Left a message on the app. The guy called back around 12:00 told me the price and said he would be to get my car after he was done with the job he was done. 3 hours pass by now tow truck, no follow up call nothing. I called and gave him the address again, explained my situation that I've been stranded. He says ok I'll call when I'm on the way. 5 hours past no tow truck call the number back and he wouldn't answer. Left messages, no response. 6 hours I called again he answered and said I ran into an emergency that's why I didn't answer. I will be there, I'll call you when I'm on the way. I let him know my phone is low and almost dead. He said well I can't help that your phone is going dead, I'll call you when I'm on the way. I asked will it be before 9 because the auto parts store is closing at 9 and I'll be in the parking lot alone. He said I can't tell you that I'll call you when I'm on the way. Here it is the next day, still no call no truck. I have never experienced a company this unprofessional in my 43 years of leaving. I'm a manager and I would never treat my customers like this. Poor communication, ignores phone calls, did not show up. I waited because I was truly trying to do business with this company because I was referred to them. I usually don't leave reviews but this was an awful experience. I'm already in a stressful situation, missing work, while stranded with my car. This company did NOT make it better. If you're not going to help please be honest. Don't lie and keep customers waiting if you're not going to show up. That's NOT how you do business. Please don't respond saying this is not true because it's definitely true. My advice for anyone thinking about using this company, please please have a backup plan. Like my experience they never showed up after telling me he would several times, then ignoring and not showing up to help a customer who really needed help. Please look for other options or you will remain stranded as I am today. Now I am looking for a reliable company to come and pick up my car.

I have had my Honda Civic for over 12 years and have never had it towed... until today when it acted up on me. I called around and really wasn't finding anyone who could help me tow it to a repair shop today, but once I called A2Z Towing, Shelton was able to get to me in an hour and get my car to where it needed to be fast. This was the best experience I have EVER HAD with a towing company!! I won't call anyone else!! The driver arrived in less than 20 mins and he was kind, clean and courteous. This man helped me to help a 19 year old college student that was stranded on the expressway in the middle of rush hour!! If you're looking for a tow truck this is who you should call. I'm convinced Advanced Towing is genuinely the best towing service on Earth. With other towing companies, I've had to wait 2+ hours for a truck to come to my location, and that was during normal business hours. I gave Advanced Towing a call at 11:30pm on Wednesday night, and he came to pick me up within 20 minutes after my call. I was expecting to wait hours for a truck just like my previous experiences, however Advanced Towing was an answered prayer - he arrived and got me home with no delays and at a reasonable price.

Great school class is very informative Ramsey was a good teacher and made the material very easy to understand.
Austin is a great instructor, very straight forward in his delivery and NOT MONO TONE. He made sure everyone understood the material aswell as ensuring a safe and engaged training environment.
Very experienced instructor, explains everything to detail and he has good communication skills and the class interacts with him very well. He wants feed back from the class as he is explaining the chapters of the course and takes the time to explain, very antentive to people and asks if everybody understood once we move from one section to another. Out on site instructor also demostrated great knowledge on crane inspection and operation, he guided the class thru the practical exam and gave feed back on areas we need to improve with pratice. 👍to Albert Gonzalez 🏗. I would definitely recomend CICB for trainings and certifications or if looking into getting NCCO certified.
Ramsey was very knowledgeable. He had real life scenarios and gave us good information and what we need to do differently for compliance.

My daughter and I are visiting Orlando from Wisconsin, and I rented a car. This morning, I found that the battery died. I researched the highest rated towing service in the area, and Stellar Towing & Recovery was at the top. Josh quickly dispatched Christopher to assist. Christopher was very patient, conscientious, and kind. After the jumpstart, he suggested I run the car for 25-30 minutes so that the charge would hold. After running it for 40 minutes, I turned off the car, and immediately it would not restart. I connected with Josh to solicit the help of Christopher, who returned immediately. I requested a second jumpstart and decided to return the car a day ahead of schedule as we have an early flight to catch and cannot afford a repeat. Based on the reading on the battery monitor, Christopher was concerned about the reliability of the battery getting me back to the car rental place and offered to tow it instead. I truly appreciate his concern for my safety as I couldn’t afford to break down on the expressway given the heat. The cost for both services were reasonable, and the kindness and courtesy showed to me throughout the whole experience was top notch. HIGHLY recommend.

