10/10 service! Not only did they tow my car to dealership and said they would make sure to leave keys at dealership, they also recorded and took pictures during the drop off process. Week later picked up my car from dealership with a cracked windshield! Dealership tried telling me that it was already like that! If Al wouldn’t of taken video and pictures, I would have no way of proving dealership’s negligence. Thank you so much for your exceptional service! Exceptional timing, efficiency, and service. They charged me half the price and while coming from further than the competitors. I got 5 quotes, 4 that were local.. within 7 miles or less of the pickup location. He was 5th quote and came from 15 miles away and still cut their prices in half! I ended up paying $80 tip for the top quality service.. better service for cheaper!!!!

I asked to tow my car, the dispatcher said that the tow truck would arrive in 30 minutes, after 50 no one arrived, I called and asked what was the matter? They said another 11 minutes, I waited another 20 minutes, I called back they said 23 minutes, in the end we waited 2 hours, I couldn’t leave the car because they kept changing the time. When I asked for compensation, they said there was a traffic jam, I live in this area, there are no traffic jams, I checked on Google. I understand that there are unforeseen situations, but no one called me back and warned me about the delay. The car was delivered well, but the customer service is terrible.

My cars alternator died at night and they were great to come out and help tow my car to the dealer. Joe got there on time and made the entire ordeal go pretty smoothly and quickly.
Called at 10:16pm for a jump start they told me it would take 40 minutes to an hour and gave me a quote I was okay with all of that. It’s 2am and nothing no call from driver nothing. Luckily I was able to find someone to help. But unfortunately this towing company didn’t show up I never got a call from the driver with an update.

I call this company because my car get broken on 22 freway before Bristol exit. They say driver will call me shortly. Driver call me after a wile and say will be there soon and ask me if someone told me the price. I say no nobody told me. He communicate me will be cost around 220 dolars. After 1 hour I call back because nobody come . They say in 25 min truck will be there. After 50 min I call back and after more machine answer finally someone respond and put me on hold. After a wile a truck driver call me and say he will come soon. He sad the company only in that moment tell him about me so it was obvious is different driver. He finally come take the car and go to my place. Is around 5.2 miles. There the driver ask me for money. .... 400 dolars. When I get in house I call back the company and ask them what happened because me I call this company and the truck driver was from different company. They say ooo depends about tehnician how much they charge. So I don’t know if someone have good opinion about this company but me I have bad experience with this so please be careful when you call them

I let the driver know that my knob on the shifter was sticky. He got it up on the truck and said he couldn’t take it out. Took it to my house and he had to break it in order to get the key out and I didn’t find this out until after I fixed it. Called the office 4 times said they would call me back and never did. Asked to speak with the owner and he said he spoke to the driver but since it was sticky before it’s not his fault that he had to break it and make it non function-able because I can’t get it out of park since it’s broken. The owner told me he’s not waisting his money for him to send a tow truck to pick up my car and fix it. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I had to put a review on here and let everybody know. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else
Didn’t use as a service, but one of their tow trucks nearly hit three other cars on the 91 because it kept swerving in and out of lanes, or was riding the lane divider. Didn’t use its blinkers half the time. Just an absolutely irresponsible company.

Waited an hour and a half for him to arrive only for it to be transferred to a different job because he “couldn’t complete the job” even though he said he could. Now I have to wait a hour for another tow truck. Unbelievable.

these guys are unbelievable, but not in a good way! my elderly parents (92 and 93 years old) were hit by a red light runner. They were taken by ambulance to a hospital. Therefore, they didn't have a chance to recover personal items from the car. these yahoos insist that my mom or dad must show up in person (remember they are hospitalized) to retrieve items. they also refer to a form on their website to release the vehicle. but that form requires you upload 1) vehicle registration and 2) insurance card. the kicker is that those are in the car, WHICH IS IN THEIR TOW YARD THAT THEY WILL NOT RELEASE BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE THOSE DOCUMENTS!!!!!!!! my parents' insurance, Farmers, also called them and got the same runaround. Farmers wants to move the car to their own facility, but this rank tow company wants to keep it there to rack up the charges. I dare. the company owner to respond to this review.

