Awesome customer service! They went out of their way to change a flat tire just to be able to tow my car. They’re more than just a towing service. I will definitely use them again and no other.
Fast. Great value. Very accomodating. 10/10 recommend. Hopefully won’t need them again but if I do, they will be the first call for Towing!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best price in town for towing! The communication was excellent — they kept me updated every step of the way. Super punctual and reliable! They towed my vehicle from just outside Laredo all the way back to my home without any issues. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again

They got there as quick as possible, very grateful for their expertise and speed.
Their wrecker says J & E Crane and Towing, which apparently is the same business. They were very helpful when my truck refused to start up again after I turned it off inside a Blue Beacon's wash bay. They even gave me a ride to a motel afterwards, because it was the middle of the night and my truck was his last tow job in his shift. He took the time to put the end of the drive shaft in a plastic bag so it wouldn't make a mess. Now I'm just waiting for them to get my truck moved from the towing company's yard to the dealership. The dealership was closed when I broke down, so they couldn't take it straight there. Very friendly guy though. I hope he gets more sleep. It sounded like his work day was really long. Even though the address is on Mines Road, the business isn't physically by Mines. It's physically located on PG Sport Road.
front desk lady esta puro chisme con los drivers y se tarda mucho en antender aparte de sangrona es bien ignorante
They shoot you straight with the total price no extra Chargers or surprises👍
Service came reasonably quick, driver pleasant. He disconnected drivetrain (automatic) and charged $95. After he dumped me off at dealer, he left unconnected, said dealer would reconnect. Sure did, for $152 more.

Con job
Great service, he was at my location with in 20 minutes and very professional and trustworthy I highly recommend..
Good service and professional
I called for a tow as soon as possible and they told me they would be by in twenty minutes to pick up my vehicle, and they were there in twenty! The tow truck driver was very nice, professional. If I need another tow service, these guys will be the ones I call. Reasonable pricing, too.
Tire popped on my 2005 Dodge Ram coming home from the landfill. Didn't have the tools to pick up the truck or lower the spare. Roadside assistance was Fast and knowledgeable regarding tools to lower the spare. Overall it was a friendly and hassle free experience, would definitely recommend.

I used this towing service to get my car to a shop ,and they convinced me to take it to there shop instead. Big mistake they left my car in a worst condition, had to pay for them to check it even though I already knew the problem. Then they told me it was best if I took it to the people I was originally going to take it to .Oh but on the plus side they gave me a discount for them to tow it to the other place. Never again!
The pick up was on time. The appointment setting was quick and easy. The price of tow is fair. Definitely recommend for their services and will be keeping them in my contact list for future assistance.
This company was extremely professional and helped me on a Sunday evening when not a single “24 hr” tow company answered their phones. Their customer service was comprehensive and compassionate. I highly recommend Freddy’s towing and is my only tow company from now on.
Great Great experience..... I would highly recommend them... They went above and beyond to help us in our time of distress.
Nice people and amazing job thank you so much 🙏 for your help

Muy amables y accesibles en horario
Great service. Truck broke down on Mines Rd in Laredo. Super busy high traffic area. Had my truck and trailer towed from Laredo to McAllen, Tx without any issues or concerns. Although they had a youngster towing us he definitely knew his stuff. Appreciate you guys for helping us out and getting to us promptly.
Very happy with the service and the charge that went with it. They are a state registered secure facility. Alberto was my tow driver and was very pleasant, efficient and professional. Great outfit!!!

Excelente servicio. Muy profesionales en todo su trabajo. Y los mejores precios de todo el condado de webb
Driver lost my car keys and company did not do anything about it.
Fast to show up. I've tried a few other companies before and these guys have the best rates in the local market. Both owners were mechanics at the Freightliner Dealership for over 15 years so their shop is also pretty good to work on the trucks. Highly recommend.
