Ahmad was incredible! He towed my car all the way up a steep mountain road quickly and professionally. He arrived fast, handled everything with care, and kept me updated the whole time. Even on tight curves and rough patches, he was confident and careful. no stress at all. Top-tier service. If you need a tow in tough conditions, Ahmad is the one to call. 5/5, highly recommend!
This guy is very professional and friendly, He came to save me when my car broke down. Highly recommended

Ibanez Towing Service truly saved the day when we found ourselves stranded on the highway at 3AM with a partially popped wheel. Despite our insurance company's inability to dispatch a tow service until after 8 am, we took matters into our own hands and reached out to multiple 24/7 towing services. He was the sole responder, promptly answering our call at 5am with exceptional friendliness. Not only did he provide outstanding service, but he also did so at a reasonable price. From picking us up in Gilroy to safely dropping us off in Sunnyvale, his assistance was invaluable. Many thanks to Ernesto—we highly recommend his services to anyone in need!
Mr Ibanez is a life saver! I called him and he was there in 20 minutes! He charged a very reasonable amount and kept his word!
Ernesto was recommended to us by our SafeRide RV motor club. He was on time and carefully towed our vehicle after two AAA assistance drivers were unable to help. We would 100% use Ibanez towing again!
We were involved in a fender bender on Hwy 87. We called Ibanez Towing and right away they showed up and towed our car to our home. Ernesto was friendly, super helpful and provided a reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend Ibanez Towing. It made a stressful situation, less stressful.
Ernesto went above and beyond in assisting us rite before midnight. He was very knowledgeable in approaching the incident. Ernesto’s truly a nighttime hero, and we are forever thankful for his valuable assistance. The best of the best in towing company!

On time, reasonable rates and my vehicle was well taken care of. Thank You!
Fast, friendly service. I live in Morgan Hill and from call to arrival was less then 40 min. Will recommend to any one needing a fast tow service.

I had my lexus towed by these guys and I would have to say my experience with them was quite professional and pleasant from the get go. What stood out was I didn't have to reach out for updates. They took the initiative to contact me with rough eta's of arrival. I would recommend them to anyone and will personally have them on speed dial for any future emergencys.
They were prompt and efficient and worked hard to get the car loaded up even though the steering wheel was locked at first. Great job, would use again, but I hope I never have to.
You can count on them. Always consistent and dependable.
Great job, very professional! He completed a difficult task no one else would attempt in a very safe manner! Would highly recommend!
I 100% recommend this towing company and the services it has to offer. While I was finishing a doordash order my car would not start. I just moved to the San Jose/Campbell area. I was lost on who to call and no one around me would help. I found this company on google search. The prices beat no one else. For being new around the neighborhood I can say I felt safe and got the help I needed. Thank you so much for everything!

Great service! Very quick to arrive was careful and conscientious about tying my bike down and getting it on and off the truck. Friendly too
good fast and friendly service. helped late at night.
Great experience, beat the price of the rest of the competition and provided a timely and professional tow. Will definitely use them again if I ever need a tow. Thank you!
I highly recommend their service! I had an emergency at 2 AM, and they were amazing, fast, efficient, and professional. They unlocked my car within minutes. It’s hard to find true 24 hour service like this nowadays, especially when most companies don’t even respond during late-night emergencies.
I want to thank Mostafa for his excellent service today. He was very helpful and was able to get my car towed for a very reasonable rate. Very fast!

