Ben my tow truck driver was lovely! (How often do you hear that!) The service was fast, professional and friendly! They picked me up in 20 minutes and got me right to my personal mechanic even though he was a bit out of the way. I highly recommend this company for their quality service, speed and professionalism.
Gelmer and Alexander responded right away and even had to wait patiently as I was delayed in meeting them. They knew exactly where the closest dealer service location was located and carefully delivered my car and me in great time.

Amazing fast response. Pleasant to work with and had great communication throughout. Arrived faster than his estimated time and was kind enough to offer me a ride home too. As a female alone on the side of the road I felt very safe with him and this company. Would highly recommend if you ever get stuck in a bind. He even spent the time to create a specific receipt that I could provide to my insurance company for reimbursement and provided photos of my car delivered at the auto shop. Above and beyond!
Quick, friendly and professional service. First tow company that came had a bunch of excuses why they could not or was unable to do the tow after an hour+ waiting for them ( John’s towing -Hayward). Second tow company “ SFTOW” Mr. Samuel Franco Came in half the time and wasted no time . No excuses , just made sure I was the owner and next thing I knew my car was arriving at my house in 15min. Not to mention I didn’t even have to be there waiting . In a situation where things were starting to go from bad to worse, SFTOW & Mr. Samuel Franco turned it into the most positive tow experience I’ve had so far! Can’t thank you enough . Highly recommended!
Samuel was amazing. I got screwed over by Aaa, but Sam came to save the day. He was there within 10 to 20 mins after we called, and he was able to take the vehicle to a shop that night. If in need CALL THESE PEOPLE.
SF Tow is amazing!!! Last night my tire blew out on the Bay Bridge at 3:30am. I was able to make it to the offramp for Treasure Island but only got as far as under the bridge on the offramp. AAA was not able to get a truck to me in any reasonable amount of time, they were talking about having to wait until 6am! It was very uncomfortable being stranded under the bridge at the hour. Miraculously, SF Tow happened to take the same exit around 4:15am and saw me stranded. Even though I didn't have an order in with them they didn't hesitate to help me out of this jam. They got my spare on in no time at all and made sure my car was OK to drive before leaving. I was able to putter home to Oakland without have to leave my car under the bridge over night. SF Tow went above and beyond and I will always be grateful to them!
I needed a jump. AAA was taking hours that day, SF Tow guy happens to drive by, stops, gets me all fixed up in no time. I wasn’t his call, he could have just driven right on by me, but he bailed me out instead. I’m definitely just going to call them directly if I need car help in SF!

I needed a tow when my battery died. I called Martin with PNP Towing (They also own Toro Road Runners) arrived promptly and was very nice to work with. I immedietly felt taken care of! Very happy with this towing service!
The review concerns the phone customer service. Awful, disrespectful. I called for a jump start, they told me to wait about 20min for the car to come. After giving my credit card information, they say there’s a $50 cancellation fee (smart...). I call after 35min, the lady says she is checking and, oh coincidence, the driver just called at the same time. First lie, corroborated later. I say “oh, what a coincidence” and she smiles like saying “stupid customers, they believe our default answer all the time”. Finally The driver arrives after 1h5min, which I spent waiting under the rain. Luckily he was good and respectful, but he is a contractor. P&P Towing is just an intermediary, doesn’t care about the customer or the contractor. Avoid at any cost, or you’ll be lied.

Got into a minor accident, my headlight went completely out and it was dark so I had to have it towed to my house. They took good care of my car and got to the scene fast.
I called at 2:48 to schedule a tow, waited about an hour and a half and then called them. The lady put me on hold or 10 mins. I hung up and called back and I was on hold for another 10 mins. Not once did she come back on the line to tell me to continue to hold because she was waiting for a response back from dispatch. Now when I call, I get put on hold immediately. I am 0.8 miles away from this towing company. How is this business still operational? I would definitely recommend this company if you have plenty of time on your hands and you don’t mind poor communication.

