Bernie went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was delivered to the dealership. Despite the battery not receiving any charge, and the vehicle’s parking brake being locked, Bernie found a way to safely load the vehicle on his truck. Once at the dealership, he kept me informed as to where he dropped the vehicle and to whom he spoke to and left the keys with. His level of communication was excellent. I highly recommend Bernie to anyone in need of an effective, safe, and courteous tow driver. Excellent service.

I waited for 3 hrs for Echo Towing to come out to help me with my stalled vehicle thru my insurance’s Roadside Assistance service, and they never showed up. Even after numerous calls & atempts. The same insurance company escalated my claim due to unresponse time and they called Moe with Genie Towing. The Insurance Company gave me an ETA of 20 mins for Genie Towing’s arrival. He was there in 13. He was a lifesaver!!! After 3 hrs of waiting in Houston heat stalled, he was MY hero of the day. Not only was he better than prompt, he was fast, and knowledgeable and curteous. As he was pulling his chain’s out to hook up my truck he asked what was wrong with it. I told him I couldn’t shift gears and mentioned what my husband thought it was. He got under the steering column to ck & then under my truck and pointed out my problem. I was about to spend $200 on a part that I didn’t need!! He mentioned it was only a $5 fix! (He was ultimately correct. The part cost me @ $7 with tax!!!!) he towed me to my house and relayed the Same advise again. He is definitely one in a million! You don’t get service like this anymore, anywhere!!! Moe, i appreciate you and your service. You were literally a life saver for me today. Great job This is my first time using this company but my fourth time having to be towed and that was the best experience I’ve had so I will use them if I ever need to be towed again.
The drive who picked up my wife n i and our 3 yorky dogs wasgreat. Friendly with my dogs which ate like kids to me and very conversational .this comen from a man who never post.his serves deserved my 1st comment
Golden Towing Pasadena got my SUV off the road quickly after an unexpected breakdown. The dispatcher kept me updated on arrival time and the driver was polite and skilled at what he does. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother towing experience.
I was really stuck in the middle of the road, and I didn't know what to do. But then I remembered that I had towing service's number, and I called them. They sent me the tow truck right away and towed my car to the nearest garage. They did an excellent job, and I'm very pleased with it.

I decided to give them a shot after all the bad reviews I saw, just to take the surprise that all the unsatisfied customers with 1 star review were correct. I called them & dispatcher quickly told me they were going to be able to help me. I was told to send a picture to wreckers personal cell number & that they were going to call me back with & ETA, it’s been 2 hours now & still nobody has called. Call Cernosek Wrecker Service, 4527 Red Bluff Rd, Pasadena, TX 77503 they respond really quick & are accurate with what they tell you.

I urge you to not use this company unless you have money to throw away. They will ask for credit card information before they arrive. I waited about 50 minutes for them to arrive. I was charged for services i did not request. Here is what i was charged with. Service Fee - $ 59.00 Tow/Hook Fee - $90.00 Safety - $65.00 Admin Fee - $32.00 Special Equipment - $75.00 Mind you this was a standard tow on my car. Best part was they only towed it 2 miles. Do not use

This towing company is shady. Have people cars picked up from place of business just to make some money I was at work. My car was outside and when I got off, my car was gone, even though it was late and my car was only one that was out there, they took it up on themselves to pick up my vehicle, so do not use their service for nothing especially if you're in the Harrisburg east in Houston don't leave your car sitting out too long cause if you're eating working and your car is the only one that's out there they will tow it without the business permission or your permission