Professional services grate to work with
Quick and easy. No extra charge for Tesla.
The service is fast, reliable, and the workers are kind. Their service is one of the most inexpensive in the area for a medium duty tow. They are my go to when I need a tow.
Really appreciate their service. They picked up a heavy forklift for me from another shop and then delivered to my place to move a 6000lbs oven. Carlos the driver went above and beyond in delivering and operating the machine and putting our oven in place. Would highly recommend to anybody needing a tow truck. Thanks again!!!

i had a amazing and speedy service. I just want to thank Leo for making my experience very pleasant and much more stress free instead of making everything much worst then it was. He accommodated ll my needs and my cars as well. Cant thank you enough
This is the third or fourth time I’ve used this company and every time has been outstanding service. Friendly and professional.
BB Auto & Tow went above and beyond. Not only did they tow my car, but they also gave me helpful advice on the repair process. The staff was professional, the truck was clean, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Regrettably, experienced an excessively long wait and found the tow service to be significantly overpriced. Disappointed with the overall service with this company (not the actual tow guy, he was great) I Scheduled a tow with B.B Auto tonight, was told the tow guy was on his way. I was expecting a 30-minute arrival. After an hour I called to check the ETA , they told me another 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for over two hours, and when a truck finally arrived, it wasn't even from this company I booked with. It seems they rely on third-party services, and you end up paying both parties . A 4-mile tow cost me over $200, which feels quite unreasonable.
Got stuck last night on 101 highway on my way home to San Jose. Lucky me, the first company I have called, got immediate response by a great customer service rep. The truck showed up in less than 20 minutes. The driver Bruce, well professional and great attitude. If something similar happens to you, I would greatly recommend use this company !!

My car has problem so I call the towing service nearest to my location at south San Jose. However, I wait under sun (~90 degree) for TWO hours and finally the guy coming from Redwood city to south San Jose to tow my car!! Why does a company located at south San Jose but ask a towing guy from ANOTHER company and from Redwood city to help? Even the towing driver didn't understand, and he gave me his business card saying that if that happened again and I want to ask for help (or close to Redwood city), I can call his company directly. So, I wonder if this 10-4 Tow of San Jose even owned their towing cars or just a company working with multiple towing companies? Besides, the most important thing is the service. After one hour wait, I call the service again, Julie said the driver is only few minutes away and will arrive soon. 30 minutes later, I call service again, Julie said almost there, then within 20 minutes, and within 20 minutes. Finally the driver (I am not sure if that driver was the same driver she said will arrive within few minutes) after over two hours (2 hours 10 minutes)!!! Julie, you should tell customers the truth and be honest, not lying. I can ask my wife to pick me up if that really needs to take so long to my location, not lying to customers. Long time ago I had one towing service, and I can even trace the driver's location so I do know where the driver is, and can contact the driver directly, but this company has NONE but lies!! I will remember this company and will NOT have their service forever.
Ben was amazing. Great service and worked fast. We will use 10-4 tow anytime
My Cars sway bar broke and needed a tow from walnut creek to Oakland. So I called this tow company and they send out a cool dude named Guy. He came quickly and was really nice. Will most definitely call them for a tow again.
Era was fair and friendly driver thx

I called this company around 6pm because my son got stuck in a ditch and needed his car pulled out. Junior answered and was super pleasant and was able to give me an estimated time of arrival as well as cost over the phone. When he arrived, he assessed the situation with professionalism and friendliness and had us out in no time. I will definitely use him again if I ever need to and highly recommend him to anyone finding themselves in a situation where they need a tow.

Russell was great. Very personable, terrific pricing, very quick to site, but most importantly: he unlocked our car quickly to let our dogs out! Today had the potential of being the worst day ever, but thanks to Russell everyone is well. His number is now saved on my cell phone.
I'm giving five star because working with Russell was very straightforward. He have clear idea of the times and reasonable pricing. He worked with me to get my car out of the garage and another towing company wasn't as flexible with the situation. Also agree with another review that he has a very friendly tone and he eases you with his humor. It helped me relax knowing the job will be done after having a stressful few days talking to various people.
What a wonderful service and highly good person. 40 years in the service.
Russel save the day! Such an amazing human being! Delivered my car to a safe place.
Russel's quick service and experienced analysis of my starting problem saved me significant money, and his price was low. He did his best to do the right thing with a new customer, and I appreciate it.

