Worst service ever called to Schedule a tow and come to find out they didn’t know about it but yet I got a confirmation txt from them. Then rescheduled the next day and still didn’t show up to tow my car to a shop. Very bad customer service
Called my company to have a tire repaired roadside, and they contacted Panorama. Panorama accepted the job. Several hours later I called my company to find out where Panorama was, and Panorama told them they didn't have a tech who could get out and change the tire today. But they failed to notify me or my company. I sat for hours waiting for help that wasn't coming.
