TJ’s Towing Service is by far the best towing company I have ever contacted. Very prompt and professional and arrived with a smile. Also, was the most affordable and only one able to handle my issue of needing a flatbed tow as I could not put the car in neutral. I will definitely recommend to all my family and friends. My tire went flat about 15 minutes from campus and I had about 45 minutes left to get to class. My car was picked up, transported to a safe parking lot, and dropped off all in time for me to make it to class for lecture. He was more serious about getting me to class on time than I was!! Hopefully I never need another tow in the future, but if I do, I definitely will be using TJ's Towing!
Sadly I have had to use TJ’s towing a lot lately, BUT the great news is, they are amazing!!!!! The NICEST guys around!! They communicate very well. They are so nice and make you feel that your car will be taken great care of . I highly recommend TJ towing.

I was so frustrated because the locksmith I called came out but couldn’t get a key programmed for my Toyota Highlander and told me he would return with help but never returned. I called A & Z Towing and talked with Abraham about towing our all electric Ford Mustang Mach-E. He was very friendly, and professional as he described the process of a "wheel lift & dolly" to get our disabled car to the dealership. I called too other tow companies and the price was similar but their customer service was not. Abraham showed up on time after a text notification and was very careful handling my car. During Hurricane Francine, the water in Lakeview started to rise. I pulled our cars up on the lawn to try and save them from the flood waters. In the process our car got stuck in the wet grass/mud. No worries! Call Richard and he will get you out of the most difficult situation. He and Anthony problem solved our issue and got the car out in less than 30 minutes. They are truly my heroes!!
They were able to tow my car when I was super stressed and had to get back to work, so had to leave it unattended in a parking lot. They were communicative and sent photos of them picking up and dropping off my car, which was so appreciated! South First was super quick and efficient, and reasonably priced. Had to get my car towed and they did a fantastic job. They were quick and reasonably priced. I wasn’t able to be physically there for the car to get towed (which made me nervous since I’m a very hands on person with my tiny car). They were great at communicating with me and making sure I knew the car got to its destination.
Hayes Towing & Recovery did an outstanding job when we had a blowout early in the morning. Mr. Darrell was incredibly kind, helpful, professional, and fast, getting our car safely to the dealership. Called two other supposedly 24/towing companies before I found this one, Never got ahold of anyone at the first and never heard back about the voicemail I left or the text I left for "faster response times", the second one couldn't help me until the next day. These people responded right away and were nothing but kind, polite and professional. Nia Hayes explained that all three of their tow trucks were currently helping other customers, but that as soon as one of them became free, they would definitely be able to help me tow my car from Prairieville to Baton Rouge on a Sunday afternoon, and have me ride along so that I could be picked up at my mechanic's shop. It took a little while for one of them to get to me, but I was fine with that, since I was confident that someone was actually coming. Kyle called me when he was about 15 minutes away and again to let me know he was within a minute away so I could meet him outside by the car. He was kind, polite and courteous, and was confident and very knowledgeable about exactly what he was doing. An excellent and experienced professional. I am very impressed with the service I received, especially for a Sunday afternoon, and I reccomend this company to anyone who needs a tow in their service area. I will definitely be reccomending them to my friends, family, and anyone else who needs a tow.
We were going to New Orleans for Father’s Day lunch with my daughter and my husband’s transmission failed and shut down leaving us stranded on the shoulder of I-12 E in a blinding thunderstorm. Kyle was our driver and helped me drop a pin to mark my location as we weren’t near any town. Kyle was the most polite and kind young man I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in quite awhile. He gave me an ETA and was there within that time frame. Hayes Towing is highly recommended.
We can’t thank Hayes towing enough they come to our rescue after me and my husband and our 4 dogs broke down headed to Texas from Florida, they did everything to help us including finding us a hotel close to a rental car place and even booked it for us. Great service. My truck broke down 8 miles outside Slidell and needed a tow to Pearl River at 430pm. These guys were the only company around this area that is truly 24-hour service. No one else that I called would help at this time. These guys came right away and helped me out. Very nice and helpful.

We had some very serious payment issues I have still not got resolved I’m having to get lawyers and insurance and credit investigation involved. I’m hoping they can make it right. I forgot to get his name but he was not only professional but he stayed with me until my ride came, which he didn't have to do. His demeanor was pleasant and helpful. Him staying with me helped ease a bit of the anxiety I felt because my car broke down.

