I can't recommend this towing company enough! When all four tires were stolen from my car, I was at a loss trying to find someone to help me get my vehicle towed since it was sitting on the ground. I emailed them on the website a few days prior and they got too me quickly by email. They got everything set up and their driver arrived quickly and was able to get my car hooked up within minutes. They got my car to where it needed to be taken. Should I ever need a towing service I will definitely reach out again. Also the fact it was under $150 made it even better 🙌🏼

I had a pretty tricky tow yesterday where my 55” wheel had to be removed to get it on the flatbed. Freeman used kid gloves when handling my truck and I truly appreciate the time and care that he took. He was determined not to cause any further damage and delivered my truck to the shop with so much care. Was it the cheapest tow? No, but I gladly paid for the level of service given and would recommend them to anyone.
I was stuck on the side of 635 with a blow out. I called 3 different towing/roadside assistance companies for help but they all just said they wouldn’t help because I was in a dangerous area and gave me no options or alternatives. Midway said yes immediately and was there within 30 minutes. The tire was changed within 5 minutes.
Extremely satisfied the drivers are patient and trustworthy. 10 out of the 10 experience I highly recommend this company!

UPDATED: Blew a tire. Stellantis Road Side Assistance dispatched Prestige. I called Prestige for an ETA and was told 35 -60 minutes. After 90 minutes I called and call was not answered. Instead, I received a text to "please text." I texted and did not get a reply. After 120 minutes, I got a call from the driver who gave me an ETA of 30-60 minutes. After 3 hours, I get a notification text that Prestige canceled the call. I did not get a text or call from Prestige. UPDATE: I did receive a call from Prestige apologizing for the service. I appreciated the call very much. Based on that alone, I would give them another chance as the issues for this trip may have been Stellantis' fault.
I hit my car on a curb after work and recked my front tire. I called the services and a gentleman called me right away and came to get me. He was very professional, kind and helpful. I’ve never had this happen before and he kindly explained everything to me and got me to the right location. I had originally put in the wrong drop off location but he was very patient through the whole process. He service and very respectful.
Car broke down on 1/24/25 on the I395 bridge right before going into DC with my 22 month old son in the back seat. I have USAA, and their contractor (Agero), had first assigned my case to other tow companies. The wait times were over 2 hours for those companies and when I called to explain that I was stranded on the side of a busy interstate with a young child, they were unable to help make the time shorter. When Agero assigned me to Prestige, I called the number and the owner immediately understood where I was coming from as a father and said not to worry. He said to just sit tight and he would make sure we got towed out of their as soon as possible. He kept his word and his cousin, Omar came by. Before even beginning to deal with towing the car, Omar first and foremost wanted to make sure my son was OK and asked if he needed anything like a bottle of water. That level of care not just for a customer, but for another person was very touching. I'm glad their are people like Omar and his family in this business where people are relying on them during the rather less "fun" parts of their lives. Thanks again Omar and everyone at Prestige towing. You guys ROCK.

We have used Titan twice to tow my son's car. Very professional company and trustworthy. My husband has always given Leo(tower/driver) a very generous tip for his services each time he's towed the car; simply because of the quality of service that was provided.
I got a flat tire on the side of the highway at 200 am. I called roadside assistance and they said it would take an hour. I called Titan Towing they were there in 20 minutes. When they arrived the tow man was really nice and made sure I knew everything that was happening. It took less than 30 minutes to complete the job. I highly recommend!!!!

I was in a car accident today and I had called several other towing companies they had ridiculous prices . Titan guys were the most cost efficient, they towed my car to dallas and they gave me a ride as well. I was in shock for a bit. DJ was incredibly nice and talked with me the whole entire way to dallas (from Fort Worth) he calmed me down I have mild anxiety. Thanks god for them. They made my day. 😔😊. Best $$ spent. Very poor. Could have caused an accident or killed me. Called to have a tire changed. Their tow truck driver failed to tighten ANY of the 5 lug nuts on my driver's side front tire. Lucky to have gotten to work and home and then a Goodyear shop to find out what the noise was. No response other than "sorry" from them. Will not use again and wont recommend. Telling everyone about their lack of the most basic of services.

Jeff is a good man. They were able to get me and my truck off the shoulder of the road and home over 40 miles away fast, professionally and for a far more reasonable price than anyone else that would consider doing it. Other companies had no concern that I was stranded and willing to pay what was necessary and they treated me like an old friend. I'll never use anyone else in DFW.
My van broke down in downtown fw and I called around looking to see who could get my car home. Big Dogz was able to help out in a timely manner and remained in communication with me the whole time. The driver was very thorough and careful with my vehicle and my kids thought he was amazing. I definitely appreciate them and would have no problem recommending them to friends and family in need of their service.

I cannot state in enough words how truly incredible Jeff is. My wife and I were in town for the Cotton Bowl and on our way to the stadium, our front, driver’s side tire had a blowout on I-30. Fortunately, we were near an exit and managed to pull over in a neighborhood. Being from out of town and not AAA members, we had no idea who to call. Several calls later to other towing services to find that they do not offer roadside assistance , we found Big Dogz. After my wife explained our situation, Jeff himself came out, changed our tire, plugged the hole, followed us to a QT to refill the tire with air, and even offered to come out after we left the game and put the plugged tire back on. Anyone local to the DFW-area in need of the BEST customer service when it comes to a towing company, you absolutely cannot go wrong with Big Dogz. Thank you again, Jeff!
They said a tow would arrive within the hour. Ended up calling another tow company after waiting almost 2.5 hours. Never received a response on my follow up text requests for expected arrival status. Ended up calling a different tow company that arrived in 25 minutes barely making it to repair shop before closing. Two stars instead of 1 because the dispatcher was polite.

