This people deserve 0 starts, I don't understand how they are still operating. I called for a flat tire, the lady who answered the phone told me the waiting time was 45min. I call back after an hour just to sound like she has forgotten about my request. Then, she told me to wait 15 more min. About 5 minutes later I received a phone call which seems to be from another company saying they just received a call for a flat tire at my address and that they will arrive in 30 min. At that point, I told them I didn't need anymore. Horrible service.
The service was Ben was absolutely amazing. He came on time jump my car unfortunately John failed and he told me to the shop. How do you recommend a guys
Ben helped me out today. Showed up promptly and provided friendly customer service. This was really helpful after having to start my morning off badly with a broken down car.
Inconsiderate Staff. They towed my car an hour before close. Called ahead to make sure they were open, but was not warned about a $120 after hours fee. So I had to go back home and come again the next day.
I was asked for information before I even found out the price. Then when I asked, they quoted me a fee for coming out as well as labor. When I called to cancel I was charged a cancellation fee dispite the cancellation being out of my control. RIP off!

I got a flat tire at work and was connected to this business through GEICO. The initial wait time showed 1 hour, so I canceled the service but Moses arrived just five minutes later. He saw me carrying my spare tire and immediately offered to help. While I was on the phone with GEICO to reopen the request, he checked the spare to make sure it was good to use. Once the new request was confirmed, he changed my tire in under 10 minutes. Throughout the process, Moses was very empathetic and friendly. To Moses Manger: Please give the man a raise :)
