Ahmad was awesome! He showed up in a very timely fashion. Before the dispatch even quoted. I needed a tow, to a tire shop, I suggested the closest Les Schwab as I was not from the area and did not know where to go. I also was very tired from working a very long graveyard shift. This gentlemen, Ahmad went out of his way to make a few calls, to as I assume his local business connections. Got me a a pretty significant on a tire mounted. I thank him from the bottom of my heart. I most definitely recommend this company, and ask for Ahmad. I would defiantly use this company again. I saved them in my contacts.
Fast and extremely professional. These guys go above and beyond!
After waiting all night for insurance to tow my car and not even showing up, I called expedite towing and he was there within 15 mins! He got it done fast and easy. Great price as well, definitely recommend calling him for your towing needs.
They were the only ones who would help me out when I was stuck and lost not one but two wheels. They were super helpful getting reimbursed from insurance too. Highly reccomend
Zain was super professional and helpful. He arrived swiftly and I paid less with them than the other companies I called. Big thank you!

Ali showed up and was very professional from the beginning of our interaction. My truck is not the smallest thing in the world and he was able load it and hook it up to the flatbed without any issues. The map that the company uses for tracking is very convenient and handy. Would use again in the future
Ali from West Coast picked up my daughter's car at the correct time and had the information needed for the transport. Very on top of things. Even offered to fix the car for a better price. I may send some other business his way, as my son needs work on his car!
Ali was super helpful! He helped us push the car, gave us a ride, and made the whole process smooth. There was an issue with oil spilling when unloading, but he stayed calm and assured us it was fine. Great service, I’d definitely use them again!
Driver Ali was great he had to navigate some inconvenient parking and towing arrangements in some thightif spots. He was very professional and friendly. I would recommend him to anybody for towing services thank you so very much!
Excellent customer service from driver Mehrabi. I appreciated the quick response time & care he took with my car. He let me know the issue with my battery, charged it to get it running to drive it on the tow truck. Dealing with Mehrabi was a pleasure to work with, thank you.

They arrived very quickly after I initially called and got a quote! Handled the car well and they were a lot cheaper than another other nearby towing services
After flying home to Sacramento and arriving at the airport late in the evening, I found that I left my door cracked and my battery was dead. The key fob for my older Prius also wasn’t working. Dee arrived in a timely manner, cheerful and ready to help. Even though I was tired and frustrated with the situation, he was patient and kind. While the call was only set up to charge my battery, he also did the lockout process necessary to get into the vehicle itself. Highly recommend Dee and the team at Q’s Towing. Thank you, Dee!!
I left my lights on, the car was completely dead. I called for towing but he was willing to jump the car to see if it would work. He was very fast to get to my location. Hooked up the jumper and my car instantly started up! Was very relieved. Great service, extremely friendly. Highly recommend!
10 on 10! Point excellent customer service! They fit me in on a tight schedule and the Tec made everything happen “ knowledge!”
My daughter and I Broke down on the freeway, my truck lost power while driving . The first place I called was this place Q’s towing . I saw they have 5 stars and 200 plus rating ,so I picked them. I was given a reasonable quote and told they would be at my vehicle in 10 minutes. I have my daughter in the car, so I wanted her safe as fast as possible. They got the job done. Driver was awesome ( sorry can’t pronounce his name). No bs was picked up in towing truck and home within minutes. Wasn’t asked a bunch of questions. Sure beats AAA any day. Would definitely use them again and recommend! God forbid we were to break down again but saving their number in my contacts for future reference. 🙏 thank you!

Muy buen servicio, bajo precio y puntualidad lo recomiendo ampliamente…
Danny at Pinzon towing made my night complete! Let me say, not only did he come out to serve me in the middle of a monsoon storm, it was also 11PM! He and his assistant towed my car with a flat 63 miles all the way back to my destination. The kindness and care he possess elevates your mood after such an event in a storm. Great company, great team and wonderful service for the entire Sacramento region.
It was a safe experience, the gentleman arrived on time and took all the necessary precautions to get my truck from point A to point B intact...I am very grateful to have his 24 hour service.
Fast, reliable, friendly service at a time of need. Everytime!!! In three years and three vehicles. Pinzon Towing has never left me stranded. Take their number and add it to your contacts. You won't need to dial another towing service. If they are not on a call, they will come your way as soon as you place the call. The wait time is just as long as it takes them to get to you.

