Great service and affordable prices!👌
Amazing people! Thank you to Eric and his brother for being able to help us on short notice not only are they extremely reliable but fast service and genuine/kind. I was on my way to work when my car completely gave out on me. After calling not one but several towing companies I came across Alacran towing. I had called a precious towing truck and they gave me an estimate time of 2 hours from where I was located which was only about 20 miles out at most and another towing company couldn’t help because they needed to know my exact location which in my defense was kind of hard since I was on highway 101 on the side of the road. I recommend them and honestly coming from a person who doesn’t know much about cars, I felt reassured that my challenger would make it home safely. I appreciate Alacrán towings for their honest help!
Excelente servicio sus precios son rasonables y siempre a tiempo. Siempre tienen la solucion a tus problemas se Los recomiendo .
Highly recommend, they towed a car off my property they said they would be here in an hour and arrived way faster than that. The guy helping us was friendly and respectful, And their prices were lower than any other company. If I ever need services again, I’m definitely calling them.
Excelente servicio, buen trato y te ayudan en lo que necesites 100% recomendado 👍

Cuando ocupe de ellos fueron muy eficientes y no tardaron mucho en contestar a mi llamada los recomiendo
Unprofessional, picked up the phone and started yelling something at me for no reason.
Exceptional service! Arrived in 10 minutes, calmed my nerves, dropped me off after, and was affordable! 15/10. Would recommend over and over! Thank you!!

Dispatcher said it would arrive in 45 mins and they didn’t even get back to me until more than 2 hours later. I called at 8:30am and it’s almost 10:30. Definitely not using this company again
The people in the office are very helpful and Awesome.
I just want to say thank you!! One of my trucks broke down in Salinas, California. with two cars on the hook. I called California towing to help us out Towing the truck back to the dealership and they respond right away. They’ll take care of us with the storage over the weekend and deliver the truck at the dealership. Thank you 🙏🏽 happy holidays!!
I called 2gt my truck towed. The lady that answered was soo rude not only did she tell me they couldn't help me but her attitude was soo strong. I don't know how they make money if customers have to deal with ppl like her!!am glad I took my money somewhere else RUDE AS COMPANY.
Bryan was super helpful and professional. I was stuck up in the Trinity center when my cybertruck got a flat tirenand this being the second time I've had trouble with it, can't be emphasized enough that knowing what to do with these cars is crucial, and he knew.

Aaron was very professional, company came out to unlock my truck within 15 minutes, Vinnie the owner is a really good person, great customer service.
Great work, guys! You helped me out when I was in a very difficult position. Kevin is the best!
The tow truck driver almost caused a head on collision with my car as I was driving down boronda rd. He didn’t want to drive the 30 seconds extra that would have taken him to make a left turn on sanborn to go into the food for less shopping center. Instead he decided to go onto my lane coming from Williams go the wrong way and almost hit me head on if it wasn’t for me avoiding him just so he can use the boronda entrance by the honey berry. I had my children in the car we all where scared and he still had the audacity to flash his lights and yell at me for driving the right way
I have called them multiple times and they never show up for different cars. The car most recently called for that I requested to get towed is still illegally parked.
I just wanted to share my 5-STAR SERVICE experience. XTREME Towing was there for me when I called & I truly appreciate that but where I was truly sold was the professionalism & courtesy this company portrays along with obvious work experience. These guys really know what they're doing & they are great at it! After speaking with the owner it is a honor to have met this man he is wise beyond his years & he not only has a clean cut crew. But he implements hard work and knowledge in every employee. Customer service at its absolute finest. #XTREME4LIFE