Chief towing is literally the BEST in Florida! I was hesitant at first because it was just my son and I and it was late but they were able to come us in a timely manner, was very professional and kind. My car broke down on my way back to Kansas and luckily I randomly called the right people. They showed up 10 mins early from the 20 mins they said. They were super professional and very nice. They went totally above and beyond to help me out and even recommended a shop to fix my car and towed me and my dog there. We ordered parts when I got there at 930pm and they even drove across town to pick them up for me!! Super professional and genuinely great people. So lucky to have crossed paths with them. Car broke down on Sunday in the middle of nowhere between Bithlo and Christmas. After calling about ten tow companies that were listed as open on Google, Coolrunnings answered the eleventh call I made. They showed up earlier than expected and towed my vehicle an hour home. I was broke down on the side of the interstate on I-4 in a really bad spot with a flat tire, and called several companies first, which either put me on hold immediately or I was speaking to a third-party answering service that did not speak English very well and simply wanted to ask question after question, all while I am sitting in a very dangerous spot. Each company took 15 minutes on the phone, before realizing it was gonna take a extremely long time to get to me, that they couldn’t do it, or wanted to charge an astronomical amount and pay upfront. BRANDO TOWING was next on the list, he picked up the phone immediately and got to me less than half the time the other companies told me it would take. Instantly felt comfortable he knew what he was doing, and everything would be good. Even went out of his way to help when the first solution didn’t work out, which wasn’t his fault. Highly recommend, don’t waste valuable time calling any of the other options.
!!! BEWARE !!! !!! DO NOT USE THIS CONPANY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR !!! I chose Brando Towing because of all the 5 star reviews and pictures of sports cars on flatbeds. I called Brando Towing at 12.14pm and was told $160 and 30-40 minutes wait for a 10 mile tow of a small economy car. Imagine my confusion when an old conventional tow truck from Jungle Towing dispatched by Brando showed up to pick up my car after waiting 1 hr. From the very beginning, the driver proved himself to be disrespectful and incompetent. Now, my car is lowered but not obscenely so. After seeing the sports cars on flatbeds on Brando's page, i thought I was in good hands. I was wrong. The tow truck driver proceeded to impact my vehicle on both the front core support and the rear exhaust while attempting to get the forks underneath the vehicle. The driver was clearly inept and unapologetic when I pointed this out Next, he attempted to use a jack to raise my vehicle. He placed the jack incorrectly on the side of the vehicle, flexing my side skirt and damaging my vehicle underneath. He lowered the vehicle down, repositioned the jack and and lifted it again somewhat correctly. When confronted with these facts, the driver was unapologetic and denied placing the jack incorrectly. I was standing right there and saw you do it dude. What do I have to gain by making that up? Finally, my car was on its way. When we arrived to my cul-de-sac, he proceeded to use my neighbor's driveways to turn around, scraping my exhaust on their concrete in the process. After finally lowering my car off of the tow truck, I was shocked when the driver told me he only accepts cash and that he had already messaged me that when he said he was on the way. I received no such text, I never would have agreed to pay in cash and never agreed to do business with Jungle Towing in the first place. After pointing these facts out, the driver finally agreed to accept cash app as payment. This shady guy is clearly trying to avoid taxes and culpability. I am a disabled combat veteran. This car, that I have owned for 10 years, has served as my therapy. This company showed zero respect for my vehicle. I will never recommend this company to anyone. !!! AVOID BRANDO TOWING AND JUNGLE TOWING AT ALL COSTS !!! (Response to company reply) This is exactly the type of response I expected after my experience. I called your company, Brando Towing. I was not informed at any point that a 3rd party towing company would be responding to my request. You are in fact partly responsible for the actions of a company that YOU referred me to without my consent. This is essentially false advertising. Great to see that you are taking no responsibility for your company's dishonest business practices. I hope your business has the kind of success it deserves, which is none.

We needed Johnsons' Heavy Duty towing at work. Our Grapple truck broke down at the landfill and needed to get it back to our City Fleet shop. It was late in the day, it was not an emergency. Johnson's worked with us to pick it up the following day. A dispatcher called me the night before to verify locations and scheduling for the next day. The next day another dispatcher reached out and told me when the driver will be available. Then driver (Kevin) called with an exact time of pickup. I met Kevin at the landfill with keys and we went over best routes to take, to make it the easiest on the driver. Kevin brought it back to our facility and placed it where we needed it with no problems. Our experience with Johnson's was great! The dispatchers communicated well with me and the driver was very good as well. Thank you for the great experience!
Very friendly from start to finish, I originally thought I needed a jump for my battery but he noticed immediately that it was very possibly a starter issue but still gave another attempt to jump my battery. When that didn't work I requested his towing service on the spot and he was very accommodating and his set-up skills were efficient and quick.

When my truck stopped running in a 7'2" parking garage, I called around and many people said they didn't have the right tools for the job. However, when I needed them most, Johnson's Wrecker Service was able to send out a specialized low clearance tow truck and get my truck to a mechanic. Alex did a fantastic job! Do not use this company! They have had the FHP contract this year, but will not be getting it for 2025. The driver overcharged for his time, 30 minutes is included and I was charged for an additional 35 minutes even though there was an officer onsite with the vehicle who called in the tow. It took over 3 hours to get back to the lot that was an hour away from where the vehicle was picked up. When they brought my vehicle out from behind the gate their forklift dropped it (I have this on video and it happened more than one time) and caused damage to the rear end. I was told I need to speak with Eric as he is the one that handles these issues but he wasn’t in at the time. I have called to speak with him consistently for about 10 days and one of the ladies in the office is very rude. I have been told “he will get back to you” over and over. When he did call back after about a week of calling I wasn’t able to answer but called him back minutes later, left a voicemail, and haven’t heard back. This company is ridiculous, DO NOT USE!

