This just happened yesterday and I want to post a review because this Andes towing company is amazing. I called two tow truck companies before I reach this one they gave me the runaround they said they'd call me back they never called me back. God sent me to this towing company. They stick to their word their professional but most of all they said we'll be there in an hour I said how about 2 hours okay when I was on my way back home I call them answered right away how far away from your house are you 5 minutes okay I'll be there in 10. They show up when they say they're going to show up. The gentleman's name was Pedro he was so professional. We were able to pay by credit card had ID that matched the credit card. I mean my car is not the best looking car it's got a lot of rust on it but this gentleman was amazing Taft Street torn up he took such care and took his time towing this car so could you imagine if you had a I mean a brand new car or halfway decent looking car. It was a junk looking car and he took such care with it. We had to go over some speed bumps he took such care going slow paying attention to the smallest detail. I got their business card and I will tell everybody about this towing company and I will use this towing company again and the price was very reasonable. Not anything crazy they're very upfront honest. That's hard to find with a tow truck company. If you read this review you need to use this tow truck company. Don't say I didn't tell you. If you don't use Andes towing ❤️ you're in good hands no games with Andes. Thank you again Pedro 😄

Called around to get the best price for a short local tow and not only was Tow Truck Cheap the least expensive, the person answering the phone as well as the tow truck driver were very pleasant to deal with. I needed to get rid of old truck which was no longer needed. I called A.S.A.P. Towing, LLC (which i just picked randomly off internet). I spoke with Bobby. Bobby gave me a $ amount which he'd pay for my truck. He issued a time of arrival and although a bit late (due to Miami crazy traffic), but he showed up with (Chivirico), and transaction went smooth. He paid as agreed upon, took only a few minutes and off they went. Very pleasant transaction with no hassles. Would recommend them. Thank you.

Wowwww!! Called Apline to get an unauthorized vehicle towed from my place of residence and they NEVER got back with me. I spoke with an employee there who was "calling me back" and as of now, three hours later still no call! I've called several times and apparently they "are busy with other customers" so the call goes to voice mail. They are listed with my community and they are NO help!! I've very disappointed!!

Disgusting company. Completely awful through and through. I was visiting a friend for a dinner party at their apartment complex. I had given them my license plate to register my car for visitor parking, which they did. My car was registered for the whole night. I leave the party before 11pm and my car is nowhere to be found. I look around the complex and find the number of this company for towing. I call 3 times, no answer on any of them. At this point, I am not sure if my car was towed or stolen. I have no clue where my car is but I catch a ride to this place. Very gross and worn out facility. However I see my car in the back lot. I go inside and up to the window. There is no one there. I knock and pound on the window for about 15mins, still nothing. It is midnight and I am an hour from home so I need my car back. Finally, the guy who was out front of the building smoking weed in his car comes inside. Turns out he is the only employee. He is clearly very high. He tells me that since my car is registered to a family member and not myself, I cannot pick it up no matter what. He tells me that my family member will need to come get it for me, or they can mail me notarized documents releasing the car. I told them I had no family within 5 hours of their location, they said that it does not matter. After asking to speak to the manager on the phone and about 15 minutes of conversation, he finally reveals that they will also accept notarized documents online. Go figure, turns out that there is actually a solution. I acknowledge that this is FL law, but they were so unwilling to offer any realistic solution and just wanted to keep my car as long as possible so that I owed them more. I guarantee they were hoping I would just go home and try again a different day, then give me a higher bill. Then it turns out that they will only accept cash from me. So I have to go to an ATM at 1am. I finally get all of the documents I need, but the worker is so high that it takes him almost 30 mins to find copy paper, print the document I emailed him, and tell me that it was accepted. He wouldn't even respond to me trying to talk to him through the window. Finally got my car released at 1:30am after battling with these people for 3hrs and giving them $160. All over them towing a car that was rightfully parked in a visitor spot. These are awful people who prowl at night and tow cars just to stay afloat. Awful location and awful people working there. Owner should really monitor his employees. I think for the 3hrs I was here, the employee was smoking weed out front for half of it. I hope none of you get your car towed by this company or ever have to deal with anyone who works here. I never write Google reviews but my experience here was so awful I had to. If I could give negative stars I would.
My experience with Executive Towing was beyond reprehensible. The guy behind the window was completely stoned out of his mind and totally scammed everyone who parked across the street at Diversified Fluid Solutions. We paid for parking at Diversified Fluid Solution and were still towed by this towing company across the street. He would not provide change, took pictures of people's driver's license on his phone and gave us the hardest time asking for a receipt. I hope they fix this and make amends with everyone they towed on Friday.
My vehicle was towed last night in the parking of a walmart supercenter. It appears that overnight parking was prohibited. When I called the compagnie to pick up my vehicle, I was told that it cost $190 for me. Once arrived, the person told me that it was $270 in cash otherwise the rental company would have to come and collect it because I was not the owner. I explained to the person that I had the rental contract and he didn't want to hear anything. If I didn't pay cash, the vehicle stayed there and I don't know for how long. They are simply crooks, thieves. Walmart is not better to do business with this company. Company to AVOID!!!
These guys put my truck on the rack while it was in my driveway and said that a neighbor called them and said I was illegally parking in MY DRIVEWAY with my parking permit VISIBLE IN MY WINDSHIELD! When i confronted Rodriguez he said I had to pay him $150 to drop my truck because he already lifted it. All this after he acknowledged my valid parking permit. I called the cops and he dropped my truck then sped out of my neighborhood. These guys are crooks and should be in jail!
Tried to tow my car and the only reason it wasn’t was because the driver extorted me for $100 cash with no invoice provided. That’s not even mentioning the fact that he was towing my car with the drive wheels dragging on the pavement, causing damage to my transmission. Expect a lawsuit and a formal complaint to the police department.

