Great and fast service. I called Richard's towing for my motorcycle, he was able to picked up and dropped off with in an hour. Highly recommend. Nice guy too.
Excellent service! After calling Tripple A asking for a motorcycle tow, they recommended Ricardo’s Towing. Let me tell you, very friendly and fair price for the service. He responded right away, came through and towed my bike to the mechanic shop. Not only did he tow my bike, he gave me a ride to the mechanic shop and even a ride to the train station after dropping my bike off! He’s got the appropriate motorcycle towing equipment, so your bike will be safe and won’t slide like they often do on a flatBed! Excellent customer service! I’ll definitely call him again if I ever need towing services!

I needed to get my car towed when a belt came completely loose! I was trying to weigh my options since it was a holiday and already dark. I am so happy I called Frank! He is very professional and friendly. He arrived very quickly, hardly a wait! He made sure I had a way home and I had a ride since he did not want me waiting in the dark. He was very good company. I would definitely call him again! If I could give more stars I would!
Frank's Towing & Recovery went above and beyond the call of duty when they traveled over four hours round trip on a Sunday from Santa Rosa, CA to the intersection of Hwy 128 & Hwy 1 on the California Coast to help a woman who had locked her keys & cell phone inside a rented U-Haul truck get back into the vehicle.
Frank has towed a couple different cars for me. He's always polite, professional, prompt, and pleasant; it's a pleasure to do business with him.
Frank was quick to answer the phone and was out to hook my car within the hour. My car was delivered to the dealership safe by the time they closed. I would recommend him and his company for any towing needs.

Just an amazing experience. Nestor and his team communicated perfectly and were on time on a very difficult tow My company Party jump needed a mobile rock climbing wall towed from Novato to Santa Rosa
I called another towing company for a quote, and they would charge me $125 for a short mileage. I decided to call Nestor right after to get their quote, and it was half the price! They were at the location in less than 10 minutes, and super friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone in a moment of need!
Very unprofessional the attitude given from the employee was as if he was not trying do his job moreover he decided it was a good idea to cuss me out thru the phone the rest is self explanatory be smart don’t waste time and money on this horrible service take in consideration the low reviews rather then get taken away with all this suppose 5 stars be safe and have a good day

I want to HIGHLY recommend this company. My car was stuck, due to an electrical issue and my steering wheel locking, in a downtown Santa Rosa parking garage for over a day. No one had a tow truck small enough to clear the parking garage my company uses for our office. Three tow trucks later, they were able to get my car and tow it to the dealership. They were kind, patient, helpful and communicative . From the office staff working with AAA, to the driver that came out and finally the owner of the tow company himself, they literally rescued my car, and me. I am very grateful to them all and truly appreciate them!
I had a wonderful evening experience with Victor. Very sweet, helpful in helping me get back on the road!!! He was definitely God's Angel to my rescue!

fruday night my box truck broke down in petaluma and a young man arrived quickly and in the pouring rain, got my truck hooked up and got me back to Santa Rosa in what I consider pretty record time, he was professional, and I would recommend All-Star towing to anyone

One of of work trucks broke Down on a Friday evening. Way north of Healdsburg They were there prompt were and got my truck back safe to the yard. . They were great and pricing was fair.

Cream's Towing saved us last night when my husband drove over a rock, dislodging it from the ground and it got stuck under our car with the left two tires lifted off the ground. Dave came and had us back on all four tires in an hour flat. They were super helpful, quick and reasonable. Thanks for the help to all involved last night!

Joe the owner of cream's heavy duty towing is a true American hero!!! guy's like him are the backbone to this country. he came to the rescue on Christmas Eve at 4 pm and worked with us for 2 hours to pull our 60ft boom truck out of the mud. he was very knowledgeable and did his job with skill and pride and got our truck out with zero damage. I highly recommend them to anyone

Amazing service! I was stuck on the side of the road late at night, and Tow Santa Rosa responded immediately. The dispatcher kept me updated the whole time. Very professional and friendly team.
This is not a direct tow service provider so when they quote you a few they are over charging. Middle company calling others. Even still, for a service provider, terrible. Promised 45 mins, took 4 hours. Hung up on me after waiting for update.

This people are real SCAMMER..... They charged almost $400 for just 7 miles towing service. They refused to provide a clear pricing until the delivery location. Be Careful when you work with them!
I will never deal with this shop ever again, and here is why....Yarbrough bro towing are rude and unprofessional especially Rita ..I had my car acting odd so I pulled over into a business parking lot very small I called aaa with my details and told them my phone was dying and they wouldn't be able to reach me but I'll be here...3 hours go by and nothing I find a strangers phone and call aaa and they inform me they been trying to reach me to confirm details I already gave them because the shop refused to send anyone out with out confirming the address they already had....the shop has rita informing it was a apt complex too large to find me...but it was a business not an apartment and it was a small parking lot...when I called the shop to confirm my address again that they had rita yelled at me she was very childish and unprofessional I can't believe aaa does business with them...I tried to tell her my phone died and how I told the office I need a jump start only and left me stranded for 3 hours but ritaa kept screaming and saying what I should have my driver go out there and just honk until we found you....yes you should have because the parking lot was not hard to find right off a main rd was very open and I was the only car in the lot....she contained to scream no apologies just blaming me because my phone died....I spoke with aaa and they informed me the shop refused to send someone out by Rita's call even after I verified my location and services advs them of the unprofessional behavior they apologized and called rita on a 3 way call to confirm call details where rita yelled again not only to me but to aaa saying she refuses to send anyone out to wrong loaction.....I PROVIDED A FULL ADDRESS she finally took my veficatio. Of only a jump start and still left me waiting for 2 hours before getting service...she should be fired she makes this whole company look horrible...but she wasn't the worse....the driver arrives and was rude as well stated the battery is fine and I don't need a js I needed a tow...he didn't even try the jump start he just wanted more money for tow because his words a jump start is not worth his time...i couldnt belive it he was arguing me with me but refused to try the jump start and took off and he adv aaa he came and i was not there gone on arrival...i was in shock and disbelief...i shouldnt have had a problem the way I did for a jump start 5 hours later....I called aaa again adv them do not send this company and they listened and the new company all city tow and they were wonderful got to me in 20 min the same location I provided Yarbrough no issues jumped my car and I went on my way .....so if you want to deal with shitty ppl on a shady business then I'd recommend this company 👌
I picked up my truck that had been in their yard 4 days. When I checked my belongings SEVERAL items were missing INCLUDING 35 gallons of gas to the tune of $175. Don't get towed by these guys! When I went to get my reg and ID as we were walking away I said aren't we going to lock it the Owner stated "It's safe here, nothing going to happen to your stuff" Famous last words. Not trust worthy!
AAA dispatched you guys to help me out. I really hate I didn't catch the drivers name but may have seen Rueben on the AAA screen. He helped tow my truck from Rohnert Park to the purchasing dealer in Napa. I rode with him and he was one of the most professional and friendliest driver I've encountered. Had some really nice conversations with him during the ride it felt like talking to a close friend! Thanks for the help!!
Ok so I would of given them a 1 star, however my mom liked them before. My mom is 85 and had AAA a couple years ago bought a battery warranty 36 months. Well now the battery went bad, and because she doesn't have AAA anymore they are not honoring the warranty. Wow is all I have to say
