Angelo was straight forward and gave safe and friendly experience with us needing the truck to get towed. No headaches and nothing but good ole towing service. God Bless Us All. Thank you!!!
Allied towing saved the day! AAA was glitching because they first sent a tow truck that could only hold two people and I told AAA that there were three of us including a car seat. I got a call from Elaine at Allied saying her driver would be there in 30 minutes. Zach got there even earlier and he was professional and super pleasant. It was so hot outside and inside the tow truck he had the AC blasting, thank goodness. It was super roomy and comfortable in the cab. Zach towed us all the way back home next to LAX and was super friendly the whole time. Allied, Elaine, and Zach made a horrible situation pleasant and my family and I are incredibly grateful. I couldn’t recommend them higher.
Wonderful experience with this towing company. The gentleman cam berry did a wonderful job. Get to me off the highway very quickly and safely. Fun guy to talk to will definitely call this facility again if I need help
We had a tire blowout on the worst place it could ever happen… On the 15 freeway headed towards Vegas. As you can imagine, we were miserable. Gus from Allied was a joyful surprise! He got the car up on the tow truck in a minute and a half! He was joyful, very encouraging and made us feel extremely happy that our AAA people connected us with not just anyone but allied and Gus.… Especially Gus. We are on our way to Vegas as I speak and we owe it all to Gus. Thanks Gus & Allied. You were Exactly what we needed!! ❤️
I am a senior citizen and I needed my special vehicle picked up and dropped off at a repair facility. I totally relied on this vehicle. Allied towing is a life saver. The owner, dispatcher and rig driver went way beyond what they needed to do to help me. Very fast service also. I highly recommend them.

Rex towing was amazing! I was stuck on the freeway with my family. Franco with Rex towing came within twenty minutes of calling and we were on the ramp and on our way quickly back home. Totally recommend their service. It was super reasonable too!
Wonderful service, friendly staff, reasonable prices. They went all the way to Arizona to pick up my car for me! Recommend them 100%.
100% best towing experience. Helped me out twice in a week and got my company trucks safely back to my facility. Dennis and Franco. Fast, efficient and professional. Solid company.

I highly recommend Rex Towing, very friendly, professional and affordable!! Will be using them for future services. My tow driver Dennis was very helpful! Thank you Franco and his team!

Fast reliable service. Great customer service and helped in a tight budget. Hopefully don’t ever plan on needing another tow but if it happens I’m using this one again.
Towed my truck in a fast and timely manner. Extremely helpful, he definitely makes sure the customer is satisfied. Would recommend 100% based on my experience.
I can’t recommend Romero’s Towing enough! Ceaser went above and beyond moving my heavy tool box from one shop to another. He handled everything with total professionalism and care, and the whole process was flawless from start to finish. It’s not easy trusting someone with something so valuable, but Ceaser treated it like it was his own and made sure everything arrived safely. If you need a reliable, honest, and skilled towing service, Romero’s Towing is the one to call.
Shout out to Cesar for the great service I had to get a tow from Redlands to Twentynine Palms. He was very professional and very on it. Thank you so much for your service.
Needed some help unlocking my vehicle, found Cesar & he was able to help me quickly and for a very reasonable price. Don’t hesitate to give him a call, great customer service & one of the last few who aren’t in it just to make a buck. Thanks Again.

I have dealt with a couple tow companies and this place has been the best by far. Behroon was such a cool guy and provided a very fast and pleasant experience. The price was good and he got to my car ASAP! Funny guy if you talk to him but I recommend this company over the others if you need a tow and are in the I.E.
behroon was the nicest truck driver i’ve ever met and gave me good advice and also is very fair
One of the dopiest tows I ever had .. he was very professional and on time . Made me and my wife feel safe in our time of uncertainty. I want to say thank you for coming and saving us on the side of the road . Best tow in town !!!
Had a great experience with Route 66 Towing! My car broke down late at night, and they arrived quickly. The driver was friendly, professional, and handled everything with care. Fair pricing and excellent service, I highly recommend!
Behroon was GREAT! I kept getting blown off by All Star Towing Transport who said they’d be 90 minutes then 2 hours then 15 minutes. Route 66 got to me when they said they would then I got great advice and regaled me with stories, and really good car tips because Behroon used to run his own body shop. Will call again (but not through Yelp which dings them each time you call through that app, sheesh) but yeah keeping that number handy…

