In terms of speed and customer service my tow truck driver Terrell was phenomenal. I was way out by myself late at night in a rural part of my city and needed help quickly and got just that. A great experience in an otherwise tough situation. This was a 5 star experience easy!
Both men in the truck were very courteous and respectful. They arrived 30 minutes ahead of time and were efficient with the entire process. I would definitely use them again!

In 74 years this is by far the best experience with a towing company I have ever had! They responded promptly, came when they said they were going to, and gave me an accurate estimate of their arrival. Terrell was just the nicest young man who got my car loaded on the flatbed quickly, followed me to the dealer and unloaded the car. All while we were under a severe thunderstorm warning. Every towing company should model their service after what I experienced tonight! I would recommend this company without hesitation and especially Terrell!

Responded right away to an accident one of my driver's had, and even assisted us with in getting the truck put back together to drive it home! I would give 10 stars if it where possible, very stand up company!
Driving across country, we broke down outside of Friend, NE around 10pm one night and, thankfully, we were able to get in touch with Meyer towing. Not only did they send a tow for us but when we let them know we were not from around that area and needed to be towed to an auto shop next to a hotel, they did the research and found one for us. The driver, Tayler, was very polite and professional. He let us, and our little dog, ride in the tow truck with him and after taking the vehicle to the shop, he offered to drop us off at the nearby hotel. He was so friendly and helpful and made an unfortunate situation much better than it could’ve been.
10/10 super fast he told me eta 45 min but he arrived at the location within 20 min and service was completed in just hour and 30 min.Sir keaton dropped our truck at the shop and drive our driver to the nearest hotel.Keep it up guys!!And by the way rate is very reasonable!

Definitely recommend and would use again. My 1 ton crew cab dually (big truck) broke down on a Saturday night outside of Lincoln. I made a phone call to the dispatcher, he assessed the situation efficiently and he had a truck there quick. The driver was well qualified and courteous. He took excellent care of my vehicle and got us to safety. The value was very fair even though it was a late night weekend call they didn't take advantage of me.

Fast service @ 7:30 AM ! Son was stopped on interstate off of 84th street, ( yes blocking traffic😬) called about 6 other tow trucks and either don’t have a driver or they were unavailable. Quality Towing was fast and Gentle man was polite. If I need a tow again I will definitely use Quality towing.

In my hour of need, I turned to Google for help finding a tow service when my insurance "emergency assistance" let me down. Quality had rave reviews, so I dialed with fingers crossed, and am I ever glad I did. The phone was answered quickly, and my beloved Tucson was soon rescued from her cold place on the side of I-80 and delivered without incident to the dealership. My daughter's car broke a ball joint and CV axle in the parking lot of our local high school. She was blocking traffic and so speed was important. Chance showed up within 10-20 minutes of calling, which was awesome. He was professional and recommended an auto shop for us to get the car fixed.
I highly recommend Quality Towing. Our daughter was traveling on I-80 from Lincoln to Omaha for work. I assume a loose load traveling ahead of her lost a wheelchair. The vehicle ahead of her had collided with it, and continued driving. The wheelchair debris (one of the large wheels) was lodged under her car. We contacted Quality Towing and the friendly gentleman on the phone sent the tow very quickly. They arrived within minutes of the call, lifted our daughters car removed the debris and waited for her to safely merge back with traffic onto the busy I-80 flow. As a worried parent, I was so relieved she safely continued down the road. I contacted the tow company to take care of the charge, and I was told there wasn't anything due. The gentleman on the phone said, the owner had made that decision not to charge us for that. WOW! Excellent customer interaction, and service. I felt the least I could do was write them a good review. Thank you Quality Towing!

