This is an amazing service! These guys open my cars, tow my cars and I have NEVER payed them a dollar over $150 these guys are as affordable as it gets!
I do not expect much from a towing company. They are rude, overpriced and ruff with their transport. BUT!!!! BUT MAN, let me tell you about these people. The driver was prompt and gentle with my car. He explained the process in detail, got my car to the garage, all while being professional and cool. ABSOLUTELY, (not that I am wishing this on myself) these are the ONLY company I will use to transport my car.
Was broken down waiting for another service who cancelled after 2 hrs of waiting called up jay and he was there to save me at the early side of the eta he gave much appreciated promptly got my truck up on the deck and got me to the shop. Hopefully dont need to but will call again for sure next time

⚠️ Warning: Stay away from this plaza! This plaza is run by a predatory towing company that feels like a mafia-style scam. The owner and his team target unsuspecting drivers, tow cars without warning, and demand unreasonable payments in an aggressive and intimidating way. We parked our car and when we came back, it was gone with no notice or warning. There were no visible signs or tickets left behind. Later, we found out it had been taken by a nearby towing company that charged $280 in cash or $290 by credit card, even though their own sign said $250. When I asked for a ticket or any paperwork, the man rudely said there was no ticket while smoking a cigarette in my face. He was aggressive, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care about treating people with any respect. We had to walk through a dark, unsafe neighborhood in the middle of the night with our 4-year-old child to reach the lot. The whole experience felt threatening and unsafe. This is not a legitimate operation. It’s set up to take advantage of people and scare them into paying. We were just relieved to get our car back, but the experience was deeply upsetting. 🚫 Avoid this plaza at all costs. 📣 Report them if you can. No one should go through this.

I wish I can close his business down, this mechanic is a scam big time . Watch out. He didn't deserve a one star.
On June 18th my car alternator gave way, it was roughly 11:30pm when I made the call to AAA ; the call was picked up by this unprofessional towing genertaion X - with the worse driver on Earth (Damian) . He showed up 1hr 45min later with no contact from him during my excessive waiting period. (1:15am) arrival. upon arrival he told me "he can not take me now because he has other local runs to do and that my drop off destination is a HR away and is far " once he is done then he can take me". What a dumb schmuck he is. He said he will be back in 10min or so because his local pick up is only 2miles away and it was a 9mile tow. Guess what ? The dumb idiot Damian never came back and cancelled my call. This is not only unprofessional, unethical but worse off - a lack of a backbone and not even a man . A Coward move. AAA finally sent out a more qualified towing company called (5 star towing) . I waited until 2:30am to finally have a classy professional driver and company to drive me bring me 1hr away back home. Never use Generation X - they are a disgrace to AAA Services and to AAA members. I hope they loose their contract with AAA and this punk damian looses his Job.

I have never left a review in any social format but it’s midnight and I’m sitting in a hotel room alone with a sick child while my husband gets rejected to tow our car by Generation X. They used safety reasons as a concern bc I am not there. The AAA request was under my name but my husband and I are under the same AAA account for 15 years now. My husband had my license, AAA card along with all of his information. There was zero professionalism, thoroughness, or empathy from Generation X. So if your looking for reliability and a company who stands by ethical practices go elsewhere.
Amazing service from start to finish. First company to pick up call late at night and when scheduled the towing they were there in 10 minutes. The driver manually moved my car to get it on the flat bed. Very smooth transaction for a very stressful time. Thanks again Generation X Towing.

Car got towed here bc I apparently parked on the wrong side of a 10min parade going on in Prospect Park. (Everyone I spoke with in town said that no one was given any notice about it.) I go to the tow yard on Goffle Road as instructed from Prospect Park Police. I pay an outrageous amount of $235 and then was told my car isn’t on the lot. I had to get a ride to the tow yard in Paterson. I understand that no one is happy when their car gets towed, but wow…what a sht show.
The worst, and I thought Classic was bad for overcharging people I was moving loading all day into the night and left the truck parked legally to take a friend home from Broadway and 33rd to Haledon round trip I'll give it 20 minutes I came back and the truck was gone and they told me to bring $930 cash and the cop that had it towed had to be watching me load the truck and when he saw me leave he jumped at the opportunity to get it towed with my things in it . I was moving, not working there is a difference, and our public servants can't tell the difference. There's a real problem in this city, and that's why I'm out . BY PATERSON, GOOD LUCK WITH ALL THAT YOU'RE NOT DOING FOR THE CITIZENS OF PATERSON.
What experience can I share? ... Friend's car got towed from less than four blocks away after being rear-ended and vehicle was stored overnight from around 10PM to before Noon next day and paid about $350. Vehicle was released without hassle though... you be the judge.
Great Customer Service!!! VALERIE was very helpful knowledgeable and helped me get my car out fast and hassle free. The best receptionist I have ever encountered at a towing company!
Can’t give it a zero star but all you’re doing is wasting your time with these guys. Waited almost 4 hours to have them cancel on me. But the best part is when I call and they just hang up acting like they’re putting me on hold because they don’t have the decency to say sorry we should’ve told you we cancelled. Pathetic.