Aussie was very professional and friendly. Not to mention he was very knowledgeable and familiar with my Tesla. He was able to put it on drive when the whole time I couldn’t do it and the reason I got it towed to the service center
It was raining heavily when the tow truck arrived, and my car took a long time to load because of the situation. The driver was extremely patient, careful, and professional throughout the process. He made sure everything was done safely and smoothly. I truly appreciate his kindness and great service — thank you for your help on a rainy day! 🌧️👏
Our motorhome had transmission problems and required a tow. “Nass” provided Outstanding customer service and was very professionall. AJ s Towing was the second tow company my roadside assist had to call due to our motorhome being on a semi truck chassis. Nass called to confirm some veh details and provided an ETA and arrived on time. He was very friendly and quickly helped me get our rig to the Sacramento Truck Center.
Rey was absolutely incredible! He didn’t just tow my car — he took the time to explain everything clearly and even taught me a few things along the way. He went above and beyond, giving me helpful tips that he didn’t have to share. People like Rey are rare — genuine, patient, and truly caring about helping others. I’m genuinely grateful to have met him.
Driver showed up quick for where he was at when he got the call, both the pick up and drop went smooth and quick, lastly he dropped me off right out in front of the house. Then there’s that fact that he was easy to talk with and was kind.

Shoutout to Hash! Friendly Customer Service, Quick, and Efficient! From the time he got to my car, he worked so quick and got my keys inside the car! Literally less than 5 minutes! Amazing!! 🤩
5/23/25 - The transmission went out in our RV and my husband and I were broke down on the side of the road on our way to Lake Berryessa. We called several tow companies and received RIDICULOUS prices for a tow. I put out an SOS for Family and Friends to help us with tow companies. A good friend of ours gave us the name and number to Alpha Brothers Towing. They gave us an ETA and they arrived exactly when they said they would get to us! The Brothers were very professional and explained the process to us. We highly recommend this company if you ever need a tow…You won’t be disappointed! Thanks Fellas!!
Toni was AWESOME! I would definitely refer him to my friends when they need a tow or myself…

They came at the time they said they would, and were pretty efficient in loading up my car. I was a bit confused about why they asked me several times what was wrong with my car - maybe just to be polite? I had also received a text saying that they wouldn't allow people to ride with them, so I made other arrangements, but then he offered, so maybe they aren't consistent about that. Overall though, the process was smooth. It's nice that they give you a digital way to track where your driver is!
Ray was excellent. He came quickly to my rescue to jump-start my car and was very kind. Would highly recommend AJ’s Towing to any of my friends. Thank you!
Enayatullah helped me with a winch out. Service wasn’t bad, but they gave me an original price of $1800. I was able to talk them down to $1000, which means that they charge a hefty premium, even for just for a winch out. At the end of service, Enayatullah called dispatch and informed me my payment hadn’t gone through, despite showing up on my bank app. Because of this, he tried to convince me to let him take a picture of my credit card! Luckily I didn’t let him. Not only this, but he asked my age and pressured me into giving him a $100 tip. I’ve since learned that it’s not common to tip your towing service at all, let alone tipping $100. I felt taken advantage of since I am young and inexperienced, but I was in a pinch. It seems this company is fine with taking advantage of young people to get a quick buck. Extremely unprofessional behavior. Would not recommend.
Ajs is top notch. Professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Amazing customer service.
Nasrat was awesome was able to put my motorhome exactly where I wanted it and it was a tight situation. He was unbelievable. Very professional, very polite and and heavy duty truck driver thanks nasrat

Kudos to G&R Towing for their outstanding service! Despite the late hour, Felix and his team ensured I made it home safely. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. I'll definitely be relying on them again in the future.
Wonderful service! Driver was fast, accurate, knowledgeable, safe and could really maneuver through tight spaces. I definitely recommend this company if you need a tow. The price was affordable and definitely worth every penny.
Arrived promptly, quickly assessed the situston and plotted his strategy. It worked wonderfully and he reversed the process when we arrived ay the destinayion. O am sorry I forgot his name, but he was very cosvientios and thourough.
Felix Came to the rescue. A real beast that doesn't give up in a tuff situation. He will get it done! And come immediately if he can apon answering the phone.
Worst experience ever! Car was towed off the freeway less than 2 miles and I was charged almost $500. This was an old rear wheel drive car that didn't need a flat bed. I had this same thing happen to me about a year ago and the tow company only charged me $150. This company didn't even tell me what it would cost up front, but seriously? A mile and a half and $500? When i diputed the charge the dispatcher claimed they had a minimum charge of $380 and he was going to impound the car if I didn't pay. Avoid the company like the plague!

