My cars alternator died at night and they were great to come out and help tow my car to the dealer. Joe got there on time and made the entire ordeal go pretty smoothly and quickly.
Horrible liars and unreliable. I called and got a quote for 185. The driver called me once and I was on another line. I call back 3 minutes later and get put on hold for 10 minutes, then told that he went to another call and it'll be another 2 hours. Then the guy calling me asks what price I got quoted, I answer 185, then he tells me there's also a service charge and mileage so it would total 295. Are you out of your mind? 5 mile motorcycle tow?! Go pound sand with your hidden fees and drivers that can't wait 3 minutes!
These guys are awesome! Showed up in 25 minutes like they said, no hidden fees, and the price was super fair. Super helpful and quick—definitely recommend them if you need towing or roadside help. Thanks for coming through today!
Great service. The workers know what they are doing. Once i got rescued from the freeway on my way to LA and they were there on point to help me. I would reccomend to anyone. They are trustworthy and helpfull. Pricess are affordable too.
Santa Anna offers that rare mix of old-school service with modern reliability. I’ve used them twice now — once for a dead battery and once for a tow — and both times they were on time, honest, and helpful. You can tell they care about building relationships in the community. If I could give these company a zero I would. I called the company at 4:20pm due to locking my keys in the car. They put my card on file. The clerk quoted me for $140 so I said thank you and have a great day. He turned around said “I can do it for 70” so I agreed and put my card on file. The clerk on the phone said 45minutes to an hour but after 1 1/2 hrs I called the company. They advised me that there should be a tow getting to me in 15 minutes. 30minutes pasted before I called the company again. I asked to speak to a supervisor, they had me on hold for 20 minutes and never picked up the phone. I continued to call the company and explain to them that I was having an emergent and need to get to the hospital to see someone admitted. The company actually blocked my number with my card on file. I had to call them through *67 because at this point it’s been 2 1/2 hrs. During one of the calls the clerk answered and told me “we aren’t helping you call back tomorrow” then proceeded to hang up. I eventually got through to talk to somebody. He was rude over the phone after the experience I had with the company. Once the tow around around 7:45, it took him 20 minutes to open the door. I asked for a discount for the services due to bad service and when I call this company they put me on hold twice. Never answers. The tow man himself told his boos “the company keeps hanging up on her and playing on her phone”. I would zero star this company.
Called to get a 24ft straight truck towed. I simply asked if this was something they can handle and was cut off by the dispatch lady and rudely informed I would need to provide a photo of the truck. Waste of time. Terrible customer service.

Was given an ETA of 90minutes as of 8am. At noon was given an eta of 20 minutes. at 2:30pm I cancelled the service. They never pickup the phone, all you can do is leaves messages. 2 of us lost a day of work since they were no shows.
Its ok. Just make sure you watch when your car is loaded on the flat bed. Mine would have scraped the front underside if I weren't there to ask the driver to stop.
I dispatched AAA to change a flat tire @ my Synagogue ( evening before Yom Kipper Religious High holiday ) Driver refused to 1) change tire 2) put tire back underneath car where it must go ( no cargo space to put damaged tire ) he just sat in truck for 15 mins my security guard suggested to 1) Change tire 2) leave tire at Synagogue 🕍 and I’d dispose of it My Security staff was a “black man” the trucker completely ignored him as if he was invisible and acted toward each of us with distain I needed to get the tire changed to be able to leave the grounds of my Synagogue the gates were to be locked by 10:30 pm because of fear from terrorist actions toward Jews and our house of worship He didn’t care he finally left and did not dispatch another truck ever though he told me & AAA staff on my phone I got call 30 mins later saying accident on fwy the truck won’t be there for an hour! I had to leave my car there over night and had to get a ride home & then back to the Synagogue the next day I believe the driver was a racist and bigot and abused his position to inflict prejudice toward me & my security staff because he could what Is this world coming to? No one is safe! AAA needs to “fire” this tow company the other reviews lists safety of the drivers and customers Just because they are in Santa Ana and we need service does not mean we are “low” life’s

I had gotten to a wreck that totaled my car the day I got to into California from Kentucky. I had a slew of personal items in my car, and since I hadn’t got an apartment yet as I just been in California for two hours when I totaled my car, I forgot one of my most important and prized possessions which is my jewelry box. I had contacted Rosa at the front desk after I had left the tow yard about seeing if I had left it in my car, I ended up moving to LA within the next couple of weeks, and kept meaning to go down to Santa Anna to pick up my jewelry box! Today I passed through the area and surprisingly they still had my jewelry box! Rosa and the staff here are true gems and i cannot reccommend them enough. thank you all so much would rate a million stars if i could!
My mom was in an accident tonight and G.S. towing recovered her vehicle from the scene. Later that evening after she got out of the hospital we went to get her belongings and release the vehicle to her insurance company. I didn't catch his name but the driver who met us was so kind and understanding. If we are ever in need of towing services in the Santa Ana area again we would definitely call them. Thank you so much for your patience, kindness and warmth!
If you get you car towed here I recommend contacting hwy patrol for specific instructions because they will make it hard for you to get your vehicle back.

