After calling numerous tow companies to come pick up my Antique antique van I purchased. I recently needed to have my car towed because it wasn't starting properly. It rides pretty low, so I did some research before booking a truck. Glad I did! Floyd was great and right on time. Very professional and took special care to make sure my car was loaded onto the flatbed properly. I'd definitely book him again and recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable tow in San Diego.

Locked keys in my truck per usual. I had called around at a few towing companies for service and many were charging 85-90 dollars! Came across Mission Valley towing and spoke to Floyd. He’s had the best rate of anybody that I had called and was very kind and easy to talk to over the phone. In a timely manner, he was able to come out to where my truck was, and was able to very quickly get my keys! The whole experience was easy and Floyd was very personable. He offered me several solutions as to accessories I could very easily buy for my truck in case Of future lockouts! I often lock the keys in my truck several times a year! If you need towing service, call Floyd! He’ll be very prompt and will kindly offer his services to get you out of any towing pickle that you might find yourself in.

Great service from this company. Wait time was none if at all. Very great on communication and the driver David was awesome and cheerful. You can't find service like that anymore.
A friend recommended this Towing Company . One of our box trucks started having engine trouble on the freeway around 2pm. We called Ledesmas spoke with Leo. He quoted over the phone $650.00. I asked him if they accepted credit cards. He replied via text “yes”. I gave them the green light to come tow the box truck. Their driver didn't show up until 5:20pm over 3 hours later. The driver seemed to have trouble hooking up our vehicle, he was messing with the driveshaft. He removed a couple of bolts saying he needed to loosen the driveshaft because he didn't have the keys. However, we had made it clear to Leo that The keys were in the lockbox. The truck didn't get to our shop which was less than 19 miles away for over an hour later arriving 7:30pm. Once the driver got to our shop Leo called and demanding payment. He was very rude. They added a hidden fee of 4% for the credit card. When we asked if they accepted credit cards they didn't mention a extra fee. When we questioned him he said either pay fee, or $650.00 cash or we will impound your truck. They basically bullied us to pay the fee. Worst experience ever. I asked Leo if that was they way he treated all his customers he said just pay and keep it moving...When we paid over the phone as soon as the card went through and was charged he said "ok your card went through split" and hung up. By fare the worst experience of customer service. Worst than the DMV!!
I want to start by sharing my review in regards to the towing company that assist me in having my car toad to my home I had a fantastic experience with this company. They arrived promptly, with no hidden fees—just a flat rate. The two young men, Kevin and Leo, were very experienced at what they were doing. I highly recommend them over any other towing companies, including Allstate, AAA, and others. The bonus was that they are brothers who work well together; they clearly know what they are doing. Everything was done it felt like under 15 minutes or less. Kevin and Leo were not only skilled but also very respectful and kind. I would recommend their services 10 out of 10. They were efficient and fast, yet very gentle while handling my car. Thank you again, Leo and Kevin! Keep up the good work.

Best rate in town! Jose was very responsive, pleasant, and helpful. He gave me an estimated time of arrival for a towing service and called me 25 minutes beforehand so that I had time to walk over to where my car had broken down. Highly recommend!

Very Reliable and Honest. I'd give him 10 stars if I could. He got to the crash location withing 15 minutes of calling. Way faster than all the other. And faster than he quoted me. My literally brand new 2023 Chevy Traverse had a catastrophic engine failure on the I-15 HOV lanes - with another person/student AND a service dog in an unsafe area. My OnStar towing package could not get us off the HOV, but CA state roadside did and got us to a safe location. OnStar dispatched this service, who arrived promptly, professionally and reached out every moment of the way. The nearest Chevy dealer was in Kearney Mesa, however, based on that this was a newly purchased vehicle, this company/driver agreed to take us all the way back to the selling dealership in Carlsbad (even with the 78 sinkhole closure) for continuity of service/purchase/care. I did not ride with the owner/driver, but he was clean, neat, professional, efficient, friendly. My partner rode with him, and he told me how much he appreciated the driver/owner’s professionalism and their shared USMC history. I am personally going to keep this company’s name in my telephone, and I’ll call him/them first if I am ever in a similar situation. Much gratitude.