Really love the tow guy, very sweet and friendly. Must recommend the F&G Towing again for my friends and for myself next time!
I had to move my non-working vehicle out of a parking spot and within an hour of calling, F&G were able to help me! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
Service was fast and at an excellent price. Driver was fast and really skillfull. I would use them again no doubt. Thank you guys or the excellent service!
Friendly and fast! Reasonable and affordable rates, not like other companies that want to charge steep fees!
While coming to visit from Sacramento I got stranded on highway 101 late night in San Jose, called multiple companies yet none was able to assist - (yet they claim 24/7 service?) Hopeless, I tried google again and stumble on F&Gs ad. Called them got immediate assistance (15 Min) wait. Driver was courteous and obliging - Price was super reasonable - Service was exceptionable. Highly Recommend :)

The reason for this rating is not because their service is bad. They only do property tows so I never utilized their services but they did however, refer me to another towing service which worked out great. Thank's Great America Towing!
Friendly helpful staff and very knowledgeable tow truck drivers. They were a life saver!
The driver "Price 627" was outstanding. He was able to hook up my 31'RV and get it out of a tight area with ease. He took great care with my vehicle and towed it to the destination without any problem. He was a true professional and would ask for him again if I ever need any type of assistance.

If your insurance provider assigns this service provider, pls cancel and request someone else . They will keep lying that they are on their way and cancel . I waited 5 hrs where they kept telling they are on their way with a new ETA each time . Even if Allstate says another provider will take 3 hrs , the other provider would be honest and take that option. These guys are dishonest and keep you hanging.
Super bad service, the towing company arrived 20 mins earlier than the estimated arrival time and they wouldn't wait for 1 minute and didn't let us know ahead, and they just left, what the hell?
wondeful experience, get me updated with current status and 30min for fuel delivery, impressive! follow up to see if i get to my gas station Grateful

Very professional and showed up quick!
I had my truck n camper that's on the truck towed, very friendly, efficient, and great drivers!!!!!!!!!!! Best tow company so far!!!
Refused to tow vehicle home, wouldn't communicate with the insurance.
I was extremely happy with Fred of Elite Towing. After a difficult night and morning being on the app and phone with my roadside assistance service (All State), Elite Towing was scheduled. Fred called me before the tow to find out what the problem was. My insurance disappointed me in not getting the help I needed and not communicating well with the Fred, the tow driver. Fred called my number and reassured me he was on his way to tow my 3500 Silverado to a recommended mechanic. About a half hour later, Fred called back to inform me that my request for a tow had been canceled by roadside assistance; he wanted to make sure I had canceled?!?! In panic mode, I told him that I had not canceled!!! Fred arrived! Where my vehicle was parked was not easy to hook to, but with his chains and flatbed, my rescue was complete. Thank you Fred, the man of the day!!! Consequently, I canceled Allstate Roadside Assistance.

