John saved the day! We had such a great experience working with him! He helped us with our car service and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept us updated throughout the process. It’s rare to find someone who’s both personable and genuinely cares about the quality of their work, and John absolutely does. On Friday late afternoon at Albertsons, we couldn't get the gear shift come out of "park". We tried everything. We decided to call for towing around 8:00. Our insurance company said they'd let us know when help was available. Apparently there were many very serious accidents and emergency situations that delayed help from coming. At around 11:00 Brian took the time to drive over to our location to see if we had been taken care of. He was so prompt to think of a way to remedy our problem and went beyond the call of duty by using his tools to take our console apart in order to work on the problem. After he did that my husband was guided to notice a lever in there and pushed it which caused Brian to be able to shift the gear out of park. We appreciated this unusual helpfulness from Brian that relieved us of so much inconvenience. We were able to drive our vehicle home and avoid having it towed.

Shae was very good with sharing her calls in order to inform me of timelines for getting to my car. She also called me when she was done with her job and headed to my car so I could meet her with keys. She let me know my BMW would have race ramps used to get onto the flatbed with ease and no damage. She sent me a photo of my car delivered to the repair shop and keys dropped in the drop box! This was a huge help to know my car had been cared for and delivered. I’ve never had a company do that before. Shae was a helpful part of a frustrating situation. This towing is covered by insurance directly. That’s a HUGE help!

Jason with ACT showed up within an hour of my call. He gave me instruction ahead of time so that I could attend a work meeting uninterrupted. Once I could get out to speak with him, he let me know my car started up just fine and that I could drive it over to the shop myself to save on tow costs, which was so transparent and awesome. He went out of his way to get over to my place right away and then assisted me when I didn’t even need tow service after all. This is the best customer experience I’ve had in a long time and I’ll be referring Jason and ACT towing to everyone. Thank you!
I had the pleasure of meeting the owners and they were so friendly. If you need a tow that for some reason they aren't able to do (rare) they will refer you to another reliable, get it done, company. ACT is very easy to work with whether you're stuck, had an accident, or had the misfortune of getting your car impounded. If you have the option to choose who to call, call ACT!
These guys are awesome! Two times in the last 5 years I had a vehicle of mine break down outside of town. My first one was my Blazer about 4 hours away from anywhere and today my f-150 45 minutes away from anywhere up in the foot hills and these guys were quick to respond and also had great conversations each time with each of their drivers on the drive back. Which made a not so great of a day not as horrible as it could have been. They keep their trucks nice and clean and also pay attention while they drive. Thanks again guys! Stay safe out there I know how dangerous it can be to do what you guys do. Your definitely under looked and under credited public service emergency responders.
I just wanted to highlight Jason's attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for my neighbor and I yesterday evening. He was willing to tow both of our vehicles, although only knowing about one tow until he got here. Each tow was only a couple hundred yards with both going to the same spot and Jason didn'teven bat an eye when asked about the second tow. He was just really awesome and friendly. Very much appreciated.
Used First Class Towing on October 31, 2024. A Halloween tow I guess, LOL. This company rocks! Car wedged down deep in a steep meridian. They did an awesome job using their expertise and leverage with snatch blocks to get the car out and up onto I-84 east of Boise Idaho. We needed our car towed and Matthew came out quickly. He was very professional, helpful, and friendly. He explained things to us and everything went smoothly. I would definitely call Code Red again!
They did what they supposed to do, called us to make sure the right car, the right location to pick up the car, informed us how soon they will arrive, confirm about the place where we wanted the car to be dropped off, and they sent the picture to us when they are done. we are very pleased their service. 👍
They are the worst towing company we have dealt with. Told us it was in Nampa then we get there and the say it is in Caldwell. Never gave us a receipt for what we paid. Needs to take proper PR lessons. Ran a red light going to Caldwell and didn't use his blinker turning into the Caldwell lot.
Blair was an amazing guy. Showed up did he’s job to the highest quality and made sure my truck was safely secured, and my four wheeler that was in the back of my truck dropped it and picked it up like a true professional. I highly recommend this company for any of your towing needs was also super fast.

