clearly our property is not a priority when we call. I don’t expect them to be out here in 5 mins flat but this wait time is ridiculous and they probably won’t even show. Thought I would be changing my review but Im getting the same results. It’s honestly no point in calling them & the complex should find someone else. Update: 11/22/19 Same car is out here and taking up a residents park. All this tow company does is lie. And ms. Thing on the phone, when I asked why is this car still out here from Tuesday, she wants to keep hollering she talked to management. Whatever the hell that means. I’ve called them for 4 days and they still haven’t came out here. Wish this damn complex get an actually tow company that comes and do what they’re getting paid for.
David was a huge help to me and my boyfriend! Very friendly and affordable. He came and towed his Subaru out of an old friends garage, he kept good conversation and we found out he’s been in the business for 40 years! What a professional! I recommend Pops for sure!
Great company. The receptionist was mannerable and took all my information. Gave me a price quote and let me know the driver would call me. The driver called within 5 mins after speaking with her. He was very friendly and polite. He told me where he was and how long until his arrival. When he arrived he even tried a couple simple things that could have got my car back working again. It didn't help but he wasn't obligated to do so and I appreciated him even offering the suggestions. Great people and very quality service. Would definitely recommend as I too have dealt with companies that acted as if they were doing me a favor. Class act these folks will definitely use their services again and recommend them to friends.

Poor customer service! Call anywhere but here for a tow. Person who answered the phone today hung up on me when I asked about my vehicle. Then when I called back they picked up the phone laughing with an attitude of an immature kid who needs to pull attitude to inflate their ego. Oh well… whatever you have to do to make yourself feel like a bigger boy I guess. Going to go to a place now where their employees know how to do business like adults and have a little respect for the customers. I’d give this business a ZERO if I could. Non existent customer service and bad attitude employees who are obvious easily entertained. Do better.
Mid Atlantic snd employees are a whole joke I ended up paying $195 to get my car back and the sign CLEARLY SAYS $120 with a $40 storage fee didn’t even have my car “stored” for 5 hours before getting it back 2 different signs two different prices very misleading
Beware!!! Predatory Towers! This company towed my Handy Man’s truck because he was parked in my front yard unloading material and ladders for a large job in my house. I live in a HOA and the bylaws state it must be parked for 24 hours and a written notice must be given before towing and he was only parked there for not even 2 hours!! No note or anything left. Violated the bylaws and was illegal towing. Will be taking legal action against them. After reading all of their horrible reviews I’m surprised they are still in business and not in jail!! They also damaged his truck. Please do yourself a favor a stay away from this company! They are the worst! They get zero stars but I had to give them one to be able to leave a review.

Worst experience EVER. Lady at front desk is the most entitled, disrespectful and unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. She ask me for my ID to which i handed it to her and when i refused to dialog with her and said I just want my car, she threw it at me and threatened to call the cops because she felt "Threatened" by me for not talking. A guy named Bubba came and handled the situation more professionally but it was still the worst experience ever.

Horrible company. Horrible people. Tows cars by seeking them out in our apartment complex and doesn’t follow Virginia state law which is to give 48 hours to correct an inspection sticker before towing. Only card they take is American Express?? Otherwise you must get cash or a money order.
If you live in an apartment complex that uses this company . move. These guys have little to no regard for your personal property, and will damage it in a heartbeat. Three cars out of my complex that have been towed recently have had damage after making it to this companies lot. They’re not focused on the actual parking violations at these complexes, rather they’re more focused on that 150 release fee. If you watch their drivers tow, they back up to your car hook up to it and don’t even strap your car down and just take off and do 50 mile an hour and a 25 to get it back to the lot. Not to mention the ladies in the office, have a little to no regard for the fact that they are actually operating in a professional capacity. They will have conversations on their cell phone while conducting business with you, And the language they use with a customer, standing in front of them is absolutely absurd. I truly hope after all these bad reviews, this company has got, And all of the contracts, the owner of this company has lost in the towing industry because of his behavior and how his company is ran, This dude decides to just close the doors. Stay away from this company.
This towing company is out of control. They aggressively tow cars all day long with no regard for the residents or their guests. It’s clear they’re more focused on making money than actually enforcing any real parking violations. Watching them circle apartment complexes like vultures is disturbing. If you live in a community that uses this company, be warned—your car could be gone in minutes, even if you’re parked legally. Completely predatory and unprofessional!
This towing company is pure trash. I used my sons car for one night I registered the car for online to be parked and the nasty ppl towed it talking about it was in a residential spot. The lot is not labeled. I can’t wait for these ppl to go out of business!!!!
Well, what can I say?I read the policies so I can't say what I want to but trust me, if I could be explicit and 100% real with my words.It would be just very very Raw and uncut because this company is Is by far the most hideously run heartless company I've ever come across Like I said, I would love to add my personal experience and I'm a pretty reasonable person.However this company has literally just craped all over that To the point Where I was actually fearful for my well being and health With the threatening manner that they handled things I mean actually fearful or I guess I should say terrified. And God forbid they damage your vehicle they will just say it wasn't them and keep on moving. I mean, even if you have pictures and you know honestly, they are supposed to take pictures of the vehicle before they tow it, but they don't do that. No, sir, they do not. They will come in scoop you up and go without a second thought. They will damage your vehicle and treat it like garbage. I've had many issues with my car since they took it. Like I said, I would love to give all the details, but I'm physically and mentally scared and terrified that they will try and target me.So I don't want to put in to my details. It is honestly such a shame I don't understand how anyone could work at a place like this, the daily strife and pain that they are causing people out here is sicking. God, I want to say so much more but I feel if I give too many details like I said, am fearful for my mental Well-being there. There is a reason for that. But like I said, I'm too nervous to say because of the way, I was treated i pray that this company is not around for a long time Because they are genuinely hurting people, not just their pockets, not gonna elaborate. But isn't that a shame that I'm so scared to even say what happened? But you know what? Karma is real and my mama always told me be kind to everyone.You meet do your best work and Treat others how you wanna be treated.So I try to keep it humble and kind but best believe this company DOES NOT deserve anyone's business And trust me when I say if you live in a place where they are the primary people towing. Well you're just better off parking at a friend's house because the corruption and greed runs deep here at big daddy's. (All my personal experiences and opinion I think it's 100 percent real but due to fear and intimidation I am going to say that.) So, if there's any way possible that you can avoid this place at all costs, please please do not give them your business. Because they have hurt many more people than they have helped and if it was up to me and I had the time and money, I would protest them every day because of the lives that they have ruined.. I guess one positive thing is for me to say because like I said my mom always told me to be kind so I will go ahead and Congratulate them on their thirty day notice it can't come soon enough.