Highly recommend this place! The staff is amazing here, each person I dealt with was very professional and kind. I will definitely use and recommend this place to others!
Rip off, charge me $250 for a 3 mile tow. Joke Company.
WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY -- Predatory, Abusive, and Criminal Behavior !! I am Jon and I was a victim of outrageous misconduct, threats, and retaliation by Courtesy Tow Service and their employees Jacob and Cruz. The experience was so disturbing that I am pursuing legal action and filing formal complaints with multiple California agencies. I am also naming and holding accountable their management -- Robert Shives Jr., Andrea Coen, and Robert Sandoval -- for failing to oversee their dangerous and possibly criminal staff. THE INCIDENTS: 1. RACIST, THREATENING PHONE CALL (Jacob): Shortly after my vehicle was towed, I received a disturbing call from an employee named Jacob. On that call, Jacob mocked my Chinese name, made racially charged jokes, and threatened me with retaliation if I complained. He implied that if I said anything publicly, they could "make sure [I] get towed again." I recorded this call and am submitting it as part of a complaint to the California Department of Justice and the DMV Investigations Unit. 2. ASSAULT THREAT BY CRUZ WITH A BASEBALL BAT: At the San Jose tow yard, a woman named Cruz threatened me with a baseball bat, yelled obscenities, and tried to intimidate me when I asked questions about the charges. I feared for my safety and left immediately. This is criminal assault, not just unprofessional behavior. 3. RETALIATION THREATS FROM A TOW TRUCK DRIVER: When I tried to pick up my vehicle, I was threatened again -- this time by a tow truck driver who hinted that my car "might get towed again" if I "keep pushing it." This is clear retaliation and intimidation. OVERCHARGING AND FRAUD: They charged $410 for a tow that should have cost no more than $275-$300 under CA law (CVC §22658). They provided no breakdown of charges. No proper notice or signage was visible at the property, which violates towing notice regulations. NOT BBB Accredited (Despite A+ Rating): Courtesy Tow is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau, and should not be trusted based on the misleading rating. They have a history of complaints, and I suspect they may be fabricating reviews to bury negative ones. Their Address: 681 LENFEST RD, SAN JOSE, CA 95133 Their CA Secretary of State ID: BA20251116783 Accountability -- This Is Who's Responsible: Robert Shives Jr. - Secretary & Legal Officer Andrea Coen - CEO Robert Sandoval - VP Operations (Jacob's supervisor) I am filing complaints with: California DMV Investigations Unit BBB & FTC for deceptive practices San Jose City Attorney's Office Bureau of Automotive Repair IRS (if suspected tax fraud arises) FINAL WARNING: If you care about your car, your safety, or your dignity -- do not use this company. This is a dangerous, discriminatory, and retaliatory business that should be investigated, shut down, and sued for its practices.
Great they were able to get me to my destination right away. Way better than Sunnyvale towing.
My BMW M5 was impounded by the police the guy towing the car was so nice he took really good care of it no damage to the car when we got it back ..

Terrible experience, this company works with cops and other private entities to tow people's vehicles for any reason. If the owner's car can't get it out they will keep it and keep charging you nearly $300 per day until you can't pay it anymore. Some people can't afford to get their car out so they will just keep it and sell it at auction. The place is sleazy, ugly and sweaty and they have terrible attitude.
Personally I don't like tow companies or tow yards but they have a tuff job these guys out there life's in dangers situation everyday taking cars off the highway at all hours of day or night they help take crashed cars that are blocking traffic or go to give you a jump start change a tire get you back on the road and to your family what ever the case may be we would be in bad shape with out them and think about this they have store every single car that take and it's not like they charge a lot of money it a tuff job but necessary to the community
Typically super expensive. Like all towing companies that are parasites, in cahoots with the corrupt police. But at least they didnt damage my vehicle or steal anything, which happens a lot with tow companies. So it could have been worse.
Very friendly and easy to get your car out of impound with all your paperwork. Got car out in less than half hour. Took longer to pay impound fee downtown San Jose than to take car out.
Shady business work , complete rip offs id give it a zero star would not recommend

very good experience. fast response! I will use them again.
A business is as good as its owner, which is what makes JF towing exceptional. Juan has always taken great care of my cars, both during tows as well as storage. Don’t go with a big name/ small service company, go with JF towing for sure.
Fast Response and Excellent Service. Safety was a huge concern while i was stranded on the side of the road. Thank you JF Towing for your quick response!
Nice job guys the best around
I wish I could give you 0 star, the guy that towed my car was really unstable and rudest of all time! Don't recommend!