I highly appreciate the accuracy and professionalism from you guys. Rob was on time & excellent & mindful of my car as to not to damage it. Definitely not the typical tow truck service I've received in the past! Thanks again!
I've used Roy & Dot's Towing twice within the last week and both times they've been excellent. They were dispatched to my house today with a 30 min ETA and arrived right on time. Towed my car to the mechanic and allowed me to get on with the rest of my day. Quick service and great staff make Roy & Dot's Towing my go to from here on out if I need a local tow. Thanks again Roy & Dot's!
Rudy was amazing, great customer service he’d the best road side service ever.
Had an unfortunate vehicle shut off in the middle of the road. Used my insurance to request a tow and they linked me with Roy & Dot’s Towing. Firstly I have to say their dispatch super fast on the phone call to verify details and that I was good to go. Awesome customer service right there of the bat! They didn’t take that long to get to after being dispatched since there was a mishap with the map marker. The driver also right off the bat super kind and down to earth. He greeted my father and I and asked what happened and instead of just saying okay I’ll hook you up right now and tow you. He’s like hold on let me check something and he had a jump starter to check the alternator. The booster allowed the vehicle to start and he did some tests make sure everything was looking okay the dash and gears changed okay. Then he went over to check the engine area and even looked at the oil. Just to help provide any additional information on why the vehicle just abruptly stopped in traffic. I have to say hands down amazing amazing driver! If you see this thank you once again and you are a life saver and your advice I’ll take with me from here on. Thank you and thank you to Roy & Dot’s Towing y'all are amazing and awesome drivers who are nice, down to earth, knowledgeable and so helpful! All the best!
Great job!!! Driver Harry was prompt got to me at the stated time and was courteous by offering me to stop at a convenience store to purchase beverages and snacks after hooking on to the truck. The ride from the breakdown to the designated drop off was pleasant and lively with great conversation. Hands down best tow experience! Arriba PR Harry!!!

Amazing customer service, helpful and flexible always trying to find you the best price absolutely loved the service! :)
My car needed to be towed from a parking garage late at night. Called AAA at 10:40pm they said someone would be there in an hour. No one showed called and they said no one is picking up the service. Waited 4 hours then decided to call around for a tow. Everyone wasn’t answering or had extremely high prices because it was 2am. They took the call and showed up within 30 minutes! Affordable price and very quick! Definitely recommend if you’re stuck and in need of a tow!
Great service, would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Really friendly and fast service I’ve ever received!
Very Good Service!! Chris was amazing he got the job done. Highly recommend and the pricing is reasonable 🙂.
Called in, 8 minutes later he was here. Was very instructive and was patient when taking the car off. Highly recommend and will use again 😁👍

While driving down the 15 on the Cajon pass my transmission went out. Within minutes of pulling over Behroon from Route 66 towing stopped to see if I was ok. He waited with for over 45 minutes until my husband got there. Thank you so much for your concern and assistance.
Very great experience no hassle and very respectful and the price was better than expected thankfully would definitely recommend
Swift service with an accurate ETA. Purely professional and Beirut knew the trade. Got home safe and with no worries, very grateful and will call again when the necessity arises. Route 66 Towing gets down

My son was stranded an hour from home and 2 1/2 hours away from visiting me at 430pm friday night forth of july weekend with a flat tire, no spare insurance company said they would be there in an hour to tow him to a tire shop that would close at 6pm.. omg these people where there in about 10 mins , Amy was super nice , the driver was prompt , the day was saved by Nick and Sons towing and my son is due here in 10 mins... thank you Amy , Nick when you hired Amy you got blessed ! Thank you so bery much
Customer service was great! They were very helpful with my situation! They driver was very polite and friendly and helpful!! Definitely keeping their number saved along with with their business card saved just incase I have another issue. Thank you!
I went through my insurance. Nick’s technition showed up before the eta. In five minutes I was in my car again. Great service. Thank You.
Great and fast service and Amy jonathan was very sweet helpful and fast! It took no mo ore than 20 mins for everything my tired was messed up bad and Johnnie came thru and got my tired swapped out quickly! Will mlm ost definitely be using them for future services!!!!
Very great service I had been waiting for about 3hrs to finally get towed...not their fault what so ever...my roadside with my car warranty, had scheduled a towing, the towing provider canceled on me,after given a ETA of 90 minutes... I was then assigned a new towing with an ETA of 120 minutes... I called back hoping to get something sooner as I had already been waiting for 2 hours... lastly they had “nick and sons towing” come to my rescue and all though I was given an ETA,of 90 minutes, they tried their best to get to me sooner, lastly they should have been here @ 2:45pm according to the ETA,and managed to arrive at 2:10pm... Luis was very friendly and helpful. I had about a 26 mile drive back to the dealership, and the traffic was heavy, but Luis made the stressful experience not so bad... great service and customer service,I hope I don’t ever have to call them again, but if needed they have my service...