My fiancée got our car stuck on our property just outside of Hickman, NE. We thought it was great that he pulled my fiancée out and it only took about 15 minutes. The surprise came when he billed my fiancée over $280.00 for 15 minutes of work. I understand paying a fair price for good service but when those that provide a service and then present an outrageous that we paid shows what kind of guy Scott is. He'll help you but will also take advantage of women and maybe others too as will charge you out the *ss for the service. In comparison, I was stuck much worse in Rural Nebraska and the guy from Niobrara, NE did a lot of work, and it took a couple hours to get our flat tire fixed and as well as a tow. He was going to charge us less than $100.00 for his help but we gave and additional $150 because he downright earned it. Scott sure didn't though. Scott is just another owner of a company that will take advantage of those that he can.

Scott’s towing was sent to me by SmartAutoCare’s emergency roadside assistance. My tire blew so my car was pulled off the side of the road (no shoulder), 2 feet or less from pavement. Scott and his guy came out, said they can’t help and didn’t want to damage anything. So my buddy and I went and got a chain, pulled it the 2 feet onto the pavement, swapped the front (blown) tire/rim with a back one to get it up on a car trailer to take it home (Ford/Lincoln is smart and doesn’t put a spare tire in their newer cars apparently). We didn’t damage a thing, so I’m not sure why the professionals would have. I couldn’t give less than at least 2 stars because they did come out quick and were friendly and personable and probably could help if the car was on pavement. Just not quite ideal for “emergency roadside assistance”, when we ended up doing it ourselves.
Third company we called, and was very helpful and personable. Highly recommend! Saved us a bunch of stress.

My pontoon boat on trailer blew out both wheel bearings west of town. My high school buddy Nate Burns at Apollo Automotive Services recommended Wiestar Towing right away. I found out I had roadside assistance on my insurance, and the two other referred companies turned the job down, so I recommended Wiestar and it went through. Showed up right away with TWO trucks for highway safety, and ready to rock on a Saturday night. Got this up and rolling into town in 30 minutes. Strong Work!
The location of my car was a country and gravel road that got stuck in mud after a slight rain fall. Wiestar towing was my third call but should have been my first, they pulled through and were super quick getting there. Super nice and professional, I will ALWAYS call them first from now on!

My Jeep decided to test the skills of my 15-year-old self, by blowing a ball joint! Yay! I was able to keep the car on the road until a driveway, and pulled in there. Keep in mind, this was at S 84th st. and Pioneers, in Lincoln, Ne, a very busy intersection. I called Wiestar Towing at the recommendation of my uncle and grandpa, both of which are local mechanics, and own/used to own their own shops. I'm sure glad they did! Took some work to get the wheel off and onto a block, but we were able to get it on the flatbed, and out to my uncle's shop. When it got dropped off, they took cash OR card. Thanks for all your help!

If I could give them a true rating, it would be a Zero star. Their towing service was called to come and tow my car away and I was not there when they towing service got there. They towed my car away incorrectly (by dragging it up the back of the tow truck instead of doing it the correct way, in neutral). So they damaged my ABS and emergency brake system sensors and wiring in my car. I am now responsible for paying out of pocket because THEY are claiming they did nothing wrong to my car, and I am unable to drive my car because my brakes do not work. So, if you need a reliable towing service, it is not them. Own up to what you have done wrong, train your employees to care for others property as if it is their own. They are not trustworthy with your vehicle, especially if you are not present with them while they are handling it.
Rogers towing is Great people to work with, from the first call to the office, to Roger picking up my truck which he did it with concern of my truck, myself and my family as well. I have used Rogers Towing, 4-5 times in the last 2 years.Theses guys were awesome to work with, very helpful.

Excellent experience with Rogers towing. The car had slid into a precarious position partly off a retaining wall and he was able to manipulate it in a small space and on an incline. I was really impressed and thankful for the knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and reasonably priced help. Hope I don’t need to but would use Roger’s again in a heartbeat and will recommend.
They answered the phone when none of the other "24 hour" places would. Arrived to tow the vehicle quickly, and placed it where I wanted it at a reasonable rate.