I had a blow out on my horse trailer on I-84 on Labor Day. I called Ryan, and he got my spare on and helped me get off the freeway to safety. Thank you so much!
The owner Ryan was so nice and helpful!! He jump started the battery on my son's car and we were able to get it to the repair shop without towing. But as luck would have it, the battery was not the problem, it was the starter. He came to a different location to come get the car and tow it. He was so genuine and nice and didn't act like he was bothered at all! He also suggested that I tell the repair shop that they should have tested the battery first before just putting a new one in. They did and it saved us $165. If I ever need to be towed again, I will be calling Silverback Towing!
They are so nice and helpful. My husband got into a bad wreck today and they were right there helping get my suv taken away. They let us get all our stuff out right away, most places we would have to wait. Even one of the guys stayed just incase we needed help. I recommend these guys. Very hard workers! I sincerely apologize but I do forget the gentleman's name who assisted me today, but to tell you the truth best tow experience I've ever had in my life. Very trustworthy very quick and when it came to being precise there was a zero error and zero worry! On top of it they were not super super cheap. But definitely worth every single penny. You definitely get more than what you pay for. Only towing company I'll ever use from now on!!!!

Today was my first time doing business with these guys and I highly recommend this company. He showed up within 5 minutes of the given ETA which was a relief since I was stranded in that parking lot for 3 hours (which had nothing to do with them). He drove with care, knowing that my dog was in my truck and kinda freaked out. All in all I would definitely use their services again and they've gained my trust and confidence.
My car broke down yesterday and I was so impressed with the quick and kind service I received. They were out within 30 minutes, which was the time frame they gave me over the phone. My driver was friendly and professional. Their prices were very fair. If I ever need a tow again, I would definitely call them.

I limped my car off Eagle road in Meridian, just off the interstate. During rush hour on the most trafficked area in Idaho. My transmission line snapped. I'm a single dad and had my daughter in the car taking her to school and he came in 20 minutes. Spectacular service and a quick response time. The owner is my go to if I ever need help with my vehical towed now. I want to say thank you for helping me out. We had cars flying by at 60mph on one side and 45mph on the other. He got it handled. I appreciate the service. Helped me out in a bad spot. Took me to a mechanic and dropped me off at my house.

He was amazing! I got a flat on Thanksgiving before I got my turkey dinner. It turned into so much more than a flat and I needed a tow. Called him up he said it would be 20minutes, 19 minutes later he was there. I was West bound in between Maple Grove & Cloverdale on the side of the freeway, he showed up then 45 minutes after I called we were at Dowby’s on Federal way.

I was recommended Rocky Mountain Towing by the staff at Big O Tires. It was an expedient towing process, first with the dispatcher over the phone and then when Alex showed up to tow my car. Mike is a good guy. He towed me all the way from Cascade to Boise. No rip-offs. Just an honest guy making a living.
Very friendly. They called me personally after my insurance ran me around in circles. They towed my vehicle 116 miles in the middle of the night without me even being there. Will definitely use them again if I need help.
They were late - but at no fault of their own. It was my provider that "forgot" to confirm my tow, so this has no effect on their rating with me. (I confirmed that my provider forgot by contacting both the towing company and my provider). Mathias was the driver and he was awesome with everything, from hooking up my truck, getting it on the flatbed, and delivering it to my tire shop. Thank you very much!

Needed our car towed fast. After calling around and getting nowhere, I finally called Torch Towing and Ted showed up and towed our car to my Sons house within 20 minutes of the call. this is the same building as idaho recovery specialist. they towed my bike and had it one night and half a day. 420$ so unreasonable. wish the owner would actually work with people. the employee there was great.

The service was great the whole time. The driver did a great job of towing my car long distance after it broke down on a road trip. He kept me informed the whole time and took good care of my automobile.
My car was stuck in mud after a camping trip. This company had the gear and know-how to get it out without damage. Super grateful.
Was worried about damage when towing my low-clearance car, but the driver knew exactly how to handle it. Used a flatbed and took extra care loading and unloading.

Highly recommend! The guy was extremely friendly, very helpful, and genuinely willing to work with your situation. Super accommodating and easy to talk to. Only thing worth mentioning is he had a bit of a weird thing about dogs—which caught me off guard, since my golden doodle Princess is the sweetest dog ever and wouldn’t hurt a fly. I called for a tow last week, they said they’d send a guy right away. Few minutes later I got a call from Don, I told him I was broke down in the left turn lane at state 44 and 16. Don got there in 20 minutes and had my truck loaded up and we were on our way. Don was a good guy and I will definitely use Naylor for all my towing needs, I’ll request Don, but if he’s not available I’m sure the other guys do alright too!
I work over at All Valley Fireplace and Mark brought us our new ConEx storage container this morning and he placed it exactly where we needed. Threaded the needle so to speak. Excellent driver, and nice clean equipment, we couldn't be happier! Great service and would highly recommend to anyone who asks!

