San came all the way to Three Rivers to pick up my dead pickup. He also recommended a great repair shop in Visalia. He's VERY helpful and takes care of his customers!!!

Highly Recommend! San just towed me locally. He was professional, fast, and the cheapest of the places I called. He even gave me a ride home for no extra charge. I would use him again for sure (but hopefully I wont need to be towed again anytime soon).
San was very kind and helpful. He also followed me to the dealership to make sure I arrived safely.

My driver Luis was and awesome driver. I have AAA and they sent CVT and they were really communicative and all around nice. it made my bad day a bit better.

First time using this tow company based off of the reviews, and the reviews arent fake. James showed up quick and towed my dads project mustang where it needed to be all within an hour here in the Visalia area. Great guy to talk to and the interaction was nothing but positive Thank you James.
Eugene with Tow Guyz got there quick and made the whole process painless. We were able to catch a ride with him back to where we towed the car and he was a pleasure to talk to. 5 stars!
Showed up at the time they said they would. Driver had a good attitude and was very helpful. Their equipment is very nice. Driver towed my vehicle to my home and even helped me push it into the garage! Thanks Corey!

Predatory towing company! They impounded my Escalade and ski boat from the lake when I went to pick them up the woman charged me $50 for 15 minutes increment of time as a gate fee although I was there by 4:45 ultimately she did not let me take my vehicle or my boat that date regardless. But still try to charge me a gate fee of over $200 which I would have gladly paid if I could have taken my vehicles. Was angry about the sheriff's department releasing both vehicles on the same form and ultimately they kept my ski boat. I use that boat strictly for my outreach/ministry for local underprivileged kids to learn boating etc. They charged me 1500 just for my truck and it was there maybe 4 or 5 days. The people in the office were making jokes about why they don't bother doing roadside assistance and even poking fun at AAA approved tow shops because they don't make enough money. They're not real tow company they are just a scam working for or with the sheriff's department

Fair price, reasonable response time, and completed task as promised. I would highly recommend this tow service. I was treated very well for a first-time caller. Dave at Advanced Auto gave me the referral for Freedom Towing.
It took them over an hour to get to us, we were in Visalia but they may have been busy and it had started to rain. Once they arrived it only took a couple of minutes to jump start the car and we were on our way.

Great service! My car was parked in a city parking garage and Double D towing was able to get my car out without any trouble! I called another place in town and they were unable to tow because it was in a parking garage. Double D Towing said it would take 20-25 minutes to get there & they showed up in less then 20! It was very affordable and the customer service was great!

They impounded my wife's car where there was no no parking sign , 400 bucks for one hour what crooks if there is no sign posted then how can u take the car. Common sense says if there is no sign u can park matter of fact I think 🤔 m calling my lawyer and get them for the 400 and pain and suffering cause I thought the car was stolen! Get ready r and r mr Watson is going to his lawyer.

The unprofessionalism in this company's response to negative reviews on this page are evidence enough of their lack of integrity and respect for their "customers". Not only are their responses rude and plain unprofessional but they also are posting people's personal situations on the internet for the public to see. If there's not a law against that there should be. The lack of compassion is evident as soon as you walk through their doors. Bad enough your car was towed, even when you are trying to pay your fine like an honest person you will be met with coldness. Just like you can clearly see in their responses to reviews. I don't deny that I screwed up and that's why my car was impounded, but when I went in to pay the fine like an honest person there was no reason for these people the act as rude and cold as they did. Also just to clarify, as I'm sure that they will respond to post with "we have no record of you being a customer here"......I HAVE had a car towed by them, but chose not to use my real email as I do not want them sharing personal details of my situation on a public page, as I've seen them do in other reviews.
This is a great company! My car was towed by them due to an unfortunate event but they were so kind through the whole process. Marcy and another gentleman were kind and welcoming and when I went in to see what was able to be done about my situation they really helped me out and I will forever be grateful for their kindness and words of encouragement. They are wonderful people, this rating is only up to 5 starts but they’re 1000/10 in my book! Definitely recommend!

Always on time
Well if you want to get talked to in a very rude manor, then this is the place to call, if you want to get over charged, call these people, their site says prices start at $125, well that's if you live next door to them. I asked about that price when I was quoted way higher and was rudely told to call someone else. I did. And I didn't have to wait another week for their service. these people wanted $175 for 20 minutes, their site quoted HOURLY rates starting at $125.
