We had a flat tire on a highway in NJ on Sunday! We tried to get a flatbed from Mercedes but they couldn’t find anybody after waiting over one hour. We Googled J and F and they came in about 20 minutes , stayed on the highway with us to wait for the Uber that never came. Then took us to their office to wait for our ride. They flatbedded our car to Long Island. They were extremely professional,courteous and caring of us Senior Citizens.We would highly recommend them.

Stay away. Mean guy, We agreed to certain price and last minute he changed price adding extra $150. -not confused, this it exactly the company ant the guy was Uri. Anyways bad experience bad service.
The owner was efficient and the the driver carefully transported my cargo from one state to the other. The price was very reasonable compared to the competition. My presence was not even necessary and from beginning to end Uri walked me through the process, sent pictures and took care of everything.
Big thank you to J&F towing who responded very quickly to my need for a tow and communicated so well from the moment I called , and through the entire process - total pros ! Wouldn’t ever think about calling anyone else but them !

One of my guys company trucks broke down. Contacted this company and they were very professional. The Driver, Tarzan, (Yes it was actually that Tarzan!!!!!) Wish I asked for an autograph in hindsight. I have used alot of a different tow trucks, this was by far the quickest response out of all of them. Within 45 minutes driver was on site,hooked our vehicle and brought it to the shop. Very reasonable prices. We only had a 10 mile drive, so unsure if it would have been more if the distance was further. The company I work for, as well as myself personally Would def use them again. horrible experience. agreed on the price over the phone (which is already very expensive), and after the tow, they told me the price was for cash only, and for credit card, it will be 20% fee.
Do not go here. I thought they were good. My Honda Pilot had an electrical problem, instead of telling my son this, they told him we needed a new battery. Whaaat! Charged him $198.00 why????? Dashboard lights were still blinking out of control. Why lie and take people's hard earned money. And by the way, I didn't need a battery. All they had to tell him is we don't do electrical work! Not good business etiquette. Beware !!!!!!!!!!
I been seraching for my tire size which they are a very difficult size to find so i was told to try this place...I was so happy to find out that they carry them and at a nice price.They are very fast and don't have you sitting around to long. For now on this is my new tire shop... Keep up the good work guys. Your the best.

This is one of the best towing companies in the state of New Jersey. I used them a couple of weeks ago for roadside assistance. I believe the dispatchers name was Jose, he was kind and caring and most importantly honest. Jose is awesome. Then the driver who is beyond exceptional, I don’t remember his name but wow was he spectacular! He put the car on the flatbed with no problem unlike another company and the ride to the dealership was very relaxing. He made me feel like we knew each other for years. No stress at all. I don’t typically leave reviews but, All Day Towing truly deserves this one. Thank you so much!

All Above Towing does what's best for its customers. Recently my car would not start, and my insurance company arranged for All Above Towing to tow my car to the mechanic. Upon his arrival and hearing that the car would not start, the All Above driver first checked to see if the problem could be caused by a drained battery. And he was right! He jump-started my car, and everything was fine afterwards. I am so grateful that the driver was smart and put customer's interest first! I would highly recommend All Above Towing to anyone who needs a towing service.
One of worst service provider in Bay Area. I had worst experience while for getting services from so called All Above. Actually name should be All Down services. Ajay dispatcher of this service is big liar. I was waiting for an hour, earlier he told me that tow track came at my place, when I checked in outside home cameras recording, no one show up. I called and Ajay changed the statement that truck came near by my place and in front of home. Never show up after waiting and calling for more than hour.
MR These guys were expected to come in 30 minutes but came in only 10. I was locked out of my car.. but They did the job as expected and they’re really nice people. They helped me go through my day as painless as possible, strongly recommend their services as they not only help you get into your locked car but other services as well.

I had a terrible experience with Geico roadside because of the towing companies they use. First, I was assigned All Above Towing, who texted me saying the driver would be there in one hour. After I waited, they texted again saying it would be another 35 minutes but no one showed. Finally, a driver from Towing Time (Fremont, CA) called and said he was 35 minutes away, and he eventually came. This whole process was unprofessional, confusing, and left me stranded for way too long. All Above Towing wasted my time with false updates, and Towing Time showed up very late. I even called Geico and told them directly they should not be working with these companies. Completely unacceptable service.

Predatory towing with a contract. They fatten up those tow fees and have you running around like a rat. Ubers + tickets + fees + release forms (if needed). Registration was expired for two days and they wasted no time calling b&c. Thank god im leaving newark next week.
I'm so grateful for Danny, Frank, and Al (I believe). My friend's car was towed, and although there was a fee, and we were not happy, the staff was personable, treated us with respect, and assisted as best they could. We are truly grateful. The car was kept in good condition as well.
Horrible place. Horrible customer service. Towing cars from colleges. They damaged my car while towing it and refuse to take responsibility for it. Taking advantage of students that are struggling. The prices are crazy high. I paid $230.33 to get my car back. someone shut this place and get these people out of business. they deserve 0 stars.