I was stranded in the outer sunset with a dead battery in the inner sunset, and these guys were so quick to respond. Got my car up and running in less than 30 min. My service was in Feb 2024 - battery service was $75 cash, $125 card and it was a very fair price.
Cesar and Eric of C&S Towing deserve a 5-star rating! They were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and accomplished a very tricky and difficult job in a superb manner. Cesar arrived quickly with a wheel lift flatbed tow truck (that AAA recommended we request) to assess the situation, on a Sunday, with our XT6 Cadillac 2021 that had broken down, in San Francisco, in a small facility garage parked with many other cars, tall cement columns, and a steep driveway (with a narrow exit through a gate) beyond which the XT6 had to be towed between cars that were parked curbside on a busy street. Cesar checked the battery and did everything possible to try to diagnose the problem. He tried to locate the emergency gear pull underneath the gear shift, which was stuck in "Park" and needed to be released and placed in "Neutral" in order to tow the vehicle. Since the emergency gear pull seemed to be missing, and no one (including OnStar Service) could locate it, Cesar took the initiative to call for a different type of tow truck (driven by Eric) to remove the XT6 from the garage with the gear still stuck in "Park." When Eric arrived with the other tow truck, Cesar and Eric worked together, seamlessly, to attach the XT6 to Eric's tow in the garage amidst facility staff needing to exit and enter in their vehicles. Once the XT6 was connected to Eric's tow, Cesar and Eric carefully pushed it up the steep ramp, through the narrow exit, and attached it onto Cesar's tow, after which Cesar towed the XT6 to the Cadillac service dealer in Walnut Creek, placed the key in an envelope, and dropped it in the Dropbox since the service department was closed, took photos (and sent them to us) of the XT6 parked in the lot, and called to notify us that it had arrived safely. Cesar and Eric were simply the best, true Supermen, and we commend and thank them for their service! They are outstanding assets to AAA!
C&S Towing is the best people to call when need of service with your cars, they are fast, service with a smile, reliable, communication, timing, handle with care, if I can give them 10 stars here I will, the best of Bay Area. I will be using them for years to come when I’m in need of a service.
My service engineer was Cesar and yes I mean engineer. Cesar had a complete understanding of my Benz C300. I had locked my keys in the trunk the night before I was refused service by two tow companies saying it was impossible to get my keys from the trunk with out a computer that attaches to the fuse box or as I say a super secret decoder ring with a super secret code. All night an early this morning Benz was unable to locate a provider who had the computer/decoder ring to do the job. 2 tow companies cancelled this morning as well. All San Francisco Benz dealer service departments are closed Saturday so towing it to them was not going to work. I am on a trip here so obvi I don’t have the spare key. When C&S towing accepted the job thru text I called c&s to expound on the complication of the lock out. The dispatch therapist yes therapist because she listened activity, was sympathetic, kind, and went the extra mile instead just saying they didn’t have the decoder ring (I’m so sorry I don’t remember your name😕 I was fried). Cesar was sent out and there before my Uber dropped me off. He had enough experience to have 2 alternate solutions. The first was not successful but the second was. We retrieved the key and all was reset and I was on my way. I will close with this all previous service techs and Mercedes Benz said my car would be damaged and on lock down if the car was unlocked and the computer was not applied to open the trunk. Reversible damage but a computer reset necessary. Yes all the buttons locked down and it alarmed. Cesar did a standard unlock the door with the squeezy puffer and then used his two alternate techniques with the second being successful. There was no messing with the wires, fuses box, or anything that could cause damage. It was a successful passive technique. It took 10 min top. My story was longer than his soliton. He was knowledgeable, kind, smart, clearly light years smarter than those before him. There soliton would have cost me time and money of about 1k due to other solitons. I am not listing the alternate ways he knew because if you need a Benz C300’s keys removed from a trunk CALL C&S towing. No you won’t find it on google or YouTube. I looked all night and his passive easy methods were not there. Thank you so much Cesar, Saturday morning 5/27 dispatcher, and C&S towing you are rad!!! Peace, Rebecca

My car died in my bosses driveway, so very urgent need to get it out of the way. They quoted 45-60 minutes and took 2 hours. They couldn’t give eta updates by phone. They gave the driver a number I called from instead of the cell number I asked them to use. The “tech” got there with pants on the ground. Didn’t even know where my battery was and still tried to charge me $120, I do not recommend this company, horrible top to bottom.DO NOT USE

B&A Towing Came through to help with a flat tire after a Giants game. Very fast service, only waited 20 minutes at 10pm on a busy Saturday night, and good price too! Very thankful Erick was able to help me and my family get on our way home
I am very grateful for B & A's service. After my car was incapacitated, they came to give me a tow. Rather than simply towing, they checked under the hood and saw that the gearshift cable was disconnected. He was able to reconnect the cable and get the car running so I could bring it to a shop! Highly recommend!

