Ramos towed my vehicle incorrectly causing damage to my vehicle. The staff were disrespectful, vulgar and rude. It’s disappointing to be disabled and not treated in a respectful manner.
Called several times to give update on arrival. He was very courteous, friendly and knew what he was doing. Very good experience.
They were dispatched to us by AAA. They arrived quickly and the driver...forgot his name completely...was very knowledgeable and on top of his work. I didn't need to do anything, like I could anyhow as I was holding my infant daughter. Great customer service! They towed my husband's truck and it was home safe and sound when we arrived back home.
We used this company through AAA and the driver was very nice and professional. Nothing but a good experience.
Ramos Towing is amazing. I called AAA the day before with a ready time. Ramos Towing called me the morning of to confirm. That was great 'cause I didn't expect a call from them. Then the driver followed up with another call. When he arrived he shook my hand and introduced himself. He advised he how long it would take to load my car. When I got in the truck he advised me of the eta to the dealer. We had a nice conversation. Before I knew it we were at the dealership. Very nice young man. Great company. I wish them much success!

I need a receipt from them to get the cost reimbursed from my insurance. They refuse to give me a receipt so I had to pay out of pocket over $400. Do not use them if going through your insurance company. I guess they don’t want record of the transaction so they can avoid taxes but this screws the customer.

This is my first time using the towing company for my vehicle and rating this company a 10 stars. The van was not moving in reverse and Ismael helped me to get the van moving and took his time to help me. He's very professional and very helpful. Will call him again next time for all towing needs, definitely call this company if you need towing. Btw, I called in and immediately got serviced right away. IMMEDIATELY.
This towing company is the best they where very professionally and made sure everyone was ok. They made sure to take pictures of vehicle before putting it on truck to protect them for damage claims and us as well. I think this is important cus lots of other companies don’t do this. Then when damage happens they say how do we know it wasn’t there before? The guy that towed us did a great job he got my big Cadillac Escalade out of a tight spot and got It home safe parked it in the driveway perfectly. Great company 5 stars.

Slow your driver's down. Passed me on rt8 North between 303 and 82 going atleast 80 with a car on the flatbed. Very dangerous let alone 20 over the speed limit. This driver should be fired immediately.
Where's toe truck company ever? They put regular gas in my diesel. That destroyed my diesel engine and will not take responsibility. Or take care of the situation. I even let him take my truck so that they could try to correct the situation and they said, if any issues, we will make sure that you're taking care of that, we will fix the problems well, they took my truck, they dropped my pin. They clean my PAN, and this. Of course, is after they started, so the gas already ran through my diesel back. 2 weeks later, I'm blowing black smoke. I contact triple-a to let them know what is going on. Because they are the ones that hired this horrible company. Triple-a talks to them and they say they are not gonna take care of anything or fix any issues. Whatsoever related to the gasoline going in my diesel. This company should be shut down. This company is by far the worst. I have ever had to deal with. This company's owner would not even contact me. They would only have a manager. Talk to me. By far worst company ever please. No one ever used them because if anything ever happens to your vehicle, they will not take care of it. They will not fix the problem. And of course, they are extremely rude when you do call.
My car got stolen, the police, my husband and daughter found the car, the police report and some pictures that we have showed that my car wasn't missing a lot of things, the police didn't release the car to my family because they are not in the title,so the officer call Interstate Towing on Monday 5/22/23, and I picked up my car Tuesday 5/23/23,my car was missing the fuel pump , the battery, the spare tire, and they broke the front bumper , and I hade to pay them $524.00 dollars for their service . I requested to speak to the manager, and the Manager was the person who towed my car, the police shouldn't work with towing companies that dismantles the cars. They took more parts then the thief that stoled it. Worst towing company . Minus -10 star's.
I just had a tire blowout on the 91 freeway near Madison. I got of the freeway and I thought I could slowly drive to my home in Canyon Crest but it was not possible so I called AAA within 15 minutes JUVEN from Interstate Towing showed up and changed the spare .. JOVEN was amazing clean & professional. Would highly recommend people to buy AAA annual roadside assistance program. Very highly recommend Interstate towing company of Riverside 🙏🏽

