So this morning, on my way to work? My car broke down. I called checker flag towing. They were very friendly. They worked really fast. Efficient and quick to help me get my vehicle to the mechanic shop. They even came to my job to pick up the keys to my car for me. And they also notified me once the car was delivered to the mechanic shop. Highly recommended

Only towing company to answer on a Saturday and even had snacks. They also got in touch with a tire shop, so they would stay open to help me get back on the road. Excellent customer service.
I had called several other tow companies in the area, for 2 days. I was shopping around for the most economical. I spoke to Jose, the owner/dispatcher. He gave me a fair price, and said, "we just dropped another vehicle in that area. I can have my driver there in 10-15 minutes." I had to convince the man to give me 30 minutes, as I had the keys for said vehicle. Lol. I beat the driver (Anthony) there by 5 minutes. He was quick and professional. Made sure that the vehicle had no clearance issues. Was loaded up, and gone in 10 minutes. This is including him applying a jump pack (portable battery to jump start vehicles) in order to get the car in neutral. Because I had a side errand to run, I wasn't able to be on site for delivery. I spoke to Jose again, and asked for the car to be unloaded in a particular spot, and he made it happen. All in all, very quick, professional, and most of all, fair on pricing. I will definitely keep their number, for any future needs.

After waiting almost 5 hours...it was worth it. I knew the tow trucker driver from work situations and he remembered me. So this helped a lot...and I trusted him. Will definitely use this company again, but they do need to communicate with the client. I know their dispatch is 800 miles away...but they need to let the customer understand this. We could have gone home to eat dinner, then come back to my car (only 2 miles from home when I broke down)...at a time given by the towing company. Instead I had to call AAA for updates, and waited for them to show. It all ended well
Charles was great and even tried to help me trouble shoot some stuff. He went above and beyond! Highly recommend anyone in need of a tow! Wait wasn’t long and vehicle was delivered to mechanic very shortly after and Charles was nice enough to send some confirmation photos without me even asking. Two Thumbs Up!

My truck completely died, I work for Hogan Transportaion and was fully loaded and broke down on side of the road, full sleeper and 53’ trailer. I wish you could give 0 stars, and the only reason I would is because the tow truck never came to my location. I’ve been speaking with someone for the past 2 days and even scheduled a pick up time and provided the locations, confirmed the pricing and everything. I called today to still confirmed we were still good to go and he told me yes. It was suppose to be done at 12:00 and almost 1:00 and no response and I called twice and so did my husband and no response. DO NOT RELY ON THESE PEOPLE.
Was able to get a hold of Michael on Sunday night and arrange a Monday tow to a local shop easy to work with, great price, on time service, would repeat anytime.

I was in a bit of a bind and called tow truck company because I needed help quickly. The Affordable Tow Truck company was on time, professional, and did exactly what they said they would do. They got me to the store where I needed to go in record time. I'd definitely use this company again if I ever have another problem with my car.
This is the best towing business I've ever used. The dispatcher was nice, told me exactly when the driver would arrive, and the driver did. The whole thing went quickly and easily.
The other driver called these men after a small mishap. I was happy with how they took care of everything. They swiftly took care of both autos.

Not very “dependable” towing. Needed to have a stranger’s car removed from my driveway but they didn’t have enough drivers/trucks to be able to send one in a timely manner. Now I’ve gotta wait til this mysterious stranger decides to grace me with access to my own house.

Me and my husband had our truck towed by AAA at night and needed somewhere to store it since we lived out of town. I called this towing company at 8pm and out of 10 other companies we called, this is the only one that would store it! The truck was totaled and tool boxes and a fuel tank needed to be moved to our new truck. There were 2 guys that helped my husband move it all...AMAZING service!!! Would definitely recommend
Called for a tow late at night, the dispatch advised me if I could wait till the next day, it would be cheaper. I took her advise and called back the next day. The dispatcher also gave me a 15-20 minute time window and the tow arrived in that window! Great service all around.
AWFUL SERVICE! LITERALLY THEE WORST! did not bother to communicate properly nor promptly with myself or husband! Charged our insurance to tow our vehicle, claimed they could not find our car on the highway, made us go out to help them find the car, then they took it to the garage and proceeded to charge us AGAIN because they cancelled the initial order for the tow WITHOUT TELLING US! We were told that it wasn't their problem and we were cursed at! Reporting them to our insurance AND to Texas Dept. of Licensing and Regulations!

