After my tire popped on the highway, my insurance company connected me with another provider who told me they would have to “break into my vehicle” to tow it back home to me since I wasnt present. I had my insurance send another company and Luis was very professional, got my car towed without having to enter my vehicle and got it home to me with no issues. Would 100% use this company again. I woke up this morning to find that my vehicle had been towed by triple nickel. I had parked my vehicle in the parking spot in front of my house as I have done so every day for the past 3 years. There was no indication or notice left that it had even been towed. I had to call the police department to find out that they had taken it. They claim that my car was on the grass in our trailer park community. I asked them to send me proof and they said I had to send them proof of ownership. I did so and then they claim that they could not send me photo-proof of my car because it was illegal. This company, like most towing companies that have contracts of these kinds are just looking for a quick buck and any excuse they can find to tow vehicles. I would never use this company for anything, and I will continue to post all information regarding this. What I consider illegal towing of my vehicle so that everyone is aware that triple nickel towing is a low brow towing company with no ethics or transparent business practices. Companies like these should not be allowed to exist and they do not deserve business. They need to be shut down.
My car broke down on the highway around 7pm on a Tuesday night. Within 15 minutes, Triple Nickel dispatched someone and was at my car. Alberto let me sit in his truck as I made phone calls to dealerships. Affordable pricing. Overall very good experience with them.

I was looking for a company to be able to tow my vehicle. I call a few of there Action Towing & Recovery competitors and they didn't get my business. Due to there outrageous prices for a simple towing job. From here on out if I need any services to get any of my cars towed. I will be calling Action Towing & Recovery. I called my insurance company for roadside assistance and Wolfman’s Towing was dispatched. Tower did not communicate properly the estimated time of arrival. I called the tower multiple times as I saw them in the parking lot but now answer. Was left to wait an additional hour for a different tow company.
HUGE HUGE HUGE shout out to Chris. I broke down after a VERY long day of deaing with car issues. He was so kind and patient with me being an absolute emotional wreck and crying as soon as he pulled up. He pumped up the AC in his truck for me and let me sit in there while he loaded up my vehicle. Then he gave me great news that my engine hadn't exploded like I thought it had. Driveshaft broke and that will be much cheaper to replace. Then Chris took the time to place my vehicle in the particular spot of my driveway. This man needs a huge raise!! Absolute AMAZING customer service and a huge compliment to your company. I will DEFINITELY be recommending Wolfman Towing to anyone who needs a tow. Chris, thank you so much for your help. You have no idea how much your kindness meant to me.

Today I needed to have my vehicle towed to a body shop and KTR was at my home in a timely manner. Kevin the tow truck driver had my vehicle hooked and and ready to roll within minutes. Somehow when I requested a flat tire change I was put in for a tow. I waited from 12:17pm-3:10 pm to be told that the tow truck doesn't have tire changing equipment on the truck. During the time I was waiting I called the dispatcher about 8-10 times if not more. Most of those times my calls went unanswered. Almost like my calls were being screened. If you ever encounter tow master please try to get someone else. They seem to be unorganized and overbooked.
Waited over 3 hours. Didn't get any kind of communication about the driver being late. Didn't get any communication from the business till I called and said they were 30 mins out.Rickey was great! He was the only thing I liked about this experience.
My Insurance recommended Tow Masters after an accident we had on a busy highway headed to Waco. We expected to wait at least a couple hours for someone to come. Will was awesome and got to us quickly. He knew what he was doing and gave us some peace of mind about our truck. They’re highly professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and kind. I’ll always use Tow masters from now on. Definitely worth it. Thanks y’all!

Archie was amazing. The guy made calls and worked with me even on his day off. Archie answered questions waaaaay after hours and never had me wait more than a minute or two on any question I had. Customer service was absolutely amazing all the way around. Didn’t change the price when I got there or tell me they had it on the internet and then suddenly not have it once I got there. LOVED LOVED LOVED my experience. Best dealership ever!! Billy was AMAZING. If you work full time you’d probably don’t have the time to sit up in a dealership for hours on end ( like Killeen certified😂) I did most of the process over text and Billy was very understanding that I could not answer calls due to being at work. Billy, his manager, and the finance manager treated us like GOLD. I didn’t get the run around and everyone was friendly and open. The car did have some minor problems but that’s in line to be serviced at no cost to me. I also have a killer warranty and it only added like $8 to my monthly payment. 10/10 will recommend ( and did) to all my friends!

I had a nail in my tire and needed my spare placed on to my car so I could go to the dealership to get the tire fixed the next day. It was a Sunday. The gentleman came quickly and had the spare on in no time. Great service I will always recommend them.

While I didn't get to meet William in person, he was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional on the phone. We called for car keys locked in the car and he arrived well before the AAA estimate. He called me to let me know that they keys weren't in the car, so I felt horrible for wasting his time but he assured me it was no issue and to call if we ever needed anything else.
Excellent service! My car needed to be towed from my son's school. I contacted AAA who told me it would take about 45 minutes. Kazi arrived in about 20 minutes and I was on my way in no time! Fast and friendly service!

Wow! The very WORST experience ever!! PLEASE DO NOT have you vehicle tow by them, your property in your vehicle Will STOLEN ! Then they will point to the sign they have posted that they are NOT responsible for things being stolen from there property! Very unprofessional Tow man screaming and cursing! Grant that I said a few words being upset that my property was missing! Not all property was taken, so makes me think if it was inside job! Lastly, I have camera in the vehicle, so I will turn it over to the POLICE!
It was okay experience they get busy pretty quick I made an appointment drove to the location to pick up my vehicle and before I get there the driver took off he had to go on on a tow job so I had to wait an hour for him to get back other than that everything was okay they did give me a discount for having to wait two thumbs up