I was in a car accident during the Hurricane Delta, Tow truck services were very busy. This company was the only company available with a 3 hour wait. But, he came in 2 hours & the company made sure we were in a safe place to wait. They also notified me when they were on the way and was helpful in coming with a flat bed truck because of the damage to my front tire. Mr. George was professional and made sure to adhere to the cities law of parking my car by my home. I recommend this company for your needs.
These guys are fantastic. Best service I've had in a while. After I towed my car there they called me to say they had already put on my new tires in what seemed like under 10 minutes. And the price is practically unbeatable. This is the only place I'll go for my car from now on.

Vehicle was towed because daughter illegally parked. Once we payed she went into the yard to drive the vehicle out. While I was waiting for her, she calls and says the vehicle isn't acting right. Once she parked I inspected the vehicle and could tell that it wasn't shifting correct. I inform the clerk and when the owner comes out he immediately says they didn't do anything wrong and he also would not come out the office to see what the problem was. The owner called his driver(rusty) to come take a look and says the shift linkage to the transmission is loose. Of course any question I asked relative to their process of how the vehicle was retrieved basically unanswered or didn't make sense. After Rusty drove off the owner is comes out to leave and I proceed to tell him nothing was wrong with the vehicle before they towed it and next thing I know he starts to curse me out and try to berate me like I'm lying and trying to pull a fast one. Amongst this he tried to get me to fight him and tried to coerce me to hit him. I guess I wasn't as dumb as he thought since I didn't take the bait. ITS SAD WHEN YOU TRY TO CIVILLY TALK TO A BUSINESS OWNER AND MET THIS KIND OF DISCOURSE.

Only rating one star as zero stars is not an option: Our recent experience with this service was incredibly disappointing. We had scheduled an appointment with Derrick for 2:30 PM, but he arrived early and left before the agreed-upon time. We rescheduled for the following day at 10:30 AM, and while Derrick arrived around 10:37 AM, his work was incomplete and didn’t meet our instructions. We were charged $156.25, which was $6.25 more than the original quote, with no prior notice about a service fee for using a debit card. Derrick’s attitude was unprofessional. He seemed have wanted cash, which is a bit "weird". Additionally, he made inappropriate comments and even called us a “fool” under the pretense of quoting a Bible scripture. This experience was far from satisfactory. Derrick’s lack of communication, listening, comprehension skills and poor attitude have led us to decide against further business with this company. We hope this feedback serves as a constructive note for improving service and customer interactions.

Mr Mark was the most kindest man I have ever met in my life. He was sent out to fix a belt on my semi truck and he came out to make sure it was just a belt and not anything else. He Drop me off to the pilot so I could take a shower because it was so hot outside, I was sweating so bad. Had us hooked up to the tow rig & rolling 30 miles in before the original time when he was supposed to show. Noah rescued us from MSY. Dropped off rental car and then our truck froze up stranding us. Absolutely zero help whatsoever. They are contracted through my property to enforce parking issues and have not once reached out after multiple attempts at contact through phone and text over 3+ hours. Do not use them for anything. If they’re this awful prior to service I can only imagine how terrible they are if you actually get through to them.

Prompt and honest service. They arrived at my location within 30 minutes (as promised) while other companies were quoting me 2-3 hours. The person who answered the phone and the truck driver were very professional. Here's the best part, though: I attempted to pay for their services with a credit card (via a payment app on the driver's phone). We kept receiving error notifications suggesting the processing system was down, so I ended up paying cash. A few minutes later I received a notice from my bank that the card payment had in fact gone through as well, meaning I'd paid twice. I called the company and they immediately voided the card transaction without any hassle whatsoever, and even called me afterward to make sure the issue had been resolved. It would have been easy for them to try to keep the cash as well as the card revenue, but they did the right thing. Definitely recommend!

My automobile broke down at a busy intersection during rush hour. While lifting my automobile onto the flatbed, their driver safely handled traffic. Everything was done with care and professionalism. I would contact them again right away if I needed a tow.
My automobile became stuck in the snow and I couldn't move it. They hauled me out in 45 minutes after I called for a tow. Thanks a lot for getting back to me so quickly in difficult conditions.
They towed my classic car carefully and used soft straps to avoid any scratches. Highly recommend them for specialty vehicles.

Stranded on the side of the road in Shreveport on our way home to Austin, KP from Brick’s came and helped us get the whole family including our dog and elderly cat to the tire center safe and sound in 15 minutes. Couldn’t have been a smoother situation. Feel very fortunate and thankful.
