Great Service from Start to Finish! Quick safe towing really came through when I needed help. The dispatcher was kind and understanding, and the tow truck arrived right on time. The driver was professional and made sure my vehicle was safely loaded and delivered. Smooth, quick, and stress-free experience — I’d definitely use their service again!
We were in quite a unique situation with our F150 completely locked up (would not shift gears at all) in an awkward, perpendicular position in the alley behind a furniture store. Arya with Quick Safe Towing arrived in less than 20 minutes, assessed the situation and, I must say, expertly managed to get this frozen truck out and safely on to his truck. He then took it to our trusted mechanic in Allen, put the truck in a well-lit, secure area and dropped off the keys in the overnight box for us because our other vehicle was loaded to brim with the furniture we had just picked up from the furniture store. Late at night, my car broke down on the freeway, and this towing service came in 20 minutes. The driver was nice and made sure I got home safely. In an emergency, you want something that is quick, cheap, and dependable.
I got a flat tire late at night and didn't have a spare. This towing service came swiftly and took me to a tire store close by. Very helpful and didn't charge too much.

My wife was in an accident that resulted in the unfortunate total loss of her car. The staff at LW's Towing made the process of gaining access to our vehicle and removing our belongings unproblematic. The most important aspect was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff that assisted us. They made, what was not a fun outing at all, at least without any extra hassle or worry. The gentleman that assisted my wife and I out to our car was kind, respectful and jocular. You know what they say about humor?
Unprofessional and Rude Driver On Nov 4, 2025, the police called LW’s Towing after my car started leaking fuel. The driver, Juan, showed up and immediately said it would cost $185 base, $4 per mile, plus 10% gas—in a very rude and intimidating tone. When I tried to speak, he said he doesn’t care about anything but money. It was 7 a.m., my child was in the car, and I was already stressed. Instead of helping, he made the situation worse. Thankfully, the police helped get my child to school safely. If you call this company, I strongly recommend avoiding this driver (Juan). No one deserves to be treated this way in an emergency.
Seldom would I ever take the time to write about a tow company. Even less, write great things about a towing service. Let me just say, this was the most professional towing company I have ever dealt with in my life and while I know there are some unscrupulous characters out there who set the bar low, just wow. Frank and Andrew went out of their way for me with a my Kenworth Semi truck that was DEEPLY stuck in the mud, all of my own making. Frank arrived promptly, beating the time estimated by the dispatcher who was also very kind. Frank assessed the situation and began to work. Andrew arrived shortly behind to lend a hand. Between them both, they not only had me on my way but LW’s charged me a very reasonable rate for the service they provided. Finally, while Frank and Andrew could have left since the job was done, they made sure I had fully backed out of the muddy road I was in and once they knew I touched pavement, they then set on their way. Bravo, gentlemen. In a world where good service is a commodity of the past, this company and its fine employees have demonstrated that they are capable of showing us all what good looks like.
I was towed from the Little Elm boat launch after being told by parking enforcement that I was fine to park in one of the trailer spots since the others were filled. An officer called in the tow. The Little Elm police officer canceled my ticket when the parking enforcement guy told him what happened. LW wouldn't do ANYTHING for me even though they KNEW it was a mistake. They did waive the 20+ storage fee (had my car less than 3 hours), not helpful. The parking guy have me $110 toward the $226 I had to pay to get my vehicle. MUST BE NICE TO HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THE POLICE, AND NOT CARE ABOUT INTEGRITY!!! I will be researching the company and seeing if there are family ties to local gov. If there is, I will be visiting city hall, and having a conversation about it. They suck!!!
Hours are wrong. 7:30 to 6 business(week) days, 8 to 1 saturdays. Not 24/7 like Google or their sign says. Wasted time driving over because Google says open 24hours. Staff is really nice though.

Towing Masters is the best company if you want to get towed, they came in 20 minutes and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a tow truck company.
These people don't even know the meaning of professionalism, customer service or integrity!!! I called them at 2:00 p.m. today for a battery jump and was told by Alex that the driver's ETA was within 30 minutes. After approximately 1 hour had passed, I called for an updated ETA and was told by Alex that the driver had just cleared his tire change call and was EN ROUTE to my location and AGAIN said he'd arrive in about 30 minutes. I waited close to another hour and called back requesting to speak to the manager. Ronaldo or Reynaldo (mgr.) proceeds to tell me that it would be at LEAST ANOTHER 40 MINUTES before the driver would arrive! I explained to him that I had already waited over 2 hrs and when I asked him why the driver never came, he said he went on another call!!! So, I told him that I'm not paying full price to wait over 3 hrs. and he told me that they were canceling the service call because they REFUSED to adjust the price! I'll be sure to let ALL of my neighbors, family, friends, other online reviews, Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce know that these people couldn't care less about the people of their community that have paid their paychecks every week! You should be ashamed of yourself but in order for that to happen...you would need to possess a conscience which you obviously don't. You WILL reap what you sow!!!
Do not use this company if you have another option. I needed a tire change one late rainy night the guy asked me to cash app towing masters in advance. I did after 3+hours of waiting and calling he tells me he can't do it and he never reimbursed me my money. Do not use this company!