Their drivers drive their trucks like Maniacs. Always going faster than the rest of traffic and weaving in and out of lanes. When you call to let them know their drivers are causing issues on the road they are very dismissive and do nothing about it.
Poor customer service! Felt like I was bothering them by requesting a tow. Save yourself some disappointment and choose a different provider.
Needed a tow for car with no power steering. Expertly removed my car from garage, towed to dealer, and again expertly released to dealer. Very professional, courteous, and dependable!!

My car broke down on dodge in the middle of an on ramp and oncoming traffic. My Car ended up dying- making my hazards shut off as well. I was so nervous to be alone and on dodge in the dark. Anthony Anderson with arrow towing came in under 30 minutes! He hooked up my car so quickly and told me to stay in the police car( I was waiting in) to stay warm and he would come get me when it was time to go. Anthony was nothing but comforting and kind durning such an anxious time. I felt so safe & taken care of. I could not be more appreciative of his timeliness & knowledge of what was wrong with my car. Great service. Was watching my daughter’s soccer practice with the windows down and when I tried to start the car nothing. So it was after 10 and I was an hour from home with the windows stuck open. L & I provided excellent customer service while transporting my vehicle! The driver was friendly and cleaned off the passenger seat for me to be comfortable! Pricing was comparable to their competitors but the initial phone call was pleasant, so I went with them.
L&I towing was wonderful to work with! Of course it was a FRIDAY that my son blew a tire and they were able to get his car towed before 4:00p and to the shop by 4:30p so we could have the tire replace before the weekend. Super friendly and nice, very quick pick up and tow. Will use them again.
I cannot recommend this towing service more. I called having a flat and they had someone out to me in 20 minutes. The gentleman who came out was quick, kind and knew what he was doing. As a woman stranded on the interstate with a baby, I felt very safe and well taken care of. I will definitely be using them again if I have the need.

the driver pulled a gun out on me and demand i paid him $185 to drop my car. i am a mother of 4 i was in tears telling him not to take my car and that i would move it, and thats what i got. all because i didnt have my permit sticker up. because i just bought the car.
I got towed from my friend’s apartment complex and I’ve never been towed before so I was totally spooked. These guys were really helpful and accommodating! Getting your car towed is never fun, but the people that helped me here made it a smooth process.
Per Municipal Code §20-163, anyone towing away a motor vehicle shall not charge more than the following for a non-consensual tow and storage: $150.00 per vehicle towing charge, a $25.00 per vehicle administrative fee, and a maximum of $15 per day storage fee. A-1 predatorily tows cars and charges well over $200 that you must pay in cash, I wonder why they have you pay in cash 🤔 I just watched them struggle to break into a car to release the e-brake in my apartment building’s lot… after they tried dragging it out twice with the parking brake on. Edit since you guys decided to make something up: Was not my car as I stated before, it was my neighbor’s car. And they had a parking sticker on the car so you guys had to bring it back after you put all that work in to take it 🤣
My son locked his keys in his car. I called to have someone come out. Charlie texted me that he would arrive in about 30 minutes. He did and got it unlocked for us! Super nice guy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Picked up the phone right when I called. He was so patient with me, I was clearly frustrated. My insurance charged me more & I had to call my insurance for them to tell me the tow truck was an hour out after I had already been waiting on an ETA from them for 45 min!! But this guy Dispatched his guy RIGHT when I asked. I paid cash. Dropped it off right at the same time I got home. Thank you for getting my car home safe !!
I had a dead battery in a parking lot, and this towing firm came to my aid right away. The technician got there quickly, gave me a jump-start, and made sure everything was working before he left. The service was very courteous and quick, and the price was fair.
Low prices for towing and great customer service. The staff was on time and kept in touch with me the whole time. I will hire them again when I need to tow a car.
While I was hauling gear, the transmission in my pickup broke. It wasn't a good time, but the tow truck they dispatched was the appropriate one for the task. The driver knew just what to do with bigger cars. I felt safe the whole time.
Had to tow my work truck since it broke down on the job. They got there soon and didn't waste any time. That matters when you're losing money every hour.

