Rimon was just off work and saw me stuck practically in the middle of the road, stopped to help me with my busted tire when I was missing some tools and waiting for a friend to bring them. He came to the rescue and changed my tire to my donut. Didn't cost me anything! Just came to help me out :) Very few honest, good samaritans on this Earth. I know who to call if I ever need his service. Thank you again!
A couple weeks ago my Hyundai broke down ina tight spot on the freeway I called around a few company’s who would take a while to arrive like 45 mins or more I stumbled across Freedom Towing where the driver who is a really cool dude named Ramon told me he could be there in 30 min or less which is what I wanted to hear cus I was in that tight spot , his price was a lot more affordable for me too so he came fast in like 20-25 mins he gets there does his thing loads it up really professional and we just had a conversation which made the experience a lot better for me he also recommended some auto shops he knew that had affordable prices for honest work on the way there was an auto zone he asked if I wanted to stop to help get a diagnostics on it. I told him I really appreciated t and as we got to my house I tried to tip the man $25 on top of what it costs for the tow and he did not want to accept it no matter how many times I told him. If your reading this thanks bro your a solid dude I would definitely call him again if anything ever happens to me like that again and I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks!
Best tow man. Keep good work.
They showed up sooner than they said they would. Said it would take a hour but then was there in about 30 min. Helped me get unstuck from the mud, only took about one hour. Very understanding and professional. Thank yall! Life savers
Rimon helped me out today with my car. Such great service! He made sure that my car was safe and that everything was ok before leaving, and he even moved my car to safe location for me. Thank you so much!!

Realmente un gran servicio. El dueño realmente va más allá con sus servicios y tiene precios realmente buenos y justos. ¡La puntualidad es su punto fuerte y transportará tu vehículo con el mayor cuidado!
I called and scheduled a tow for a tahoe I bought that wasn't running. He showed up on time and dropped it off at my house with zero issues. Will use Taini-Taini again.
I was very pleased with the service I got I was told the price I would be paying and the time he would be arriving at my house. He was on time and was very polite thank you I hope to use your service again I would recommend you to friends and family.
Very prompt to answer phone. Professional in apperance, behavior, and care of my old VW Bus. He was care patient as we had to wait a bit before he could load up VW Bus. The price of service was agreeable to me. Getting my VW Bus delivered safety .... Priceless. Thank You So Much Noe. If I ever nerd towing service again I'll call you first.
Best In Town! I was headed to Thanksgiving dinner with my family when my car died on the 45S. He arrived quickly and provided exceptional customer service! Will definitely me using him in the future.

