I contacted Rex towing because my truck was having issues I believe it might be the starter. He came right on time at 8:30am and was careful with handling my truck. I highly recommend if you need a tow! Honest, reliable and professional I’ll def be using him again

Cheapest towing price I could find in the area and when the truck quickly arrived, the driver tried to help us start the car before resorting to towing because it would be cheaper for us. Long story short, he got it started and we only had to pay $40 instead of the $80 tow.

5am and my truck battery died. Called this guys and they got me back road in 30minutes. A definitely a service we need around.
Great service, they quickly answered the phone and gave me the best quote, arrived on time the next morning and delivered to the shop in timely manner.

I was stranded on the side of the freeway and was waiting for over three hours for a different tow company and finally cancelled. Route 66 was able to help me immediately and tow me to Costco to get a new tire because I didn’t have a spare. The driver was absolutely amazing and kind (I started to cry due to the stress of what happened before Route 66 showed up). I was able to get to Costco safely. I highly recommend Route 66.

In times of sadness (my most prized possession, my 2023 BRZ, got totaled due to a girl texting and driving the other day) Daniel brought numerous laughs and smiles to my face. We had great conversation about cars while he was helping me place my vehicle on his tow bed, and was extremely kind and welcoming. Someone give this man Daniel a raise, out of all tow experiences I have had (at least 15) this was by far the best experience. 10/10.
Had a flat tire and my tire iron wasn’t in the car to change to my spare. They got a tow truck out to me and helped me out within 30 minutes, super appreciated. The gentlemen that helped was nice as well and took care of the change for me in record time.
Great job!!! Driver Harry was prompt got to me at the stated time and was courteous by offering me to stop at a convenience store to purchase beverages and snacks after hooking on to the truck. Had an unfortunate vehicle shut off in the middle of the road. Used my insurance to request a tow and they linked me with Roy & Dot’s Towing. Firstly I have to say their dispatch super fast on the phone call to verify details and that I was good to go. Awesome customer service right there of the bat! They didn’t take that long to get to after being dispatched since there was a mishap with the map marker. The driver also right off the bat super kind and down to earth. He greeted my father and I and asked what happened and instead of just saying okay I’ll hook you up right now and tow you. He’s like hold on let me check something and he had a jump starter to check the alternator. The booster allowed the vehicle to start and he did some tests make sure everything was looking okay the dash and gears changed okay. Then he went over to check the engine area and even looked at the oil. Just to help provide any additional information on why the vehicle just abruptly stopped in traffic. I have to say hands down amazing amazing driver! If you see this thank you once again and you are a life saver and your advice I’ll take with me from here on. Thank you and thank you to Roy & Dot’s Towing y'all are amazing and awesome drivers who are nice, down to earth, knowledgeable and so helpful! All the best!

I had a flat tire And Alex came to my house to fix it he was there within a 1/2 an hour very polite courteous explained everything that he was doing I would definitely do business with this company again. I even asked Alex for some business cards so I can hand out to my friends family and coworkers
Without a doubt, the best Customer Service ever received from a Towing Company. Amy, went out of her way to make my day go better once she learned I had been stranded for almost 4 hours. As I told her directly, it is people such as yourself that keep this world or ours a bit sane. As for Jose who delivered the service todo my car, once notified I was waiting, it took him less than 10 minutes to get to my location and without delay, he provide a very friendly service as needed. Keep it up my friends, that is what service is all about!

Chino's Towing is an approved AAA service provider and towed my car this morning to a mechanic for repair. The tow truck operator Anthony Leonard was extremely polite and professional. I had a pickup appointment at 815am, and he was there exactly on time. Anthony has a great attitude, which is appreciated. I definitely recommend Anthony Leonard and Chino's Towing, who, in my experience is are polite, professional, and punctual!
My wife and I had just gotten into a car accident. The first responders were not helpful in telling us about next steps post-accident. Bryan was our tow truck driver who came out within 20 min of calling. He was kind and compassionate, he drove us to a nearby hotel, and he was very informative in telling us what to expect next regarding the process. We appreciate the kindness during such a stressful time, Bryan!

Frank was fantastic today! I had a truck with no keys and locked doors. It was parked at a slanted angle in a tight parking spot. Frank was able to maneuver his tow truck and gracefully loaded the truck with no incidents. Thank you Frank for being such a pro and for making this experience a breeze. Price was also negotiated at a reasonable rate with no issue. Tow truck arrived within 30 minutes of the initial call. Will definitely use City Towing again.

This towing company was AWESOME!! They were quick and the driver was very nice and helpful.
This company was assigned by my roadside assistant service. I contacted the tow driver as instructed by the roadside service for an ETA. The driver became irate when I questioned the ETA given by the service versus what he was saying. He then told me I could just cancel the call and go with a different company. I argued that t I didn't want to do that to avoid a longer delay for service since I was a female alone in a dark empty parking lot. I was not feeling safe. He became angry with me and HE canceled my call stating he doesn't want to deal with customers like me. I wouldn't recommend nor use this company in the future.