Our Sons truck needed to be towed from the repair shop to our home and Brian (truck 19) was the driver who was dispatched. We live a bit further out of town in a new community which isn't on maps yet. He called letting us know he was on his way and again to confirm our location. He was very professional and helpful. Naylor Towing came to my location in Garden Valley to relocate two CONEX shipping containers within the area, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Driver Don Rowling was extremely professional, he made a somewhat stressful process (for me) a breeze. If you need towing services (and especially moving shipping containers) Naylor is the way to go. And their prices are by far the most reasonable that I found.

The tow truck came faster than I imagined it would when my tire blew out on the highway. The driver was calm and professional, and they took me and my car to safety right soon. Excellent service.

B&W saved our tails today. We had a large shipment show up early and were not prepared to receive it. They responded as soon as they could and helped offload our new screen print press. Chris is top tier, one of the most solid dudes I’ve met, he takes care of business and is a person’s person. So willing to help and work with me and is outstandingly understanding. I won’t ever go through another towing company.
I cannot express how impressed I am with Chris and his team! My car was totaled while it was parked and I was out of state when it happened… Chris was my boots on the ground and handled everything including facilitating things with the insurance company. If I could give more than five stars I would!
Our car was totaled and Chris was very professional from the first time he came to pick up the card, as well as when we had to come out to his towing lot. Need a tow? This is THE company to call. Michael was great to work with! He came out in a timely matter to tow my diesel pickup, from Boise, all the way out to Fruitland. I was put at ease with his sympathy and professionalism. I wish I had not gone thru my insurance company (Progressive) for the fact that they charged me nearly twice the price as ATS’ rates.. If I need a tow in the future, ATS is the company I’m calling first!

They charged my 85 year old mother $488 to tow and store her vehicle in their dirt lot for 1 night. If you agree with taking advantage of the elderly then this company is for you.

Used roadside assistance through my insurance and they went through this company. Original quoted time was 65-95 minutes. When 2 hours had passed I tried to call the company to get an updated eta and no response. One of my family members then called a bit later and they said about thirty more minutes. So after waiting the original 2.5 hours we were still wondering what was happening with no other communication. At 3 hours and 45 minutes of waiting we receive notice that they’ve cancelled the tow. Do not recommend booking through this company.

Our driver, Will, was totally professional. He brought the vehicle to our home and squeezed it into the place we had planned. It took absolutely no pushing or shoving on my part to get it in place. It was an absolutely perfect job and I couldn’t have asked for more!

Had a miscommunication with my insurance company and Boise Valley Tow handled it for me. Will was quick and efficient with my car. I’m not sure what I would’ve done without their help.
Boise Valley Towing is a criminal operation. My car was parked near my house where there is brand new signage by Boise Parks and Recreation. The sign is littered with information including a convoluted paragraph about parking. In all caps, it states: “PARK YOUR VEHICLE legally.” Then in small letters, “Vehicles parked in "No Parking" or left after sunset will be towed at owner's risk and expense.” Sunset today was at 5:29PM. According to Google, Boise Valley Towing closed at 5PM and will not open until 8AM tomorrow. Apple Maps indicates that Boise Valley Towing is open 24 hours. Nobody has picked up the phone.
Kris “Puddin” from BVT single handedly saved Idaho IceWorld from closing the facility down and disappointing 100’s of patrons and a Hockey Tournament with teams traveling as far as Alberta Canada. With his willingness to make hauling our vital Zamboni his #1 priority he saved the day ! His mad skills, care, and great attitude turned a potential bad day into a pleasure! The driver was nice, knew what they were doing, and did a good job. Great towing service in the area.
They dispatched someone to jump start my car after it wouldn't start at the store. Before the technician left, they checked everything to be sure it wouldn't happen again. A great experience that didn't cost much.
I had to have my RV hauled since it broke down when I was camping. Not every business can handle bigger cars, but these guys could and did a great job. Big relief.
Towed my old beater to the junkyard. No judgment, no delays, just quick and professional service. Even helped me grab the license plates off before they hauled it away.

