They were dispatched to us by AAA. They arrived quickly and the driver...forgot his name completely...was very knowledgeable and on top of his work. I didn't need to do anything, like I could anyhow as I was holding my infant daughter. Great customer service! They towed my husband's truck and it was home safe and sound when we arrived back home.
I have used this company multiple times via my AAA membership. Since this company has been dispatched multiple times I figured I might as well write a review. The drivers have always shown up earlier than expected and the communication has been amazing letting me know when they would arrive. Each time the drivers have been pleasant, friendly, and quickly taken care of my situation. I have used this company for keys being locked inside the vehicle and also for a tow. I would highly recommend using this particular company.
Absolutely horrible experience today. Waited 4 hours today for a tow and no communication at all. They kept lying and saying the tech was on there way but hours and hours went by with no apology whatsoever. I give 2 stars because the tow truck driver was super cool and really made the best of a bad situation. If you are in a rush, do not choose this place. They have no problem keeping you waiting.
Called several times to give update on arrival. He was very courteous, friendly and knew what he was doing. Very good experience.

Angelo's Towing Riverside exceeded my expectations with its professional service, prompt arrival, and courteous personnel (who was so kind and helpful and who changed my tire in a matter of minutes).
I had a dead battery and so I called AAA and Angelo's Towing sent a technician out to help me. Steven was fast and very professional, he swapped out my battery for a new one at a great price in no time. 5 stars for excellent service!
My experience with Was wonderful. The guy came on time. He put my vintage car on the flatbed and he helped me put the top up because it started to sprinkle and he was just wonderful. I need a receipt from them to get the cost reimbursed from my insurance. They refuse to give me a receipt so I had to pay out of pocket over $400. Do not use them if going through your insurance company. I guess they don’t want record of the transaction so they can avoid taxes but this screws the customer.

This towing company is the best they where very professionally and made sure everyone was ok. They made sure to take pictures of vehicle before putting it on truck to protect them for damage claims and us as well. I think this is important cus lots of other companies don’t do this. Then when damage happens they say how do we know it wasn’t there before? He must of call the tow company to pick up my truck. Cause there NO reason for my truck to be towed. Had pay over $354. To get my truck out. Scammers! Based on other reviews this situation happens very often. Called AAA due to my van not starting, upon arrival we were not greeted by Daniel he just straight up walked to the van with his vape pen in his hand looked inside and informed us that he wasn’t able to tow because of a small ice cream cart that was inside van. He then told us that it was not covered because it was unsafe to tow, he then told us that he was able to tow it for $350 🤔 doesn’t make sense.
I want to give a big shout out to Barney for such a quick an professional job in towing my vehicle recently. I'd say he is the best tow driver I've ever dealt with in my life. Thank you Mr Barney from interstate towing.
My car got stolen, the police, my husband and daughter found the car, the police report and some pictures that we have showed that my car wasn't missing a lot of things, the police didn't release the car to my family because they are not in the title,so the officer call Interstate Towing on Monday 5/22/23, and I picked up my car Tuesday 5/23/23,my car was missing the fuel pump , the battery, the spare tire, and they broke the front bumper , and I hade to pay them $524.00 dollars for their service . I requested to speak to the manager, and the Manager was the person who towed my car, the police shouldn't work with towing companies that dismantles the cars. They took more parts then the thief that stoled it. Worst towing company . Minus -10 star's.
Mark was fantastic! He replaced my battery quickly and efficiently, but what really stood out was how personable and thorough he was throughout the process (He brushed the terminals on the new battery and the cables. Dude cares his work). He took the time to explain everything, double-checked his work, and made sure I was good to go before wrapping up. Thanks Interstate and Mark!

It was a crap day. Just got off work and literally down my street when someone got in front of me and wrecked my new Harley. Called my insurance and they got the nearest towing company near me and it was Liberty I got a call from Liberty and was told it was an hour out. Bummer, glad my friend lives close so I had company. I called my insurance (state farm) to make sure I was covered but I was told that I had to add towing with “full coverage”… makes NO sense but ok. I asked them what’s the estimate and they were upfront about it. I told them what my insurance told me and even they were confused. The driver from Liberty arrived and loaded the bike like a pro. Me and my friend left and waited for him at my house. I get a call back and the gentlemen over the phone told me I was covered for the tow. Not sure what transpired during that hour and twenty minutes but I was relieved. You figure having full coverage, towing would be included. Thank you Liberty Towing. Hope to god to never get into another accident but if that should occur or any of my other vehicles won’t start, I’ll tell my insurance to contact you guys. God bless and thanks again.