I’ve used triple A since 2021 so every time I need road side assistance chinos towing got me. They don’t ask me quest I don’t understand and just get the job done! They’re timely and respectful.
Chino's Towing is an approved AAA service provider and towed my car this morning to a mechanic for repair. The tow truck operator Anthony Leonard was extremely polite and professional. I had a pickup appointment at 815am, and he was there exactly on time. Anthony has a great attitude, which is appreciated. I definitely recommend Anthony Leonard and Chino's Towing, who, in my experience is are polite, professional, and punctual!
Stuck in the rain today Called AAA and they dispatched Chinos Towing , I googled them and called in direct to get an ETA Guillermo was real helpfull and even goth the driver out sooner than what the App was telling me.
I want to say thank you Enrique for getting me and my car home safe. You did a wonderful job and great service fast and friendly.
FAST AND RELIABLE! Thats all you need to know,100% 5 star service. Professional and knowledgeable. AAA called them in the middle of the night and they got here as fast as they could. And for the record I know how to change a tire but my Jack was missing -_-

I had a great experience with this company. The phone operator was very courteous and helpful. The driver went above and beyond to get my vehicle moved and loaded onto the truck. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to everyone...
I recently had the pleasure of using the services of City Towing, and I must say that my experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I called their hotline to the time they resolved my car issue which was a jumpstart. I was met with professionalism, efficiency, and outstanding customer service. Shout out to the 2 big samoans that came and helped me start my ford raptor. They came in clutch for being 24/7.
I had a great experience at City Towing. I regularly purchase vehicles at their auction and consistently get a great deal! Every time I use them for their towing service I get the most polite drivers that get to me within 15 to 20 minutes, super fair pricing and the owner and management is a great team.
Worst customer service they act like children hang up on you and forward your calls when asking a question
Phone dispatch stated the driver would contact me. Never did. Dispatcher said 30 mins. Two hours later no show and still no contact. Attempted to call the services again. Went straight to voicemail each and every time. Unacceptable...

Awesome service! The owner was reliable, prompt, accomodating and provided excellent communication. Highly knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Ventura's Towing & Transportation!
Amazing !
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! This company is an absolute joke. My sister got in an accident and they were assigned to come tow the vehicle by our roadside assistance. They were supposed to be there in 25 mins so after 40 mins of sitting on the side of the 91 had passed she called for an update and they said she was next after a tow they were completing. Fast forward to 2 hours later sitting on the side of the freeway, we call roadside again and ask them what is the deal. They proceed to tell us the company canceled without notifying them or us. If you get assigned to or are even considering this place, definitely do not rely on them for anything short of a giant headache and waste of time.
Great service, very friendly and quick. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone looking for tow truck.

I was pretty much stuck on the side of the freeway for HOURS! trying to find someone to come tow my Freightliner to the nearest dealership. And this company was the only company who didn’t give me an outrageous price and actually came in a reasonable time!
This company randomly roll around the IE looking for truck drivers trying to sleep. Once they hook up your truck with you in it they charge $1500 to drop it. Scam alert. Do not use their services.
This people know what they are doing & show up any time you need them I’m grateful for the & they give you great customer service..