This company randomly roll around the IE looking for truck drivers trying to sleep. Once they hook up your truck with you in it they charge $1500 to drop it. Scam alert. Do not use their services.
I locked my fob in the car and I called them up. Lock out was $70. They got there in 15 minutes and had the car unlocked in one minute. They were very nice. Thank you guys so much.

Imagine going to put air in your tire and it takes the air out. Well Allstate put me on to David at Fontana towing and he got my tire sorted quick. Also is very knowledgeable and helped teach me a few things
do not use these guys they came to our business and hit a trailer and will not take care of the damages they did
They came to tow our Harley, my husband had to help put it on the flatbed and after doing so dispatch told the guy to take it off.. what kind of service is that. Dispatch very rude!!

They are scanless....they took advantage of me while I was unconscious and stole my truck and now want over $2,000....Do not go to them
They were very nice, helpful, and very well guarded. I had heard of ppl missing stuff out of their cars from tow yards, but not from this place. I just wish they were a lil more accessible on the weekends. Especially since they charge daily.
My experience was very horrible. I'm a preschool teacher and mother of two elementary children. I let them know that the car was stolen from work and my situation. The main manager was so rude to me that the only cared about telling me the prices he had to collect from me. I had to miss work on our return back to school week to sign off my car to them. I even had to pay $330 dollars after signing my car to them. I am an educator who didnt have a steady income during the summer yet Armamda towing didnt care during these hard times.Times were all of us have to help each other and understand individual situations. Unfortunate that companies like this treat people like me in such a horrible way..
my car got towed and was stored here for less than 72 hours and I came back to pick it up and the pipes underneath car were broken and damaged complained as soon as I left the lot for them to say oh well. This place is a literal joke why’re they still open
THANK YOU, ARMADA TOWING!!! Armada responded to my AAA request after being rear-ended on the freeway. I had a lot of things going on and a lot of decisions to make. The driver who responded was patient and professional. He went out of his way to get me to work (which was where I was going when the accident happened) and helped me off load all my personal things. The manager was very helpful and working with the body shop later that day in the transporting of my wrecked vehicle from Armada to the tow yard with no hassels at all. In the future, if I need towing services I have their card in my glove box!

They did make the tow, but not without a ton of unnecessary steps that no towing company before them has ever asked for.
Predatory towing company that will tow even when the entrance to the lot lacks proper signage (one entrance even had no signage at all). No express reason for the towing needed (not blocking traffic or disrupting business) but simply setting up a situation to charge people. Also did not abide by California law in terms of how to release the vehicle to it's owner (both in timing, access to personal belongings/medicine, and not accepting a legal title as proof of ownership).
Woke up sat morning and my car was gone I thought it was stolen no note or nothing called police department and they said it was towed I called pepes and they said my car was past the red lines at my house. I ask to see the pictures they wouldn't show me they have to show me Its the law.and my manager said if one of the tires was past the line it was ok..so I wanna see if both of my tires were past th line..I'm not working my wife is the only one right now we're low income and I had to pick up my 5 year old twins later that day..they charged me 525 just for 1 day this is unbelievable.....and my uncle Benjamin barazza worked for pepes towing for 20years and knows the ower and his brother and still screwed me over
Very shady towing company. Multiple times I’ve dealt with them in my life. They have lied about people’s vehicles being abandoned if they are only parked for a couple hours. After pulling this stunt on me, they attempted to steal an expensive gbx150 Noco jump box out of my back seat that I paid $400 for. They had left with the Noco when they towed my vehicle and I raised hell about it. They ended up bringing it back to me. I also had personal belongings within my vehicle that I needed to recover, and they told me I need my registration to prove I’m the registered owner. I the. Told them the registration was in my car that they took and that they could retrieve it so I could gather my social security card, my title to my other vehicle, and other very important things. They then denied me and said I’d have to get a copy from the dmv. They also said that there is a fee of 150 dollars to do anything there on the weekend. Absolutely disgusting and crooked business.
We went to the Colton location to pick up my husband's stolen truck. They were very brusque. We were told 'only one person can go see the truck' and as my husband walked through, they shut the gate in my face.