I just want to say THANK YOU. Not being from the Orlando area, I googled roadside assistance around Walt Disney World (WDW's car care center was already closed). My husband locked himself out of the car when our key fob malfunctioned and he was stranded in the parking lot. The scariest part was that our 2-year old son was locked inside, asleep in the back seat. Not a good situation. I called We Tow, they took the car's information and location and dispatched someone immediately. Meanwhile, my husband flagged Disney security and soon we had firetrucks, police, and ambulances trying to get the car open (unsuccessfully). We Tow shows up and had the proper tool to unlock our car - talk about saving the day! We are very thankful and cannot thank you enough for your service and expediency.
I'm going to be honest, as someone who is part of the LGBTQ community, this company was super respectful and did not make any rude comments towards me or my partner. This might not seem like a big thing, but it means a lot to us. They were so quick to come to the rescue and kept us updated at all times with photos and when it was dropped off. My insurance company reached out to this Tow Company and I was very pleased with the service they provided. They arrived in timely manner and also updated me multiple times on the status of their arrival. My vehicle was towed to a store without my presence and the driver went out of his way by going into the store and checking on some things for me. They made sure my vehicle was safe before leaving the site and also saved me an extra trip. I really appreciated all their help during the troubling time I was experiencing.
Dishonesty, manipulative liars, and inexperienced operators towing co is what I have named this company. Stay away from using them!!! I had my vintage mint condition motorcycle towed by this company. The driver was a younger guy with lack of experience. I had to help him set my bike up to be hauled onto the flat bed after he almost dropped it. That was the first red flag. Then while he was strapping the motorcycle to the flat bed he was fishing the chain end of the strap through my painted parts instead of fishing the soft end of the strap through. That should of been red flag number 2. Finally he set a strap across the front of the tank and we all know what happens when you torque a strap around a finished surface without protecting it. I filled a claim on it but Able towing co only sent certain photos to my insurance and kept the photos that showed where the driver strapped the front is my tank in detail. I ended up having to either pay my deductible or fix the damage they caused out of my own pocket. These people are dishonest and will manipulate any claim they can to get out of being responsible for their mistake.

Fast and efficient... call asking for a tow with how many miles I needed it to go. The guy gave me a set price and I asked was that it and he said yes. No other hidden fees which was actually less than the other place I called first. I texted the address and the driver showed up in less than a half hour. He got the car hooked up and delivered in less than a half hour as well. The driver was nice and professionally. I will have to get my car towed 2 more times since I can't technically drive it until I get my salvage inspection so I will be calling them again.

This business is professional and reliable. I have used them twice, and both times were great.
The driver was really polite and nice. He even helped me push my car into the garage after I took everything out.
After smelling mold in my laundry room, I looked for mold removal services close to me. They phoned me back that same day and did a great job of finding out where the water was coming from. I think their service is fantastic because my house looks brand new again.
They kept me updated as I waited and showed up right on time. It's not common to be that reliable.

Amazing!!! Can’t believe how professional and talented Mr. Leventino was helping me get my work truck towed. My work van broke down in a busy street (sand lake next to 528) and he was able to get to me fast . He was more concerned about my safety , getting me out of the street while he got my van on his toe truck bed. After having a stressful evening he had a cold water bottle waiting in his truck for me. I just had the best tow truck experience in my life. My son's car was disabled in an accident on the FL Turnpike. I had been on hold over an hour with my insurance provider to get emergency roadside assistance. I found Unique Pro Towing through a Google search and had my son call while I stayed on hold. Yaidza was on-site in about 30 minutes - I was STILL on hold with my insurance. Yaidza took excellent care of us and charged us an extremely reasonable tow fee.

After having 4 different tow companies sent to my house by my insurance company I contacted ray @action towing and recovery and was quoted a more than reasons price and an estimated arrival of 45 mins. He was there in 25 and had my car hooked up and delivered right away. I highly recommend this company for any towing or road side assistance needs very professional.
Very good company. Some of the best service I ever received. I was broke down and Ray went out of his way to help me. He was fast and even helped me fix my car so I didn’t have to get it towed. Ray picked up the part I needed, helped me fix it, and even followed me to the auto parts store to pick up another part I needed. Guys like this are hard to find now a days. I highly recommend this company they will take good care of you and their prices are good.

very fast an easy got the job done in less then 2 hours. nothing extra to be done straight to the point.
I'm not sure of his name, the guy who helped me, but he was very pleasant, patient and understanding. My car broke down and need to get towed and my insurance referred me to you guys, I'm so glad they did! He couldn't find my car and spent almost 30 mns just driving around looking for it while keeping in the loop the whole time. It took quite a long time for him to find it but because he was kind enough made sure he found it!

My car wouldn't start this morning in the parking lot near Universal Studios, and I was in a panic. I called Adam Towing for battery jump service, and they were a lifesaver. The technician arrived in about 20 minutes with a portable jump starter and had my car up and running in minutes. He was incredibly efficient and friendly. If you need a quick and reliable car battery boost in the Orlando area, Adam Towing is the company to call. Their roadside assistance is top-notch, and the service was much faster than I expected.
