Hi! I have never had such a warming, comfortable vibe with a tow truck driver. He was kind he was so so helpful, and he wasn't awkward like he actually initiated conversation with me instead of just worrying about "just doing his job" he moved my 2 broke down cars into my driveway for me, he did it with great skill and even asked me if he was putting them exactly where I wanted them to be. He did a perfect job, and wasn't afraid to ask me for help holding the light which was great because most drivers won't do that they'll just try to do it all themselves. I was very happy to help. Eddie was friendly and he was really careful in loading my car to the truck which had 2 slashed tires on driver side front and back. 🤯 He also arrived about 10 minutes earlier than what he had informed me, which was 30 minutes. I had trouble with my 2012 Ford Taurus a.c. Previously I went to pepboys and they ran a leak down after I replaced the compressor. They told me that the hoses needed to be replaced, but they couldn't tell me up front what was the main issue. They didn't really want to answer any of my questions.They wanted to charge me $500 for the hoses, recharge, and labor total $1200. I ended up doing the work myself and saved a lot of money, but Eddie at 209 engine pros was able to take care of me right away. He's very respectful, open, and informational. He explained everything I needed to know and how everything works. He won't leave you in the dark second guessing. He Recharged my a.c at a affordable fair price and I left as a happy customer. Highly recommend his shop
Brought my 04 Acura TSX MT in for an ac recharge , got back in my car after and it was blowing ice cold. Aji was the one that helped with hooking everything up and got the job done really quick. The owner Eddie was there too, awesome guy and very kind. Great service great results , will be back.

Would give them more than 5 stars if we could! We were in a rough situation, rough part of Stockton and were waiting for AAA to send a tow truck which took almost 3 hours to even get dispatched. We were tired of waiting and I called 5 different towing companies. Companies said they couldn't do it or "didn't have drivers". It was getting dark and like I mentioned before we were in a rough part of Stockton... I was losing hope but called D&J towing and without hesitation they took the call and gave an ETA of 25 minutes. They showed up a little earlier than 25 minutes, very quick, professional and got us out asap!! Also were reasonable in price. Would recommend to anyone and will saving their information. Thank you guys!! very grateful.

Driver was really polite and nice. We hit a pot hole and was there in 40 minutes. Then two other cars hit the same pothole and he was able to tow us an one other car. Even gave us tips about calling the city to pay for our damages since it happened on the freeway and that those potholes have been there for months

My first interaction was about 2 months with a nice man & it went very well. He was there quickly & all that. I called today & whoever the secretary lady is has a really bad attitude. She should fix that. She was very rude & her answers were very short. Due to that, I wouldn't recommend if that's the first person I have to go through to get service.
We called to have our car towed and they were extremely rude! We called to verify to see if he was still coming and he said he called us 45 mins ago when we got no phone call of verification. He also stated he had cancelled the towing and if we wanted to argue about the services he can argue back!!!! TERRIBLE JUST TERRIBLE!
HORRIBLE Service!!!! I CALLED TODAY 12/1 and the dude was very rude and hung up on me and when I called him back he continued to whine about doing his job!! I told him I’ll find better service somewhere else! DO NOT RECOMMEND Pricing is not good either
If the police are involved with having your car towed by this company please know!!! You will be charged 70.00 a day for storage. If you just need a simple tow home I don't have an issue with them if the price is right. But having it towed to their yard for later retrieval beware of cost.!!!!!
Horrible call experience. They sounds like their at home with their TV on with kids running around. Can't even turn off the TV, their audio soundss so horrible and when you mention it's hard to hear them they hang up on you.

I needed help & received help with In 10 minutes wonderful towing services..
You will be told the driver will be at your location at certain time and they will be late because this company makes you pay them ahead of time so they get paid before even doing any service which is why they lag on being timely on getting to you. I got told 30 minutes and im around the corner from them and it took more like 2 1/2 hours before they arrived.
Needed a tow from Stockton back to Fresno, called and they came through. Driver Eddie is definitely an asset to this company. Very courteous as well.