There's a lot of negative reviews on here, so I thought maybe people aren't posting when Henry's does a good job, or maybe their good service really is few and far between. Either way I thought I'd write about my experience: I locked my keys in my car in Laguna. I have Subaru roadside assistance and I was assigned Henry's. I did have to wait an hour and a half, but to be fair Henry's Towing is located almost an hour away. A truck driver came and he couldn't have been nicer. He got into my car in less than 30 seconds and I was on my way. Like I said, there's a lot of negative reviews about this place, but my experience with Henry's was a great one.
Company kept extending call time. When I called to talk to someone, the dispatch operator named Victoria was of zero help. All she said, over and over again was, someone is enroute. Well….. someone has been enroute for over an hour and a half. She had zero answers other than “driver is enroute”. I’m not sure why Ford road side assistance is using this unprofessional company. Fast forward and I’m still waiting for them to show. I have called the service provider multiple times and they constantly give me a different excuse as to why they haven’t shown. Spoke with shavon or Giovanne couldn’t really understand what she said her name was. I asked to speak with a manager but she stated she was the top manager and there was no one above her. I asked who her superior was and she said she didn’t have one. I asked if she was the owner of the company and she said no. I asked for a corporate manager and she again said, she was the only management and although she didn’t own the company there is no one above her. I give up!!! After reading all the other complaints, I see the owner always deflects the issue onto the dispatch or insurance company. They never take ownership of the problem. Well, I know this is not the issue it’s an excuse. I have been in contact with Henry’s towing from the minute I filed my request for service. I was given their phone number as the responding company and I have been following up with them for the last 3 hours.
The transmission on my car went out, so I called AAA. Had major problems with AAA's customer service, but once Moises, from Henry's Towing showed up, things went much better. He handled everything quickly, professionally, and was a pleasure to talk to on the drive home. Thank you, Moises, for making an unpleasant situation more tolerable!
Fahad was really helpful, had great communication, and went above and beyond. He made sure to let me know when he would arrive. The ride was very comfortable he even helped me charge my phone. He also tried helping me extra than what he had to giving advice and stuff which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend this service!
INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL 🔹 Incorrect Battery Installation: I used Henry's Towing for a car battery installation 14 months ago. They not only installed the wrong type of battery, one which is explicitly not recommended by both the battery manufacturer and my car's maker, but are now refusing to honor their 18-month warranty because they decided to drop their account with Interstate Batteries - which should not be my problem. 🔹 Location Issue: Despite living just one town away, in Irvine I was told they "no longer service my location." Their solution? Asking me to drive my car - which had a dead battery - to Garden Grove to speak to an Interstate Batteries dirstributory to rectify the mistake originally made by Henry’s. 🔹 Unprofessional Staff: The supervisor I spoke to was incredibly rude, talking over me, refusing to assist, and even hanging up on me. She refused to even disclose her name. 🔹 Misinformation: I have a car with auto start/stop functionality. The supervisor claimed that "if the car turns on, then the battery is fine" as her rationale for insisting the battery they installed was appropriate for my vehicle. A battery might power up a car but can cause long-term issues if it's the incorrect type for that specific vehicle model. Evidence: the battery is dead after 1 year. It's vital to note that standard batteries cannot be used in cars with auto start/stop functionality. These vehicles require batteries designed to handle frequent starts and stops, ensuring both vehicle performance and longevity. Using a standard battery jeopardizes the vehicle's overall functionality. Any competent technician would know this, yet the supervisor tried to assert that my purchase of the new battery was completely discretionary. 🔹 Compensation: I've now had to pay for 2 batteries in the last year and am bearing the financial brunt of Henry's Towing's mistake. All I seek is appropriate compensation for my new battery given the circumstances. In summary, I found Henry's Towing to be lacking in professionalism, responsibility, and customer service. This lack of accountability is a red flag for anyone considering their services. Potential customers, beware: you might be their next victim.

I would rate them no stars butbi have to mark one. These people towed my veihcle from my apartment complex. I had a permit in the window and they are choosing to say otherwise. I had just moved in to the complex I called and they want to charge me $325. For just a tow not that long ago
These people saw me walking towards my car at 1am with my 4 month old infant, and proceeded to speed off with my car. I understand doing your job, but the manner of which they did it was really low and grimey.. Then they will proceed to rob you of $410 cash (not even for a full 24hrs) just to retrieve your vehicle... Please shut these kind of businesses down. They take advantage of people and kick you while your down...
I had a 2009 camry that broke down on me on the 5 freeway. I looked up many places but all of them had bad reviews it wasn't until i stumbled upon Coast to Coast. Couldn't believe how fast the service was. Not to mention their incredible prices. Very quick and accurate. Abel the driver was very friendly and didn't make the ride awkward he made conversation. Wonderful place recommend to anyone who needs a good tow.
Very unprofessional. When they responded to a vehicle blocking my garage they left didn't tow the car and then they said my apt complex contract with them isn't up to date. Which is kind of funny since they towed another vehicle from the same place. Gabriel doesn't have any guts

In my case, they towed a legally parked vehicle from private property with no warning, no citation, and absolutely no right to do so. When confronted, they gave vague excuses and tried to hide behind paperwork that didn’t apply. It was clear they were just looking to make a quick buck by targeting larger vehicles that rack up higher impound fees. Their entire process feels like a scam — overpriced fees, refusal to provide detailed documentation, and rude staff who are clearly used to taking advantage of people in vulnerable situations. After my car was towed, I arrived at To' and Mo' Towing within 24 hours to retrieve it, only to find myself in a very questionable situation. The staff was pushy and insistent that I needed to sign away my title, which seemed extremely shady given that my car had only been there for a short time. I had my wallet out the entire time and was ready to pay to get my car out of the lot which I stated upon at my arrival. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of my stressful situation. It was clear to me that they were more interested in profiting from the situation than providing a legitimate service. To' and Mo' Towing should be held accountable for their actions, especially when they exploit vulnerable people. I would strongly advise anyone to be cautious and thoroughly any agreements they try to push on you.
This is a shady operation/‘business’ at its finest. They refused to accept credit card after I mentioned wanting to claim vehicle under protest and insisted that since I mentioned under protest, only cash payments would be accepted to release vehicle. Got cash from ATM and returned, they would not identify themselves or who was servicing me in general. They also would not let me sign when I noted under protest, they insisted that the only acceptable signature is what is reflected on my license with no added notes. I believe that is against my rights. Both of the ladies working demanded no recordings on premises and threatened if I was to record dialogue for legal documentation that my car would not be released. They did not provide clear reasoning and edited the timing and processing paperwork during the time I was gone.