Today, as I was leaving a store located in Springfield, MO, I had some trouble with my vehicle which literally left me unable to change gears. Since I was just a few blocks away from my usual car repair place, I called to ask about getting a repair done and if they could recommend a towing company. The gent then gave me the name and number for Henry's. After speaking with the nice lady that answered phone (I'm sorry but I don't recall her name, frankly I was a bit flustered at the time...) to get a tow dispatched, Robert (Operator #41) arrived. When I described the issue I was having, he asked me to pop the hood so he could take a look, and he was able to get the shift cable temporarily attached that let me get my vehicle to the repair garage. Robert certainly saved the day for me with his help! I can't say I'm looking forward to my next mechanical breakdown, but if it happens, I know who to call!
Absolute terrible company, stole my credit card information, overcharged me, and had complete idiots working the phones. AAA Members, if this company gets your tow, tell them you do not want them to even touch your car.
Company kept extending call time. When I called to talk to someone, the dispatch operator named Victoria was of zero help. All she said, over and over again was, someone is enroute. Well….. someone has been enroute for over an hour and a half. She had zero answers other than “driver is enroute”. I’m not sure why Ford road side assistance is using this unprofessional company. Fast forward and I’m still waiting for them to show. I have called the service provider multiple times and they constantly give me a different excuse as to why they haven’t shown. Spoke with shavon or Giovanne couldn’t really understand what she said her name was. I asked to speak with a manager but she stated she was the top manager and there was no one above her. I asked who her superior was and she said she didn’t have one. I asked if she was the owner of the company and she said no. I asked for a corporate manager and she again said, she was the only management and although she didn’t own the company there is no one above her. I give up!!! After reading all the other complaints, I see the owner always deflects the issue onto the dispatch or insurance company. They never take ownership of the problem. Well, I know this is not the issue it’s an excuse. I have been in contact with Henry’s towing from the minute I filed my request for service. I was given their phone number as the responding company and I have been following up with them for the last 3 hours.
I had called Toyota Roadside Assistance since this comes with my warranty. At first, I did place my request and they told me this place would be sending me a text with an ETA. I didn't receive it. I called back, and they told me my request was not in the system, so I had to re-do it. So I did. I got the text message from the Roadside service with my ETA from 60-70. In the meantime, I was searching up all the reviews with this company. I have had nothing but bad experiences before with roadside assistance. Well, I read that this place sometimes are unaware of requests being sent to them. So I called just to get my status. A very nice agent told me that the person assigned to me us finishing up a jump start and gave me an ETA of 30 mins. It was so perfect. While waiting, the Roadside assistance people were about to cancel this company and issue me a different one. I told them to not to as they gave me a new ETA all under the 60 mins AND my roadside assistance messed up the first time. The guy came and helped me with my car and gave some tips as well. I will request for this company again if I ever need roadside assistance again. Also, a good tip is calling the tow truck company directly to get a better ETA, rather than using the third party for an update.
The transmission on my car went out, so I called AAA. Had major problems with AAA's customer service, but once Moises, from Henry's Towing showed up, things went much better. He handled everything quickly, professionally, and was a pleasure to talk to on the drive home. Thank you, Moises, for making an unpleasant situation more tolerable!

Worst company ever. Charged $85 just to uncouple the hook from my tire. Systematically targeting specific races as well.
Our shop has been using their services for over 14 years. Very reliable with very affordable and reasonable prices for customers. Coast to Coast is the Tow company you need in crunch time. Fair, honest, highly recommended.

Awful customer service experience I talked to 2 different people and they are rude as can be. The last person that talked to hanged up on me, they towed my car and left it with scratches they don't care about your vehicle it's all about the money. It cost me $395 because they charge you if you want to use a credit card. We made an appointment but arrived 10 minutes earlier they made us wait until it was the time, but they were in the shop. This business should not have a license to be in business most of the reviews on yelp have the same issue BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DAMAGE TO YOUR CAR. Please save yourself from misery and a bad day use someone else
I was a bit disappointed in the amount of service that I received from this establishment. I rented a U-Haul and I believe the proprietor, who I met that day, was late by an hour and 15 minutes. My U-Haul pick up was at 9:00. There was a bit of a warning sign when I first called in to make the appointment and I was urged to do everything online. In the end I felt as if there was a bit of laziness going on with my whole experience. The apology I got was sorry I had to go to home Depot and get gas for my car. The proprietor didn't even try to offer any type of economical remunation or a discount just asked me if I had my paperwork in order handed the keys and off I went. I probably will not utilize this establishment again in the future.