Ray and the team are fantastic. He brought out a spare tire to save the bumper of the car. Came out quick and didn’t leave, after having multiple complications with a low car. Absolutely amazing service, these guys are top tier professionals!
I want to give credit to Eddy for being someone with a genuine heart, always attentive to the needs around him and willing to offer his services with the right attitude. My husband’s car had a serious issue on the road—the control arm came off the wheel—and he was left stranded with no solution in sight. That’s when Eddy happened to pass by. Even though he was already on his way to assist another client, he kindly said that once he finished serving his client, he would come back to help. He honored his word and returned later, just as he promised. Thanks to his act of service and his professional presentation, I now know of a company I would gladly contact in the future if I ever face another roadside problem. I also feel confident recommending them, knowing that others will be served by the best.
Eddy came and towed my car home from work in the middle of the night. He was so very nice and funny. He even moved my garbage can from in front of my house for a place to park my car so I didnt have to get out and do it. I would most definitely recommend this company and Eddy. If I ever need another tow I would really hope it would be Eddy that comes to tow me. Thank you so very much!!! you truly made my night so much better!!! Jessica
Rey is the man! Outstanding driver! Very professional!
Amazing! This company has the most patient drivers I’ve ever met! They went above and beyond for us!

My car broke down on Florin Road in the rain. Thankfully, a homeless gentleman helped me move it off to the side of the road. I needed my car towed about 3-4 miles from where it broke down. I called a few towing services and the first one quoted me 250.00 with a 3 hour wait. The second one I called quoted 145.00 which I haggled down to 125.00 with a 1 hour wait. I texted them to confirm the address and asked for a confirmation on their end, but they never responded to the confirmation request. So, I called H&N Towing LLC next, and they quoted me 100.00 which was great. They were also there in a 1/2 hour tops. The driver asked if I was going with the car and I said I was walking home while he towed it to the shop. He offered me a lift home since it wasn't too much out of the way. I was wearing suede Birkenstocks and didn't want to get them wet, so I accepted the ride home. I was going to initially tip 10.00 or 10% of the towing cost but ended up doubling that because they were great. If I wasn't worried about the price to repair the car, I would have given a much nicer tip as it would have been well deserved. Kudos to H&N for their great service in my time of need.
Highly recommend towing service.THE BEST price and THE BEST SERVICE 👍👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Super satisfied! I will continue to use this service for any future tows. Thanks H&N Towing for all that you do!

Hi my name is Allison I live here in Napa I've been here for about 45 years and a gentleman named Tyler from TNT towing came to help us with our friend's car I have to say the service was excellent he was quickly to come and help us he was patient kind very personable so I just wanted to leave Tyler a really good review and he was very nice to my dog also so if you need a good towing company with someone who understands the troubles and the stressful things that come with when your car breaks down I would absolutely recommend TNT towing beyond fair prices and Tyler again was just wonderful
Peter is very professional. He is fast and efficient. He will tow your vehicle with great care! Friendly and affordable!
$250 to be towed 20 miles! When I called to speak to the manager "Marcy" was as friendly and helpful as a cold bucket of mud to the face. Don't get stuck in Willits, CA you will regret it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rapid Road Service!! I needed my car towed from the Midas in West Sac to the dealership in Roseville and finding a towing company that wouldn't cost me an arm and leg was stressing me out. Thankfully, one of my coworkers suggested Rapid Road Service. The owner, Naveed, responded quickly and was available at the time I needed the tow. Furthermore, the price was VERY AFFORDABLE!! Naveed was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly! For a stressful situation, he definitely made it a little better with his genuine kindness; almost felt like family. I could tell he takes pride in his work and cares about making sure his customers are okay. If I ever need another tow, Rapid Road Service is my go-to, no doubt!
Naveed was a super cool guy, very nice and prepared to do a quick and painless tow. He also grabbed my arm to stop me from stepping into the path of an oncoming car. In short, picking Rapid Road Service just might save your life.
Rapid Road Service provided excellent service to my call for a jump start. They were very professional on the phone, arrived quickly and gave very competent service. The price was $30.00 less than the last company I had out for the same problem. Can't ask for anything more! Will definitely call them the next time I need assistance!
Very responsive and fair with pricing. Called at 9 PM and they arrived within the hour and repaired our trailer within the 2 hour minimum. Will definitely be using them again.