The staff is extremely rude. I speak only for the ones working in the office, as I have never had any interaction with a driver. It's seems the office staff tends to take their own personal issues to work, and takes them out on their clients. I was verbally assaulted by the woman at the front desk, and sent away because she said I "chuckled" when she was speaking. Customer service at this location is severely lacking.
This place is the worst our car got towed. Here we are, trying to get the information we need. My husband has a disability in his trying to get information.They were nothing but rude and completely disrespectful to him. The women that are working There are nothing but completely disgusting and disrespectful. No consideration. These women are just getting paid for terrible customer service. No consideration, no remorse, nothing don't use this company
This place sucks. The only business they probably get is from the poloce department. My car was impounded and had a 30 day hold on it. After speaking to the police station, they said it wasn't a 30 day hold. I called in to ask what the fees were the lasy I spoke with had an attitude. "YOU GUYS JUST CALLED ABOUT THIS ITS A 30 DAY HOLD." I said, "No it's not, I will get the release today. How much are my fees? She said, "286, get here before 5pm if you get here at 5:10 its another day." I arrived at 4:32pm. Chelsea some young girl who hated her job (I dont even know why she works there) was like can I help you? With a straight face, an attitude and raised eyebrow, I said om here to pick up my car. She handed me the clipboard and asked me to sign. I said "Wait, im not signing this until I see the condition of my car." (The paper I was to sign was in relation to that.) She acted as if I was the only customer who wanted to make sure there are no damages before signing. I got my car and from my backpack, it was missing $200 worth of things. They charged me extra despite the signs and speaking the the lady in the morning. I asked, "What's the extra charge for?" She said cleaning. I said "what cleaning?" Do you have a breakdown of these fees?" She said "Sign and I'll show it to you." I NEVER GOT A BREAKDOWN OF WHY I WAS CHARGED EXTRA. I asked to talk to a manager she said no one was there i asked if she can get one on the phone she said No. Then an old lady like in her 60s or 70s was sitting in an older van outside and they were like she's the one you spoke to. I said I just asked if they were here you said no since I failed to get her name. She said you don't have to sign if you don't want to. I said fine om not they wouldnt release my keys so I signed and wrote alll over ny receipt that I do not agree to any of these charges. Come to find out, the charged me extra because they said our driver took extra on this trip.. uhhhhh so what does that have to do with me??????? He could have went to lunch, hung out to get paid more nothing was noted. I looked at the time he arrived it was 5:19pm the time he returned was at 6:16pm. It was less than an hour and car was 9 miles away. This place is trash
I wish i could give this place ZERO stars!!! The employees of this company stole both my fiancé's engagement ring and wedding ring, as well as my wedding ring. As if that wasn't terrible enough.. Any time i tried to ask anyone anything about the rings, they were all just completely rude and deceiving. I truly thought this sort of thing wouldn't happen in this type of business but unfortunately i was incorrect.
People should not put things that are not true. We are very helpful when people are polite :-)

I had my vehicle towed due to an unforeseen situation. I was upset and I called several times with questions and I spoke with three different employees and the manager and each one was understanding and patient with me. The wall you talk through is to protect them because it is frustrating not to have control over your vehicle. I am not local and could not pick up my vehicle myself and they worked with me and even towed my vehicle for me to a safe place. The customer service is a five star.
Absolutely horrible!!! I’m not one to give reviews but this place definitely calls for one! My husband and I recently got a new car and obviously we needed a new sticker for our parking permit. The tow people had already taken pictures of our car to show the ladies in our leasing office and they were aware of it and let them know we just needed a new sticker. Not once did they call to get the car towed, the car was parked in OUR parking spot! The ladies in the leasing office also let the tow company know that they are not allowed to tow any cars without their approval let alone signature and they towed the car anyways! I called to see if they had my car and I spoke to a lady and she was absolutely rude! Did not care what so ever and when I asked if they had it she said yes are you coming to pick it up tonight?? Like for 1 how if you towed my car and I got 2 kids and I will not be I going there at 4am with both my kids! She said it would be $716 to get it out tonight and if not the next day it would be $516!? For what!? One they towed the car without any permission let alone signature and it was made aware to them that they are not allowed to do that without any signature. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting! And they they hit my fender as well! It is dented!
If I could put no stars I would...I've lived on a property managed by their tow service?....if u call it that...I've reported deserted vehicles with over 2 year old registration!.....but they tow the residents that actually pay their tags and plaques....my children are handicap and they have no qualms about towing me for the slightest what they call out of the lines...but I've seen multiple vehicles park overnight in firelane....double park in multiple spots who still sit not touched....They are so rude....They are vindictive and they will harass any property owner who they just don't like.....I highly recommend never dealing with them whatsoever. Even if u report a vehicle with every right to tow, they pick and chose who they like and who they dont....I've had a driver follow me out my complex to harass me...very unprofessional.....don't care about business or rules....or laws....
Despicable compay. I got them 2 vehicles to tow which got them $1000 in fees. When I reported the violating vehicles they then towed MY vehicle because I had nowhere to park because of 2 vehicles blocking me. Total SCUM business. I'm just happy that I was able to get my HOA to dump them and go with a different provider.
Absolute scam artists towing my car in the middle of the night for “double parking” when my tire was barely on the other parking spot and a whole vehicle could fit. There was plenty of other parking spots and I wasn’t blocking anything. I call them first thing in the morning while I’m holding my baby on my hip and it starts raining on us and they said they didn’t have my car. I call the police and report it stolen. Then the apartment complex says they don’t have it and will review the cameras with the police then call me and say never mind they did have it they just hadn’t put it in the system. Then say I have to pay all the fines over 500 and to wait for the police to come and clear everything before returning my car since I reported it stolen. They charge a storage fee when they don’t even store the car for 24 hours. They hope you run out of time to charge you for another day. They are rude and they treat you like if you are over reacting when they are liars and just try to buy time to close and charge you extra fees. They hide behind metal gates because they know you can’t touch them they disrespect you because they know there is nothing we can do.
