I was recently involved in an accident in Plano, I called Anytime Towing to take my vehicle to a repair center. Abdul was very prompt in arriving, very courteous and professional and got my vehicle to the repair center quickly and at a reasonable rate. I hope not to have to have a tow truck anytime soon, but if I ever do, Anytime Towing will be the one I call.
I called Anytime Towing for tow service and was very pleasantly surprised. I've never used a tow service before, but have heard many horror stories. The driver was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I was able to speak directly to the driver and got a commitment for when he would arrive, so I got personal service instead of a call center/dispatcher. Their price was very competitive, so the value was great too. I would call Anytime Towing in the future for any more towing needs we have and HIGHLY recommend them.
Bill at anytime towing has helped tow me twice. He is great to deal with and is very knowledgeable (towing your vehicle the correct way). I’ve had this car towed before and he has been the best.

This is the best tow experience I've ever had. Very friendly, and can the guy can move! He got my 07 Expedition into place for tow with no assistance! There was an accidental miscommunication due to the google listing where the car was dropped at the incorrect location and this person went back to move it to the correct drop spot. I will definitely be using his services again. 10/10!!!!
I was stranded on the side of a highway and called AAA who indicated they were dispatching a tow truck and expediting it. After 1.5 hours I called back and they indicated it was cancelled. So I called Alpha towing and they arrived about 20 min later. I had the best experience with the driver. He was very helpful and went above and beyond.

Not only was Mo (the driver) very friendly, efficient and professional, but after he left with our car, we realized we had left some items in the car he towed. I reached out to him to ask if we could come and get the items. He went above and beyond by getting the items for us himself and meeting me close to my house to return them to me. His customer service was awesome, and it’s rare to find people that actually care like that.
My son stalled his car in the middle of a busy intersection minutes after id jumped his dead battery (left his lights on!) i called and truck showed up in minutes and was able to get us on our way (and drive enough to restore battery) He was quick and very helpful. Highly recommend if you are in a bind!