The guy that works for this place by the name dominic is so rude and disrespectful and also the girls that work for the perris location are also rude and unhelpful. At the perris location they damaged severely my car and not only that they went through my car like if they were looking for something they completely trashed my inside car and even left someone else belongings inside my car,my car had also missing gas my mileage was not where I left it. Talked to one of the girls that work at the perris location and all I get as a response is a paper to take to the notary and pay the fees which that is no help for all the damages done to my car. I did contact my finance company and they will resolve this matter with this location of san Diego towing in perris .Will not ever recommended this place and if someone has there car at this location make sure you check it really good when being picked up .

I used Angelo's Towing service through my AAA membership. I called due to engine issues with my car and needing a tow to a mechanic. The driver Mark Anthony, arrived before my quoted time, and was the most helpful tow driver I've ever had. He tried to help me everyway he could and was extremely kind. He provided excellent customer service going above and beyond, and even recommended a mechanic (ATG Auto Repair) for faster service, since the one I was going to wouldn't be able to help me for a week. I would 1000% recommend this company to anyone needing help with a tow, and you would be so lucky to have Mark Anthony as your driver. He really made an otherwise bad experience with car trouble a good one.

Quick, easy, and knowledgeable service provided! I called for a tow and Armando came out to see if we could get the car jumped. 15 minutes later (on a busy saturday morning I might add) he was there and got the car started. Also gave a good advice about steps I could take to get the issue fixed. Highly recommend them. Thank you so much for the help!
I would rather pull my car across town with my teeth than ever even call this pathetic excuse for a company ever again. Horrible communication, horrible customer service, doesn’t answer the phone while he is in the office the entire time. The guy who is in charge of the place set an appointment and just didn’t show up when I asked why he cancelled he said he got another opportunity to make more money. Rescheduled again and then cancelled that second appointment. I called a different place and they had me hooked up in 15 min for literally half the price.

City Wide Towing charges fees that are not explained on their fee chart. They state that there is a 50 dollar fee that is per day and when the car was not there even an hour they said that it actually starts after an hour. After explaining this to the manager, they declined to change it. They need to have better documentation and accept when they are wrong. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
I called everywhere looking for a tow company that would jump start a company vehicle that I was stranded in today. Since I didn't have a company credit card with me and very little cash on hand, most places wouldn't work with me. When I called Citywide towing, they were very compassionate and sent out a driver to start the vehicle within 20 minutes and gave me a discount. I will be adding this company as our new emergency services towing company. Thanks again City Wide !

Called to find out about towing and was told that he did not want to talk to me. Then he tells me to call in the morning and talk to somebody else. I was calling to try to set up an account with them for watching our lot. Looks like i'm gonna do business elsewhere what a joke.

Flat tire, raining, night time. Called A&D and they came within 20 minutes. MJ helped change to my spare tire which was flat and put air in it. Reasonable price, I would use their service again.
I chose them because they are literally 0 miles away from me. I called them the day before to make sure I would be on time for the appointment that I had at a very busy mechanic shop. I called them 3 times at the towing day. Every time when I caled someone else answered the phone and said they called the driver and he is gonna be at my location 20min, 10min, 5min and I'm here in the car waiting almost 2 hours still no one showed up. I think they are having fun. Missed my appointment now I have to wait another week to get my car fixed. Don't use them look else where.

We got so lucky with these guys! Our towe truck arrived within 10 minutes, and gave us a lift over to the car dealership! (Where our car was being towed) I was so surprised with how cheap the service was! $110 for a little over 5 miles! Man I wish I had that deal when I had my car towed (with a different company) last month. I paid $200 for 3 miles! Needless to say, we really appreciate these guys and highly recommend them!

My driver was awesome! he was very nice, professional, and tried to troubleshoot before towing... was one of the best tow truck drivers I have had.
Towing Fighters SD saved my day. I was stranded on the freeway near downtown San Diego, and they responded promptly. The dispatcher was calm and helpful, and the tow truck operator was professional and friendly. They even recommended a reliable nearby mechanic. Excellent local service with a real customer-first attitude.

