My tires locked up just before entering a busy intersection & they got out to me pretty quickly especially for it being late on Sunday evening. Within a couple minutes they had my car loaded even though the tires were locked & didn’t really interrupt the flow of traffic. I’m impressed with how quickly they were able to act & glad I called them.
My car did have an issue with the transmission couldn’t drive so I started to look for a tow truck to take it to the care repair shop but I couldn’t find a towing truck that was available with affordable price but soon as I call anytime towing I was shocked to see how quick and affordable. He was very friendly and caring . So if you ever need a tow truck service I recommend you anytime towing .

This dude was very professional and even put the bad tire back under my wife’s suv so that it didn’t get her stuff in trunk all dirty! I hope I never need to call him but if in need again he’s definitely getting our business!
The driver was very prompt with communication, letting me know when he was on the way. He was courteous and polity and was even nice enough to let me ride with him to the auto shop. He made the already stressful situation less stressful.

I worked with person "Josue" and This towing company came on time and as per call. did a nice job of explaining me how it works regarding my car towing. I requested a different place other than the one i though right in first call. The person "Josue" did a great job of updating Geico of this decision and made it easy for me. I recommend this person and also the towing company. He first tried to jump start my car and told that battery wont even start - possibly the alternator and battery both died as a result of alternator first dying. He offered a quick tow to his towing company and a tow first thing morning to the service center of my choice( as it happened on a sunday post noon ). ( that was very insightful as the dealer service company were not lifting the call and we dont know whether we have a drop off location open in that service center. He offered to cover my car door with cover as i could not up the glass. Overall good experience.
An absolute life saver this company is. Ryan the driver was absolutely the best. He took tons of extra precautions when he had to tow my motorcycle. Made sure to add rags around his straps so the metal hooks didn't scratch up my forks. Even better he showed me a much better way of strapping my bike down. Clearly I've been doing it all wrong for over 20 years of strapping to my handle bars. His method was much better! He even made sure when when he dropped the bike off to push it into a secure location under one of the cameras on the property. Even better he showed up to pick up the bike it took him less than 30 min. I have had several bikes towed by various companies over the years. Signature towing has definitely hands down been the best company I've ever used to tow a motorcycle! If you ever need a tow definitely call this company. Especially if you want friendly customer service from the driver. The only person I'd say could use some improvement is the gentleman at the dispatch office. He's very dry with a touch of high and mighty. I get that I'm in need of help but there's no need to be nice but rude at the same time. I know that contradicting statement is a bit confusing lol. It was the strangest thing tbh. I will say to make sure you don't need a long tow. They have very high mileage rates. The national average is 2.00 to 4.50 per mile. Signature tow will charge 8.00 per mile plus the standard hookup/drop fees. I get inflation is a thing but charging almost double the national average is insane. Luckily for me it was a very short tow that was covered by roadside assistance. Other tha that their driver is amazing! Definitely top notch in his career. If I had to use them again with roadside assistance I would definitely give them a call. Last note the lady that works in dispatch is also amazing. She made sure to forward so much information to the driver for me. She was never rude in any way at all. She was just as friendly as the driver was with me.
This towing company incorrectly towed my car. They towed a manual transmission, front-wheel drive sports car with the front wheels down, which can destroy the transmission. I'm lucky it did not. The tow truck driver refused to stop when I approached him, apparently thinking it was funny. He smiled at me as he drove away. I have called once and emailed them twice and have not heard back for 2 weeks. I have photo evidence of their incorrect towing procedure, and have provided that to the towing company. Do not use this company.
My car was towed from my apartment complex for parking in a handicap spot even though I legally have a handicap placard. The only reason it wasn’t displayed was because my car had been serviced at the dealership, where they removed it while working on my camera on my windshield. After a long day there, I made the honest mistake of not putting it back up. When I went to retrieve my car, I explained the situation and even offered to show proof the placard was in my car the whole time, and I could verify I had been at the dealership that day. But they refused to even look. Instead, I got a rude dismissive “Oh well, that will be $300.” No attempt at fairness, just an immediate demand for payment. This was pure exploitation. I need that handicap spot, and I park there all the time this wasn’t some careless violation. If you’re looking for a company that profits off disabled individuals without a shred of decency, this is the one. My car was there for less than 2 hours and I was charged a storage fee which is really petty fyi.
This company was called to the place of a need. I was there and was able to observe them. When met with a special challenge relative to a need, John Hall stepped up to the plate and performed beyond expectations. So professional, courteous, and met the need in a caring way. I’m a woman. I called three places. The first two asked the standard where to and where from, how bad is the car. I don’t remember if these dudes asked how bad the car was (front tires issues) My vehicle WAS towed. But the man who picked me up asked who I lived with. If I had a husband. Talked about marriage in his country, bad mouthed other women, and tried to convince me to change my destination. He also said he wasn’t gonna charge me more “because I was a lady” as if I didn’t sign and pay on an agreed upon price. I also can’t even look at the invoice, and I didn’t get a copy from their web form. Single women in need of a tow, beware.