This business will not reply to your messages - don't waste your time. Instead, report them to the police and sue them. I recently contacted this tow company to confirm a pickup time for my girlfriend’s vehicle, and they instructed me to arrive at their office by 12:45 a.m. I arrived at 12:22 a.m. and waited patiently in my car. During that time, four different employees passed by without offering help or even asking why I was there. The person responsible for releasing the vehicle did not arrive on time; when I called to check on their arrival, I was rudely told they’d be another 10–15 minutes, and that “calling multiple times wouldn’t make them come faster.” This was only my second call, yet the dismissive attitude felt unprofessional and inconsiderate. After waiting well past the agreed-upon time, I finally retrieved the car. Even though the vehicle had been in their lot for less than an hour, we were charged $580—a fee that I believe is excessive and imposes real hardship on people who are just trying to recover their own property. I discovered that the car had been towed simply because the visitor placard had fallen behind the dashboard, making it difficult to see. I showed this to the employee upon release, but they refused to look or document the fact that a valid pass existed. In my view, towing companies should charge according to how long a vehicle remains in their lot, rather than defaulting to a 24-hour rate. The current system puts the heaviest burden on those who can least afford these inflated fees, and the staff’s behavior demonstrated a total lack of professionalism and respect. Call to Action: If you share these concerns about predatory towing and excessive fees, please reach out to Newark’s elected officials and make your voice heard. Ask them to introduce or strengthen regulations that cap towing rates by the hour, not by the day. Together, we can push for fairer practices.
Parked my car in front of my house to drop off food with my emergency turn signals on and I come back outside to see my vehicle is missing. Checked my camera and I see that these people towed my car.. I called right away to the tow yard and the representative is extremely rude while giving me an appointment for 8:15 pm. I drove down there really quick to see the tow truck drive leaving my vehicle in their yard. I asked them if he dragged the vehicle the whole way and he said "yup" without a care in the world.. I told him that the vehicle is all wheel drive and he smiled and said someone will be with me.. I walked to the front door and can hear people inside. Waited for about 20 minutes and see people coming out that looked like thugs. Called their number to ask if there are people inside that can help me and the same representative said in a rude manner "your appointment is at 8:15 and you'll have to wait" then repeated himself "your appointment is at 8:15 sir, you'll have to wait..." While the person on the phone was very rude and told me that my appointment was at 8:15, some guy named Jonathan showed up at 8:20 pm. Had me grab my registration and insurance, I looked at my car to see damaged on it. Told Jonathan about it and without reviewing any details, pictures of pick up to see if there are damages, he replies right away that they didnt do it. Takes me inside and doesnt give me any details to my questions, his reply was "it'll all be on the receipt after you sign the digital pad.." No explanation, no pictures, no videos, not listening at all but telling me to sign if i want my car out, otherwise he can't help me. They charge me $535 dollars total to take my car out. $250 tow fee, $100 1 day storage when my vehicle was there for roughly 2 hours because they made me wait to pick it up, $125 gate release fee, $60 special equipment service fee... $535 because they wanted to tow my vehicle all while I was dropping food in my house for a couple minutes. All paid and getting the car, I had someone else drive my car out and hes yelling at me that I can not record the damages they did to my car and I can not have more than 1 person on their lot... A butch of THUGS!!! I will fight this charge and take them to court.
They’re Scammers! Charged me $580 the same day it was towed. The drivers don’t have manners and enjoy clicking on your face and they REFUSE to give you the address to get YOUR car.
Predatory towing at its finest, a big News Outlet needs to investigate this place ASAP. Took my car from my apartment, mind you my permit was displayed properly and I was parked in my OWN spot. Then demanded $550. It’s no wonder at all why they have 1.5 stars on here. Everyone should be calling the police on these people and taking them to small claims court. They should not be allowed to keep getting away with this. I hope the owner sees this and knows I will see him in court. Good luck buddy. I’m also disputing the charge with my bank as we speak. This company is a money grabbing scheme. My parents have been living at the same apartment complex for 4 years & our cars have never been towed. The parking spot my car was in its not assigned to anyone specifically & they drove it literally 2 minutes away & charged me 370 just to get it out. They told me if I needed my car the same night it was going to be 470 which is basically robbing people just to get their cars out. Disgusting. The guy who helped me was nice but he was trying to cover for them. Horrible experience.
