They came fast. The man was really nice he talk to you and made you feel comfortable with him towing your car. The operator told me about 45 minutes but he came within 20 good time
Tyler came to my rescue when my semi truck broke down. He had the truck ready to go in 15 minutes and we were back at our yard in Houston in no time. Time passed with good conversation. Highly recommended 5 starts.
I received excellent service from James Peacock. I was told by my insurance company, GEICO that they would arrive at 10:00 p.m. It is 9:22 and he has already changed my tire and is gone. I had a very pleasant experience with him. I would definitely recommend Waco Towing for anyone that needs roadside assistance. I have received roadside assistance from several other towing companies and my experience with Waco Towing was the best service I have received.
My family and I broke down in Waco on Saturday, and by family I mean all 5 of us including a 2 year old. After dealing with a incompetent chain mechanic for 3 hours it was obvious the vehicle wasn't going to be repaired. Called Waco Towing and they had me loaded up in an hour and back to Dallas in just a few more. Price was beyond reasonable and better than the competition. Driver was a nice guy, totally recommend this place.
Abel helped get one of my cars out the ditch. He was really good about doing it. I thought my bumper was going to come off but with Abels professionalism, it did not come off. I give this place five stars. Thank you abel for your courtesy.

I’ve waited 5.5 hours for my vehicle to be towed and am told (whether it is true or not) that it will be another hour. No doubt they are busy. I called over 5 hours ago and just now a second time. The car repair place where they were supposed to deliver my truck has called 4 times in the past 5.5 hours as well. They keep telling the car repair place it is on its way. This has not been true. I just called and the lady said it would be another hour. I was not happy. I walked 2 miles to the car repair place. I am stranded 125 miles from home. This tow service has reasonably good reviews, but that has not been my experience. I feel badly about the frustration I expressed to the lady with whom I just spoke. It is not her fault. When I called at 6:30am the first time this morning the person told me they do not work with AAA so I cannot use my AAA. I am now suspecting that is also not true. Addendum: Mr. Hoffman, the owner, called me afterward and apologized profusely. He also credited my account for the charges. Very impressed!
I broke down on the side of the highway while taking my 2005 Chevy Dually to the dealer and they had me call Tow King. They were quick to get there even though I was about 40 minutes out. Driver, David was nice and easy to communicate with. Great people, will use again if I ever need another tow. Definitely recommend.
After a 30+ hour trip in a U-Haul from Connecticut to Waco, I accidentally (and stupidly) got the truck stuck when trying to go up my new driveway when the trailer hitch drug the ground. I called Tow King and they were there in 15 minutes. 3 minutes later and I was unstuck. Excellent company, excellent service and great work. Many many thanks for saving us from a mess!!

My starter retired on me 25 miles past the last known point of civilization in the middle of the night. I waited until the next morning to call these people out to come get my chariot, and take it to the dealer. They sent me a brand new roll-back truck with a very courteous and professional driver. He loaded my large General Motors SUV up, and got it to the dealer in record time with no damage to the vehicle. And, their office staff, both dispatch, and administration was a bunch of very kind, professional, and courteous people on the phone, handling the issue with deliberate speed, and later on getting me a receipt by mail to submit for re-imbursement. This company was recommended to me, and they performed like an ambassador. For the services I needed they certainly delivered the goods, and for a fair amount of money. I did like what I got, and were I to need them again, I would certainly use them again.

Jay is the best. I would highly recommend metroplex towing. He found us in the middle of nowhere. Very nice and professional made us feel comfortable and safe.
John really helped us out with a great price. When you need a tow it feels like you are getting kicked while you are down, but that was not the case! I highly recommend Metroplex Towing Great customer service! Super friendly and fast!

I called the guy asking for a tow and i was expecting a high rate but he gave me a very great price. Although i was not there at the vehicle my fiance was. So my fiance was the one that had the pleasure of meeting the guy (i never caught his name) and told me he was very cool, fair and great customer service. Pretty outstanding guy and gave some advice on our car as well.