It said 45 minutes and made me cancel after 3 hours and with cancellation fees. It seems it is their strategy to get money through cancellation fees without doing anything. Never use their services. -response to the response from tow company below. It is entirely false that my car got towed by your towing company. I had to reschedule with another towing company called Pacific AuTow and they towed my car in 45 mins. Please fix your records. I was literally there for 3 hours.

Last night I was stranded and Yashar Rad picked me up right away. Yashar had a flat bed, which I needed because of four wheel drive. Yashar then gave me a ride to the gas station to make sure it wasn't a fuel issue. After dropping me off he even showed me what to look for. Long story short, my truck is running and no mechanic was needed. If you have AAA ask for Rancho Bernardo Towing.
Damaged my car then try to say they did not do it, Now have to fight with AAA, Do not recommend at all.
I was driving on the 15-S when my driver’s side window suddenly shattered. I frantically pulled over at the next exit and called AAA who put me in touch with Ahmad from Rancho Bernardo Towing. My car was still drivable, but I had no idea what to do since I had glass all over me and in the car (& I was freaking out). Ahmad came and his calm demeanor really helped calm me down. He got on his gloves and literally cleaned out every bit of broken glass on my side of the vehicle so that I was able to drive myself home. I am so grateful for him! Calling a tow truck means you’re never in a good position, but Rancho Bernardo Towing will put you at ease and help take care of you.

Horrible costumer service. When I asked where to get my car they told me Miramar, once I got there they told me Poway. When I asked why he said Miramar when I asked for his location, even after getting lost and calling to ask if it was the correct address, he said that I asked for the location not where the car was, very sarcastic, just to make my drive longer so they can make more $$. My son's car was towed while I was switching cars, he parks behind mine, I have to pull aside to take my car out of the garage. Same rutine every morning. I ran inside quick, by the time I came out, the car was gone! When I see it on the camera, the driver running fast and taking his car as fast as possible. Must be nice to rip people off like that. The video shows the driver waiting and running in and out before I could catch them, knowing I had just pulled out. WOW! Don't use this company! My neighbor said that they tried to take his car while he was loading tools to his truck to go to work! Fast and easy way for them to make $.
Was doing night work at a location and left my car for 20 minutes outside and came back and car was gone. Towed for a quick buck because they could. Ruined my Christmas and took 431 worth of money I was going to use for Christmas presents for my kids heartlessly because I had to drive to a location and work. I was just out doing work. I came and respectfully explained the situation, but only had their focus on the money.They have no human compassion to read a situation and no regard for the public. Stay away from these horrible people. Please spend your money on people who are actually worth working with. Also I've heard their drivers damage vehicles when they tow. Definitely seeking legal action .
On December 13, 2019 about 1:30 am on my back from San Juan Capistrano to home town San Diego on the 805 freeway, there was a ladder on my line unable to prevent it, my front tire clipped the ladder cause it a flat tire and I be able to manage to pull to shoulder to call for help. My vehicle equipped with Onstar to help they ( OnStar) be able to contact roadside assistance. They got hold off Loyal Towing Service estimates about one hour to get tow truck to stop by. Thirty minutes passed by called dispatcher (Loyal Tow service) on it way. Another thirty minutes passed they didn’t show up. Called Onstar the get hold off another Tow service ( Roadway Towing) and they did the same as the first tow service. I have to use my insurance they be able to get Pacific Autow Center. After they get call, the tow truck driver Juan ( Romeo ) send me a text message on his way after 15 minutes he was there to change my tire. Thank You Pacific Autow Center and Romeo. I will recommend Pacific Autow Center to all my friends and family also where I work.
Contacted AAA for assistance and Paola from Pacific Autow Center showed up in a short amount of time. He was very professional and friendly and charged my dead battery, checked my car’s alternator, and even checked my tires. He did not attempt to hard sell me a new battery and instead suggested that I have my regular mechanic check my battery. I appreciated his honesty and work ethics.
The most affordable towing company in San Diego by comparison..I am from Georgia and needed a tow , the service was safe and quick.. and the driver conversations on the way to the car shop made me feel like I knew him for years , Thank You Pacific Autow Center.. Has to be the worst tow company in history were dispatched on AAA call made a lie about AAA refusing it even though AAA was on the phone saying they would not refuse a call. The dispatcher literally said he was he’s refusing it as a AAA call so that he could get an additional $350 and storage fee from our insurance.
Everyone I spoke with was helpful, and easy to work with. They did everything efficiently and I would absolutely call them again for towing and battery service
I cannot say how incredible this service was! My wife and I had half of our lug nuts snap off while driving homenand prepared for what we thought would be a ling wait dor AAA. WIND N SEA TOWING Arrived ahead of schedule, took extra precautions with helping ensure our vehicle was loaded safely, provided more insight into explaining exactly what happened and was all around friendly and patient during what was already a trying day. 5 stars! Terrible experience, they recognize the phone and after one call they don't answer again. So this way seems to be a company desperate for money, so they make everything difficult to get your car and if they could get a bigger bill for you, for sure they will do everything to make it happen.