Completely unprofessional - first claimed they couldn't jump my battery and could only tow so I asked for a tow the next afternoon. After being 10 minutes late I call THEM and a tire is flat on the tow. If that's the case call me earlier? Give me a heads up ... something. Call gets dropped and no follow up, no courtesy call or anything. If your insurance dispatches this company ask for something else. The tow company my insurance called after was on time, called me to confirm the night before and morning of and jumped my car in three minutes. Liberty wasted hours of my time.
9/20/24 last night I left my keys in my car I read bad comments about this towing company. I did get my service at the time. They told me they were going to be there. I don’t remember the guy’s name, but I had good service and the worker was very polite. Hopefully, I don’t disappoint people keep up with giving people good service..
Had a moment today when my car battery died and I needed a jump start. I called Allstate Roadside Assistance, and they connected me with Liberty Towing. From start to finish, the communication was excellent. Maurico texted, called, and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Yes, my battery was low and honestly, so was I but thanks to Allstate Roadside and Liberty Towing, I was back up and running. Truly grateful! Team Smiley ☺️
Horrible service. The driver did not understand the Toyota Prius at all. They did not realize it has a tow hook with the spare tire. And when I tried to show them the vehicle user manual, the driver wouldn't look at it. They could not get the vehicle into neutral since the main battery was dead and they were not carrying a battery pack (or perhaps did not know how to use it). After waiting an hour for them, they then abandoned us spending less than 5 mins to try and load the vehicle. We had to call a different tow truck. Luckily the others knew exactly what to do. Clearly Liberty Towing has not trained their personnel well. Unfortunately I can't give a 0-star - that's what the rating really is.
En lo personal para mi es el peor servio que da este negocio, el pasado 23 de Noviembre llame ala compañía ostar, para pedir svc,de grua y me enviaron a esta compañia de "LIBERTY TOWING"... la llame alas 6:30 Am yego alas 7:25 Am. sin duda yego muy rápido pero una vez que estuvo en casa el chofer me iso las preguntas con respecto adonde llevaria el carro. El ya lo sabia que el svc fue por que tenia cita en la agencia de la chebrolet. Para un servicio general, incluyendo cambio de. neumaticos. Pero cuando el chofer de la grua me iso preguntas y se dio cuenta que mi auto avia estado en un accidente y que ya habia un reclamo avierto por el accidente cuando le respondi inmediatamente me dijo que a chebrolet no lo podia yevar que su responsabilidad era yevarlo aun centro de coalisión. Para que fuera inspecionado que por que en chebrolet lo retendria por 1 cemana y que terminarian mandacelo a ello y ellos tenian contrato con todas las aseguranzas y especialistas que se encargarian de de revisar el auto y una vez que tuvieran el diagnóstico me harian yegar uno ami y otro ala aseguranza para que yo determinara aque body shop. Queria yebarlo a reparar le respondi que no y el incistio, al final termino por yebarlo adonde el sin comunicarselo ala compañia de ostar que ir obligacion tenia que averlo echo por que es un servicio que yo pago todo esto con el proposito de sacar dinero lo yevo aun corralon donde yevan los carros que levantan de la calle con un reporte que lo avia levantado de una area de acsidente y mentira lo saco del garage de mi casa. Reteniendolo por 15 dias. al tercer dia yo llame para saber que estaba pasando con mi carro las personas del negocio solo contestaban. que la aseguranza tenia que sacarlo... yo por supuesto como ya tenia un reclamo con mi aseguranza ...inmediatamente me comunique con ellos pero a esto la compañia de liberty.solo estaba gaanando tiempo para sacar dinero intentando sacar dinero ya seaa de la aseguranza. o la financiera con la que estoy financiando mi carro. Claro de esto me di cuenta por que mi financiera se puso en contacto conmigo...una vez que yo me entere llame a mi aseguranza. Con la compañía. Y la compañia de asistencia en el camino que es ostar trataron de sacar el carro por medio de fix auto.. que es un centro de coalisión... pero liberty no lo queria entregar asta que no se pagarán $1200.00 dls en efectivo sin aseptar cheque ni pago electrónico...para mi no me queda más que claro que esto es un fraude Poreso les recomiendo que no asepten ni soliciten los servicios de este negocio. LIBERTY TOWING Porque para recuperar su auto tendran que pagar un alto presio. Worst towing experience ever. No respect from these guys. But I mean with their attitude towing was pretty much the only career they could go for. Better towing options out there like Flag towing, Atilanos towing, or Voltage towing. Let these fellas learn some hospitality. Or find God. Either or.
They Towed my car from dennys. The tow driver was disrespectful and started laughing that he was towing my car. When I asked him how much it was going to be, he said it was $450. I asked him if I could pay the drop fee so they would not tow the car. The driver found it amusing that I was asking about the drop fee and said he was not going to drop the car and said "he was going to make my night difficult for me". I got a ride to the tow company, and once I got there they had almost doubled the price for the tow (7 mile tow). Went from being $450 to over $700, the car was not in their yard for more than an hour. When questioned about the price, the secretary could not give me a price breakdown on why the fees almost doubled. They could not even provide a itemized receipt to show the breakdown of what they charged me .this business needs to have their licenses revoked for business malpractice and should be investigated by the better business bureau. They should also give their driver a customer service course and pay for some anger management classes. With their absurd prices they are charging, they can afford it. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with them.
As a business owner in downtown Riverside, located near several bars, managing our private parking lot on weekends has been a constant challenge. We've dealt with bar patrons illegally parking, damaging employee vehicles, and leaving behind trash, bottles, and even bodily waste. Hamilton’s Towing has been an invaluable partner in helping us maintain order and ensure our lot remains available for our employees. They are consistently prompt, reliable, and easy to communicate with via text and phone. Many of the negative reviews seem to come from individuals who disregard clearly posted signs and assume the rules don’t apply to them.
Doesn’t even deserve 1 star, disrespectful over the phone. Talks all the time not giving me the chance to talk. Claims I called him before and I didn’t worst tow I’ve ever dealt with
I mean no one likes to have their vehicle towed and believe me my story is just a mess and the cost was crazy when they didn't even have my truck for a hour. However, the guy I called was helpful and it was a easy process to get my truck out didn't have to show any proof and can pay over the phone.