They never showed up. I waited from 730pm til 4am out on Ft Ord & no one ever showed up. Dispatch said it was out of their hands. Straight b.s. Not even the decency to call & tell me he decided not to come out. When I tried calling the driver it would ring twice & then he would forward it!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANKS FOR LEAVING ME STRANDED OUTSIDE MY CAR ALL NIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF 1 OF THE CREEPIEST PLACES TO BE!!!! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
Called for a tow @11am was told it was going to be one hour waited two hours called them back and was told it was gonna be 35 minutes going and now I’m in hour #3 and have yet seen the tow truck come by worst service in the entire industry
The good: they showed up quickly, at night. They loaded and tied down very good. The bad: good thing he tied our car down so well. the guy drove like a maniac the entire way. He drove and off loaded like his house was on fire and he had to get to it. The distance was farther than our service would pay for so we had a surcharge. He would only take cash.
What excellent service! I used my AAA insurance to help with a lock out, and the driver got here in less than 10 minutes! Door was unlocked quick, and the driver was so polite and professional! I highly recommend using their services!!! I’m completely satisfied and happy for all their help!!!
I recently had the opportunity to utilize the services of Salinas Garage towing, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. In a stressful situation where my vehicle had broken down on the highway, their professionalism and efficiency were nothing short of remarkable. From the moment I made the distress call, salinas garage set the tone for excellence in customer service. The dispatcher who answered my call was not only empathetic but also highly skilled at gathering all the necessary information swiftly. They assured me that help was on its way, providing a sense of relief in an otherwise nerve-wracking moment. What truly impressed me was the promptness of their response. The tow truck arrived well within the estimated time frame, and the driver was not only courteous but also displayed a profound expertise in handling the situation. They took meticulous care of my vehicle, ensuring no further damage occurred during the towing process. This level of professionalism and attention to detail instilled a sense of trust and confidence in their service. Salinas garage displayed transparency when it came to pricing. The driver provided a clear breakdown of the costs involved, and there were no hidden fees or surprises when I received the final bill. This kind of openness and honesty in their business dealings is commendable and greatly appreciated by customers. Another noteworthy aspect of Salinad garage is their commitment to safety. The tow truck was equipped with all the necessary safety gear, and the driver followed proper procedures throughout the towing process. This attention to safety not only protects the customer's vehicle but also ensures the well-being of all involved parties, which is paramount in this line of work. Furthermore, the driver's knowledge of the local area proved invaluable. They were familiar with the best routes and knew exactly where to take my vehicle for repairs. This local expertise can make a significant difference, especially when time is of the essence. In terms of communication, Salinas Garage maintained consistent contact with me throughout the entire process. They kept me informed about the estimated arrival time of the tow truck and any potential delays. This proactive approach to communication was reassuring and demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, my experience with Salinad garage exceeded my expectations in every way. While a breakdown on the highway can be a distressing experience, their prompt response, professionalism, transparency, safety measures, and excellent customer service turned it into a more manageable situation. Their fair pricing and commitment to honest business practices make them a standout choice for towing services. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend salinas garage to anyone in need of towing services. They have demonstrated a level of excellence that is truly commendable in their industry. Whether you find yourself in a roadside emergency or simply need a tow, you can trust Salinas Garage to provide top-notch service, ensuring your vehicle and your peace of mind are in good hands. I've had 3 tows from Salinas Garage.

I recently had the pleasure of using the services of P&R Towing and I can't say enough good things about my experience, especially with their dispatcher, Alexis. From the moment I called in, Alexis was incredibly attentive and professional. She listened carefully to my situation, asked all the right questions, and reassured me that help was on the way. What really stood out was Alexis's communication. She kept me updated on the status of the tow truck, providing accurate arrival times and even checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Her calm and friendly demeanor made a stressful situation much more manageable. When the tow truck arrived, it was clear that Alexis had briefed my driver, Carlos, thoroughly. He knew exactly what to expect and handled the situation efficiently. It was such a relief to see how smoothly everything was coordinated. I'm especially thankful to Carlos for coming in on his day off to help me out. Overall, I am beyond impressed with P&R Towing. The service was fast, reliable, and professional, but the real highlight was Alexis. Her attentiveness and excellent customer service turned a difficult day into a much better experience. I highly recommend P&R Towing to anyone in need of towing services!
In late August of last year, my wife and I were on our way up the coast for a move from LA to SF. My wife's car broke down, and we soon realized that all of the "nearby" repair shops/garages were closed on Sunday nights. This makes sense in retrospect, but this is one of those issues that you only become aware of in a disaster situation. It was a Sunday evening and I had my first day at a new job in SF the following morning. My wife had her first day of school coming up and our daughter had the same. We broke down in the middle of nowhere. Frankie from P&R Towing came to the scene and was just unbelievably helpful. As I mentioned, we were moving, so both of our cars were absolutely packed to the brim with all of our worldly possessions. Frankie stayed with us until we found a solution, and worked with us to find a safe spot to store my wifes car for a week. He made a special call to P&R to get permission to store the car inside their garage indefinitely. This allowed us to get to the Bay in time to unpack a bit, and for me to get myself prepared for my first day of work in SF. I can't think Frankie (and P&R Towing) enough for his patience, positivity, and work ethic! This guy is the man.
Worst manager ever, I was inquiring on buying a vehicle. She couldn’t give me a set price I ask for a set price she gave me attitude and kept raising the price.
One of our trucks broke down a few days ago, and we are very thankful that P & R Towing was able to help us bring it back home. Carlos was able to do the job without any problems. Thanks again! Frankie

Quick service
Be aware of this rip off company. This USA Towing in Seaside rejoices in milking every last dollar from anyone who is vulnerable. On top of their high prices, their customer service is way below standard as long as they are able to get money from u, they don't care listening to you all in the name of policy this policy that! They don't think out of the box, they are rude and arrogant. Lost a father, car broke down on my way to the burial to the airport!!!! They took it in for 5days and I was charged $1,350 despite sending various people to pick it for including my husband, my sister etc! They made it so complicated so that I will be the one to pick it when i come back. They are a bunch of insensitive people but money is vanity. Let's see if my $1,350 will improve who they are. I can't recommend anyone to use this company. Policies are there but morals cannot be over ridden! Above all, God Almighty is watching. DEAL WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
They are trying to send me to collections after I sent them a copy of a release of liability from DMV that was done when I sold the vehicle. Illegal and highly unethical practices in the towing industry!
