I picked a miserable, rainy Saturday for my vehicle to overheat. A friend recommended Cheap Tow. The owner came within 30 minutes and towed my car to the repair shop. He had an umbrella and made sure I stayed as dry as possible while completing the transaction and getting me into my daughter’s car. The price was really reasonable!! After he had left the car at the repair shop, he sent me pictures. So very courteous and respectful to this 69 year old woman!! I highly recommend this company!

Much needed service in the region. Parent company ( Trumble Crane ) is a very reputable business with decades of experience in all facets of the crane business.
Crane virgin? So was I. I highly recommend this school if you have never handled a crane before. I took the 3 week, 3 crane, all inclusive package. It was well worth it. They taught crane concepts from the class and operator perspectives. They teach you for the NCCCO tests, which is what everyone is going to NEED come 2014! This is also the only school I found in the nation that had anyone making ratings on Google. As another person pointed out, they are also the only ones that are also a crane company (Trumble Crane). Many other schools also only teach a two day course for the test, for experienced operators. Again, Crane Wise has a course for "noobs." I did mention the all inclusive part. You get a decent hotel (better than I expected, even during the renovating). You get vouchers at the hotel for breakfast and dinner. They will often take you out for lunch, order in, or set up a nice deli spread. Heck, I had good Thai food twice in 3 weeks. The only gap is lunch on the weekends, that is on you. They were even nice enough to offer a ride to and from class, if I were to fly in. These folks are very nice and have a great sense of humor. They even helped me afterwords, when I needed help on a written test after class was over. I made it through, thanks to them. Study those load charts, damn it! :-) Oh yeah, unless Google fixes the information I sent them, the school is on 312 NE Loop 289, not SE!!! If you go north on 81 to the north loop and go east on the 289 access road, you should see the overhead crane. Pass NORTH Ash (Ash is on the south side, too) and it will be on the right side. Tell them Big Kirt sent you!

Well we had a rollover on Highway due to crazy wind so We talked to this towing service based on google reviews and rate. We didn't regret at all for calling this tow company they showed up at the scene really fast and the best thing i liked about their service they don't use too much equipments on accident recovery, so your bill don't get build up, they do it for you the efficient way. we had a nice deal with them, and Owner made 2.5k$ discount for us, as we decided to deal with it in house! Amazing service! These guys are the definition of professional. They were courteous and considerate of our time and even went the extra mile so no one in our party was left behind or needed an Uber. They are knowledgeable and understand how to tow an electric vehicle properly and came equipped to handle the job. They not only made sure we were going to the right place but he maneuvered the car to ensure we wouldn’t have any issues connecting and charging. I will absolutely recommend this service to anyone. This tow company was great! The rep was super nice and helped us get the car back right away.
Got a flat and called roadside assistance with my insurance to get the spare on. Not very friendly and was already frustrated with me before even getting here. The lug nut was broken on my tire when putting the spare and now I have to pay for a new one and the manual labor for it. When leaving a review to say the part was broken this is the response I received which is very unprofessional.
They picked up the phone right away early on a Sunday morning and responded to my vehicle within 30 minutes. The driver was very friendly, making sure I was well taken care of and had everything I needed before loading the vehicle and delivering it to its destination. They were upfront with their estimate, saying that it would be cheaper ($120ish) with cash but likely $130 with a card. When I called back to make the payment once services had been rendered, they remained true to their estimate of $130 with a card. Price was certainly more reasonable than some of the bigger name towing companies I had already contacted. It’s never fun to have a vehicle towed, but Anytime Towing made the process quick and issue free while simultaneously beating out their competitors. I would use again if I ever found myself in this situation again in Lubbock.
Friendly, fast, and professional for a reasonable fee. Robert was great and got me towed to the dealer in no time.
They showed up in no time, and he was very courteous and professional. He took very good care of my car when he was loading it onto the bed of his truck. Very good service. :)

Company is completely unethical and preys on college students, apparently they take photos of your students as they leave their car for "proof" as well. Nothing about their business practice is appropriate and businesses using this company should reconsider.
This is the most unprofessional business that I have dealt with in a long time. The employee working there is completely rude and not helpful at all. Does not give information unless you know exactly what to ask for. If this is your first time being towed you would have no idea what to ask for. My daughter had her car towed and the employee would not talk to us on the phone. We are 5 hours away so we could not talk in person. Employee would not tell us how to fill out some form so we had to get it notarized 3 times. This place is WORSE than the DMV!!!!
I had to call them to tow my truck today, they showed up exactly in the time frame they said. super friendly and even gave me a ride with my vehicle. also, way less expensive than what my road side assistance charged me.
last thursday when i called the lady on the phone was very sweet and helping paid easy over the phone. The gentleman that towed me was quick and also an amazing driver when it came to dropping my car in an exact parking spot. Very well done. Will use again!