I got a bill in the mail stating My car was towed on 3/7/2024 and that I owe $350 for the tow and $70 per day in storage fees. However, I am currently driving my car and it has never been towed or in any storage facility. Also, I live in San diego and have never heard of Colton, ca. I called and they told me to call back tomorrow while they check their yard to confirm. Seems like a SCAM AGENCY!! Edit to reply- it's a scam because you never had my car in your tow yard!! Sending random people bills whether it's a mistake or not you need to double, triple check! My car HAS never been touched by your scam company but I got a bill saying you tried to reach me several times and there can be a lien put out on my vehicle. Your reply is a joke. Edit to add 8/19/25 these incompetent imbeciles put a lein on my car so I couldnt renew online. Had to spend a day at The DMV getting an inspection to prove my car is in my posession.
Absolutely disgraceful company. They towed my car right from in front of my own home without any valid reason or warning. This business clearly survives by preying on hardworking people, targeting vehicles parked legally in residential areas. Their tactics are sneaky, aggressive, and downright unethical. When I called to get information, I was met with rude and dismissive staff who offered no explanation or accountability. It’s obvious this company is more interested in collecting outrageous fees than actually helping people in need of towing services. Stay far away if you value your time, money, or basic decency
The towed my car and a grocery market and made me jump through hopes to get it back, horrible attitudes. I hope there is a such thing called "Karma".

Stole multiple parts from the car and other things out of the car, can’t say what as I hope they hear from better business bureau in my stead. If you’ve have damage or items stolen just keep reporting them and get them under investigation, better yet shut down.
❗DO NOT PAY WITH ZELLE OR CASHAPP Avoid this place at all costs. Brother’s Towing towed my car in the middle of the night and tried to force me to pay using Zelle or CashApp — which is completely shady and possibly tax evasion. These payment methods are non-refundable and violate California Vehicle Code §22658, which says they must accept cash AND at least one other legal payment method like debit or credit. Don’t let them tell you, you can’t use cash, debit or credit. If they do call the police (don’t dial 911 use non emergent line) and have them sort it out. This company has a contract with a couple apartment complexes and businesses in Riverside, I understand why the car was towed, but we live in a gated community and the make their rounds and cruise around hoping to tow you if you’re in the wrong spot or don’t have your “reserved” parking spot present. Very predatory. And the price does not equate the tow. They initially refused my card, then reluctantly accepted it after I pointed out their own posted sign. They charged me over $400 for a basic tow with an inflated “after-hours” fee even though they were actively towing at midnight. Their rate sheet on the wall was typed and edited with pen/marker, which also violates the law. When I asked for the legally required towing rate document, they refused and pointed at the wall. I wrote “paid under protest” on the receipt and documented everything. If you’ve been towed, take pictures of receipts and your vehicle to make sure they don’t steal things or damage your car (they damaged my car and I’m in talks with my insurance to get them to pay for it). Document everything, file complaints with the DMV, your businesses, apartments, condos, and the Bureau of Automotive Repair, and NEVER pay with Zelle or CashApp. You won’t be able to dispute it or get your money back. This company counts on people being desperate and unaware of their rights. Don’t let them get away with it. By law you don’t have to pay with Zelle/cashapp.
I was in the Middle of 5 o'clock traffic on Alessandro heading to go visit my mom when I lost all power to my vehicle in the middle of traffic I was having to wave cars to go around me i didn't know what I was going to do and thankfully two gentlemen from Brothers towing came to the rescue they helped me get my car over to the side of the road safely and even though they didn't have to they were so nice they had went ahead and redid the wiring on my battery terminal cables out of the kindness of their hearts . They made sure I was safely able to drive to my destination. I know that I will definitely be calling brothers towing if I ever get stuck in a situation again. And definitely recommend giving them a call if you find yourself in a situation.
In less than 40 minutes they changed 100 dollars to release my truck. appalling
Called my roadside assistance and they had these guys come jumpstart my dead car battery. Waited for about 3 hours no one came. I called them directly and they gave me an excuse saying they called and were outside of the address at 8am. Never got a call and didn't see anyone. Been outside near my car since 7 am. Bull****.