After I called, Urban Towing Plano arrived to save me from being stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire in a matter of minutes. My time behind the wheel was shortened by the technician's prompt, friendly, and competent service.
Man I cannot express the major help this company did for me. At the point of being stuck in no where land I thought I was close to death, jk, but seriously I was exhausted and just wanted to get home. No company could offer me better service than yours! At the moment I spoke with the dispatch I knew I was in good hands. To no surprise the truck driver was as happily to help as were the dispatch. He also let me ride in his truck which many companies do not allow. Nevertheless I appreciate your service. Not cheap, that says it all you get for what you pay for. Very well professionalism! A truck from this company caused an accident by running someone off the road ahead of me on 161 tollway. Sped off and exited. I did not catch the plate but saw the name of the company. Driver was being super reckless. I called their office and they asked me the name of the driver (??? How would I know that?) and acted like they were unconcerned. Bad look for a business. I gave this info to the police, hopefully they can figure it out. No reason to be driving like that.
Pantusa towed my car today and I was totally impressed. This guy was very polite and punctual. He helped my son remove the jack he had used to jack up the car which he didn’t have to do. He contacted me via text to tell me he was on the way and showed up at the exact time he quoted. He knew exactly how to load my car safely and securely. He did it with precision and efficiency. He got my sons car to a tire shop perfectly and quickly. If you need a tow in the the DFW area these are the guys to call. Thanks Pantusa Towing!
If I didn’t have to put this one star I wouldn’t. Called my roadside assistance first thing at 8am to have a tow company come and help me pick up my car. Given an ETA of one and 1/2 hours. After several hours of being given various ETA’s and no truck. I then had the nightmare of calling Pantusa directly myself to be hung up on twice and yelled at by the person answering the phone. When I requested them to cancel the request because I no longer had time to use them. The guy hung up again. I called back again and asked why did he hang up and being so rude. He said I was asking stupid questions. Didn’t realize asking for an ETA a total of four times on different calls was stupid. It’s business! When I advised him that I would be making a review. He yelled he didn’t care once again and of course hung up. Please read all the reviews for this company before doing business. They don’t care about a single person or the integrity of the company.
At first, I wasn't impressed I was quoted 2 hrs before they got my car but,it was longer, Upon calling the company,I felt a little satisfaction and I was told my driver would be to me in 30 mins and in 20,the drive texted "be there in 5 mins. The McKinney location does not have a Google account so I had to post here. The front desk young lady at McKinney location is the most arrogant and rude person I’ve ever met. If you are paying salaries to hire someone like her, your business is ruined. The moment we arrived, I greeted her with smile and told her we are here to pick up the car that they towed last night. She rolled her eyes at me immediately and told me with a sarcastic tone “WE did not tow your car”. I don’t know what point she’s trying to make. Even though DFW tows might have towed our car, are you the one handing this and get paid for the fees? Then she asked about the car model and which city it’s towed in (for which I told her it’s Allen). I also gave her the plate number in case she could not find the car. In the middle of the process, we found out she got the wrong car as she told us the car was in accident and it’s towed in McKinney. I asked her to double check cause apparently she got the wrong car, she then told me “it’s not my responsibility to ask you the details, you were supposed to tell me”. Hello? Then what’s your job duty here? You are just getting paid to give people attitude? The whole process took almost an hour, she kept going back inside and I don’t know what she did. It’s an extremely unpleasant experience with her attitude. I think her job could easily be replaced with AI. Many people would kill for her job to sit in an office with AC all day and just do paper works. She did not cherish her job for sure. Good luck on the business with employees like her.
They really deserve a 0 star… After getting rear ended at an intersection, the police officer that was at the scene called Jordan towing to tow my car since it was not drive able. The driver showed up already towing a car (alright no big deal). Driver was already rude enough to begin with, and seemed in a rush. He failed to secure my BMW correctly to where it SWERVED OFF THE ROAD destroying the front side of the car. Crazy part is, they still charged me $130 to tow the car… Over the next few days I tried calling in to make things right, but I was met by a secretary every time who seemed to get more and more rude/sassy every time I called. Eventually I did get a response from Marcus, but by that time my car had already been totaled…

Stephanie needs to be fired! She will cost this company thousands! #1I have already paid $220 to get my vehicle towed. Not only did they not show up, but the “next day” Stephanie did not care, kept cutting me off and had the nerve to say I was rude and she couldn’t talk to me anymore! She said no manager available..good bye. Thank God I could get to my son stranded on the side of I-35 at 12:00 am! STAY AWAY!

If I could give zero stars, I would! I have a 2024 Honda and I needed a flat changed, due to being stranded. I called my tire warranty company, who in turn, called Sparta Towing! They sent me a text that they would be there in 45 minutes. After 55 minutes, I called. The woman on the phone said, "they are 20 minutes away". After 1 and a half hours of waiting, I called back again, and guess what THEY NEVER WERE COMING!!!! The man on the phone said, "Oh that is outside of our area!" "I can send someone but it will be 45 minutes!!" I said NO THANK YOU!! You have got to be kidding me!! This is the most incompetent towing service I have ever heard of!! Seriously, read all the reviews! There is a pattern of behavior here! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
BEWARE!!! Even If its your Insurance OR Home & Auto company setting up this tow for you! Tell them NO Immediately. These people swiftly accepted my tow at 1:30 pm on a Saturday. No other company had a chance to accept. Well I received a text saying ETA was 45 mins. Cool right?? No! 2 hours later they were still 1hr 15mins away from me! The shop we were going to closed at 5... The only shop tht had the tires we needed and Sparta was aware of this at 2:30pm. They lied & lied & lied about the ETA trying to prevent me from canceling. Well 5:15pm comes and of course now the shop is closed AND i look up the ETA of Sparta and they were 1hr 18mins away from me! Even spoke to the "owner" & that did NOTHING!!! If someone's calling for a tow, more than likely they are not in an ideal area of comfort while they are waiting for u to show up!!! DON'T ACCEPT WORK IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER!!! It's VERY SIMPLE!!