What a morning! My transmission finally went out this morning, so I called Plano Tow Company and paid $180.00 via a link they sent to my phone. 1 Hr later, still no tow truck because they did not dispatch per agent. I end up canceling Plano Tow and called Urban Towing. They told me they can get a truck out in 30 mins, so I went ahead and book and paid $89 (service call) over the phone. I asked the agent at Urban Towing how much will it be, but then the agent says, it varies. I was told, if the driver came, and I am not there and they may not able to access my car, it could be more, or if the driver have to use special equipment, then it maybe more. I told them, my car starts up fine and can drive up to 20 mph. I know it is quite a distance to have my car toll from Parker and Preston, Plano to McKinney - Virginia Parkway and Custer; therefore I asked for the exact total because Plano Tow was able to quote me. Urban's agent told me it will be around $190 and no more than $200. When the driver arrived, my bill is $293. They also charged me for "convenient /dealerships drop off fee" when in fact I was requesting to tow to my house. I also questions about the $25 special equipment fee, and the driver told me because the tow truck is a flatbed, he will need to use chain to keep in from moving? Isn't this part of towing? I had no other choice. If I cancel, then I lose $89 for service call. My Uber was there. DO NOT use this company.
This company is a rip off. Best stay away. After making me wait about 2 hours when they told me 45minutes They charged me $200 and something. The shoddy guy on the phone will refuse to give you the right estimate for their basic service. He will tell you it's $90 when it is really about $130 plus $3 per mile. Very unprofessional too. he hangs up on you and scolds. Save yourself the headache

What an amazing experience! Today, I had a sudden flat, after shopping, prior to work. I went through my Emergency Roadside Assistance, on my GEICO Insurance app, answered very few/ brief questions, and got instant confirmation from #GEICO that "help was on the way." Dennis from PANTUSA was on-scene within 30 minutes. Super nice, professional, and fast. And, I got to work right-on-time. 5/5 for both PANTUSA, Dennis and GEICO. Thank you all, so much! 💯😁
While having to deal with your car not working is as stressful as it can be, the tow truck arrived to help before the estimated time, and everything went smooth transporting the vehicle to the shop.
These guys are AWESOME! My Tesla broke down in a parking lot (suspension fell and car was on the ground!) and Jedi came to help. He took so much time and used different tricks to get my car onto the truck. I cannot say enough about his skill and effort. They will have my business forever, as long as Jedi is there. Waited all day for a tow that was scheduled by insurance. Never received notices of delays. I had to call to get updates. Finally cancelled. Set up for the next day through my insurance and it was this same company. Was scheduled for first things in the morning. I called and waited on hold over 15 minutes. I disconnected call and called them back again. Called back only to be told it was delayed 90 minutes. I cancelled and called my insurance provider and requested another company. This company doesn't give updates or honor times.

On 12-1-17 I contacted Jordan Towing Inc. inquiring if they had a rotator wrecker that was available to move a very heavy piece of equipment out of one of our shops. The response back was very polite & professional. She asked what I needed to moved, when I needed it moved & how much did it weigh. It was set up to move later that same day for driver to meet at 1:30pm. I had a very heavy rebar shear (24000 lbs.) to lift out of its location that was 21.5 ft. to the right side of where the wrecker had to be positioned. The driver showed up promptly on time & made the job look like an evening stroll in the park. The driver was very professional & knew exactly what the capabilities of his wrecker were. I would highly recommend Jordan Towing Inc. for any of your towing needs.
Our truck stalled out due to electrical issues and the police department called them out. They came out quick, hooked up a jump/charger and got my truck running to get it off the road. They didn't charge me anything. Nicest driver, unfortunately I can't read his name on the business card he signed. Highly recommend them.
Plano location Very professional & clean office, much different and better experience than other impound lots. the office staff was kind and went above and beyond majorly to help get my car back to me after being impounded for 10 days at their location in McKinney (be smart-call beforehand to ensure your going to the correct location-even though my car was towed from Plano, Plano police took it up to McKinney 🥴) Hope no one has to deal with them, but if you have to, their staff delivers exceptional customer service