AVOID PREDATORY companies like this one.....My driver got stuck in a blizzard and because of issues it was a wait.....fine.....they contacted us three days later and said they were en route to tow the truck which was 13 miles away....once they arrived it took hours and rightfully so but they disregarded the instructions and towed the truck back to their shop versus the repair shop ....when we called to inquire where the truck was they lied and said they were still working on it in the field when our tracking system showed the truck was actually at their shop.....they then proceeded to inform us that they would be unable to bring truck to shop on that day because the invoice personnel was out for the day and to be prepared for drop off in the morning.... When morning came they had a bill of 5k......after a plea for negotiation we agreed upon paying the 5k and made payment only for them to not answer their phone or anything.....no contact whatsoever....the next morning they finally drop truck off for repair but at that point they had already held truck hostage for another day even after payment.....we as truckers understand how crucial the lost of a day is and this business was very dismissing and predatory.....there is competition in town with more fair rates,better customer service and a far better response time.... don't fall victim.....if you know better you would do better and now you know.... can't say you weren't warned.
When life was kicking me purdy good, the gal in the office did me a solid with a surprise when I came in to pay my bill. I would most definitely use them again, just preferably not in the way we first came to business lol

Flat tire at 4AM. Called Geico who sent Blackburn. Now I live in Omaha and according to Geico no one else would answer except for Blackburn! Glad they did! Their ETA was an hour he was here in probably 45 minutes. Fantastic experience!! The guy who came out was awesome!! Friendly very personable and quick!!

Blackburn's has towed several vehicles for me. Always top notch service. Been stranded on the side of the road a couple times and the response rate was incredible. Only towing company I would use even if stranded 1000 miles away.
The cable came loose on my new battery and the car would not start. Have AAA and they would not respond to a direct call. Called Blackburn's and the rep came right away. Took car back over to where battery was installed and they tightened the cable.

Our serpentine belt gave out just as we were merging onto I80, and to our dismay, we discovered another part had also broken. I swiftly called for help, thinking we'd just get a tow to the auto parts store so my husband could make the repair. Jeep stopped w/ trailer towing it, in busy intersection day before 4th of July, 95°F. Traffic everywhere. I called Only Tows. Robert answered, asked a couple questions & was darting to me to save the day. His tow truck was on other side of town so Robert came w/ personal Truck to help me get out of busy intersection. After safely towing me to closest gas station, He pulled off my trailer hooked it onto his truck told me to hop in. He personally dropped me off at my house & took trailer back to Uhaul for me. Last week Jan 17th 2017 with ice roads I was out making deliveries at 1:00 am and came upon black ice, lost control and ended up in a ditch totaling my car. The county sheriff called Mike's. They came from Lincoln during the horrid roads, got my car out and brought it back to Lincoln. The driver was so courteous and gave me information on what I could do next. The later when I went to get stuff from my car the lady in the office was so helpful and actually gathered the things for me since I have extreme difficulty walking. Will accept towing requests from police before they let your insurance or AAA request through. Was on their list and still got towed for the county before for myself.