Terrible. No stars but that’s not an option. Left me high and dry after accepting a tow job from my insurance roadside assistance. Claimed to have never gotten the job although I was sent confirmation and contact info to track the status. Status stayed at “arriving shortly” for 1.5hrs. Then the lady I spoke to when I called the number provided claimed they were not contracted with my insurance company. Spoke to roadside assistance dispatcher from my insurance company and they verified Anderson tow accepted the job. Probably accepted it to keep the other companies from taking it, decided it wasn’t worth their time and hung onto it hoping I’d get frustrated and call my own tow, pay out of pocket. Meanwhile my insurance thinks the job was done and pays them. Shady. Well thank you for informing me you no longer take jobs from my insurance company. They are now aware that you no longer want to do business with them. 2/4/24 around 930-10pm Gray 2021 Acura ILX I5 Southbound by Eight Mike road Exit Farmers insurance Roadside assistance.
Rare that you find a tow yard that cares. My uncle wrecked his car, and they helped him get everything out of it. They were clearly busy, yet they still stayed caring.

These guys are great! Reliable and quick. They are a tow service for large RVs and semi trucks.
We needed to haul two c containers (40ft and 45ft). We called Salazar and they were able to do it within days. This was no easy feat, as both driveway were very tight and the containers weren’t in the best position. However, the driver was incredible! He was so professional, confident and accommodating. We are very impressed and will be calling them again for future hauls. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Their drivers block your driveway and have the nerve to have a unpleasant, very unfriendly attitude as if you’re inconveniencing them. I did NOT ask you to block my driveway in front of my garage so I cannot get out. Try being more courteous and a little bit more friendly when being of an inconvenience to others.
This place was recommended to me by B.D and son because they didn't have a small tow truck for my garage. So I called advanced towing, they were here in fifteen minutes.By the time they got here though my car had started. He was gracious enough to follow me to the mechanic. My roadside assistance made appointment with this company to pick my car. After 1 1/2 of waiting I called to see if they were coming and they said they couldn’t! It’s late evening and I’m on the side of the freeway and they make me wait this long! The operator said we can’t help you, you are going to have to deal with it on your own and hung up ! So unprofessional! Will never you this company !

I would give ZERO if i could, very scammy and shady establishment. My car was stolen, then recovered and the pd had it taken there. I was told if i can on Sunday it would be 382 or come Monday and pay 272. I show up Sunday, get told they’re closed and if i want my car i have to pay $500. So i come Monday pay $272, they’re partners w AAA so they said because it w AAA it would be an hr. Then they tried to charge me a storage fee because its there after 24. Them being AAA partners its THEIR responsibility to tow the car if you paid for it. I shouldn’t be charged because yall are slow, behind, or have multiple tows and not enough trucks. Thats not my fault and shouldn’t be charged

My car was stolen they told me it unsalvageable so I signed the pink slip over to them next thing I know a few years later the police were knocking at my door 11 o’clock at night tell me they found my car it was abandoned on the side of the road so not only did they lie they sold my car and now I’m getting hit with bad tags and I’ve gone to them numerous of times and I can’t find the paperwork they have to go up in the The rafters and find it this is been going on for over a year already

Horrible service. Waited two days for an abandoned auto tow and no one showed up. Then they tried to offer to come get it asap if I paid $100.00 up front. Stay away from this one.

Very unprofessional and rude, it took 3 hours for them to figure out a way to unhook my car due to there tow truck malfunction. They got my car 1 day before and said they didnt know how to unlock/break there tow chains from my car. Hours say open @ 8am I arrived @ 730am, they didnt open or arrive until 830am.
Arie Pulley did not give an accurate view of his visit to the tow yard. I was present when Mr Pulley was picking up his car. Mr Pulley didnt like the way his car was being unloaded so the tow yard brought a truck in from another tow company to unload it. During this the Stkn PD called and said that his vehicle was not to be released, so one of the employees shut the gate and Mr Pulley rammed the gate in reverse destroying the gate and fence. He damged his car in the process and ran off. He almost hit two people who were there. The new had a report that he was apprehended in a stand off in sacramento in which he barricaded himself in his car. The extra time taken to unload his car was because he was agruing with the tow yard on how to unload his vehicle. The news also reported that he was wanted for something in southern cali that he had done the day before he was towed. He shouldnt even be driving as he has seizures, his car was towed because he was in an accident because he had a seizure

I had called to get total towing and there was a $70.00 on all cars that where there for 72 hours. The receptionist removed it from the balance due. Then she charged me for 3 days from Monday @8:30PM -- Wednesday around 1:00PM isnt that 2 days?. And why did she remove that $70.00?
The guy that helped us was so cool and very informative. Any time I need a tow or need to deal with impound, hopefully you have to deal with this guy. Thank you so much.
