Bad person nervous I will never use their service asking $ 85 for towing a car one block
Very pleasant people at this company. My Car broke down and I was looking all for a towing company. While loading my car onto the flatbed, the worker was very careful and I appreciate that. Thanks again guys.
Great company - prompt and professional service. Showed patience and took care in handling the transport of the car. Thanks fellas.
Quick, responsive towing service for Jersey City. Very nice driver Oscar helped jump-start my car and ensured I got to mechanic shop. Reasonable rates (especially for local tows).
Excellent service, my wife’s car broke down in Bordentown NJ. And we live in Jersey City. They were patient and helpful and the price was okay compared to 9 other towing companies around Jersey city, once again thank you guys!!!

Mark and Luke at My Way Towing came to my rescue after 4 other service providers failed to show up. They handled my car with care and safely towed it to their shop’s lot. I am gladly awarding them 5 stars.
Very bad exp with this company. They was paid the price that they told me . Once paid the guy started give excuse on why he couldn’t drop the car in the spot . Very argumentative and very unprofessional. I called to speak with the boss and basically he’s a nasty person as well . They care about the money not your car . They will cause more damage and leave your car
Was super responsive and showed up in an honorable time. The driver was super knowledgeable and helpful. I totally recommend
Called My way towing for jump start to my vehicle, they answered right away, was told technician would be 20,30min was on time and got the job right away, plus easy access for payment. Thanks Chris for your help and suggestion.
Great communication, good service and overall a quality experience. I’d recommend them to others with confidence.

I just wanna say thank you for sending tone the truck driver cuz I believe he was the only man for the job after calling three tow company's removing a big body car out of a tight narrow walk threw drive way..he made me a believer n now officially THE GOAT!!!! N management shall call him that too....
my vehicle was towed my truchan towing and for some reason there were several things missing from my vehicle. i went to the tow yard and try file and complait about some missing items not saying they stole them or anything just missing the owner tells me how do i know it was them and yells at me at kicks me out for no reason when all i wanted to do was file a complaint she didnt even want to hear about it she said how do i know it was them how do i know here driver even towed the car all these crazy things then tells me to leave or im tresspassing at that point . long story short these people are thief literally !!!!!!!
My car was towed to a different towing company and I couldn’t find the location. I stopped into Truchan to ask for assistance to find the correct location. Every employee was so kind, respectful, and helpful! After my experience with the towing company that had my car, Truchan is unmatched. I would recommend them to anyone. They truly helped me in a time of stress!
Truchan Towing & Recovery relieved so much stress for me when my vehicle wouldn’t start. I had a scheduled appointment to tour a daycare for my toddler and we were able to make it on time! They showed up within just 20 minutes and only charged $55, which was such a relief. The technician was incredibly helpful, even recommending a jumper for my vehicle, which I purchased and has been working great. It was the best and quickest service I’ve ever had for a jumpstart. I highly recommend them to everyone!
Antonio was extremely helpful, personable, and kind. 10/10

I was rightfully towed by this company in early February 2022. Upon retrieving my vehicle, I noticed the rubber trim in the driver's side window was hanging from the top of the door. Additionally, the interior of my vehicle was covered in dirt matching the handprint on the window. The owner or manager that answers the phone confirmed that this company broke into my vehicle in order to disengage the parking brake. However, I noticed this same dirt all over the vehicle - including areas nowhere near the parking brake. I had to pay hundreds of dollars to repair the trim and get the interior detailed in order to get the dirt out.
Stupid awful company, predatory towing. My dad’s car was taken within less than a minute while he was working Uber Eats near Newport Mall. We came back almost immediately, and they had already hooked it and taken it. This company clearly hunts drivers instead of following fair practices. $189 gone in seconds — money that people work hard for. Based on my experience and other reviews, this feels like a pattern, not an accident. Be very careful if you’re in this area.
Useless Scammers who will take your car in less than 5 minutes. Asked for a receipt and they can’t even send that. Worst business practices I’ve ever seen any company use. Beware leaving your car by the Newport area. Beware, they are immortal and are lucky they are still walking and in business.
We are preparing for legal action against this company! Our experience with Kings Towing was nothing short of a nightmare, resulting in significant financial loss and immense frustration. On July 28th, my husband's vehicle was improperly handled by this company, causing an estimated $800 in damages to the car. To add insult to injury, they refuse to take accountability for their actions. My husband paid them $150 to release the car, in CASH, and was not given a receipt or any proof of payment which, quite frankly, is highly suspicious and unbelievable for a legitimate business. We have irrefutable camera footage of the entire incident, which shows how my husband's car was working fine when he parked it, to the car being undrivable AFTER they intervened. As a direct consequence of Kings Towing's actions, my husband was forced to miss days of work, incurring further financial losses on top of steep repair costs we are now facing. Upon researching this company, it has become abundantly clear that our experience is not an isolated incident. The online reviews here paint a very disturbing picture of a company with a pattern of predatory practices, including damaging vehicles and engaging in questionable billing tactics. Be warned: this company operates with a complete disregard for customer property and basic business ethics. We have already filed a police report and are actively pursuing legal action to cover all damages, loss of wages, and other associated costs incurred due to Kings Towing's negligence. We intend to hold them fully accountable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
The staff are extremely rude, unprofessional, and aggressive. Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

One of our tires popped on the NJ turnpike on our way south on a long distance drive while on a time crunch. Our insurance connected us to Al’s towing, and a tow truck came within 30 minutes. Bob, our driver, towed our car quickly and even recommended the best tire shop in the area that would be close to the turnpike entrance for us to quickly get back on the road. The service was efficient and incredibly helpful.
AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID EVER HAVING TO DEAL WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could rate negative stars I would. I had an experience with them almost 3 years ago and I am still angry and traumatized enough about it to write this review. Long story short: I broke down on the turnpike after someone tried to run me off the road- location + cops= I had no control over my getting stuck with these bums. It was supposed to be a quick trip to Walmart so I didn't have $500 on me in cash (it was a few bills don't remember exactly). So the tow truck driver tows to to the FRONT of my complex, and then proceeds to tell me that he will be happy to tow my car into the complex FOR AN EXTRA $100. If I couldn't come up with that, I'd be charged for the fee, mileage and gas it takes to get it back to their lot and I can come get it in the morning. You can bet on what I did because I can't grow money out of my buttcheeks- walked myself home(about a mile, big complex). Mind you it's close to 3am now. I get to the lot the next day, ask to speak to the manager, and when the guy comes out he says to me "stop right there, I don't want to hear it, my guy already told me what happened!" Wooo lovely people of Google it's a really good thing they have laws to stop me from doing anything reckless but please believe my patience, faith, whether I will put hands on multiple men twice my size and age and the overall threshold for volume of my voice was tested that day. I still get ridiculously angry when I think about it to this day because based on the other reviews- I have not been the only one. But don't take my word for it- just read the other reviews!
Excellent place to deal with
One of the drivers for this tow truck company almost crashed into me and almost ran me off the road because he wanted to race his truck. These people are incredibly crazy because they were literally drive their tow trucks into you. Not caring if they drive you off the road. Blad White man slender figure. License plate KLH F11
It's rare to have a positive interaction with a towing company but my experience with Al's Towing was INCREDIBLE. I broke down on the turnpike on a busy ramp, in 95 degree weather, alone. I was extremely overwhelmed and the second Frank (tower from Al's) pulled up, I was immediately put at ease. He was beyond friendly, accommodating, and treated me as if he would if his own daughter was broken down. In such a stressful situation, I could not feel more lucky to have been sent Frank. THANK YOU FRANK for all that you did to make a bad situation better!!