Had a tractor and trailer in the area get stuck in fresh gravel and they got it sorted and moving on time to make its appointment. Also because it was close to their shop they were there and had the truck moving in less than 45min from the time I called.
Great People! Had them towed one of our trucks from toyah tx to El Paso with no issues. Reasonable prices. Driver Edgar gave an excellent service. Please contact them for any of your towing needs. Great service and was able to take my large Lifted f350 from westside all the way to San Eli.
After waiting for two hours for another tow service that never showed, ASAP Tow sent a truck over in less than 15 minutes! Half price what the other service was charging! Highly recommended for all your towing needs!
My son’s jeep would not come out of park at 1230 am. Instead of sending a tow truck and charging me, they walked me through how to get under the car and manually shift the transmission. Then he shared that I could replace the broken part at auto zone. Excellent service after midnight!

I called Epic Towing to pick up my car in Northeast El Paso and take it to an auto repair shop on Montana and McRae. The man asked which side of town for pick up and drop off. He said it would cost me $135. I though it was a bit high but I said OK. Once the car was dropped off, the driver said his boss was going to call me. Just then, his boss called and said there were extra charges. An extra charge because the car was very low to the ground and he had to press a button to raise the car. There was an extra charge because of the distance and the time it took. It's $130 an hour and &130 for anytime into the next hour. He said I needed to pay $260 because he wasn't going to charge for something, then reduced it to $240. What a rip off! I'm going to post this information on Yelp, Facebook and the BBB. I think it amounts to deceptive practices.

My car broke down yesterday evening and I had such a great experience with this towing company! Their customer service was absolutely amazing—kind, professional, and understanding. They were incredibly helpful and got to me so fast and kept in constant communication, which was a huge relief in a stressful situation. It’s hard to come by that level of care and efficiency these days, especially when you’re dealing with car trouble. I really appreciated how smooth and supportive the whole process was. Called EPIC TOWING at 4pm and was told they would be there in 45mins but to give it an hr just in case, which I did. Msgd them at the hr and was told they would be there in 15mins. Followed up again with a call 45mins later and was told to wait another 15-20mins later. Waited around 15mins more and just called another towing service (APEX) and they should up in 20mins. Not sure how much more I would have waited but was going on 3hrs. Sooooo...yeah. Just wanted to put that out there.
The response to my call was quick and I didnt have to wait long either. Once my truck was brought home the driver asked me to get bricks to support truck (tire had broken off) so I wouldn't get more damage to my vehicle. I appreciated all he did and for transporting my truck with care. I highly recommend using Epic Towing Service.

I got stranded on the side of the highway and Called 10-4 Tow of El Paso and dispatcher that took my call was really courteous and helped me as soon as I told them I needed assistance. Driver showed up within eta given and he provided exceptional service, very professional guy (unfortunately did not get his name) but he towed my Mercedes AMG with no problem. Definitely recommend this guys and will call them again if needed in the future!!

