I was in a terrible car accident and ANDREW from Chico’s towing came sooner than expected and was so kind, knowledgeable and fast. I would recommend ANDREW with a 5 ⭐️’s plus rating!!!!!
I called AAA to help with toy my 1967 Ford Mustang and the driver from Chico's Towing told me he'll be here in 12 minutes and then told me that past 15 minutes past 20 minutes past no driver showed up I called the driver back he said my order was canceled he didn't know why so I called dispatch she couldn't tell me why and no one notified me of being canceled Chico's Towing in notify my AAA either they should have been professional and handle it and tell my AAA that was canceled for whatever reason it was they did not they have bad phone etiquette the lady does not know how to answer a phone and rude on top of that

This was the most horrible experience in this place. We had to call the RC police to send a officer. The guy in the window totally unprofessional, abusive and disrespectful. We asked for a detailed information of the payment and he got super upset and yield at us saying he would give us the detail after we paid, so we asked again and he said you affected my mood and now the next app in at 5 pm. come back then if you want your car. and closed the window in our faces. We arrived there at 11:30 am. when the police showed up he told the officer that he was by himself that we needed to wait because he could not leave the window alone and the he would release the car which was a lie because there were 2 people inside the office. This guy made us wait unnecessary time for no logical reason time and his costumer skills lack professionalism and respect. Horrible experience. Please avoid this place. They will overcharge for step in. Search for another place. They don't deserve your business and you don't deserve being disrespected.
They stole my girlfriend’s AirPods and Tiffany’s necklace from her car. DO NOT LET THEM DRIVE YOUR CAR OUT FOR YOU. Insist that you do it yourself or keep your eyes on these low lifes the whole time. After i paid the fee the front desk man told me to go get the car. It was blocked in and they told me “give me the keys and wait outside the gate.” When they brought the car back out, they retreated behind the gate right away and didn’t even bother to hide that they rummaged through her car. Left papers from the center console strewn about the passenger seat. Actual thieves.
Okay, hear me out. Everyone has “bad experiences” with towing cause it just kinda sucks to be stuck on the road in general. But a few weeks ago, I was driving back from a baseball game with my eight year old son. Bam. I got a flat wheel going on the Southbound 15 around Corona. So call AAA. They send Steve’s Towing to me. My driver; Jermaine. The absolutely wonderful, understanding, and compassionate man ever. I cannot thank him enough. Made my son and myself feel so taken care of and safe. Truly thankful so, so much!
I have been working on this thing for more than 3 years, it is the first time they treat me this way they are very rude, they do not talk to you, shouting, I have all the information they need and they do not help you.
Best towing company in town…I’m usually a light sleeper and wake up to the smallest sound, but Thier towing is the most quickest, quietest, and most efficient towing I’ve ever gotten towed by. I didn’t even notice my car was gone until I was getting ready to get to Carl’s Jr at 3 am.

I recommend chicos towing if you’re in Kaiser or rancho this company wanted to charge me $188 to come get me a mile away and take me 2.3 miles away chicos quoted $95 and they didn’t keep me on hold for 30 minutes!!