Salvador is always professional. Central Valley Towing is a great company! Always a pleasure to work with you 👍
Central Valley is a professional company, and have great service! They helped me at the state fair. David is a fantastic employee.
Huge shout out to Central Valley towing. I’m the executive director of a small nonprofit teen center and had a problem with an inoperable vehicle. Super grateful to Eric Foster, Herry and Salvador for going the extra mile and going above and beyond! Thanks again Central Valley Towing!
Every driver I’ve had done business with was always professional polite and friendly except for 1. But that’s ok. Most office staff were helpful and professional and polite but again that’s ok. Because not everyone has good days.

Jesse was fast and friendly. We will call him again.
Jesse is the man! I’ve used his services twice now and both times he’s been very timely and professional. One time he even towed my car back from Sacramento to San Jose
I was in need of an immediate tow. This place was referred to me. I reached out and was greeted with exceptional service! Jesse was awesome and very professional! I highly recommend!!! 🙌🏾
In a stressful situation such as your car breaking down, I am so glad i got in contact with Prime Time Tow, got to me quick and made everything super easy. Such friendly customer service, will definitely be using them in the future!
If you need a tow look no further. I highly recommend Prime Time Tow. This family owned company will take great care of your vehicle with fast and professional service. I was so stressing out about leaving my vehicle overnight when another tow company failed to show up. Figured no one would help me tow my vehicle at 8pm at night for a reasonable price. we needed a tow about 2.5 miles so I called Prime time tow & was given a fair price quote and he was at my Suv within 35 mins. He was quick and efficient and by 9:05p he had my vehicle dropped off to my house right where we wanted it. I can rest easy now and it’s all thanks to Prime Time Tow. Thank you for your service.

Quick service, great communication, kind and respectful staff and managed to get my low to the ground car out of the dirt and on to the tow truck without an issue. Gustavo is absolutely the employee that you want helping you and representing the company. He was so helpful and positive and we enjoyed talking with him. Truly a gift on a Friday night, 100 degrees, and broken down on the side of the road. We will recommend this company to anyone and everyone, and if we ever need them again (ugh) I will not hesitate to call!
Huge thank you to united tow, quick to respond, quick to dispatch and very friendly, highly recommended will definitely call again
I highly recommend using United Towing for anyone who needs a professional service. I had a tire leaking air that needed to be plugged, due to a nail. Zabi was extremely fast to arrive, friendly, and efficient! He went above and beyond for my service. He was able to remove the nail and repair my tire in no time at all! I am very pleased with my service. I will be using United towing again in the future and recommend anyone who needs a tow or any services done!
Zabi, the owner, came to help me out all the way from Sacramento to where I was, in Grass Valley. My car had stopped working and I needed to get it to a shop. He was friendly, polite and took great care of my car. Then, after dropping the car off at the shop, he went the extra mile and dropped me off at the car rental on his way back to Sacramento. Great service experience!
I locked myself put of my car at a rest stop on I-5 and my roadside assistance assigned United Towing. The driver was roughly 1.5 hours away from me, but maintained communication and gave me an accurate arrival time. He was genuinely kind and upon arrival unlocked my door in less than a minute. Thank you again for driving so far to help me out!

My boyfriend needed his truck towed and Mir was super helpful! Highly recommend!!
Love the service. Will definitely call them for service.
“Great service! They arrived quickly, handled my car with care, and were very professional throughout. Definitely recommend them if you ever need a tow!”
On time and perfect service
Amu Towing is the best! I was stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire, but they arrived quickly and got me back on the road in no time. The driver was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend Amu Towing for any towing needs!" 5/5 stars.

John is to go person if you need towing. My car stopped and I had to pullover by the freeway. I was calling for several places for towing. By far, he offered very reasonable price. He showed up in time. It was quick towed to Lincoln. He is very professional and polite.
I had to put in a review for one reason. Excellent customer service. To get a call back to ensure I got help is amazing. Thank you and keep up the good work!

