Caleb was great! He was very helpful and patient throughout the whole process of transporting my vehicle. Professional and friendly. Highly recommend!
Back story! Here from Texas moving my newlywed daughter and her Military husband and my sweet granddaughter into their new home in VA. I drove 30 hours in two days from Texas for this very sentimental trip. The stops made it 30 🥹 First day in Va we went to the beach and I soaked my key fob. Mind you, husband is in TX. I called several places and Caleb was as the most genuine understanding as I cried explaining my issue. He came all the way to the beach waited for me to get the locksmith help and stayed almost an hour while the locksmith tried to get us a new key. He text and called checking on me and I swear I never felt so safe and at peace knowing they were there ready to provide me their services. I ended up having him leave bec I felt so bad he was patently waiting. After the lock smith didn’t work I called Caleb back and he let me know he would be closed however he graciously offered another contact. That contact reached me immediately. Hands down I would recommend Caleb 1000 times over. He actually will be my daughter’s contact should she ever need his services! Thank you sir for your generosity, consideration, empathy, and patience. But most importantly, thank you for the great price That you quoted me
Was Looking For A Tow For A Couple Of Days & Came Across Cardinals Towing LLC. They Gave Me A Great Price And Was Available In 45 mins. Showed Up and Helped Me With What I Needed. Also Recommended A Mechanic. I Will Be Using Them In The Future. Great Customer Service & Friendly. I Appreciate The Help.
Absolutely great service! I needed a car towed off my property by Monday, and they gladly came today (a few hours after I called) and safely delivered her to her new destination. Excellent service and affordable. I will be using them from now on. Definitely 5 🌟!
The cardinals are a great tow company. They came out within 30-45 mins. They did charge me $160 for a 20 minute ride but everyone was very nice. They have cash and card options and they gave me a receipt after. I definitely recommend them for future car service needs!

Very well handled service, very happy about how everything went smoothly and didn't take a lot of time for him to get to my location and get me on my way home!
I had an exceptional experience with Virginia towing and roadside. My car broke down on a busy road, and they arrived promptly, demonstrating impressive professionalism and skill. He handled the situation efficiently and with a friendly demeanor, ensuring my car was transported safely to the repair shop. They went above and beyond, providing helpful advice and making a stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend his services for anyone in need of reliable and top-notch towing. Five stars all the way!
If you need to have your car towed quickly this is the business to call. Great service all around. And fast!! Had an emergency tow situation 2am at the Monitor Merrimack, Paul was professional on the phone and was the driver who was Able to tow our car to the requested location. We tried several companies including AAA and they couldn’t get to us until 6am. But this Tow Company was Able to do it no problem within 30 minutes of the call. I recommend them by far for ANY tow situation. 5 stars + another 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great service!! Was in need of a tow for my sons car, my insurance company was unsuccessful in finding a company for me. Made one call to this company and Paul was able to set everything up for me and get the car home safe and quickly. On a Sunday at that. Very professional and friendly, truly appreciate the service. Definitely recommend!!
Service was great and the driver was cool came in a timely manner

Mechanical expertise evident in their diagnostic skills, quickly identified the real problem with my engine..
The welding work completed by Tow Trooper was precise and professional, as they repaired my trailer tongue perfectly and ensured it met all safety standards.
Dope experience for a bad situation driver was cool and careful with my lowered BMW
The team at Tow Trooper was professional and helpful, taking care of my welding needs with precision and completing the job at a very reasonable price.
I’m grateful for the fast service from Tow Trooper, as they quickly towed my car to a repair shop after it broke down on the highway late at night.

I’m a AAA customer and had a tire blow out while driving through town. William came to help me and he could not have been nicer!!! He was friendly, courteous and entertaining on our ride to get my tire replaced on my truck! Highly recommend!!!
My car developed an issue on the highway. I found a wonderful auto repair shop. They suggested towing to a dealership because they believed the auto maker should cover the repair. AAA contracted Cole's Roadside and Towing. James was the responding Tow Driver. He arrived sooner than expected. He is a really friendly and kind person. James made what could have been an absolutely miserable experience a whole lot better. Thank you so much James.
A affordable , reliable, and friendly tow company. They handled several of my tow needs . From moving a conex box to towing my truck . They are the only Tow Company I will call.
I just had my 1948 Buick hauled by these guys to a paint shop and I very highly recommend them if you need your classic hauled. The driver handled my vehicle with incredible finesse and care. I’ve never had such fantastic service from a vehicle hauler before. Easiest five stars I’ve ever given. I will be using them again when it gets out of the paint shop.
Not THE Cole, but “A” Cole was an absolute delight when called to tow via AAA. He was professional, kind, caring, personable, and truly went above and beyond in making sure we were well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend. Thanks so much for all you did & do!