solid guys, dispatch was great and respectful and got their guys to my car in literally 20 minutes i was shocked how fast they were. I had a medical appointment didnt have the exact address only i knew it was on post street by the UCSF medical canter the driver waited 15 min and i compensated for his time but he was kind of pissed lol (i would be too) in the past tows have taken over 3 hours so i did not think they would get to me in the speed of an uber lol. Erick was a little pressed i delayed him but a good sport about it. I paid extra since he waited and left a 25$ tip on top of the charge so he could grab some lunch and a drink. On the way in the sf i ruptured a power steering line on my BMW and they got me towed to the shop. I was on an incline on the initial breakdown so i couldn't see what was going on but it was just a 100$ line connected by two bolts.I could have fixed it by myself but was already at the shop lol so i paid to have the BMW shop throw it on and will be back yo grab my BEEM. Not sure what all the 1 star reviews are about most likely broke people with zero savings who have no money for the simplest of expenses living on credit cards and Mad that this company has to profit and make money to be in service. less than 200$ and they got me to the shop in less than an hr highly recommended! thanks B AND A!

They took care of me when I had a blowout on the side of 280...was in the middle of changing the tire myself when they pulled up, parked their trucks to make us all safe and secure, then swapped my spare for me and refused to take a tip for helping me. Needed my battery replaced. Someone came out replaced the battery it was simple. Changing from 5 star to 3 star because battery was replaced and turned out to be a bad battery. Had them come replace it and was given the run around because i took the car to the shop and was told it was a bad batttery. My mechanic was nice enough to give me a battery, but when i called for a replacement from Atlas the battery Tech gave me attitude. I know he was trying to help, but he wasn't listening.
I had a great experience with Marcelo, he came perfect timing to help me with my flat tire. He was very friendly and professional. I recommend Atlas towing for your emergency needs. 5 stars and up
Do not use this company!!They tried to rip me off! Please read. I had run out of gas the other day and my roadside insurance company contacted them to assist me with gas. Even though my insurance pays them for the gas to bring it to me, Atlas Towing called to tell me that I would be charged $10.95 PER GALLON! My insurance already covers three gallons, which means Atlas Towing would have ripped me off for $32.85. I reported them to my insurance company and they sent a more respectable towing company to assist me.
I got a flat tire by left over debris from a previous accident on the freeway. I called my roadsite assistance and they send me Atlas towing. They told me to wait 60min...but Juan (Towing driver) arrived sooner. Helped us right away changing our tire and getting us back on the road. He was very fast and professional. Thank you Juan
bad towing service， I request towing service at 1 am and they said they will come in 1 hour， however I wait them for at least 4 hours in mid-night with very cold weather on the street and still nobody comes， then I contacted them by calling and ask where they are， they said they are in san francisco. my car was stop moving in san francisco， and they tooks at least hours to come ， so stupid.

I called several company’s and out of all companies in San Francisco. Auto towing responded right away and sent out a driver within 20 minutes and unlocked my vehicle within one minute! Good pricing and timing.

While my girlfriend was shopping at Safeway off of Mission, a tow truck driver had hitched her car. She was able to be there in the nick of time to show the driver her receipt. The driver said, “my bad” and detached her car from the hitch. He claimed that he didn’t realize that she was shopping in Safeway. Upon the tow truck driver departing the lot, two witnesses approached my girlfriend to show her the extensive damages that the tow truck did to her trunk of her car. There was a massive hole left behind. The driver never mentioned that he had damaged the car. She called the tow truck company’s number posted in the signage in the Safeway parking lot. Another tow truck driver arrived. He gave us all of this shady information and told us to call so and so to get the car repaired. We did; they never returned our calls. This happened last month in the middle of a pandemic! We had to go through our insurance to get the vehicle repaired. This company cannot be trusted. They are taking advantage of people and illegally towing vehicles.
They were excellent!! My car was towed due to being in front on a driveway and the Man and Abigail helped me get my vehicle within 30 minutes. Okay hen I got to my car everything was there and they were very respectful, helped me in every way! It also wasn’t that much VERY REASONABLE and AFFORDABLE! I look forward to using their devices in the future for ANY auto tows or troubles. THANK YOU AUTO TOW !!
An Auto Towing driver hit a killed a 11-mo old puppy in our shared parking lot area and the driver didn't even stop! Owner hasn't called back to address. Dispatch has been very rude regarding the incident. Do not recommend.