I was recently dealing w car troubles & needed a tow & Johnny literally came to the rescue! He was SO sweet & helpful throughout the entire process of getting my car to the service center; he made me feel grounded & in good hands even though I was stressed in that situation. He even stayed behind when it came time to deal w people at the dealership to make sure I was ok & to see if I needed anything. Hands down the BEST customer service I've ever had. Please give this man a RAISE!! He MORE then deserves it cuz he's a keeper!!
State Farm assigned them to me for tow service to a nearby tire shop. Was a little reluctant after reading the reviews. Wait time was supposed to be within 90 mins. But guess what, they rerouted someone and I was picked up in half that time. Driver was a very nice, kind person, he promptly and professionally completed the task. Thank you!
This was my provider for a jump start for my Mazda Roadside Assistance call. I was told to expect someone within 60 minutes. After no arrival, I called and was told to expect help in 20-30 minutes. 40 minutes later and nobody had shown up. I called again and was told to expect help in 7 minutes. Help arrived 15 minutes later - 2 hours after the initial estimate of within 60 minutes. Driver was friendly enough (not sorry for the wait though) and I was jump started right away, but the repeated time estimates being half of what the wait actually was ruined my experience.
Horrible customer service. They were hired by my insurance progressive. They gave initial estimate of 90 minutes. I saw the reviwes about long wait time so to avoid any problem called progressive and C and M many times and was ensured that driver was on the way and my wait won't be long but it was a lie. I waited for over 2.5 hrs with no sign of the truck. And only after 2.5 hrs I got a call from the driver to confirm the tow. So they didn't really dispatch any one for that long and balantly lied for hours. Avoid them at all costs.
Overall, I am very satisfied with C&M. The driver's name is Glen. He was very helpful and courteous. He was also very careful when getting my car to his flatbed truck. I was introduced to C&M by my insurance company.

They towed my car before the 90-minute mark, even though I was on my way to move it. I woke up at 9:13 AM, knowing I had until 9:30 since the sign says towing begins at 8:00 AM and allows 90 minutes. I walked a long way to get to the car, and by the time I arrived—around 9:19—it was already gone. This isn’t right. I park there regularly because there’s no overnight parking available in the resident lot. No warning. No grace period. Not even 15 minutes after the 90-minute start time, and they had already taken it. My brother confronted them and asked why they towed early, and the employee literally walked away without answering. They ignored the posted rules AND our questions. Now we’re being charged almost $400 for something that wasn’t even our fault. This is the SECOND time this has happened to us. It feels like they’re just out to take people's money without following their own posted rules. I even have video proof with the date and time clearly showing they towed before the allowed 90-minute window. What happens if someone is walking from far away to move their car? Do they not care? PLEASE SHARE this. They need to be held accountable. This isn’t just frustrating — it’s dishonest.
My experience with Rebello Towing on June 28 was absolutely unacceptable and should serve as a warning to anyone dealing with them. My Volkswagen ID.4 was legally parked and registered at Amalfi Apartments, Milpitas. Unfortunately, I made an honest mistake by entering one wrong digit in my license plate number during registration — typed an 8 instead of a 9. The car make, model, and all other details were 100% accurate. Despite this, Hamayuon, the tow truck driver from Rebello, towed my vehicle without using any discretion or attempting to verify the situation. I paid $530 to retrieve it. What made the situation worse was the arrogant and dismissive behavior I encountered from the towing company's staff: David, the supervisor, acknowledged that the car was registered and admitted the mistake was minor yet refused to help in any way. Dave, who I understand is the owner or boss, repeatedly told me this was a “waste of time” and showed zero empathy or accountability. Hamayuon, the driver, was robotic and rude, towing without question even though the vehicle was visibly legitimate and registered. I provided: Proof of parking registration Tow receipt Verbal confirmation from the apartment that the car was registered Still, no refund, no resolution, just complete stonewalling. This was clearly a predatory tow exploiting a minor typo to charge over $500. This company profits off residents' honest mistakes and hides behind technicalities instead of using fair judgment or customer service. Dealing with them feels less like a towing service and more like being shaken down by a mafia-style operation. Once they’ve towed your car, they’ll charge outrageous fees and make it nearly impossible to get a refund.
$400+ to retrieve your vehicle? This company is on HELL'S borrowed time. You can't expect to make it to Heaven by ruining peoples lives over profit. That's not moral. I was a security guard years ago. I had to call in a tow. I took as long as possible so the person could return but they didnt.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others are aware. My vehicle, a 2005 Honda Civic EX Coupe, was towed by Rebello’s Towing Services on August 23, 2025. From the beginning, the process was stressful and poorly handled: I was not provided any signed tow authorization or photos of posted tow-away signs, which are required by California Vehicle Code §22658. When I arrived with proof of ownership, bill of sale, keys in hand, and photos of my car, I was told the car “wasn’t in their system” and “wasn’t in their yard” — even though it actually was. It took multiple visits, calls, and emails before they acknowledged having my vehicle, which caused unnecessary delays and loss of work hours. The staff gave inconsistent information, making an already stressful situation worse. I’ve requested the proper documents several times, but they still haven’t provided them. This lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable, and I would caution anyone dealing with this company to know their rights under California law.
terrible experience with Towing Service. towed my car from my own assigned and paid parking spot—in my indoor parking garage! which was clearly approved and registered by my apartment management, at 2AM. When I called to explain, they were extremely rude. I was forced to pay $410 to get my car back for a mistake that wasn’t mine. Denying liability, dodging all questions, classic scam acts. Completely unprofessional and unethical behavior. Who would tow someone at their private parking spot and be so condescending and righteous about themselves? You sleep well for how you profit? Unbelievable