Got a flat tire in Boise right as shops were starting to close on a Saturday. Called multiple companies, even used my roadside assistance but the provider was going to arrive 20 minutes after Discount tire would close. ASAP towing provided a faster response time. We had to adapt from a simple tire change to towing my vehicle. Operator was very willinging to help, and got me to the tireshop on time. Tow trucks are never "cheap", but the rate provided was really affordable given the circumstances. Driver was fast and friendly, definitely recommend this company.
Trying to get car released from this company to our insurance was quite the task. However, they treated my wife with much respect and explained their reasons for doing things their way. Good customer service is the key to a successful business. In the future, it might be wise for this company to explain to their customers that a persons insurance company can in fact sign a release taking full responsibility for a vehicle rather than simply stating we will not release. Refusing to release a vehicle to ones insurance is probably not the best business practice especially when then insurance companies and repair facilities have never heard of this process. Knowing now how this company operates we would use them again for our towing needs.
Waited nearly 2 hours after accident. $265 to haul my vehicle 10 miles to my house. The driver told me I could have gotten a faster, cheaper tow if I had called someone else.
Terrible service! When I called they said they would be at my house in an hr or less, it was 2 1/2 hrs for them to show up...then I got a call from the driveline shop I had them take it to and the rear driveshaft is missing. The shop said the tow driver should have disconnected driveshaft before towing. I called ASAP and the guy on the phone basically says its my fault bc i told the driver the front driveshaft was disconnected (I told him that he didnt need to shift the truck into neutral bc front was disconnected). I found the rear driveshaft on the ground a few blocks from my house, obviously damaged. He had no desire to try to make the situation right at all. Update: I would like to say that the owner DID get a hold of the driveline shop my truck was at and said he would take care of whatever was needed due to his driver so he did make it right.

This company does a poor job when it come to towing and don't even follow their own contracts. I had a car towed wrong by dragging it on the towbed and got my driver side tire torn apart due to their poor handling, there is also a car that they should have towed before my car due to the management rules but they target people instead of due their job, i have proof. I had my brother's car towed when again they should have towed another due to management rules. When they tow a car it is like a, ninja they don't contact the owner so they can put it in neutral like a courteous tow company they just take it in park, quickly as well. Find a better more put together tow company not these clowns. Anything the owner responds with will be a condescending lie.
My parking permit was in vehicle on dash prior to towing vehicle. Over two tears had not had any issues until this driver gained access to my vehicle.. permit was hanging on mirror on 04 August 2025. Last time in vehicle.. operator unlawfully snooped in and around vehicle at 1 :00 am in the morning when he took action to make a quick buck while no witnesses would be awake. The business didn't care about resolving resolution, the representative was thinking I was someone who didn't know his business and how things are being done in the dark hours However the truth is tow company do gain access to any and all vehicles in their control. This tow company is extremely expensive and needs to be investigated by the tow company board and federal government for it's unethical and unprofessional behavior

We had our car towed for being parked illegally (accidentally) we easily got ahold of the owner, and he was able to easily tell us how much it was going to cost to get our car back. It wasn't cheap, but it’s not his fault we were parked incorrectly. He gave us options on how and when would be the cheapest way to get the car back. We showed up with cash to avoid a small surcharge that the owner warned us about. He was very thankful for our good attitudes and was very kind to work with. He even said, if the car didn’t make it home all the way, he would help us get it home, for free, just as a thank you for having a good attitude. They took great care of our car, and were pleasant to work with. It was exactly who we would have wanted to work with despite the situation. We will call them for future towing needs.
Our car was towed from a lot that we had a parking pass for in the morning after it was only booted a few hours before in the middle of the night. Even though the company was given our information, we had no notice given to us, only put on the car that was towed away, so we had to contact the police department to learn it was towed and not stolen. Awful and predatory business practices. Edit: These issues have been cleared to be due to the actions of Deep Six Security and not Abyss Towing.

Everyone at Boise Crane is awesome! We use them whenever were working on large projects. All the operators we've met are well trained.
Tried reaching out to these guys I guess they like the rest no answer phone. Reason for the call was their crane was on a lowboy at the T/A parked on the end of a aisle with the boom well beyond the DOT code of 3' beyond the trailer it was out there a good 10' plus with no red flags out in the drive aisle like a ways and it damaged my Western Star. The night that it happen no one in the truck? Next morning after I eat and I come out of the restraunt I see the truck had moved forward and Boom was out of the drive aisle and I see a guy in the truck so I go over and try to discuss this situation. When I walk up I startle this cat he was drinking something out of a can in a brown bag? Anyways he thought that the boom in the aisle damaging my truck was Funny? He starts laughing and telling me how it's my problem because he was out of town on a plane to Phoenix? He say he just got in that's why he took it upon himself to move the truck so the crane boom wasn't in the drive aisle no more? I also tell him you got no flags on the end of the cranes boom he found that funny as well. So I went into T/A and took a shower when i come out he and another foreign looking guy were on a flat parked under the boom putting flags on the Boom. Itried to reach your office no answer. Hopefully the rest of your operation isn't so careless and finds that their careless actions that damage others property so Funny

I can’t express enough my gratitude and thankfulness to Jereb and United Towing & Recovery. The apartments I live in struggle with adequate parking spaces, sometimes requiring you to park in the EV spots. I was forced to leave town quite suddenly and had my vehicle towed by this company.
