SoCal Crane did a shipping container install at a residential property for me recently, and they were great. Mark, the owner, did a site visit prior to the install date and planned out the entire operation. The operation went extremely smooth. I recommend hiring SoCal Crane!

Came super fast, picked up my car and towed it very quickly as well. Very helpful and great service. Towed my car across the city with no problems, even though my car itself was having lots of problems. Would recommend them, it was through AAA.
I've towed for many a company in my career, Roy's included. Roy and Doug treat their tow drivers well. I never ran a service truck, so I honestly can't vouch for them. I believe AAA the company gave spiffs for selling their batteries. In an area that costs $12 bucks an hour for a one bedroom roach apartment, you very well may run into some desperate workers. The beauty of capitalism. Thank the club for that instead of kicking Roy's. My suggestion? Thank the driver for coming out and tear a ten dollar bill in half, giving the driver half a tip before you start. Interesting factoid. Once a day, by average, a tower is killed out working on the highways for the public. That's over 6,200 souls since 9/11/2001. Twice the rate of our trigger-happy policemen. This should be a government job, like a fireman, cop, or public works. Flashing lights? Move over a lane, you might save a life.
Our car got towed by police and unfortunately they utilized this company for their service. We will continue to file a complaint with the police department as well. Stay away from this company for service. Our car got damaged really bad under their responsibility. When getting our car out, I noticed the front grills were missing. I went inside to inquire about it; consequently, they referred me to the manager (who refused to give me his name) and long story short, I was told to get the "f" off their office and continued to cancel our AAA tow. When we went back to the lot, another guy that works there moved the bumper and the bumper fell off and showed that the radiator and the electric fan were damaged. I have pictures of everything to show as proof. One of the gentlemen (I believe the owner) hit my female friend in the shoulder making fun of our car. She continued to say, "dont touch me" and "get the f out of our property". Police were called and we showed the video of the whole incident. Unfortunately, because she was holding the camera, you dont see the hand hitting her, only the shake of the camera, and her words after that asking him not to touch her again. Police came to " investigate" and the cameras on the lot "are not working". The incident number is 23-1217171 and the law enforcement officers who showed up were M. Mendoza (Sheriff) and C. Simpkins (Sheriff). There was "Nothing they could do" because lack of evidence. We will take this to a civil matter and police department complaint. Again, there are pictures, videos and other proof that we have. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!
Appreciate the team over at Roy's Towing. Had two separate incidents where I needed their assistance over the last two weeks. I went through AAA who connected me with them, but they provided timely updates and their service team was top notch. My cars have given me ample reason to deal with a number of towing companies over the years, and these guys stand out. Thank you!
Yesterday's need for the reliable AAA service, reminded me of what a well run business the local Roy's Towing Service is and has been. The truck pulled up shortly after I had called, and I was greeted by a good natured, ready to help, technician who worked his magic in very short order by assessing- then assuring me that my old battery had seen better days...SO, a new battery was installed within minutes. Sorry I don't know his name because he was obviously knowledgable and so kind, it turned out to be the least stressful "Problem solving" I've ever experienced with AAA. Roy's Towing is Tops! Thanks again gentlemen!!!! SLG Oh.....btw.....being the battery was damaged by its minor explosion, it didn't cost me one dime!
