Bryan was super helpful and professional. I was stuck up in the Trinity center when my cybertruck got a flat tirenand this being the second time I've had trouble with it, can't be emphasized enough that knowing what to do with these cars is crucial, and he knew.
I called at about 615am since I needed a tow because I got a flat on my way to work. Called my insurance's Road Side and was told they would have California Towing and Transport on the way to help me out. I called the company, Susie answered and gave me an average arrival time of 730am, I asked if it was possible anything quicker since I had an important meeting at work this morning, to which she answered very rude "We have tow trucks NOT helicopters!" I decided to call my insurance company back to cancel. It was a very stressful morning and Susie was very rude. Definitely do NOT recommend this company.
I called 2gt my truck towed. The lady that answered was soo rude not only did she tell me they couldn't help me but her attitude was soo strong. I don't know how they make money if customers have to deal with ppl like her!!am glad I took my money somewhere else RUDE AS COMPANY.

This Business is price gouging people. They allegedly take a picture of your car and say that you did not have a parking display. After that, they claim that the parking permit should match your license plate plates. When you get there, the employee then tells you what we can’t run your plates. This company is contradicting themselves to what they are being contracted to do so. Accompany like this should not be in business I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau And as well as consumer affairs.
I have called them multiple times and they never show up for different cars. The car most recently called for that I requested to get towed is still illegally parked.

If you ever find yourself in an accident be careful with these scammers they work with CHP & will overcharge you any chance they get. Get AAA save yourself your money. Just from Saturday to Monday they will charge you over 800$. That's not where it needed it gets worse. I suggest you all are very wary of them

Very rude woman taking calls. I was lied to about when truck would get here and after waiting 3½ hours when I called again they said truck had been here and left AFTER they told me the driver would call on arrival. VERY VERY Rude and ruined my whole day. NEVER use these hacks!

Terrible attitude dispatcher called to say they were going to be another hour after already sitting on side of road for over an hour waiting. Originally time Frame was 58 Minutes when she called we were waiting well past 58 minutes. She overheard my very frustrated son say a curse word in the back ground, due to us being in an unsafe location(basically in the road ) which she was talking to me not my son on the phone . She blew up at me about my son (in the background) she was yelling at me wouldn’t let me speak until I raised my voice at her, telling her we were not in a safe location. She continued to scream at me saying she didn’t have to listen and in fact she would be canceling the call. Waiting an 1 1/2 hours in a dangerous situation and going to be another hour, and somehow she was the victim. Not one ounce of concern for our well being /safety or the fact that we have been a Aaa customer for over 30 years. I filed a complaint with AAA and they said that some times they have recordings of calls. I hope that AAA gets it and this girl gets reprimanded for the way she treats people! No excuse for the way she talked to me!
I got a flat tire yesterday evening on the freeway and due to my spare tire not being compatible with the vehicle I needed a tow. I was thirty miles from home and needed to get to a nearby Firestone ASAP as it was a Saturday evening and every other shop had already closed for the weekend. However, my driver who had been giving me attitude throughout the whole transaction for simply having to do his job as a tow truck driver which is to tow my vehicle, informed me I had to get out and wait for another tow truck as he had another vehicle he had to assist. I was left in a dangerous section of highway for hours as AAA's only servicing company for the area was Salinas Garage amd they refused to come assist. I was forced to take an Uber home and wait over 4 hours for my vehicle to be delivered, when I could have gotten it taken care of that same hour if I could've just been towed to Firestone. If you don't want to tow customers cars who are in need you should probably find a different profession!
On 7/2/22 my son and I drove to Salinas to purchase a car. Unfortunately, the car needed a bit more TLC then anticipated. Due to a severe rodó knock I opted to have the car towed back home. We have AAA so there shouldn't have been an issue. Boy was I wrong... We got into town close to 7 am. Had bought the car and called for a tow before 8am. We were put through to Salinas Garage towing. At first soneone was supposed to meet us, pick up the car and start the 4 hr drive back with us leading the way. Then after several attempts plans changed again. Now the tow truck was picking up the car and taking it back to the tow lot. Where he was unloading it until 10 am. At 10 was when they had more drivers starting shifts. That's when the car would be loaded back on the truck and brought to us. That didn't happen either. They picked up his car and held it. When I called at 11 to make sure it was on its was, I was informed it was still in their yard and wouldn't be leaving until later that week. I was also now being told that the trip was 218 miles and AAA only covered 200. The lady on the phone told me i was being charged $270 for those 18 miles. That money had to be paid before they would do anything else with the car. I asked the woman why wasn't I told about this fee before. I find it convenient that they were now holding my son's car hostage. When I asked to speak with this womens supper, she raised her vwoice above mine. Pretending not to hear me. I don't like being forced like that. Also, had they informed us of the 18 miles, my son could have driven it like 25 miles closer so that would have sovled it. I was forced to give my card before driver would even load the car back up. The car arrived at almost 8pm it should have been delivered by 2. When I asked what took so long he said he took a windy back road way. I asked why he told that way and I was told traffic. Only thing is there wasn't traffic. I looked myself earlier. Worst tow company I've ever come across (EVER).

Mi vehículo fue cargado de manera insegura, inapropiada que podía dañar de manera irreversible mi vehículo. No recomiendo esta compañía de grúas. Mi vehículo fue remolcado de manera indebida. Cuando llegué a recuperarlo, se negaron a entregarme mi vehículo a menos que pagara, a pesar de que el remolque fue incorrecto. La compañía mostró falta de profesionalismo y no respetó las leyes de remolque de California. Experiencia extremadamente frustrante — espero que la empresa revise sus políticas y cumpla con la ley en el futuro. 0 Estrellas, lastima no se puede

0/10 THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! way too overpriced. The manager was rude. I had to call multiple times to check if they had my car, and when they finally answered after 5+ calls, I told them how much it would be to take it out. They gave me a price over the phone, and then it turned out to be a whole different price because of my location since they didn’t know where the car was coming from. BS Like if the person who picked up my car didn’t write down a report of when and where he picked up my vehicle. This towing place is trash, period!!!!!!!!!!
