Kadhim was excellent! He was quick to respond to our inquiry to tow our Mini Van all the way from Long Beach to Claremont. He took good care of our car and even dropped us off at our friends house to borrow a car. Very professional! Would recommend.

Experienced some great service with this provider today. They were late on pickup but when I called to get an ETA, they updated me with a more accurate time and were there when they said they would be. The driver got my car on the truck pretty quickly, gave me a ride to my tire shop and was on his way. Great service! Thank you so much :)

I have never written a review before, But serious shout out to Melanie the dispatcher and Joel the tow truck driver. I called so many agencies to get my ex girlfriend's car out of my driveway but nobody did private party towing. I called, Melanie answered with a good attitude and helpful tone (unlike any other tow place I have ever called, and I am a manager for enterprise rent a car so I deal with lots of tow agencies!) customer service and speed is their mission and I'm so grateful for the entire team. I used my AAA Roadside Assistance on a Friday night, and was dropped by two local tow companies, so this company swooped in and took my car from Rancho Cucamonga to Palmdale. The driver was professional, courteous, and efficient. My son and I rode with him, and he navigated traffic with the utmost safety and uttered not one word of frustration. Instead, he remained friendly and chatted with my 8 year old and I for the trip. He didn't drive recklessly, as we have been in other tow trucks that scared us (I have a hoopty, I need tows a few times a year 😩), and I am so grateful for a smooth trip. My car is lowered, has wheels, and is usually a hassle to load for some reason, but it was evident that this driver took extra care with my ladybug, being patient and slowly got her on the flatbed. I saw him double check and even triple check his work before he got us inside the tow truck, which was very clean (not always the case in tow trucks). I received a call after my car was dropped off, to ensure that all went well and that I was pleased with the service. Ivan was pleasant and I would definitely recommend this company again.

They towed my car from the Walmart parking lot while I was shopping, while I was trying to find out what happened to my car I had heat stroke. I'm in hospital now, but I'm ok,why did they tow my car. Help I need a good lawyer 😪
If your car is towed and held here, try to collect it before a 3 day period. My car was taken on a Friday for registration issues, being unable to get paperwork over the weekend, I was charged $556 for a 4 day impound for Friday-Monday afternoon. After 3 days they will charge you an extra $200+ allowed under towing laws (they charged me on the dot). The reason for 1 star is because I was not told my car was held here, when I called I was refused any answer until I gave the name of the company I was asked to contact. When I came to pick up the car I was not given any written authorization for towing my vehicle, and I was told the total was $556 without being shown any kind of receipt. After my transaction I also was not informed of any prosecution agency or law enforcement to contact for legal action, which is California law. If you can avoid their overcharges please do, for moving permits go to the DMV the same day and you may have a chance at recovering your car sooner. They manipulate the law to charge hundreds over reasonable pricing. update: I received a letter in the mail a month later about this business now applying to hold a lien sale on my car. Do not support these crooks taking from regular people.
Great towing company! Had a blow out on the highway. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and had someone out very quickly. Jose was very professional. They are also very reasonably priced. Would definitely use again.
My car was stolen and the police towed my car her on a weekend knowing it was closed.. anyhow The rates for your car during closed hours are ridiculous. When I called to see if I could get my car out of yard off hours dispatch was very polite and helpful. We wait for over an hour and get Flores, Flores was rude, and bothered he had to go and open up for us on closed hours. I thanked him for coming and he replied not like somebody else was going to. Straight away he asked what do you want to do with the car.. I asked him if the car was driveble he did know but has the police report, the whole experience was unpleasant especially after waiting for over an hour in 100 degree weather and my circumstances, my car was stolen. Flores have some compassion.
If they tow your car to there lot, be sure to release your vehicle to the tow company that will pick it up on your behalf. Otherwise, gonna spend more time. They make it difficult so they can collect more money for storage charges. They tow for the California Highway Patrol so you can make a complaint with CHP for whatever reason

This company exists solely to take advantage of people's misfortune. They charge $70 a day if they tow your car there, on top of the hundreds of dollars for the initial tow. They are not here to help unfortunate people whose car breaks down but rather to prey on those who make a mistake of parking in the wrong place or getting impounded by police, and Sanders is there to take advantage like a vulture waiting for the prey.
Waited an hour so we called to follow up for them to inform us we are two blocks out of their radius for towing.
They towed my employees car and broke his driver Side door handle. We had to jump in through the passenger to get in. Boss said it isn't their fault, I asked for photos of before the car was towed and they said they don't take any. Only when they're at their lot. Also after driving off the lot the alignment was completely off and sounds like something underneath had been cracked. Will be taking to the shop to inspect and lawyer will be reaching out for damages. It's a shame someone who's been in business for so long has no good customer service. Will be filing complaints with Pomona PD to bid for a different service provider. You guys are sad
They broke my truck while towing and try to cheat and did not say a word until I found out that it was heavily damaged and they tried compensate for less than what was actual repair cost was...never trust this guys
Was a victim of a GTA, and then Im victimized AGAIN by this Towing agency. Idk how they can get away with certain things. It just simply isn't fair..