I have to say, this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a tow truck company. Normally, I use AAA, but I had already hit my limit, and a friend recommended Roadside Tow. I had a flat tire and was stuck in a not-so-great part of town. These guys got to me in under 20 minutes. I typically wait over an hour with AAA. The driver, Cody, was polite and professional. I definitely recommend these guys. He even let me ride with him in the truck and had an ice-cold water ready for me. Top-notch service all around!!
Great experience with Gabe. Assisted with a tow, helped try to get a replacement tire after hours on a Sunday night and weeded through some shady attempts to sell an older lady sub-standard product because I was desperate for help. Very kind, treats you like family. Will recommend this service to anyone.
My experience with Roadside Tow was awesome!! My car overheated and I was stranded in Elk Grove. I was very stressed as I had to get to sacramento for an incredibly important client meeting for a home listing. I explained this to the receptionist. She said they would be to me in less than 30 minutes The owner Cody got to me in 12 minutes. He actually offered to drop me off at my appt . He then said he would drop my car at his friend's shop and that he might be able to get it fixed the same day. It was 3:30 pm so I didn't think that would happen. When I finished I checked my phone. I had actually gotten a text from Cody saying my car would be done in about 10 minutes. He then went above and beyond and offered to come to me with my vehicle on his tow truck. I asked him how much I owed him for that. He said nothing. I was blown away! Who does that!? Never have I had this kind of service from a tow company. They went above and beyond. I will never use anyone else!! I highly recommend these guys!!!
Great service and driving

I was promised a gift card for my review. It was never sent. Not sure how many people actually received one. When I called to ask about it, the customer service rep that answered the phone was very rude and condescending. Keep your gift card. I’ll wait the 2 hours for AAA before I use them again.
I called around to multiple towing companies looking for the best price. This company was definitely the one to go with! Everyone I spoke to on the phone was delightful. Which definitely applies to my technician today as well. I was towed by Johnathan and he was kind and efficient. I’m grateful for the positive experience and overall easy process during this stressful incident.
Juan was speedy, knowledgeable and friendly. I’d call again in a heartbeat!
Juan came to my rescue and was very friendly and helpful. I was able to ask him questions regarding my brakes and he was able to answer my questions. It was such a relief to deal with a helpful person during a crisis
Don’t usually write reviews but this company is something else. The negative reviews from others are not over exaggerations. When dealing with them, prepare yourself to be frustrated to the point where you will be willing to pay the cancellation fee and go with another towing company.

Got stuck during a move when the U-Haul broke down. Called this towing service and they had a heavy-duty truck out in no time. Knew exactly how to handle it.
My battery died without warning, and I was stuck in a parking lot. I called this towing company to give me a jump start, and they came there much faster than I thought they would. The driver was really cool and got me going in no time. They helped me a lot when I truly needed it.
I had to have my car towed to the shop because it wouldn't start in my driveway. This firm came on time, loaded my car carefully, and charged a fair price. The driver was nice and made the whole thing easy.
The driver came when they said they would and took fantastic care of my car. The service was great.
This towing service is quick and dependable. I've used them twice, and both times the drivers were good at what they did and took care of my car.

Hector is the best. My wife’s alternator went out and he helped us big time and even put us in contact with someone that could help put a new alternator in. I would highly recommend 1 Stop Towing to anyone who needs a tow.
I Love this company they stayed with me and help me get the car to the gas station and then home real good young man
Hector was awesome! Communicative and amiable. Made the experience much better.
Had a fender bender today on my way home from work on a 107 degree day. Completely blew out my front tire, with no spare. 1 stop towing took care of the rest . Top of the line service. Hector is the man ( gracias) . Thank you 1 stop towing for the rescue when nobody else was available. 😊

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. The customer service was poor, and I found the overall service quality to be far below expectations. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending this company to others. 🤢
I called my insurance company needing a tow and they dispatched Eagle Towing. I was so pleased their driver, Charles, arrived 20 minutes earlier than the estimated time and took me to the dealership where I wanted my vehicle towed. He went above and beyond by helping me complete the overnight drop-off paperwork before I left it with my car key in the night dropbox and then stayed with me until my husband came to pick me up. He's a top-notch professional and genuinely kind human worthy of this five star review for such superior commitment to customer service! Bravo to Eagle Towing - thank you!
They really helped me in a tough spot after an accident and made the process with Geico so easy. Thank you guys for helping me out in the rain during a bad day !
I had my truck towed due to a accident they took money out of my center box and a key to my other car very unprofessional, lady was not the best At customer service, I really don’t know why the sherif are working with thief’s.
We were stranded with a dead battery and a newborn in the backseat after an ER visit at 2am, literally a perfect storm. No one is particularly bubbly or friendly in the middle of the night so when I tell you Fred is a ray of sunshine (and I'm writing this weeks later because I'm still so impressed) please believe me. Thank you Fred for saving the day (night)!

