It was a fast service, Nick was the gentleman who serviced me. The time estimate was 40 min but he arrived in 30. The process was quick and safe. Nick is a great individual, if you are open minded and like to talk this is your service guy. In overall,towing service was great, customer service was great.
If I could, I would give this place 0 stars due to their horrible customer service. I called them on behalf of my partner, due to his phone issues, for a towing for his flat tire. They dispatcher had a very bad attitude, when I confronted her about her very wrong ETAs and the lack of updates. She gave us an initial ETA of 30 minutes, it has been over 2 hours. She also accused my partner of not being in the location he had described. Look, I used to be a dispatcher and this disrespect of customers is simply unacceptable. Even an update of what's going on would have been nice.
They gave an ETA of 30 minutes. After 40 minutes I asked for an updated era, and received dead silence followed, after the hour mark, by a suggestion to call any other service, when they had already hooked me on a cancellation fee.
Super friendly. Very reliable they got there 15-20 after I made the call. Was very happy getting my car unlocked quickly.
This people deserve 0 starts, I don't understand how they are still operating. I called for a flat tire, the lady who answered the phone told me the waiting time was 45min. I call back after an hour just to sound like she has forgotten about my request. Then, she told me to wait 15 more min. About 5 minutes later I received a phone call which seems to be from another company saying they just received a call for a flat tire at my address and that they will arrive in 30 min. At that point, I told them I didn't need anymore. Horrible service.

Long story short my car ended up here straight from the Sunnyvale police department. They auctioned off my vehicle and sold it with my name still as the registered owner. Ended up getting a whole bunch of tickets and parking violations. Just a head ache
Horrible business
Please please PLEASE!!! do NOT go through this towing company. My mom was involved in a horrible horrible accident and CHP sent her car to this tow yard. Our first issue was the fact that whoever towed her car decided to input all of her cars information wrong. All of it. She couldn’t find her car for days and she had belongings she needed to get out of the car for work. When we finally found it, they refused to let her into her car unless she paid them 55$ right then and there. She was in tears and explained over and over she just needed her things and she didn’t have the 55$. They pushed and pushed and pushed for the money until she was in tears and we had to leave. The last and final straw was today. My mother finally got her car back and everything electronic and work related of hers was now stolen and not in the vehicle anymore. When we left the tow yard, they decided to let themselves into my mothers car (after telling her they wouldn’t let HER in unless she gave them money) and they stole everything. I tried to call and ask who I spoke to too please have some decency and just give her things back and we can forget about it. He fought with me on it and said no. Those were my moms things. She needed all of that. This accident already took so much from her and then they do this. It’s disappointing to say the least. Please listen to the other reviews. They are thieves and they don’t care. Stay away from these people unless you have a knack for getting stolen from.