The hours posted online do not reflect the real hours. Be warned as you’ll just get charged more money if the car sits there another day. Arrived 10 minutes before closing time and no one was here to receive us. Way to make an already frustrating experience even worse. An all new low for a towing company. Seems pointless considering the other reviews but here it goes. My rental was towed from in front of my house. Not the tow truck company fault. Called the tow truck company and the representative said I can’t get the car since it’s a rental due to state law. Also not the tow truck company fault. The representative says I need my id and rental agreement to get my personal belongings. I get to the location and the woman at the front says I need a hard copy. I Go back home print a copy and then go back even bringing a trash bag to make the person’s life easier. I get there give her what she needed and she proceeds to say she’s not going through the car looking for stuff she will “get what she can get” all while having one hell of an attitude. I tell her it’s not much. Just a chair, phone charger, a water bottle, a McDonalds bag, and a can of febreze. She loses it yelling she “ain’t gonna pick up my trash and clean out the truck.” I get it. Tow truck companies deal with nasty people and nasty situations all the time. BUT they should not be the ones starting off with unnecessary attitude. This woman was absolute trash. Unfortunately I’m sure management/ownership won’t do a thing about it. So pray you cars never get towed by this company.
These crooks towed my car from a friends apartment complex and told me that Lot Monitoring Services called them to have me towed because I wasn’t registered as a guest on some website that I was never told about. The apartment complex has no signs to tell you that and spotters aren’t allowed to call on the towing companies behalf. Both of these actions are illegal. DO NOT HORE THESE CROOKS!
Trying to register my vehicle on their website for a parking permit and their site doesn’t allow you to load your Renters lease from there, don’t bother calling they are RUDE af about it. The lady that answers is like a junk yard Sally!
Absolute skum! Everyone who works there. Especially, the so called manager who will not even show up in person. She just tells you over the phone that she is keeping the car even though it was illegally towed in the first place. I am suing until there is nothing left of the that company or building. Everyone else who had a vehicle towed should also file suit in Broward county courthouse. The U.S. Attorney knows about it and is working on it, but the more people who go there and file a complaint the better. As many crazy people as there are in south florida, I'm actually surprised this place hasn't been burned to the ground yet.

Scam Scam and Scam paid for two hrs of parking and still got the boot. Employees act dumb founded and act like they can't do anything. Showed receipt and still nothing an extra $75 for a beach trip

Scammers. They are predators. I parked in a lot with signs right at the entrance to the lot requiring an App to pay. The lot I parked on had a pay station that was covered with a black bag. Logically, it appeared that the lot now used the App and not a pay station. When I arrived later to get my car, it was booted. The Tow driver from A1A was sitting there collecting money from multiple drivers to remove the boots from their cars. I showed him my App and said "I still have time" - He said, "this is a common mistake, The App is not for this lot, its for the street spaces." He then said "you have to pay at the pay station." I said "the pay station isn't accessible, it has a black bag over it." He said, "yes its broken, you have to pay the lot attendant." I said "Where is the lot attendant?" and he said "I don't know, doesn't look like he is here today." - The entire scenario was designed to cause confusion and to take advantage of people. It's predatory, and the business that owns the lot and pays A1A are equally unethical and immoral for allowing this hustle to take place. I'm sure the Parents of these scammers are proud of what their children chose as a profession.
Scammers. No proper signage and barely visible. Also very rude and agressive. They are checking the cameras in front of the stores and if you leave the store and don’t take your car, they will either put a boot or tow it within a minute. This operation is a total scam and the city of Hollywood should be ashamed of it
Parking in Hollywood can be a nightmare Stay as far away from this company a1a as possible they watch the meter so if you are 5 min late they boot your car or tow it. They watch the meter this company a1a parking enforcement needs to be eliminated they are bullying stealing people's hard earned money