He got it was super polite. Give me a great ETA. Price was good for Tony back to the shop. How do you gonna get if I needed?
Had a tie rod give out on me, driver was sent out and he was very professional and nice! Treat you like family. We have to be patient with our tow guys out here, it’s a busy business and not all in the best conditions. The driver took care of my car and honestly was probably the cleanest tow I’ve ever experienced Definitely gained a new customer. Will call again if needed!
Horrific experience. Avoid at all costs. They costed me a lot of time, money and headache at a very desperate time sensitive situation. My car broke down at 3 pm. Right after a surgical procedure too. I had to get my car to the dealership by 6. Guess what? They far more than MISSED that deadline. They said it would be around 45 minutes. I waited a whole hour and checked in and I got put on hold. So long, that the line just dropped or they hung up. I called a little again after and they claimed traffic held the driver back. Just 20 more minutes. For the next- TWO. WHOLE. HOURS. I kept calling them every 45 minutes where my driver was. Again, being put on hold for over 10 minutes each time. Finally after around the 3 hour mark I called and the first person who had me was feigning surprise. I was polite all the way up to the second last call. They, of course, put on hold over 10 minutes and said the driver claimed they called me numerous times when near by saying I didn't pick up. Absolute lie, I was eagerly waiting by the road for them and they didn't come- I could hear in his voice he probably knew their driver was lying but tried playing jt off. Probably not the first occurrence. He thankfully allowed to cancel without the cancelation charge (they take your card info before as collateral which is fair but nerve wracking as hell in this situation waiting three hours after pain from a surgical procedure starts kicking in.) I could not have bumped into a worse company at such a vulnerable moment. On top of that, as I write this, my dealership is 30 minutes past closed. So I'll have to tow it off to their closed doors then UBER BACK the next day to give them their keys. Then UBER BACK home again. To the other side of town. I can't believe the audacity of this company. You may or may not have good luck with them but I highly recommend to avoid. Avoid avoid. Especially if you're in an emergency. I only picked them because their business was apparently around the corner hoping for fast service. But of course their truck was far. And sketchy. And unprofessional. I've never been so mad at a business in my life, especially given these circumstances and landing on a lemon at such a bad time. Stay safe out there, everyone.
Don't expect Easy Towing to show up on time, IF EVER. Yesterday I called at 2:45, simple tow from gas station along Hwy 50 to my son's apt. They said it would take 45 min to an hour. Called at 3:50, where's my tow? Oh it will be there soon. Called at 4:15. Oh, it will be there in 20 minutes. Called at 4:40. Told them to refund my $50 cancellation fee as I no longer needed their tow. If they charge me I will cancel it on my credit card and they can fight the bank. Finally got an apology from an employee after I told them how poorly I was treated. I will never call Easy Towing again and recommend you stay away from them also! I waited over 2 hours in 100 degree heat! Least you could do is be honest when something comes up. Everyone has a cell phone.
Lousy experience when I got my SUV towed to a repair shop. I was quoted $50 for a four mile tow. However, I was charged $145 instead. Not happy one bit. I'll be reporting Easy Towing to the BBB.