This is a great and vary response towing service I have had to use them twice and they make sure to take care of the car while towing, Edmundo was our tow truck driver and he is a great guy 10/10 if I ever need my car towed again I will be using 10-4 tow of El Paso
Terrible experience. I reserved assistance with towing my car from a storage facility to the shop from 0930-1030 several days in advance. I arrived at the storage facility and waited for an hour. When no one arrived by 1030 I called 10-4 and they assured me that the driver was just 5-10 minutes away. 1045 rolls around and I was told that the driver went to the wrong address but one that was within 1 minutes of driving distance away (5225 instead of 5525). I called again around 1055 and 1105 and kept getting reassured that the driver would be there in 10 minutes. I decided to leave at 1115 after almost 2 hours of waiting and multiple reassurances that the driver would be there soon. 10-4 told me that the driver arrived at the address at 1030 and was driving around looking for 30 minutes. No one made any attempt to contact me and inform me of this. Given the highly unprofessional behavior of 10-4, the utter lack of respect for their customer's time, the terrible communication, and frankly, their dishonesty, I in no way can recommend any utilize 10-4 El Paso's services. Your money and time would be better spent getting assistance from a more professional, reliable, and honest service.

I had the best experience with Towing El Paso when my car broke down near Mesa Street! This is the WORSE roadside service I've EVER received. Been in the side of the interstate for 5 hours and still no tow truck. I had to call my insurance back to get someone else assigned to recover my vehicle. I've tried calling the tow company several times and NEVER got an answer. #TERRIBLESERVICE #DONTRECOMMEND #NOSTARS
After being stranded by budget car rentals for over 24hrs Juan Carlos Diaz (driver) made it all happen. Took his own time pressing for our replacement rental waiting for over an hour at location that was 120 miles from us. He had a great attitude and treated us like family couldn’t of done it without him.

Both the representative and driver were very professional and friendly and put me at ease immediately. The driver carefully loaded my car onto the two trucks, ensuring no damage was done. Cancelled the towing job after 2 hrs of accepting from my car insurance company at 8:30 PM on a Saturday. There is no limit to their unprofessionalism. I know, this one more one star review will not change their careless attitude towards their work ethics. But, needs to be mentioned.
I want to let you know that I received a Tow from this company and yes they were late 5 minutes but the company kept me in the loop. I thought that they were completely professional and polite. The driver's are clean and professional looking as well. Every has had the tow driver that looks like an ex-con theses guys were total opposite polite, informative, and quick. Keep up the good job I am APEX for life. Good job managment and staff.

The dispatchers are not very helpful. I’ve called twice to receive information about a vehicle that had been towed and both times I was told “I wasn’t working that night, you’d have to ask the driver” I asked for the driver who towed the vehicle and they couldn’t provide to me the information needed.
My vehicle was towed from not having a parking permit and I called this company because they had my vehicle. The woman who attended me was very sweet and informative. When I showed up the man at the window told me the police would show up soon because my car was reported stolen. I started to worry and as a person with a mental disorder this started messing with my head really bad. Why would my car be stolen? Who reported that? Did the car I purchase was stolen prior to selling? So I started going on a downward spiral which is bad for my health. Thanks to the man who started this. I called the police station and gave them my information and VIN and they looked up any report and NO REPORT was made or hold was placed. Having this relief I went back and asked for a supervisor because the hold was a lie and the part where my vehicle was stolen was a bigger lie. I advised them I didn’t have registration but I had my insurance and they finally took it after I said 3 times I didn’t have my registration . My car was finally released to me. So if you experience the same thing I apologize for that. They shouldn’t be telling lies like this
The drivers do not care about your vehicle. Mine was parked and got scraped from the hood and the rim in the process of loading to "flatbed". Oil marks left on door handle too. Since it is not theirs, they could probably care less! Had some belongings missing too!
Terrible customer service. The guy on the phone sounded like he just woke up...rude and dismissive, and clearly didn’t want to help. If that’s how they treat someone calling for information, I can’t imagine how they handle real customers. Absolute trash service. Do better.
We were broken down on the side of I10 for 54 hours due to electrical failure and no air bags on our Class A motorhome...needed a flat tow and it was 115 degrees...Renee, the tow truck driver kept in contact with us and got us to Cummins as soon as he could...have never had a tow truck driver care so much! Thank you! They have a very large area to cover so you have to be patient...thank goodness for our generator!