No one enjoys getting their car towed, that does not reflect customer service and the business’ professionalism. My car was towed in the middle of the night, I called star tow to confirm it was with them, and the gentleman I spoke with was super helpful and empathetic to my situation. There are reviews here about “scamming” and that was not my experience. He was transparent about the decrease in cost for a different time period that obviously would not positively affect the business to disclose that information. I followed up in the morning to get my car with some issues I was concerned about and the lady I spoke with on the phone was also super helpful and empathetic to my situation. I can only imagine the level of displaced frustration they receive in volumes. Especially for a family owned business, I wanted to make sure they received the positive recognition from my exceptional experience.
TOTAL SCAM - no one answers the phone, when questioned why vehicle was towed, no reason or evidence provided other than someone called us to tow. WHO? They can't say. Holds you hostage, won't listen, just keeps reciting not my job pay $470 to get your car back. I don't get how this is legal? Someone can just call to get your car towed without Police intervention? So I can call to get any random car towed, and they they tow without asking questions? There needs to be more oversight here as many others have mentioned scam in the works.
Wish I could leave 0 stars. They unlawfully towed a vehicle that was on private property where a handful of either vehicles were parked as well. Eventually followed up with the owner of the vehicle about what was happening since I frequent the area and see them from time to time along with their neighbors who always park in the same spot without any previous issues. Was told that this towing company's female receptionist was rude when the owner while retrieving their car. Definitely going to be keeping am eye for these guys
It's honestly a scam. If you collect your car after closing, it costs an extra hundred or so dollars. But you can also retrieve your car right then, so they're not closed, because they open the gate. They also towed another car in after their "closing hours", so clearly it doesn't mean much. Chances are, if you're looking at them, it's not because you want a good tow company, it's because you got scammed.
Dealt with this firm following an auction. Extremely professional. All staff members we saw that day went above and beyond to accommodate us. Totally unexpected in that line of business. Bought a large SUV for 10% of its value. Changed 4 tires, put new battery in, got an oil change and drove it home in comfort for over 6 hours. Will absolutely come back.

Driver threw his fast food trash out the window on the highway
Try to avoid this towing company at all cause!!! My car was unfortunately in an accident and sdpd had ot towed here and horrible customer service try to avoid helping you getting car out of there so they can continue to pocket money. I tried talking to a manager and they also give you the run around so again horrible customer service and try to keep your vehicle hostaged

Awesome Service our motorhome transmission went out while in Cali on vacation from Colorado Springs, CO and AAA had them come tow us at 11:00 pM and Very Professional and knew what he was doing and knew where it needed to be!

Great customer service and totally raising the car in quality.
Worst company I have ever dealt with! They do not call their customers if there is going to be a delay. I waited for an hour and a half for the tow. Every time I called they gave me false estimates. There is no supervisor on site and their communication is terrible. I was bounced around to three different people. Not the type of situation I want when stuck at a dealership with no working car. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The sad part is that they were recommended by AAA. Do not use this company, waste of time and communication! I would have given them 5 negative stars if it allowed me!