My fees were supposed to be waived entirely due to my car being stolen and recovered by police but the guy running the seedy yard under the freeway first told us that we had to back out of the place because we were being seen on camera then upon asking for the paperwork so that we can collect the car and go he simply gave us a rediculous number saying that’s what is owed, he never gave us a copy or anything and didn’t allow us to grab anything out of the car, and to make matters worse our car looks as if it’s been tampered with there’s no emblem on the grill and the grill it’s self has been pushed in as is someone was in the middle of stripping it and wasn’t expecting to get caught. I was assured that the car was in perfect condition when it was towed and now parts are missing can someone explain what the hell kind of business is this

Warning this driver was very unsafe he hit a city truck and tried to drive off while removing a backhoe!!!! I called SFPD and they attempted to confirm what was suspected- a fake plate on on the flatbed portion of the truck. Also the driver seemed to be under the influence of narcotics or alcohol. Use caution if you got to deal with them
After sitting on side of the road in sf for almost 4 hours & calling AAA more times than I'd like to admit for them to send an actual tow truck. Rush hour about to be in full swing & I'm already late for work the tie truck was already 30 min past eta time and I get a call from Ubaldo I think was his name very nice man just called to tell me he was in route but traffic was bad I explained to him my situation about being late for work & he suggest I take a pic of myself holding my id next to my car and leaving the key so he can proceed once he arrived. I thought that was so awesome especially after being stuck there for so long once he got to my car he let me know that he found it and that it was in route to my mechanic in Santa Clara I would definitely recommend this company

When buisness is slow they illegally tow cars late night off residential parking and lie and say somebody called them. If your parked in your own complex and your not in any neighbors way, beware. Blue Water will tow late night claiming somone called.
They have a sign outside that says call or knock since their doors are always locked. So we knocked and some lady walked up to the door. Refused to talk to us. Only made a cellphone sign with her hands basically trying to tell us to call. So I called, they said someone would be at the door shortly. After 10 minutes I get a call back saying that the manager will be back in 10 minutes to do my vehicle release. They should change their sign since it's wrong. They should also have a better set up than making customers sta outside of their closed doors for 20+ minutes twirling your thumbs.
Horrible service. Girl on the phone didn’t want to speak with me, only my insurance provider. Tow truck driver drove right past me and kept going. No one communicated with me ahead of time or to try to locate me. Lazy and unprofessional towing company
Person name Gary that quoted me was rude and tried to get more money from me. I was going to try them because they were closer to the disabled car & recommend by AAA. Now I will never use or do business with them. I got a tow company that was cheaper and better customer service. I won't even contact them or recommend them. I don't understand why AAA uses them??

After 3 hours of being told different arrival times, the person I was talking with cancelled the service over an inability to do their job. I recommend looking for anyone else, these people will make you regret owning a car.
If You see those Tow Trucks stay away. One of them today almost run me over. I put my light to change lanes and this Tow truck driver stepped on the gas and don't let me move to my left lane. Very rude man He doesn't really care about safety it all. I will never recommend or use this Company.
These people and institution are the worst people ever they want to take more money we called them and asked the car they told no we don’t have because they want to make the time late to charge more hourly rate and couple mins later our building called them they open the call and told yes the car we have they are lying to charge more before 5pm the did not open the call and wait to make the time after 5 pm and charge $200 more thief people
These guys are trustworthy. You always hear horror stories about tow companies, either not showing up or overcharging. These guys helped me out when I was stranded on the side of the road. My transmission failed and it was dark and I was scared. I called for help and they were there within 20 minutes. They didn't overcharge me. The fee was reasonable and I was able to ride in the cab with the tow driver to the tow yard for a friend to come pick me up. The tow driver was kind and waited with me since it was dark out until my friend arrived which took nearly 30 minutes. These are reliable and caring drivers.
Today we were towed. I asked about the San Francisco discount for first time ever being towed as well as the EBT welfare discount. I was lied to until that they were privately owned. I’m definitely going to look into this.

Jose was great helped me so much wit my service saved me hours of time
My car had a radiator leak and needed to be towed from Oakland to San Francisco. A guy named Frank helped me out in no time and dropped my friends and I off where we needed which is pretty typical. But this man went above and beyond and didn't even charge me for the bridge toll. What a guy, if you are in need of towing, give Specialty towing a call, look for a man named Frank if you can! Excellent service!
