Hi I am Chris Rodríguez & I’m writing to express my sincere gratitude and commendation for one of your tow truck drivers, Sal Salazar. On Monday July 7, 2025, my Lexus overheated, and Sal was dispatched to assist me. I rely on my car to get to & from my business appointments. I don't typically write these types of reviews, but Sal's exceptional service truly stood out. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He arrived precisely when he said he would, demonstrating remarkable punctuality. More than just towing my car, Sal "saved the day" by making a stressful situation much more manageable with his calm demeanor and efficient work. Sal is a fantastic representative of AAA, and I wanted to make sure his team and manager are aware of the outstanding job he is doing. He deserves to be recognized for his excellent work and commitment to customer service. I have been a loyal AAA member for over 13 years & will highly recommend AAA to my coworkers, family & friends.
Reyes was the absolute best!!! I was having a crazy day I was driving on a flat in the rain almost killed myself a few times. I knew the car was unsafe heading over to my clients but when I looked at my tires they seemed normal. After making a grocery run for my client and pulling into her driveway pulling out my groceries I see I am completely flat. So I tell my client I need to get my tire fixed and we ended up calling AAA who sent out Westside Tow and this guy was a complete jerk. He said he couldn’t use my spare and that my tire was flat on driver rear so he couldn’t tow me. I drove home which is about 11 miles from where I was. I called AAA again waiting yet another tow requested a flatbed tow truck and they sent out Bassam Tow. When Reyes arrived he was polite and was smiling . I drove the car out the driveway and he took me to the tire shop requested. He listens to my crazy stories and he even had a few of his own. Thankful for him as I was stressed above capacity but he was able to change my mood. Well the story gets interesting I ended up forgetting my keys in the tow truck n the delightful young man was able to bring them back to me. He’s a real one. Thank you Reyes! I appreciate your hardworking and dedication on this wet and crazy day.
I loved this towing company! I called for battery service and the tech was very communicative with me. Initially he called to introduce himself and provide me with an eta. Once he arrived he helped me very quickly and was extremely polite. I am extremely satisfied and would recommend them all day everyday! Keep up the great work
My experience was beyond amazing! My Triple A tow driver was generous with manners. He made sure my vehicle and I got to my destination safe. I was stressed out, but talking to him made me feel a lot better. He gave me great advice and I went from having a frown to a smile. I’m so thankful for his service and generosity.
Great service and fast. Reyes was very friendly and helpful with my grandmas vehicle. The estimated time said 45 minutes and he was there in 10.

The Worst company ever...the police in Torrance called them to tow my friend's car and they send this guy named Anthony C, the worst individual, he yelled at my friend the whole time just because, he also left the car facing the wrong direction and close to the curve, knowing that the car couldn't be moved or anything, the next day the car got impounded by the DOT, long story short, having this company involved in this situation it's been worst than a nightmare, plus they claimed that once they unload the car, they are not responsable even when one of their employees is responsible for unloading your vehicle in a wrong spot...just be careful and, if you ever get in a accident and this horrible company tows your car know that they have Anthony C, the worst human being and that this is part of the police ........ because of my review Sean Van Lingen send my an email stating that because of my negative review in Google he's not doing anything about my complaint...well looks like this company it's just a fraud...and no wonder employees behave the way they do... everything stars from the top... supervisor - owner Sean Van Lingen and Anthony C...the Worst...
I was charged $436 for a 0.2 mile tow. My car was also damaged in the process of them towing my vehicle. They dragged my AWD car onto their flatbed tow truck and broke my rear differential.
Worst possible experience. When I complained about the service, I was literally told “we don’t do customer service.” I am horrified.
If I could give -5 stars I would, the whole scheme they have going for impounds is a robbery to say the least. I pray no one has to deal with that. Because you will end up breaking your bank to get your vehicle out. They do not care!
They provide excellent customer service. Danielle & Ed are very attentive to customers needs. They will do everything in their hands to make it happen for u.
