This place is complete garbage. They can't follow simple instructions and simply choose to Not show up. Don't waste your time with them
I called AAA to help with toy my 1967 Ford Mustang and the driver from Chico's Towing told me he'll be here in 12 minutes and then told me that past 15 minutes past 20 minutes past no driver showed up I called the driver back he said my order was canceled he didn't know why so I called dispatch she couldn't tell me why and no one notified me of being canceled Chico's Towing in notify my AAA either they should have been professional and handle it and tell my AAA that was canceled for whatever reason it was they did not they have bad phone etiquette the lady does not know how to answer a phone and rude on top of that
I was in a terrible car accident and ANDREW from Chico’s towing came sooner than expected and was so kind, knowledgeable and fast. I would recommend ANDREW with a 5 ⭐️’s plus rating!!!!!
Reached out to Chicos needing help with finding a roll back to get a forklift off the ground onto a flatbed. They didn't have the right equipment but they found a company that may be able to help. They were nice and tried to help as much as they could.

This company’s actions have been deeply disappointing and problematic. They towed our vehicle from the parking lot near our residence, despite the fact that we have consistently paid for parking for this vehicle over several months. It is clear that they are not focused on upholding parking regulations but rather seem more interested in creating unnecessary issues and extracting money from people.
I have been working on this thing for more than 3 years, it is the first time they treat me this way they are very rude, they do not talk to you, shouting, I have all the information they need and they do not help you.
Same story here as everyone else, car was parked in front of my house to run inside - came out to no car. $400 to get it back- that was my rent money. They had it for an hour. Unethical business. Zero stars. How do you guys sleep at night, knowing you are criminals?!!?
My car has been in there for two days, it went from 435 to 750 and then they told me it’s 180 to get me stuff out the car for a gate fee. I’m literally visiting for break from college and have to go back. They have no empathy or remorse for wrongfully holding my car along with the shitty HOA at vintage townhomes. I slept on a couch for a week visiting and they do this BS. I hope this company goes out of business and all these people never get a job knowing they towed for this company
I scheduled a tow through AAA to have my car towed to a repair shop due to an accident. I called Steve’s towing after scheduling my appointment with AAA online to let them know my car does not need to be at the collision center until 1pm today. The individual who answered the phone was verbally aggressive from the moment he answered the phone. After explaining my situation multiple times he continued to yell at me saying I need to call AAA and they have nothing to do with it. He wouldn’t take the time to listen nor would he acknowledge what I was trying to tell him. I immediately called AAA and cancelled the tow with Steve’s towing and requested a different company. Steve’s towing still sent someone to my home to pick up my car and that individual was rude and aggressive as well when I informed him we no longer needed their services. I will not be using Steve’s towing in the future and I will be informing all friends and family to not do so as well. I have also filed a complaint with AAA. They have definitely earned their 1.7 star review! In my opinion it should be less than that! Please save yourself the undue negative treatment and use a different company that would love to have your business.