Ricky was fast, easy and reasonable on the prices and he even works in the weekends. I won’t hesitate to give him holla anytime I need him!
Great speedy service, very reasonable rate for a short distance tow, tow truck operator was courteous and majorly laid back for it being almost midnight! Have to recommend Ricky's, great experience.
Ricks towing was an amazing experience all around he was on time he was very helpful with getting the truck out of our yard gate even physically got out and did work he did not have to do for us which was greatly appreciated as well he even helped with getting us back home we had a vehicle that was towed to the scrap yard and he even was patient and kind enough to wait until we were paid from since scrap metal and then let us pay him out of the money from the truck which was very helpful he was also very kind and conversated with us on the ride home and up there which made us feel more comfortable riding with him to get to know a little about each other I will say this if I ever in the future need help with a tow Rick's Towing will definitely have all services of mine I have never had such a wonderful experience in my 32 years of life and I can say out of 32 years I have had at least 12 tows. I have had to deal with in my time and not one was as great experience as he had made for my fiance and I. As well the price that he had gave us was under half price of all other companies if not more than half the price which was very great lived everything about the experience that day and would gladly pay him 60 again for a tow. Was such a happy costumer gave him extra 20 for helping us get back home. Rocks best tow you will get! - Chelsea hurley shady oaks poquoson
I needed an odd towing request that required monthly tows and Ricky was able to accommodate me and charged a very reasonable rate. My family is very grateful for his help in our time of need. I highly recommend him. Honest and fair business owner.
Very very professional. Good price. Thank you for towing my husbands car today. He had nothing but great things to say. Definitely would use them again.

I just wanted to say what an awesome company this is. This is the second time this month that we've had to use them. Both time, the driver and the dispatcher were very friendly, helpful and timely. The prices are very reasonable!!! They are just great to work with. They gave an accurate time and great service each time. My husband said, short of towing for himself, he wouldn't use any one but them!!!! This is the right choice.
My insurance company called Crystal Ball after the first towing company did not have the gear or the skill to tow my car. Crystal Ball did a super job and displayed TONS of skill and experience. They communicated with me well and finished up with a photo of where they had left the car (because it was after hours) after discussing options with me. If I ever need a tow again I hope they are the ones! Highly recommended. Professional says it all!
Knowledgeable drivers, quality equipment. However I asked for the vehicle to be towed same day, they said they could accommodate and failed to do so. Called the owner, and he ensured me it would be there by 8:00am the following day.
One of the best service USAA have on their list! Crystal was perfect 👌! She listened to her customer and was a great help. I'll highly recommend the company.
What a great experience. Needing a tow is stressful and these guys make it about as pleasant of an experience as it could possibly be. I think my drivers name was Jay (he told me his name I’m just horrible with names) was fantastic.

Hampton Roads Crane and Rigging did a much better job. Paul Prillaman @ Prillaman Crane and Rigging has no people skills.
Best place for crane and rigging training and testing. I am in their crane class right now and the place is top notch. Amanda, the person that organizes and schedules everything is very helpful and professional and the class instructor is experienced. They send you the training material early and the class has two large display screens so regardless of where you sit, the training material is visible without strain. I am very impressed. Also, Amanda lowered the temperature in the classroom beforehand because the class was full and the tests take several hours. Thank you!
Took my crane test there and they are very nice people to deal with, very helpful would recommend
You won't find a better Crane company than Prillaman's Crane & Rigging. Paul Prillaman is the BEST in the business and will make sure you get the BEST service!
Some for the record, THIS IS THE ACTUAL GUILLERMO CARMONA, My company sent me to Pillaman’s for certs, & I cannot express the level of ABSOLUTE professionalism, down to earth staff & instructors at Pillaman’s Crane! This place is not only a great place to get a quality learning experience, but to meet a staff of incredibly helpful & sincerely committed ppl! Look, I’d locked my keys in my truck for the second day of testing, notified the lady there I would make it in time....Thought for sure I would get to finish my cert testing...When I tell you the staff there goes out of their way to work with you!!!! Best place for any testing I’ve ever been!!!!!
8. Sonny's Damage Free Towing

My car was stuck in park (broken shifter cable), and the gentleman on the phone told us some quick tricks to help us get it back to the house safely without needing a tow! Extremely grateful!
My son had his motorcycle towed from an accident. 1 week after it was towed this company put a lein on it. Owner went on vacation and refused to allow my son to pick up his bike. Now he wants 1200 for towing and storage. Don't use this place ever.
Sonny's helped me out when my car was stuck without a key, without them I'd need to find a new way to work for a while. The operator was even nice enough to attempt to spare my tires even with the extra time it costed him
This company was a lot of help when I was broken down on the side of the road. you asked me how to proceed as far as getting my tire changed on the side of the road because I did not want to be towed. I just wanted to change the tire. at the end, I was unable to change the tire and he was more than happy to come and towed the vehicle at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much for being reliable when somebody’s in need of help.