Their customer service is absolutely terrible! I called and asked them to help me with one of my Trucks. Long story short they wouldn't take payment over the phone. When I mentioned to the lady that my driver didn't have a credit card she said "well that's too bad, I can't help you" and literally hung up with out giving me other options. I could've met the driver and taken care of payment but that lady obviously doesn't care. She probably wanted to get back to her Netflix show or something! Feel free to call if you like horrible experiences.
I don't see how armada has a AAA contract. By far the worst, most unprofessional, incompetent towing company I've ever delta with. They didn't make the time frame any of the 3 times they were out for the same problem. The first 2 times the driver said the 185 dollar AAA battery was good. So after paying the garage to tell me that indeed the battery is definitely bad they were sent out for the 3rd time and finially agreed that it was bad. They were unable to find it in the system so instead of giving me the 5 minutes it took to deal with it they left and made me wait once again. Even though the driver just left 5 minutes earlier I was given and eta that was 40 minutes later which they were once again late for. I would not recommend them to an enemy and if AAA awards them a contract in the future I will not renew with them and make sure everybody I know is aware of my story and knows there are other companies out there that offer the same service..
Good customer service. Driver Ortega was the best he knew exactly how to handle our situation. If we were able to rate the employees he would get a 10 from us. ORTEGA KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
I decided to have a genius moment and locked my keys in my car. Armada towing employee Kenny showed up very quickly, treated me with respect and took extreme care in not damaging my vehicle as he opened it up for me. Thanks again Kenny! It was a pleasure meeting you!
They are the best ever. Over the years the they have rescued me numerous times and places. Once I gave them the wrong address and still they found me. I told AAA they are only ones I want. So polite and professional. Many thanks.

We arrived to a strip mall to shop. Pepe's Tow Truck driver was standing outside one of the businesses helping one of the employees threaten customers. He had his truck on and ready to tow anyone that exited their vehicle. So unprofessional. Laughing at people . He was doing anything the young lady told him to do. DON'T USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. I was parking legally. I've reported them to BBB.
I didn't expect an inland city with nothing to show for it being capable of charging nearly double for an extraction, compared to a beach city where they have people and things worth losing. Extortionists and honest jokes of service providers. Purposefully towed to a yard almost 20 miles from the pickup site that "requires" an extra $250 weekend services fees on top of adding ~$80 or more per day as of the exact second they pass the gate. Multiple items were also stolen out of my vehicle amounting to over $200 in losses on top of the pathetic excuse of business practices.
I called in the morning for a tow and dispatch said 1-2 hours I waited after two hours had past waited a little longer so I called and dispatch said sorry we won’t be able to get to you so I asked why didn’t you call me you had my number she said we got busy . I asked for a manager and when he came to the phone no hi hello how can I help you he straight out said we can’t help you I can refer you to someone else so I asked him the same question why didn’t any one call to let me know he said he didn’t know and nothing else . Terrible terrible terrible service
Towing company is a scam artist there was people parked often on all day where I parked and they even have my truck up in the air when I asked him to release it he said he would charge me $143 just to just to release my truck. I told him people are parked here all day they didn’t care to less I do not recommend this company to anybody place is a scam artist. I repeat, do not use this business. They are a joke.
Although the police did a number on my vehicle the employees at the tow yard had excellent service the lady in the office and the man that escorted me to my vehicle We're very professional and considerate and I really appreciated their courtesy