This company is amazing. My husband and I are in shock as we have never had such a pleasant experience with a tow company before. Not only did they arrive quickly, but the lady who took my call was super friendly AND the tow truck driver, Christian, was super friendly, accommodating, professional, and all smiles. Great job guys!
First of all, they do police impounds, so many of this reviews are going to be bad. So, to those people stop breaking the law and your car won't be towed. Other than that I had a good experience with them, me and my family got home safely after our accident. They took is out of the dangers of the freeway l, and actually while the driver was hooking up our car a car on the freeway almost hit him. He was scared, all he said is that he was glad nothing happend cuz his daughter was waiting for him at home.
Fraudulent, incompetent and misleading. Specifically told the person in charge that we needed to jumpstart a semi truck and that they needed to bring equipment for that. Said that that they could do it but that they charged $175 up front. I agree. Driver shows up late, DIDNT BRING THE EQUIPMENT so he’s unable to jumpstart the truck. They say that they are sorry and that they would do a refund after wasting almost 2 hours of my day. When I asked for a receipt of the refund they tell me that they will only refund $80 despite admitting that they did forget to bring the equipment. Effectively stealing $95 for a service that they didn’t do because their tow driver “did come to us” It’s like a mechanic who forgets his wrench and tells you you still need to pay him for wasting your time. Again, fraudulent, incompetent and misleading.
Cortes towing stole my vehicle once i refused to sell the car to them. There driver who is my neighbor asked to buy my vehicle when he was told not for sale he reported the car abandoned to CVPD who ticketed my vehicle. Cortes towing then picked up my vehicle charging $278 just to hook my vehicle claiming it took 1 and half hour's to do so. Don't trust Cortes towing they are thieves.
My car got towed by this company accidently. Accidents happen, but when I called Cortes to explain that I believed that my car was towed by accident the person on the phone would not listen to what I had to say and insisted that they did not tow my car and that it could not happen. There are many more details to this story but I don't think everyone wants to read a book. Bottom line is I called Cortez several times and finally got the answer that they did tow my car accidentally. I left a message with the company to speak with a manager and the manager never called me back. I hope this message get's out to everyone and that no one uses this company. Extremely unprofessional and can't even bother to call me back to apologize and hear what happened.

I want to say a big thank you to ASAP towing. I was procrastinating and waited too long to fill up my gas tank. I thought I had a little bit more miles but apparently my car didn’t agree with me. It was 11 o’clock at night and they came out within 30 minutes. I didn’t even have to pay for the gas. The gentleman that helped me was very professional and kind. They gave me exactly what I needed and I have nothing negative to say. Thank you so much for all your help.
Reckless driver from ASAP Towing had his high beams on for miles and almost ran me off the highway. He also abused the HOV lane on 15 North. Avoid these lunatics
Yesterday my motorcycle got towed, when I confronted the driver before he left he demanded a $500 drop fee. I have NEVER heard of someone charging a drop fee so large. But after pleading with the diver he told me pay the fee in cash or Venmo, or pay the tow and storage fees on my bike later. I opted to pay the drop fee and venmo'd the money as instructed. Today I just found out it's against the law to charge drop fees in California. These people are crooks and thieves and are willing to steal and lie to people to make a quick buck. I have never encountered such a dishonest company before and hope to never encounter them again.
Daughter needed a tire change. Tech changed tire and the threads on one of the studs got cross threaded. Of course the Tech said it was previously damaged. Tire shop Tech said they wouldn't change the tire because the stud would snap if they tried. Sure enough it snapped but ASAP took no responsibility for it and wouldn't help on bit. Seriously how hard is it to change a tire without damaging the car? Very disappointed with this company.
I’ll never forget when this company towed my AWD golf R on 2 wheels and completely fried the gear box. They lied and told me they used Dollys to tow it but I had it all on dashcam of them towing my car on 2 wheels while smoke came from the rear end. Insurance covered their negligence luckily but the tow company was completely unprofessional and pulled out every lie to try and get out of it
