Breaking down on the fwy is never fun, but this guy made everything so easy. He got us in his truck right away so we weren't on the side of the fwy. His truck was clean! He was very personable on the drive and got us home quickly. I highly recommend his tiw services.

Parked at a matcha place in Rowland Heights. My car was towed all the way to Pomona. There was no visible signage at the entrance of the lot, nor was there anything in the surrounding area. The car was parked for less than 30 minutes before being towed. Upon calling, the line went straight to voicemail, where I then proceeded to receive imessages from the company, asking to call me back later. However, after attempting to reason through text messages — even providing pictures of the area — I was still told that it would cost $605 to pick up my car. We were at the impoundment lot within 30 minutes after it was picked up, yet we were still left with a fee of $605, which they could not properly explain to us. Upon asking for more details, the man in front was vague — even going as far as to tell us they are “completely legit” — which seems odd for a company who is attempting to not come off as predatory.
Last Night this company is confusing to understand they say they tow cars who are under there property but here are no signs on specific parking spaces. Actually going to see if we can get more legal help with this . Two two trucks tried towing both our cars . Charging us 600 at the yard and to drop the car right then and there 300. We asked to show us identification from the drivers to see there license . and they did not want to share . We asked for documentation they said they wouldn't only share after paying ? Kind of sketchy right ? We decided to pay the fee since we did not belong in the area . We have pictures of our parking spots where there is no sign of there company at on the wall so how is it our fault that we parked in a parking space that had no sign ?? If the parking space had a sign that would be u understandable but it isn't . It's like going to any other parking spots in LA some have sign that say only 30 min max but does that include for all the other spots within the parking premise that don't have the sign of "30min max " or " employee parking" no right ? To top it off when we paid they kept insisting that we did not pay even after using there website and they're website provided a confirmation number . The drivers did not want to drop the car even if we had proof of payment . There "boss" wanted us to pay once again bc they said they did not receive anything at all! So in all we ended up paying 3 times for 2 cars that's a total of 900 dollars that spent all bc their boss said they didn't receive anything even after providing 3 Confirmation Numbers !! So be careful with this company call cops once you are at the parking premise if this happens to you !! Take as much evidence as you can too . Look at pictures ! How is this our fault ?
Experienced some great service with this provider today. They were late on pickup but when I called to get an ETA, they updated me with a more accurate time and were there when they said they would be. The driver got my car on the truck pretty quickly, gave me a ride to my tire shop and was on his way. Great service! Thank you so much :)
I called from the highway's car pool lane at peak hour. It was 6:41 pm. They asked me to send my location which I did right away and they said that a truck would be there in 20 min. Around 20 min later, they informed me that I needed to pay in advance for them to send the truck, which is reasonable, only that they did not inform it when I first called. I paid and called again in less than 5 min. The person on the line told me that the delay was because I hadn't paid and got upset at my complain. Long story short, they kept saying "we'll be there in 20 min" (I guess making time while trying to find a truck available) They arrived around 8:30 pm (almost 2 hours from the initial call). I get it, it's not like you can make a tow truck appear in front of you right away and I can understand some delay, but I find it dishonest to keep the customer on hold by giving false information or by not informing their process and requirements from the beginning. I would definitely not recommend, because of how they handled communication with the customer (me) and because of lack of transparency.
Raul is the greatest tow truck driver ever! Clean, quick, efficient, knowledgeable and safe. I don’t think I’ve ever had a tow experience like this before. I highly recommend!

Disappointed, company tells you they're enroute then they refuse to answer once they find out its too far, and leave you stranded when you tell them you have a low cell charge. I definitely will notify AAA

Time for pickup was setup by a 3rd party. It didn't fit PVT schedule and they changed it. I called and explained my situation and PVT made the pickup happen on time. Great Company.

They work with the local police Dept. So there for is no way you can argue towed done thru them. If you really really think you have 100% proof you had and incorrect tow done by them, I suggest take it to small claims or hire an attorney. Is not that I don't support local law enforcement, is just that we all make " mistakes " some times 😜👮👮 ✌
I called for information and the receptionist did not know how to explain properly which, was extremely frustrating and confusing, she ended up hanging up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Next time, she should admit that she has very little knowledge about the topic and she should offer to get someone on the line that is well informed about the topic.

Very professional polite and helpful. They towed my car after it was stolen. I went to tow yard and a guy helped me go over to my vehicle and see the damage that was done by the thieves. He was very helpful.
They towed my employees car and broke his driver Side door handle. We had to jump in through the passenger to get in. Boss said it isn't their fault, I asked for photos of before the car was towed and they said they don't take any. Only when they're at their lot. Also after driving off the lot the alignment was completely off and sounds like something underneath had been cracked. Will be taking to the shop to inspect and lawyer will be reaching out for damages. It's a shame someone who's been in business for so long has no good customer service. Will be filing complaints with Pomona PD to bid for a different service provider. You guys are sad
Was a victim of a GTA, and then Im victimized AGAIN by this Towing agency. Idk how they can get away with certain things. It just simply isn't fair..
The gentleman who picked me up was very polite, fast and professional; he had a beard.. looked like a Sean Connery.. Can you have fun while having your car towed. Apparently so with Sanders Towing. I highly recommend them.

Drivers illegally seize vehicles, overcharge and do not follow local city and state laws or regulations. Its the reason they lost a contract with Woodside Village Apartments. Sue them. They deserve to have money forcefully removed from their fingertips like they do to others. Anyone who sues, ill join it. I even have evidence of their law breaking behavior.
Yes they are thieves they tried taking my friend car illegally.. I cought them and drop a law bomb on them.. Hahaha they are so bad..
Towed my friend's car in a two hour parking zone when they were only parked there for an hour and a half (at most). Especially, unfair during this peak of COVID since we're all struggling to earn money/keep our employment due to jobs being furloughed.