This place sucks. The only business they probably get is from the poloce department. My car was impounded and had a 30 day hold on it. After speaking to the police station, they said it wasn't a 30 day hold. I called in to ask what the fees were the lasy I spoke with had an attitude. "YOU GUYS JUST CALLED ABOUT THIS ITS A 30 DAY HOLD." I said, "No it's not, I will get the release today. How much are my fees? She said, "286, get here before 5pm if you get here at 5:10 its another day." I arrived at 4:32pm. Chelsea some young girl who hated her job (I dont even know why she works there) was like can I help you? With a straight face, an attitude and raised eyebrow, I said om here to pick up my car. She handed me the clipboard and asked me to sign. I said "Wait, im not signing this until I see the condition of my car." (The paper I was to sign was in relation to that.) She acted as if I was the only customer who wanted to make sure there are no damages before signing. I got my car and from my backpack, it was missing $200 worth of things. They charged me extra despite the signs and speaking the the lady in the morning. I asked, "What's the extra charge for?" She said cleaning. I said "what cleaning?" Do you have a breakdown of these fees?" She said "Sign and I'll show it to you." I NEVER GOT A BREAKDOWN OF WHY I WAS CHARGED EXTRA. I asked to talk to a manager she said no one was there i asked if she can get one on the phone she said No. Then an old lady like in her 60s or 70s was sitting in an older van outside and they were like she's the one you spoke to. I said I just asked if they were here you said no since I failed to get her name. She said you don't have to sign if you don't want to. I said fine om not they wouldnt release my keys so I signed and wrote alll over ny receipt that I do not agree to any of these charges. Come to find out, the charged me extra because they said our driver took extra on this trip.. uhhhhh so what does that have to do with me??????? He could have went to lunch, hung out to get paid more nothing was noted. I looked at the time he arrived it was 5:19pm the time he returned was at 6:16pm. It was less than an hour and car was 9 miles away. This place is trash
Very scummy company. I was in a car accident and the police had my car towed to this tow yard. We had called previously to ask if the car was drivable if we would be able to drive the car off the lot and the woman who answered the phone said she didn’t care. When we got there it was a different story. One of the men there did not give me my keys and just said the car would not be drivable after I had asked for my car keys multiple times. Instead use DAVIDSONS towing who helped us tow the car back to my house for a reasonable price. My car was also able to drive so they completely lied about my car not being able to drive. The people at Hayes also rifled through my car when they went to grab my registration which was noticeable by how dirty they left my seats. Terrible customer service and terrible company.
Someone hit my car on the 215S and the police called this company to tow it to clear the road, I was told they had to tow it even though it was drive able. When we get to the tow yard I'm told I have to pay $440 +$50+$100 in fees when the car was there less than two hours. Crooks!!! They had no compassion or care that the car was only there a few hours, I don't have $590 just laying around, disgusting business practices...
Called at midnight because I needed a tow, no other tow companies answered the phone and neither did my insurance. A lady answered and asked if my insurance was going to pay for it, I said yes. She said “we dont do that” and just hung up on me. Didn’t even try to help me
The lady couldn't get more rude. I think they have her in the front office on purpose. See, some people dont get their car towed on purpose. Some peoples car gets stolen...so dealing with a bad attitude makes the situation harder. I got my car stolen, when they called me to tell me they found it and I could pick it up, i was in walnut getting my tire replaced at 2am because it fell apart. So i couldnt make it on time and it ended up in this place. So annoying. Then i call today at 11am... 11Am!!! I asked if i can pick up paperwork from thr vehicle she said yes.. I get herr and she said you habe to come back because no one is here. They are all at lunch. The lady couldnt tell me that over the phone? She was just that busy checking cars in? It disgusts me. I cant believe i have to give these people that allow this kind of service money i dont have!!!

We have lived in our apartment for several months always parking in the handicap as I am handicapped- placecard was in the window. They towed the vehicle because a person stated I didn’t look handicap-are you kidding me?? Then for 4 hours of hold it was over $600 . I didn’t even want to give any star- I’m looking at two cars parked in handicap with no plates or place cards- these people need to be shut down, they are the worst and should be ashamed of themselves
They tow us away because we park this way. Yet they park in red zones and block the entrance way to the apartments! When you ask them to move it, they go off talking about how they have permission to do whatever they want whenever they want. Yelling at people like they own the actual apartment complex. Short guy with tattoos on his face an neck, wears glasses.
Predatory & Unlawfully towing cars. I was parked in a visitor parking & they towed my car saying I was parked without a permit. They refused to provide information on who authorized the tow. They refused to let me get belongings from my car. They charged $700 for holding my car less than 12 hours. The lady on the phone who refused to give her name is rude & not helpful, she hung up on me for no reason. When I was explaining that I was in visitor parking & she stated that they made that “overflow parking” which makes no sense since there is plenty of resident parking & I was parked in between two clearly marked visitor parking. So she acknowledged that where I parked was visitor parking & not resident parking that requires the permit they claim to have towed me for.
They charge me too much two time $900 i’m leaving an apartment they take my car. Any reason my car in the parking lot
Literally extremely unprofessional + shady spotter business. My car wasn't even in a parking spot for 24 hours. No issue of a warning. Just straight up malicious targeting. Tows my brand new 2024. Then charges $500 to get it out. Doesn't even give me the county's flat rate. They will be seeing me in court. Overcharging scummy company.
