Exceptional service. Uri went above and beyond to help me tow my car to the mechanic. Highly recommend.
Gentleman was patient re assuring and went beyond the call to make sure I got home safe.. He even call me after I got home to make sure I was ok . Greatly appreciated , we don’t see that kind of service anymore..
I will recommend this towing company to anyone and need! I called the guy he was very nice came fast towed my car 45 minutes away car was how he picked it up and I’m just very satisfied with his service I will contact again when need too.
I just recently purchased a 2005 C6 corvette, i was nervous about finding the right person for this job due to the car being a collectors item. Countless searching for days finally led me across J and F towing upon reading the reviews I saw nothing but amazing responses on how other’s experiences went. I called and explained my situation and the distance of the tow without hesitation Eric reassured me and treated me like gold from the beginning giving me comfort to how the process will go. When the time came to load up he was there on time and made it a quick and easy process he was careful in how he treated the car taking all the necessary precautions and steps to get it loaded on without scratching the under carriage and front lip. I followed behind him and he drove politely and carefully even while having to deal with crazy jersey drivers. I recommend these guys and especially Eric if anyone ever needs to tow a car and even luxury vehicles again I will now always stick with this group and know that I am always getting reliable, informed and experienced workers.
Had driver locked out on a sunday, called J and F towing and spoke with Eric,he had a tech come out right away! Very reasonable pricing and very professional tech came and got my driver on his way.awesome service!!!!!!!!

Top-notch service with reasonable prices, and the owner’s friendliness makes the experience even better. Highly recommended!
This towing company goes above and beyond. My experience with this tow company couldn’t have been any better. Let me tell you, after coming back home after 2 weeks abroad, the last thing I wanted was my car breaking down on the highway near midnight. Yet, Shabir came through clutch! In addition to his impeccable response time, the drive and conversation was such a pleasant experience. Felt like it was all such a drag having to deal with car problems and not having a car for the foreseeable future, but Shabir dropped some awesome advice and perspective. 5-stars, and plan on calling this company up anytime I’m having car issues in the Fremont area!
Great services, very affordable. I will always call them whenever I need towing.
It was quick service and he cared and solved the problems. I really appreciate it.

Had a great and fast experience, driver was very punctual and very polite- had a fun chat on the way back too. 5/5 on the great rate 💪
I’ve used Easy Towing’s services twice and each time they’ve arrived when they said they would. The driver is very friendly and they don’t try to rip you off by charging high prices. 👍🏽 👍🏽
Easy towing towed my tool box. They were Easy to work with and very professional. They took extra caution when moving my tools to make sure the tools were not left all over the freeway. Fast, Easy and great price for moving my toolbox. They did not charge per mile which alot of other companies do.
Best price I found in the area. And not only that, they were very responsive and kind. Truly an easy, affordable, and great overall experience - 100% recommend them!

Great service been dealing with them for years Prices are great Very reliable Got me out of alot of situations Highly recommend 🫡
Great! I've been getting tires changed and fixed here for years! Good prices with quick and friendly service!
The owner is friendly and courteous. He makes a fair deal and offers his best. The service offered is one of high quality. I got the tires I wanted with the specifications I requested. Velez was eager to please and comply with my request. Thank you!!! Need a good deal on good tires, this is the place to go.
I have had two separate issues with two different cars. I went to Velez tires and both issues were fixed and resolved. They also did a wheel alignment after buying tires for my car as well. The prices were fair, the service was great and quick. I wouldn’t deal with anyone else for my tires.
Fast and reliable service with great pricing! I was about to hit the road and head back to NYC on a Sunday evening when my car suddenly began making a loud chugging noise and the battery light came on. I immediately pulled over and into a gas station for fear it would break down. I ended up having to leave my car there overnight as a tow truck would be too expensive to get back to NYC and there were no auto shops open. The next day, I returned and reached out to Velez Towing for service. The dispatch advised me it would take about 45 minutes but someone showed up in 15! Nico (I believe that was his name) took care with my car and got me over to a Mavis auto shop about 3 miles away with no issues. Pricing was also very reasonable and a great value compared with other towing companies in the area that were taking advantage of my situation. Overall a great experience and I thank the staff at Velez Towing for assisting me. I highly recommend their services and if I were in the area again and needed help, I'd definitely return.

Jaweed is the best tow truck driver and they helped me get my car towed 100+ miles for the best price EVER !!!! I highly recommend to use them and if you don’t then you are really missing out !!
One of worst service provider in Bay Area. I had worst experience while for getting services from so called All Above. Actually name should be All Down services. Ajay dispatcher of this service is big liar. I was waiting for an hour, earlier he told me that tow track came at my place, when I checked in outside home cameras recording, no one show up. I called and Ajay changed the statement that truck came near by my place and in front of home. Never show up after waiting and calling for more than hour.
I had a good experience with Moradi, though the car was in neutral, he still helped to move the car. Overall good service.
5 star 🌟 for sure best towing and polite customer service i ever seen, with fair pricing. Am happy to do business with you. You rescued me yesterday night at 8pm, i couldn't get a towing who could help me tow 2 Harley Davidson like 8 miles away after my shipment was canceled. But allabovetowing responded positively and told me not to worry a driver will be with me shortly, within an hour a very polite driver showed up,. There service is excellent, i would recommend. Did i mention they work 24 hours.
Got a battery changed less than 13 months ago. Battery went dead under warranty coverage. Been trying to call them for weeks and no one picks up the phone

Good service
Great service was friendly. And affordable
I was in a car accident and being from out of state did not know any towing companies in the area. I called this company, they were prompt and professional. I was on vacation and did not worry about my car. They even updated me on when my insurance company had made arrangements to get the car towed back to NY. I would highly recommend them.

