Majetta's Towing exceeded my expectations! They were prompt, professional, and gave me a good deal for my old car. Paperwork was a breeze, and the driver was friendly. Fantastic service!
Literally such a kind hearted guy. I blew out my tire, didn’t know what I was doing, and was (embarrassingly) crying. He couldn’t tow me since I was so far out, but he helped me find places to call and even went as far as to contact people he knew to see if they could help. Thanks to him I was able to find someone closer who could bring me a spare tire so I wouldn’t have to spend $300 on just towing. I would fight for this guy.

I waited the 2 hour eta like the man on the phone asked. After that time I called a few times to get an eta. They don’t have a voicemail box set up. Instead they text me back saying can I call you later. I find it super unprofessional, at the least invest in an office phone where one can leave a message. Not texting through iMessage like were buddy’s. I know in your business it’s fluid and things happen. But when you confirm an eta of 2 hours, and you’re going to miss that time frame. The professional thing would be to update your customer. Not ghost them. I’d never recommend you.
My experience was quick and easy. They provide great customer service and are great with communication.
