Miguel did an awesome job taking care of us after a hard hitting pothole on 287 gave us a flat. He arrived earlier than the original estimate and got us to our usual shop within 30 minutes. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Called to get my car towed 3 miles. They sent me a link for $150, and I paid it. However, upon arrival at the drop-off location, they refused to drop off my car until I paid an additional $10. The guy said it was a mistake and should have been $165. On top of everything, they took double the time they said they would to arrive. Overall, I did not have a smooth process and believe they could have been more professional in an already stressful situation. Don't recommend. In response to your reply: the only false statement is when I said $165. Everything else is accurate. The whole misunderstanding should have been avoided if you charged the full amount the first time. Take the criticism and do better.
This by far was the fastest towing service I have had. Everyone was polite, patient and helpful. Cost was very reasonable. I would recommend and use their services again. I am very satisfied.
By far the fastest tow I have ever had. Arrived within 10 minutes (Grand Prairie). The young men were very proficient and professional. Very affordable. Due to my situation they had to drop the car and come back the next day to tow it to my house and they were very understanding and rescheduled me with no problem. Definitely will be my go to company!

I had a flat tire and had to get to the closest repair shop by tow. The dispatcher was friendly, and the driver came sooner than I thought they would. The driver was nice the whole time, and the tow truck was clean. This towing company in the area has fantastic costs and does a great job.
Had a problem with the engine on the way home from work. The dispatcher was nice, the driver got there quickly, and they brought the car straight to my mechanic. A smooth experience.
I liked how the tow truck driver told me what he was going to do before he hooked up my car. He was professional and made sure I knew how much it would cost and how it would work.
My car overheated while I was driving to work, so I called for a tow. The driver arrived fast, helped me push the car to a safe spot, and took it to my mechanic. Super professional.
I called them for help when my car wouldn't start in the parking lot of the grocery store. They came soon, checked the battery, and said it needed to be replaced. They also offered to replace the battery right away. Very useful.

I was locked out of my car and had been dumped by a previous tow company. Greenway picked up the slack by confirming my location, providing a functional GPS tracker with eta and stellar customer service all at 2am!
Nope! Don’t call these guys. They dropped my car off at the wrong dealership and I was on foot having to look for my car myself. The tow truck driver picked up my car and dropped it off without ever speaking to me. Don’t call looking to speak to a manager- you won’t find one. Incredibly shady business, I do not recommend this towing company. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company, as this is who I had to deal with for “roadside assistance”. Worst experience, ever.

My experience with this Towing service was great. My car wouldn’t started and we are new to Texas. I must say the Gentleman that towed my car to the dealership was very professional and a good communicator . He called me when he was on his way outside and when he dropped my car off. Thank you!
Very horrible workers however eventhough it was one worker that one worker can represent all of the workers for this company . Just spoke one of the employees 15 minutes ago to request a battery jump since they were close and when he told me it would be $95.00 all I said was that’s a little out my budget then before I could say “I appreciate your time thank you!” suddenly he hangs up on me. I guess with me not being able to afford their cost for a battery jump deserves their unproffesionalism, rudeness and immaturity. Word of advice- if you decide to call this company always ask for someone that DOESN’T think it’s cute to be unprofessional, rude and immature. NEGATIVE 50 🌟
Their customer service is terrible. Couldn't find my car, didn't know if it was stolen so I called asking if they had it and after repeating the same situation to the employee about 3 times he says he's distracted because he's watching the nba finals rerun and asks what I think about it. After I told him it was an emergency he still went on to say he won't answer me. Very unprofessional, rep said his name was Steve but it was probably a fake name. Just terrible !
This place is a terrible unprofessional company.I called. to get a quote on having my semi truck jumped started a few miles away and rude guy tell me $89 plus 60 to 90 dollar extra on to price nonce they arrived.but when I ask is it 60 or 90 extra and give me the total the rude guy hanged phone up in my face.I do not recommended this company at all and think the deserve 0 review.
Don’t ever use this place!! I made my first call to them at 7:13pm had to recall them 6 different times to get the ETA on the tow truck driver. After almost 2 hours I called to cancel and the dispatcher was so rude and argued with me about trying to cancel services. We where on the side of 20 for 2 hours with a 5 year old that was sick and throwing up!! Plus they are way over priced!

This towing company was very professional from the initial call to dropping off my vehicle. I got a flat on my 14 Honda Accord but did not have a spare. I didn’t realize that until driver arrived but driver helped me find a tire shop nearby and towed it there.
Needed a jumpstart early in the morning. 10-4 arrived fast and didn’t take long to be back and running!
Way too expensive
I wish I could leave ZERO stars! By far, the WORST towing company EVER!! I called to have my car towed 4:14 pm to take my car 0.5 miles to an auto repair shop that closes at 7 pm. They scheduled me with a 30 min ETA, charged my card, and THEN called to say that the ETA changed to 1 hour & 15 mins. I still said okay I’ll wait. He called me back at 6:16 pm to say that we can’t make it today due to high traffic!! I waited 2 hours when I could’ve just scheduled with another company! Then he proceeded to tell me that I called during the worse time to schedule a tow which was after 4:30-5 when I scheduled BFFORE 4:30. Now I have to schedule with another company that still may not make it in time AND I have to wait for the funds to be returned to my card. They need to fire everyone here & just close down! What an inconvenience!

License plate starting with T06 driving like an absolute imbecile on i20 and Bowman Springs today around 2. Swerving in between lanes, endangering everyone around them. Pretty ridiculous.