Got towed for a street clean violation (as there was no where else to park coming home from work at 5am) & couldn’t pick up car first day because I didn’t know I was towed until I was going in for work (I start at 6:30pm). Went to get it at 9AM on the second day and didn’t notice the new scratches all around my vehicle until the sun shined. I have new scratches outside of my headlights and scratches running from the backseat passenger side door and roof side. This business needs better drivers who actually knows how to store and park cars because now on top of that high bill of 2 days in the yard plus the parking ticket— I now have to pay to get these scratches removed! This experience couldn’t have been any worse! Hire drivers that can park!!
pro: during office hours they seemingly are great about answering the phone con: i just mentioned office hours…. a towing company that ISNT 24/7!!!!…..????? and the powers that be can only be bothered to hire a nearly good-for-nothing security guard bw 4pm-8am… the person can’t even tell you if your car is in this companies possession!!!! hours are ONLY 8-4pm…. for those of us with day jobs….. til at least 5pm….. who live a good half hour away…..you get the point
This establishment allowed someone to commit fraud on my account by paying them with my stolen credit card. Reporting to the Better Business Bureau. Now my account is closed and I’m being held accountable for this shady business.
In the name of Christ, expose this businesses unethical practices. Charged me $500 to release me car, but would not properly give me details on how to get my car released. Visited this place more than 4 times. They are trying to keep your vehicle.
When we received our truck it had no AC and it was a 90° day. We were driving in it for 13 hours from NJ to IL. When we dropped off the truck we immediately reported the problem. The area manager for U-Haul is saying they cannot give us any sort of refund, only an $100 travel credit which we would never use because we aren’t moving anytime soon. Very upset and confused by this as others have reported getting half of their money back and we spent over $1000 dollars and almost got heatstroke.

Listen they tow cars, not a good way to make friends or 5 star reviews. However they are very professional, provide prompt service, very nice and helpful. If you see their name as the towing service for an apartment, follow the rules, they tow quiet and fast. If you need a tow company they are a solid choice.
They towed a service vehicle. My employees at a service call doing his job and was in talking with a customer for 5 minutes and this company towed his car. The tow truck had to have been stalking the neighborhood. This is Predatory practices and is extortion at its finest. Come to find out, its 365.00 to get the car back, 2 hours of lost productivity at 265.00 per hour, and an uber ride for 55.00 to go get the car out of impound. Overall 900.00 is what they took from me. They say there are signs posted however none are visible on the street where the car was parked. I will be filing in small claims.
This company is a money grabbing scheme. My parents have been living at the same apartment complex for 4 years & our cars have never been towed. The parking spot my car was in its not assigned to anyone specifically & they drove it literally 2 minutes away & charged me 370 just to get it out. They told me if I needed my car the same night it was going to be 470 which is basically robbing people just to get their cars out. Disgusting. The guy who helped me was nice but he was trying to cover for them. Horrible experience.
Predatory towing at its finest, a big News Outlet needs to investigate this place ASAP. Took my car from my apartment, mind you my permit was displayed properly and I was parked in my OWN spot. Then demanded $550. It’s no wonder at all why they have 1.5 stars on here. Everyone should be calling the police on these people and taking them to small claims court. They should not be allowed to keep getting away with this. I hope the owner sees this and knows I will see him in court. Good luck buddy. I’m also disputing the charge with my bank as we speak. Thanks for my 550 back👍🏼.
I recently had an unfortunate encounter with All Brauns Towing, and I feel compelled to share my experience to alert others in the community. On a Sunday night, my car was towed right in front of my eyes from the Bridgeway Community in Newark, CA. Shockingly, there were no visible signs indicating that parking was not allowed in the area. I have photo and video evidence documenting the entire incident, and I can confirm that the towing occurred without proper justification. This isn't an isolated incident. Numerous reports in the neighborhood highlight a disturbing pattern of All Brauns Towing engaging in similar illicit towing practices. It's essential for everyone to be aware of this concerning behavior. I was appalled by the rude and confrontational behavior of All Brauns Towing's staff. It was evident that their primary focus was on extracting money rather than following proper procedures and adhering to ethical standards. In light of this experience, I intend to report All Brauns Towing to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and explore legal options. I encourage anyone who has faced similar issues to share their stories. Be cautious when parking in areas serviced by All Brauns Towing. Verify parking regulations and consider alternative options to avoid falling victim to their predatory practices. I hope my review serves as a warning to others, prompting heightened vigilance in dealing with this towing company. Please share your experiences to build a collective awareness and protect our community.

Please avoid at all cost. Stay out of Newark or get out of Newark.
worse company ever they shouldnt be in service
Under N.J.S.A. 56:8-2.33, and then u can reach out to the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs, This is exactly why monopolies destroy communities. This company is hands-down one of the most corrupt, in-your-face operations I’ve ever dealt with. They’re out here running tow trucks with no markings, snatching cars, and leaving people clueless. I spent TWO days trying to find my vehicle. Even the police had no idea where it was because Newark and NJIT — both receiving government funding — don’t communicate with each other at all. Nothing about this process followed any real rules. I’ve never heard of being charged one amount, then suddenly being told the rest has to be paid in cash. If you’re told you have to pay $300 on the card and the rest ONLY in cash, that is illegal. Period. We need to stand together against places like this. No one should be allowed to prey on a community like that.