Leno was fast, patient, and efficient. Very reliable tow company, they get the job done.
Things started out great with a fast response time. When I met with the driver about moving a container, he expressed concerns about scratching the flatbed but assured me he could get the job done. I told him it was no big deal if he couldn't manage it. I just needed the container picked up and placed with the doors accessible at the front. Four hours later, the container was moved but not facing the right way and left on a jack and some wood blocks. I’m sure they are fine at moving cars unless it is on its frame as it may scratch the bed of the truck but other than that I’m sure they are fine.

I love this place, I've been towed multiple times by Denny's, speaking to different people and dealing with different drivers. The dispatchers are very sweet and curious. And fast. I called 2 times in 1 day last week and was picked up each time within 20 minutes each time. The prices are great. I would recommend Denny's to any of my friends and family. Very reliable company! They got to me right away the price they told me over the phone was great as well as the driver he was very pleasant and not too shortly after he pulled up one of the ladies I spoke to at first called me to make sure one of their guys made it out to us and this is the first time I ever had to call a towing company so I thanked her for checking up to see if he made it so I definitely recommend them to anybody 👌🏼
I had a problem with my truck last night and then called around and dennys was the most inexpensive and professional people I spoke with over the phone. I was helped and my driver was incredible. THIS IS THE WORST TOWING COMPANY. OUR TRUCK WAS TOWED AND THEY TOOK OFF A PART FROM THE TRUCK. WHEN WE ASKED OF WHAT WAS REMOVED FROM OUR TRUCK ,THIS TOWING COMPANY COULD NOT PROVIDE IT AND ACTED LIKE IT WAS THIER RIGHT TO REMOVE THE PART FROM THE TRUCK . WE HAD TO GET A NEW PART BECAUSE OF THEM BEEN CARELESS WITH WHAT THEY REMOVED FROM OUR TRUCK. PLEASE DO AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU LOVE YOUR CARE. THEY ARE CARELESS AND RUDE.
Short- Overall, this company was professional, corteous and prompt from beginning to end. Also they saved me over $100, that I would of overpayed if I chose to utilize the company my roadside assistance provided. Overall, a great experience considering the circumstances. I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend this service to others. Detailed- I turned to Denny's Towing after my roadside assistance quoted me a ridiculous amount of money for a cross-city tow (Arlington to Mesquite). When I called to price the tow the dispatcher that answered , Olga, was very friendly and helpful. She was tied-up wih phone calls and stated she would return my call ASAP. She called me back within 5 mins. She qouted me $100 less than what my roadside-assistance company and didn't mention any of the ridiculous fees I received from my insurer (Hitching fee, Cross-County Fees, Etc.) OLGA stated that the tower would be there in 30-45mins, he was there in 20 mins. CODY, the tow truck driver was VERY, professional, kind, and prompt. I was picked-up by a family member so I did not drive in the tow-truck. He informed me that he would arrive 10- 15 mins. after me since he had to refuel. He arrived as scheduled and was likely prompt with the drop-off.

Was calling around trying to get a tow in Arlington less than 10 miles from where my vehicle is, they was quoted 249 dollars. That plain ridiculous when every other tow company I called were quoting half that price. The lady on the phone was nice and pleasant. Crazy prices
The WORST towing experience EVER! The worst customer service. Said they would be here between 12-4, got here 3 hours after. Don’t waste your time with them!!

This company is a bunch of thieves, they took my car from a 7eleven while I was in the car, the driver start to asked me $200 that's ridiculous.when I went to de office, I asked why drivers are asking for $200 cash and a arrogant manager answered he's my son and he can do that. Then I asked if is normal that he has a woman in the car while he was working, he said is his wife. Please don't call this company they are thieves.
Who tows the towing company that parks illegally in Arlington? Advanced Towing was parked illegally at the corner of Washington Boulevard and N. Lincoln Street in order to surveil the Giant grocery store parking lot on Monday, August 25, 2025 at 12:35pm.
ABUSE OF POWER - The Evil Empire of Arlington They’re predatory. They operate without a shred of human decency. At 6 a.m., I parked next to Gold’s Gym, in a spot marked for Perfect Eyebrow, which doesn’t even open until 10 a.m.. My car was towed within minutes - $165 gone, for a parking “violation” in a half-empty lot. The sign? Barely visible in the dark. By noon, I’d already heard multiple similar stories. It’s not an isolated incident — it’s a racket. And when people say, “Rules are rules,” I have to ask - should police hand out tickets for going 1 mph over the speed limit? Should we be punished for existing in the wrong place at the wrong second? This isn’t about rules. It’s about profit through predation. Does anyone know how to file an official complaint with Arlington or report these towing practices? Because this isn’t just unfair - it’s systemic abuse.
These people are criminals ! They towed my 82 year old mother’s vehicle and would not allow us to retrieve her insulin from inside the vehicle. I asked them for my car back as they hooked it up and towed it away. The vehicle was not sitting in parking spot illegally. There was not a no parking sign visible or in front of the spot. They towed it within 5 minutes of sitting there and did not allow the 10 minute window either. Supposedly it’s a misdemeanor the fact that they towed her insulin being a diabetic and would not allow us to retrieve it. They must be in cahoots with someone in Arlington County to be able to get away with stealing peoples cars and money! Disgusting they’re criminals and running a sham of a business.
This dude almost ran me over and then proceeded to threaten me and harass me when I called him out abt being careful of people crossing the street, not even towing related, but this really shows the unprofessionalism and criminal activity this company is involved in and allows to go on with their company operators. No wonder this company is hated by everyone in Arlington