My apartment has tree trimming going on and I had to park in the guest spot as recommended by the apartment. But they towed me and charged me a crazy amount. Highly unethical business
Shitty place with bunch of rude people. Car towed for no reason.
Incident Date: November 3rd, 2024 I had an extremely distressing experience I had after my vehicle was towed from the Safeway near Santa Clara University at around 10 PM. Upon discovering my car had been towed, I inquired with nearby individuals and was informed of the towing company’s name. I called the company, and the person on the phone provided me with the address to retrieve my vehicle. When I arrived at the location, the same individual rudely asked if I was the person who had hung up on him earlier. He proceeded to speak to me in a highly disrespectful and demeaning manner. My wallet, which was in my car, was needed for verification purposes. He allowed me access through a small pedestrian gate to retrieve my wallet and then demanded $530 to release the vehicle. This amount included a $135 storage fee, even though the vehicle had only been there for less than 30 minutes, and a $125 gate fee because I had arrived after normal business hours. When I pointed out that since I was already being charged for a full day of storage, I could simply return the next morning to avoid the additional $125 gate fee, he responded by threatening to call the police if I didn’t pay immediately. I asked him to go ahead and call the police. He then stated that even if I returned the following day, he would ensure I was charged the $125 fee because he had to open the small gate for me. He added that he was making a note in his system to justify this charge and implied that this was retaliation because I had allegedly hung up the phone on him earlier. Throughout this ordeal, the individual continued to insult me, mocking my accent and tone of voice. When I attempted to ask questions, he refused to answer and instead repeated, "How are you going to pay?" in an aggressive, endless loop. I have never experienced such blatant bias since moving to the United States, and this encounter left me deeply upset. It wasn’t just the unlawful charges that were infuriating; it was the highly biased and derogatory manner in which I was treated that caused the most emotional harm. Being manipulated and spoken to in such a demeaning way, especially when already in a vulnerable situation, is unacceptable. I strongly urge you to reconsider employing individuals who treat others in such an appalling manner. Being charged an excessive fee is already a source of frustration, but adding extremely biased behavior on top of that made this experience exponentially worse.
stole my car from my hotel, because I parked in front of a red line that didn’t even say No Parking, had yo pay 425$
Mi amiga dejo su vehiculo parqueado solo para ir hacer una entrega (menos de 5 min) y se lo llevaron porque si, es absurdo!! Y lo que hay que pagar