Completely unprofessional - first claimed they couldn't jump my battery and could only tow so I asked for a tow the next afternoon. After being 10 minutes late I call THEM and a tire is flat on the tow. If that's the case call me earlier? Give me a heads up ... something. Call gets dropped and no follow up, no courtesy call or anything. If your insurance dispatches this company ask for something else. The tow company my insurance called after was on time, called me to confirm the night before and morning of and jumped my car in three minutes. Liberty wasted hours of my time.
Don’t expect fast service at all. Was estimated an hour for them to get to my location. It’s been an hour and a half and they just called me saying it would be another 30 minutes. Ridiculous
I recently had a dead HV battery in my Tesla and needed a tow, and Brian from Liberty towing came to my rescue! He arrived right on time it was extremely professional. Brian's experience with Tesla's really showed - he offered specific advice based on his knowledge, walking me through putting my vehicle into tow mode so I wouldn't have to be dragged onto the flatbed. Before towing, he also offered options to try and avoid the toe altogether, showing genuine care and expertise. When the tow was necessary, Brian handled my car with great respect and efficiency, completing everything quickly and smoothly. He made sure I knew where my car was being taken and insured I had a ride so I wasn't left stranded. Liberty towing contacted me when Brian was dispatched and gave me an estimated time of arrival which to my surprise was accurate! I wasn't left waiting long. No one wants to need a tow, but when you do, Liberty towing is like a superhero with a flatbed - ready to save the day and get you back on the road with a smile. Thanks, Liberty towing and Brian, for coming to my rescue!

Affordable and prompt
They tow your car and raise the prices ridiculously high especially when workers are in a bad mood. Horrible service! Definitely don't recommend this tow company unless you like getting screwed over. They can't Even explain their prices and when you call them out on it, they are petty about it. Look at their responses to other customers.
Just trying to have a good time with friends to find out their car was towed. When we approached my car the man that was towing (Jack) laughed and said my car was next. No one likes their car getting towed and instead of being considerate, he was very rude. In my head, I had imagined he was in a bad mood because I’m guessing he’s been towing non stop and probably getting into arguments non stop. But he told my friend it was going to be $450 which is absolutely expensive. Saying that he was giving us a discount…. When we arrived to pick up his car, there were two German shepherds and the lady that came to open the gate was rude and couldn’t control her dogs. The lady had told my friend a completely different price. Almost $700. The only reason my friend got a “discount”, was because he was persistent and they were tired of him being there. Want a place that’s gonna rip you off? .. you found one. Don’t believe me? Look at reviews and comments from them… immature and unprofessional.
They are great! friendly! helpful! I've use them several times even bring gad to you if you're out my car broke down last week and thought I was low on gas but it was the engine I was heading to Las Vegas and to tow me back they where affordable compare to other companies that wanted way more. These people are rip off cons I went there to retrieve my personal belongings after our car was towed from an accident they tried to deny me access I had to call the cops. They can’t prevent you from taking possession of your personal belongings inside the vehicle. Police came they got real nice and I got my personal belongings.

BEWARE! This company deserves ZERO stars. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. The staff were unprofessional and callousness. This is the second time I've dealt with this company and both experiences have been awful. To make matters worse, my vehicle was not towed properly which resulted in out of pocket costs in repairs. All they care about is money and have no compassion.

This company targeted my daughters car from the complex that she lives I say because she’s seen them looking at her car in the past .She’s lived there for over a year , obviously these guys are trained to identify cars so they can tell who lives there , they frequent this complex two or three times a week. They’re like sharks looking to see what they can take, inside my daughters car the parking permit was in plain site and they still towed her car I try to explain to the guy that runs the place and he didn’t not want to listen ,he just stated it was $355 and they close at 4 pm or else be charged another day . Be aware of these sharks there not scavenging for meat. They are scavenging for money. …….. in response to your comments you told my daughter to be there by 4:00 pm and the parking permit was not under the seat it was next to the shifter consul, all you had to look through the window and see it it was visible! And nobody called on my daughter car there were several parking spaces available next to her car
I called my insurance company and they sent this company out. I waited over two hours and no one ever showed up. I called them twice. The last time I called, they lied and said they called me several times for 20 minutes to locate my car and I did not answer. I was standing outside the entire time and NEVER saw a tow truck. They had my vehicle description and I was the only car parked in the given location. They completely lied! If I were you, I'd avoid this company! Save your time and money and pick another company.
BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Brother’s towing are the worst company in Riverside. They drive around several apartment complex several times a day looking for cars to tow. They obviously are desperate for money. They towed my car from the apartment complex that I am authorized to park in with a parking permit. I had proof that I was authorized to park there, I showed parking permit, the HOA even called them and they still took my money $355 dollars. I had to pay them for stealing my car!! They were in the wrong not me!! If you are looking for a good honest towing company Brother’s towing is not the place. VERY RUDE SERVICE. WAS LEFT ON HOLD FOR A LONG TIME. GOT HUNG UP TWICE. AND SAID HE WAS BUSY AND DON'T HAVE TIME FOR ME AFTER A HORRIBLE CAR ACCIDENT EXPERIENCE. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
These people are completely unprofessional and will charge you outrageous fees to get your vehicle back. Be sure to remove valuable items from the vehicle if you can because they will take them and claim that any missing items or damage to the vehicle is not their responsibility.