Called several tow companies to come and help me move my car from one garage to another. They quoted a fair price and came within 5 minutes of their estimated window. ARNOLD was my driver and he was really helpful. He was very down to earth and really tried to help you. Would recommend these guys again!
Somone from Knight Towing called me the night before and told me that the tow truck would meet me at a specific time the next day. I arrived on time, but the tow truck arrived four hours late! I had to wait at the impound yard for four hours for the tow truck to arrive. Super frustrating. Avoid this company if possible.
I would rate this service higher but it only goes up to 5 stars. Today I was assisted by frank and another gentleman. I had been struggling all day to get a provider out that would be willing to assist me in getting my car out of the under ground parking structure. I offered to do all the lushing but frank and team helped me push me car out of the structure to be able to tow it. A remedy other tow companies said was not possible. I was met with the HIGHEST levels of customer service. Also my car wasn’t dragged across town. Frank put my beloved bmw on proper dolly’s to allow me to ensure the safely of my vehicle. I didn’t even ask. I was WILDLY surprised by the level of customer service offered me to me at a MORE than REASONABLE rate. …..I’d recommend these guys to my mom. I visited the towing company with my husband and baby to retrieve my car that had been towed from my apartment building. The staff at the counter displayed extreme rudeness. Despite my extensive experience in customer service, I firmly believe that treating customers with respect is essential, regardless of the nature of the business. The two women involved in the interaction were particularly unprofessional. behind the counter were very cutthroat and rude. we brought it to their attention and they didn’t seem to care I was taught to treat people with kindness, regardless, so I was still very nice even at the end, but very unsatisfied with how these people were treating me after I just had to pay them $400 to get my car out
After my car was towed, I arrived at To' and Mo' Towing within 24 hours to retrieve it, only to find myself in a very questionable situation. The staff was pushy and insistent that I needed to sign away my title, which seemed extremely shady given that my car had only been there for a short time. I had my wallet out the entire time and was ready to pay to get my car out of the lot which I stated upon at my arrival. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of my stressful situation. It was clear to me that they were more interested in profiting from the situation than providing a legitimate service. To' and Mo' Towing should be held accountable for their actions, especially when they exploit vulnerable people. I would strongly advise anyone to be cautious and thoroughly any agreements they try to push on you.
Illegaly towing vehicles is the specialty of this unregulated tow company associated with Anaheim Police Department. Doing the Dirty work for the police and making it worst for the poor working class while this company make money on tows and auctioning off cars that some are illegaly towed.
Not reliable. Terrible service. Our property manager called them for an illegally parked car in our office parking lot but they took hours to show up and could care less about doing their jobs. If you need good towing service do NOT use To and Mo.

Extortion at its finest. I was lucky enough that I got to my car right when they hooked my front wheel to their truck, I was able to pay the guy 200 cash and they let me off, but once they have your car in their yard it’s pretty much their car, they charge you at least 400 without all the other hidden fees.
PREDATORY TOWING - we parked in a parking structure for less than one hour when we got towed for $722.74 — a violation against our consumer towing rights. Their manager hung up on me after I exposed him for providing inaccurate information based on the documents they provided. Then one of their worker (who I spoke to earlier) lowered his voice and pretended to be the manager instead. This place is just extremely sketchy. It is extremely saddening to see that companies as such are taking advantage of people who cannot afford the fees and the time to file for civil action. There were no obvious signs that said parking is prohibited at the place we parked at (it was next to the actual parking lot at the Lab at Costa Mesa), and I apologize for my blind vision. But we were also told by the worker: that the auto-service company who called this towing company has been eyeing on us since we entered their parking lot and was immediately ready to call for towing —- the towing worker told me this to guilt-trip me, but this sounds like more like clear evidence of predatory towing. I’ll take this experience as my motivation to study law. Night Star Towing, y’all better stay open until I finish law school. WAIT FOR ME YOU PREDATORY TOWERS🫵 Meanwhile I’m going to see what civil actions I can take right now.

5/5 best towing experience ever. They got my car without so much of an interruption to my life beyond me arriving to an empty spot where my car once had been parked and the almost $600 it took to get it back after being trapped listening to karaoke for a few hours because I had to wait for someone to arrive at the office to release it. My bleeding ears will eventually recover and my car was unaffected by the imprisonment, so the only thing that remains is the frustration at the business owner who seemed giddy to have called the company on three cars but none of the others that were there. I had a bit of a hard time understanding the attendant when he arrived which probably was because of my ailing ears and not because he spoke so fast and mumbled a bit, which I assume to have been due to him drinking 800 cups of coffee to stay up all night to tow cars and deal with angry people who would much rather spend that small fortune on things like replacing the fuel that it took to drive to OC in the first place. Overall, if you’re going to have someone do something that feels like a violation of your space and spend exorbitant amounts of dollars on a service that feels like a racket, I highly recommend Night Star Towing, they were tow-tally amazing.
Mean and horrible people who scam you and will try to do anything to tow you even in their own parking lot. Becareful when arrive.