We were traveling from Missouri to Grand Island Nebraska hauling our 43ft fifth wheel when we lost 6 out 8 of our lug bolts and nuts out of our left front tire. Called Triple A. No help at all! Told us we would have to take care of it ourselves. So we just started googling and , thankfully we found Midwest Towing and Recovery. They were very professional and took great care of us! Towed both our pick up and fifth wheel camper. Even towed us to Bauer Built tire and repair. They let us stay in our camper on their lot until morning! If I could give 0 stars I would!! Worst experience I've ever had with a towi g company. The operator was extremely rude to begin with. Then she tried telling me it would be THREE hours & $300 for a winch out!! Are you kidding me? Thankfully I was able to find someone else! On 11/26/17 we were involved in a 4 car accident on I-80 just west of Seward, NE. Meyer Towing was on the scene in a matter of minutes and all 4 vehicles had to be towed. We were the last vehicle to leave as the driver was instructed to tow our vehicle to Woodhouse Hyundai in Omaha 72 miles away. This worked out great for us as we only live a couple of miles from that Dealership..The tow driver, Kyle was very courteous and understanding of our situation. He was quick, knowledgeable, and professional. After dropping the vehicle, he drove me home and then headed back to Seward It made a very frustrating experience more tolerable. Meyer Towing did an excellent job.
Treated like family! While towing a loaded U-Haul trailer from Iowa to Colorado along I-80, the front-left tire wheel bearings on my Silverado shot craps. We limped along the shoulder to the next available exit where we discovered Meyer Automotive located right at the exit! As it was nearly closing time on a Saturday afternoon there was nothing that could be done until Monday. Billy Snell, the sales manager, took us under his wing and drove us to each of the three hotels in Seward until we found one with availability. The next morning (Sunday) there was a knock at our hotel door. Thinking it was the maid service, I opened the door and there was Billy with a loaner car that he brought for us to use while we were in town! My wife and I were absolutely stunned and extremely grateful. Monday morning we checked out of the hotel and went back to the dealership. Billy was there waiting for us and advised us that he already had the Silverado in the shop, but the news wasn't good. Although the necessary parts might be available by that afternoon, there were a couple of other jobs waiting in front of us and it would likely be Tuesday or Wednesday before the truck would be ready. We desperately needed to get to Denver to deliver our kid's belongings to their new home, so we began making arrangements to rent a truck that could pull the U-Haul trailer. On our way to pick up the rental truck, I got a call from Billy that he didn't want us to have to spend all that money to rent another truck, so he arranged with the service department to have our vehicle moved to the front of the service line and promised to have the Silverado ready to go by closing time that evening. True to his word, and with the amazing assistance of the parts and service department, we were back on the road at 5:30 that afternoon and arrived safely in Denver early Tuesday morning. The service we received from the staff at Meyer Automotive in Seward, NE., and from Billy Snell in particular, was nothing less than stellar. They treated total strangers like members of their family. We will never forget them.
I just got back home after a road trip with my sister. We went from northern California to Eastern Ohio in the beginning of June 2020. Our car broke down in Nebraska about 16 miles from Lincoln. We contacted this tow company for assistance, and even though it was a long. hot wait, we immediately forgot our misery when the driver showed up. His name is Josh, and he is a awesome young man, and our saving grace that day. He went above and beyond his job duties to help us with everything, which I won't bore ya'll with the details, but just know it was very kind and considerate of him to help us so much. Little things for some are humungous for others, so I'm very happy we were sent Josh and not some stuffy, dull driver that would've been uncomfortable to deal with. We called at 5:20am 3/19/25 last night for a tow. I spoke the dispatch. She said she had tow on the way shortly and they would be there in approximately 20-30 minutes. I kept contact with her until 6:20 am and she still was texting me claiming they’re on the way. Which we have been waiting a long time in the snow storm. The driver called at 6:20am to tell us he just started his shift at 6am and that he will not be able to help or tow us due to a crash on I 80. So that was very unprofessional and misleading of her to make us wait that long until the driver had told us that he couldn’t help us, which was not his fault because she lied saying that she had available drivers when she did not. Very unprofessional of her and she did not handle this situation well. I do not recommend these services.

I would 100% recommend working with Patriot! I worked with Brodie on this from the start and he was very knowledgeable and got me what I needed. His Crane Operator and Rigger worked effectively and safely to make sure everything was taken care of on my vehicle scale relocation. I was very nervous on this moving process to begin with, but they made look easy! They will always have my crane business moving forward.

The training we received was well organized and provided us with the knowledge necessary to meet the new OSHA requirement for Service Truck Cranes.