Genie Towing is a sham and a scam of a business!!! I was supposed to have a car picked up at 8:00a.m., we were told 120 min., they didn't show! We called to find out where the tow truck was? They then charged us $24.00 for coverage difference because our roadside assistance only covered $100.00. Were told it would be there in 4 hours. We told them that you told us 120 min., 2 hours! They then said "Well, it's gonna be 4 hours"... Then they hung up on us! My wife called the number back and they told her that they canceled the pickup, had a attitude about us calling back asking about the truck's E.T.A.. Tried to call back to reach out someone else that didn't have a attitude about asking about "doing their job ", but it was the same guy (wouldn't give us his name), there is only that guy answering the phone. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!! If you don't like your job that deals with customer service, give it to someone else that has a professional demeanor!!! Will never... EVER use this towing service ever...EVER... again AND I SUGGEST THAT YOU FIND ANOTHER TOWING SERVICE THAT'S MORE PROFESSIONAL!!!
Mr. Moe was so professional and great! I was very frustrated and concerned, but Mr. Moe was nothing but calm and efficient. I will most definately contact them again if I ever need towing assistance. I highly recommend their service and I highly recommend Mr. Moe.
Genie Towing did not disappoint. Customer service, price everything was on point. From the time we called and got loaded was less than 20 minutes. The gentleman that picked us up, Mr.Lionel, was an absolute angel. He was so kind and friendly. If we ever need a tow truck again, we will definitely be using Genie Towie. Thank you all for everything.
Stop researching other towing companies and call Genie Towing now. I was stranded at a store with a dead battery on my motorcycle. Genie Towing answered immediately and provided fair pricing. The driver arrived quicker than expected. He was respectful and kind. He offered to jump my battery but i wanted to have the bike towed instead. I was impressed with his knowledge in getting the bike on the flatbed truck and securing it safely. He treated my bike like as if it was his own. Got my bike to the destination safely. I will definitely call Genie Towing for any future tows. Thank You!
I waited for 3 hrs for Echo Towing to come out to help me with my stalled vehicle thru my insurance’s Roadside Assistance service, and they never showed up. Even after numerous calls & atempts. The same insurance company escalated my claim due to unresponse time and they called Moe with Genie Towing. The Insurance Company gave me an ETA of 20 mins for Genie Towing’s arrival. He was there in 13. He was a lifesaver!!! After 3 hrs of waiting in Houston heat stalled, he was MY hero of the day. Not only was he better than prompt, he was fast, and knowledgeable and curteous. As he was pulling his chain’s out to hook up my truck he asked what was wrong with it. I told him I couldn’t shift gears and mentioned what my husband thought it was. He got under the steering column to ck & then under my truck and pointed out my problem. I was about to spend $200 on a part that I didn’t need!! He mentioned it was only a $5 fix! (He was ultimately correct. The part cost me @ $7 with tax!!!!) he towed me to my house and relayed the Same advise again. He is definitely one in a million! You don’t get service like this anymore, anywhere!!! Moe, i appreciate you and your service. You were literally a life saver for me today. Sending & praying for Many blessings to come your way, sir!!!

Our preferred towing business for many years has been Golden Towing due to its dependable and effective service. Their group of adept drivers is capable of managing any kind of towing task, regardless of size. They also have unbeatable rates.

This company is a SCAM! I called them and they gave me a min and max bid on a tow. Claimed that all other companies have hidden fees. So I TRUSTED this guy. But Delta Towing showed up and charged me 155 after I was told a fee of 55 down and then 35 to 65. I told them I got a quote for 95 and he told me that it probably was more and to go with him because they disclosed all fees! LIAR. This tow that I expected to be 90 to 120 was 205 dollars to go 4.4 miles! And when you call them back, from the number I originally called from, it goes to voicemail, but I can call from a cell phone and it goes right through. SO this is a call center and they farm out the job to the bidder and get the 55 down PLUS you owe whatever company they call for you. SCAM!
They tell you someone will call you in few minutes to set things up that took 45 minutes. Then driver calls says an hour, you call to cancel, they still charge 60.00. I pray they don't ever need help, cause if I can I will make sure that they don't get help.
They provide great service.
Everything was great....John was on time....The fee was reasonable. My only complaint is that there was no kind of documentation (Virtual or otherwise) offered by the driver to verify services. I had to give my vehicle & keys to someone I didn't know without supporting documentation. It was a weird feeling.
Great job! Saved me in a pinch!! With great service!! Thank you very much!! Highly recommend them!!

Great customer service 👍
There is a lot I can say about this company. Along with the bank that hired them. This company and Wellby are unethical in their dealings with people and property. They trespassed onto private property went beyond what the law allows them to do. Couldn’t even notify me to get my belongings.
Great help very professional was told a hour and he was there in roughly 30 minutes and got me towed to freightliner i highly recommend
This towing company is shady. Have people cars picked up from place of business just to make some money I was at work. My car was outside and when I got off, my car was gone, even though it was late and my car was only one that was out there, they took it up on themselves to pick up my vehicle, so do not use their service for nothing especially if you're in the Harrisburg east in Houston don't leave your car sitting out too long cause if you're eating working and your car is the only one that's out there they will tow it without the business permission or your permission
Took four hours for them to show up, wrecker driver seem like he didn't know how to operate his truck