Update: 4/22 Owner has asked me to contact him. I have tried multiple times in the past year to contact the owner and his wife answered only the first time and after that they ignored me. I will try again today and leave an update. Update: 4/22 Contact with owner. I asked the owner to reply to my email I had sent previously or to respond to text. They did. They reference that there policy is any damage has to be reported before leaving (understandable). BUT GUESS WHAT, they will tell you when you are actually getting your vehicle that any damage is not them but by their third party towers,so don’t contact them about damage only the third party. I did as they said, the 3rd party proved it wasn’t them. Provided the image they sent to me to Jordan towing. I also provided images from my route home and gps timeline. Still not enough proof for them to look over the footage where I know the damage most likely occurred but they refuse. They said contact my insurance and then have them contact him. Why would I want my insurance policy to go up for their mistakes? My vehicle was towed from an apartment complex because I forgot to renew my visitor parking. I can’t speak for picking up vehicles when you personally call them but I’m sure it’s not much better considering this experience. Take your business elsewhere people.

5 star for the tow driver first off. I appreciate the help that he gave me... but 2 for the lady in the office. When I called I thought she said 89 to tow my car 15 minutes from where I broke down. I even repeated it to her and she said yes. Instead I got charged 198. Ridiculous! I would have called elsewhere if I knew it was the expensive. My car didn't go far. When I called she argued saying she said the 198. I tried to tell her that she said 89 and I REPEATED IT AS SUCH. I feel like I just got knocked down even more while at my lowest. I would not have went with this company if I knew she said 198.

Well, I never got a tow. The estimated time per my Allstae app was between 3:46 and 4:17 pm. I called Sparta towing service at 4:18 and was told it would be 45 more minutes. I called Sparta again at 5:30 and was told that they were stuck at another tow and we were next...well an hour later I called Sparta and they said 9:00. Guess what!? After they wasted my time, they canceled. It was scheduled with Sparta for at least 5 hours before they canceled. Allstate roadside called after this useless tow company ( Sparta) canceled and rescheduled for the next morning with a different company. I NEVER GOT THE TOW! SPARTA WASTED 6 HOURS OF MY FAMILIES TIME WATING ON A TOW THAT NEVER CAME AND I HAD TO CALL IN TO WORK THE NEXT DAY.
SO THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WITH A TOWING COMPANY!!! This all started with a flat tire that I had at 5:30 AM. First of all, after two and a half hours, my insurance company couldn't get a hold of who they normally use so they called sparta towing. When my insurance finally got ahold of Sparta towing, I was told that it would be 1 PM before I got a pickup. I then got a call from Sparta at 10:38 AM, saying that it would be 60 minutes. After almost an hour and a 1/2. I called them back and I said that it would be 45 minutes. After another hour I called and they said that it would be 30 minutes. After another probably 45 minutes to an hour, I got a call from the actual record driver who had literally just gotten on the clock and said he would be there in 20 minutes. So kudos to him for showing up on time, because the people that work for sparta towing are completely different, incompetent! They intentionally lied to me every time that I called them. Interestingly enough for everybody's information, I found out that they put all insurance calls on hold and take the cash calls because they make more money and apparently they do not care about the insurance calls. NEVER USE Sparta Towing!
Sparta told me if I can't keep waiting to leave the keys in the car and they will pick it up in the morning. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service!!
The company is a joke. They know when a customer requests a tow on the All State app. Based on that, they accept that request. However, they claim that the time is auto generated. Not true for people who set up a time. I requested a tow between 8AM - 8:45 AM. I call them at 8:40 AM, they tell me it will be 10:30 AM. I call back at 10:15 AM to confirm, they say it will be more like noon or 1 pm. Zack was nice enough to help troubleshoot and find me Dee who came for the rescue. Dee was fantastic and I could not have asked for a better drive. My issues is with the company and how they handel scheduling. If a request comes from All State for a fixed time, if your company can't handle that request, simply decline and let a different company that can handle that request accept it. Next time, if I see Sparta as the company that will be helping me, I will be canceling my request. Change the management and keep Zack and Dee!!