Last night I was in a car accident on I-5 in Sacramento. My Geico claims agent called Loyal towing service for me and the two gentlemen who came to my service, Alex and Albert, were friendly and positive. They took me to the repair shop and made sure I was safe. It helped to change the very distressing experience into a manageable evening.
We had an accident in the freeway 99 and 12th ave Our driver was robert, we’re so glad and happy that he was our driver He is so nice and polite human person We dropped out our stress down after he picked us up and start talking to us
My husband and I were driving from Woodland to Davis and ended up running over something and got a flat tire. We called the Toyota Road service and we were told it would be about a 60 minute wait. We got a text that said a 90 minute wait. Thankfully it was only about ten minutes later Kyle from Loyal Towing showed up. He was very polite, professional, and very quick. I was so relieved. I definitely would recommend Loyal Towing and Kyle. Thank you Kyle!
Robert helped us with a flat tire, towing our car off the dangerous freeway and replacing our flat all in less than an hour. He was extremely prompt, respectful, and patient with us and even provided us with suggestions on how to get home safe and fix the tire. If such an accident occurs again I'll be sure to contact Loyal Towing through AAA again. Thanks again Robert!
Excellent tow drivers TERRIBLE receptions who over staff the tow drivers and falsify times. The Tow Driver Robert was friendly professional and very informative helping me diagnose potential issues with my car as he towed it. Would hire him in a heartbeat any company would be lucky to have him. Total go getter. Desk receptionist was unprofessional Talked over us. Christina gave the worst service and said we would have a tow Told us we would have a tow in an hour and that we were next. Waited an hour said the same thing. Said the same thing again whe i called 2 hour later said the same thing. We questioned what the hold up was and then she started complaining to us about its not her fault they're busy when they in fact are responsible for dispatching drivers and coordinating logistics

Do not use this place! They dropped my car with a forklift and refuse to pay for the damages. They change their insurance frequently and my claim was denied because "they said they did not do it." Even with a police officer present at the time of the tow, noting no prior damage to my vehicle, they still refuse to take responsibility for the extensive damages including 2 huge forklift marks on the side doors, destroyed bumper and alignment issues. I've been battling them for over a year with no resolve besides them offering to refund my tow fee, which they later retracted. Run the other way!
I called and the lady who answered me was very nice ! The guy who picked our car up was on there not even 5 minutes after I called ! Super fast ! Super friendly ! Our experience was great ! Would recommend 10/10 !
Ali got me my class A last summer, then I met his nephew who saved my a** broke down on the side of hwy 80, he fixed my car in a rainstorm and got me back on the road. Everyone in the family are good people... Thanks Dominic.

They picked up my car and took it the repair shop. Upon arrival the driver proceeded to literally drop my car off of the flatbed damaged the whole front of my car and cars at the repair place. He tried to push the hood down to act like nothing happened, to hide what he had just done. Many eyewitneses labeled it very unprofessional. He had no idea what he was doing. Will be seeking reparations for damages done.
John has the best price in town. He is quick to respond and only took 30 minutes to get to me. He even helped me push my car into my driveway. Excellent service!
I Called about 6 different towing locations. All wanted $185 to $260 to tow my car approximately 5-7 miles and a 2 hour wait time . Called johns towing gave me a quote of $165. I told John that it's only a 5 to 7 mile tow, he dropped the price to $150 and said he can be there in 40 minutes. He actually showed up in about 25 minutes. He was very friendly. He help ease my day a little. It's never easy when your car breaks down and your stuck knowing it's going to cost you something that's not in the budget.. but he definitely help make it easier. I definitely recommend John towing service
I called John in the early hours of the morning and got a 20 minute ETA. I was meant with that ETA to perfection and John was more than being able to communicate with me. For where I had to tow to, tI would say the price was reasonable.
We got ourselves stuck in a pickle. Thankfully we called John’s towing and he was able to use his winch plus 3 other chains to pull us out, from the parking lot. We are thankful for his service.

The most unscrupulous business I have ever dealt with! I have (had) Allstate Roadside Assistance. My son broke down on the freeway. I called at 5:30 pm and was given a 60 to 70 estimate.Tito was assigned the job. Did not show. Called back and as . I was told it would be another 45 to 60 min - OK. Then they called me back in 50 min saying it was going to cost me $200 - OK as I had to get my son and car home but it would be about 20 min. Took my card over the phone. They finally got there at 9:45! Never again Allstate Roadside Assistance or Tito. I cannot believe these people are in business!
Great service always..flats dead battery..u name it Tito will handle it expediently. In addition they are always courteous and friendly..!
Always fair prices and they work with me when I'm on a budget. They also tow my cars and I don't pay for anything until I picked up my vehicle. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a repair and does not want to get ripped off.
Don't go with this company they were towing out of a homeless community she was blocking the entrance. The towe lady has been here almost 2 hrs she had a black lady aressted because the towe lady said the black lady tried to hit her. People saw the towe lady pay a witness after it happened, and she was in her room. I called the company but they didn't want to listen. Towe lady bleach blonde bigger woman Karen hair cut truck 08. She didn't even get the car she was here for.
The driver who picked up my car after an accident was so kind and helpful. He saw that we were not from town and helped us find a hotel nearby. He was understanding and fast to get us taken care of. He made sure we were able to get somewhere safe before being on his way. 100% a great guy and I hope his company values him.

I was involved with a very bad car accident and was taken to the emergency room. Dollar Tow is the Tow company that picked up my totaled car on the highway. When I went to go pick up my belongings the owner the old man that owns Dollar Tow was screaming at me and my friend telling me that I was not allowed to get my belongings out of my car until I sign paperwork I told him the insurance company was going to cover the cost of my car being stored there he continued to yell at me, threaten me, and call me and my friend names. He also told us that we were both stupid. After him yelling at me and calling me names for 20 minutes, I was finally able to get my belongings. I was not happy at all. I do not recommend this place to anybody the fees are outrageous, and the customer's service I received was extremely poor. It doesn't even deserve one star. This place need's to be shut down, Horrible place!
Very racist rude from staff to the owner caught the guy going through my sister stuff money came up missing. Caught the guy lying to police horrible business
People always want cheap and good service, but thats not how things work, you always pay more for a good tow. Yet, I was so surprised on how cheap Dollar Tow charged me for a long distance tow, this was not across the street tow, and the man that helped us was great, straight to the point, he knew where he was going and how confusing the directions we gave him and he was nice and understanding and got our car where it needed to go, so thank you Dollar Tow, I am definitely going to continue to call them when I need another tow.
The most honest and personable man in the business. That's not just my opinion it's a fact
Arrived very close to allotted time. Very friendly driver. Great service!

Sams Towing & Transport is Great. Ive been there multiple times to pickup cars & have Never had any issues. The Gentleman has always had a good attitude & doesnt waste any of my valuable time. Which is very much appreciated. The Lot is a bit small but kept very clean, organized & appears to be very safe & secure from the overly curious without permission to be in there. I definitely have no problem recommending Sams Towing & Transport to friends & others.
If you want thieves stealing from your car and your money then I recommend this place. Crooks.
The tow yard staff was very friendly.

Excellent and quick service! I was stranded here, out of town, with a damaged and flat tire and at night (not to mention spares aren't included with new cars now, so he couldn't just change the tire). The driver found the best solution for my car after all tire shops had closed, a good friend who lives in the area picked me up, and the car will be ready this morning.
I had a great experience with RC Towing. My car would not start. I called my roadside service. The truck showed up in a timely manner. The driver got my car on the truck and secured it. We drove to the dealership and he got my car off the truck by himself. I had to talk to the service department or I would have helped him. I have no complaints and I am grateful for the help.
This business really does take care of your cars... I have a very low BMW M2 Competition that Cesar towed for me and he not only did a great job at towing the car without any damages, but was super quick to assist and load up! The clerk was also very warm and welcoming, I would definitely recommend this towing company to anyone who needed help on the side of the road.
I had My car towed by this company for a parking violation when I went to pick up my car, it was severely damaged. My drivers was knocked off. My front left fender was scraped my drivers door scraped. My front left tire was flat. My bumper was cracked if you ever towed by this company, I recommend getting a lawyer and calling the police immediately. it doesn’t even deserve a one star, but I have to put it to make the post
(potential accident) They need to realize there not driving a pickup and stop being so inconsiderate. Taking up 5 spots while parking that's a D**K move. Your in a work truck and need to portray that your company isn't a bunch of lazy H.S. dropouts with not respect for fellow drivers. If you had any sense you would park next to one of the curbs where there other truck drivers park. No you couldn't take the extra 20 steps and park your flat bed tow truck in a spot legally out of the way.

Great Straight up Towing company. They give you a price, they tow the vehicle. Harpo is as nice as it gets. Makes your day better after an accident.
It's a very bad company, never play it, don't call it, it takes a lot of money. And they still behave badly.
I would give 0 stars if I could. My truck wasn’t even there for 2 seconds, absolutely unempathetic, heartless. I had to do an emergency move since just getting out of the hospital and he didn’t offer any sympathy to my situation and charged me $637 for 1 mile of towing and not even a second through the gate.
The worst tow truck service I ever received, driver was extremely rude upon arrival. Then suddenly left saying he had a long day. Never got my vehicle towed...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
Saw this guy turn on a “no turn on red” and blocked traffic in the middle of the road. Pretty sure I saw him flip the bird to a homeless guy asking for money as well. Outrageous. Scandalous. This needs to be investigated.
