Fernando is a great dude and came to town my motorcycle super quick at the lowest price around. He was a saint! Definitely saved me!
If you need a motorcycle tow, these are your guys! I had just purchased a motorcycle and didn’t feel comfortable driving it the 45 miles home so I called them up. Not only did they have availability within the hour, Alfred hung out with me while the bike took longer to get ready than I had expected. Alfred is an awesome chill dude that takes huge pride in his work. Knowing that he has towed multiple 200k low riders definitely eased my mind. He even had me test pull the straps and say “yup, these ain’t going nowhere”. I will absolutely be calling again for any of my tow needs. I don’t even care the are 45 miles from me. The care and precision will be worth every penny!
I had an amazing experience with this tow truck company. They helped me tow my classic car from one shop to another, and they handled it with real care. The driver arrived quickly, was very professional, and made sure everything was secured properly for the ride. It’s not easy trusting someone with a classic car, but they gave me total peace of mind. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable and careful towing service!
Absolutely seamless service. I called and scheduled a tow in advance for early morning and everything was so simple and at a fair price. Fernando is super friendly and helpful I will definitely use this company each time. 10/10
The best tow truck driver! Prices are the best! Professional, cool & made me feel very safe! He also came to my rescue very fast! I’m so grateful & recommended him 1000% I can’t express how thankful I am! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Best Towing Company in town. If I can put more stars I definitely would! Armando and he's dad came out to help me which I highly appreciate they are trust worthy, friendly, informative overall amazing customer service! PLEASE don't think twice in calling them 💯👏
Armando knows what's up! Excellent customer service. On point quick AF and very professional. Thank you man I really appreciate the discounted price considering everyone else's rates. Definitely call Armando he will take good care of you.
Had a good experience with this towing company, as for Marco hands down one of the best drivers in town, very fast & nice guy. Thank you guys so much for your service tonight!
Armando was extremely kind, and came out fast! I needed a jump so I could get a car battery before the stores closed. I live 4 hours from here so it was an emergency. Prices are affordable also! If in need of tow services or battery service I highly recommend them! Thank you Armando ;)
Had my car towed a couple times, overall great experience and great customer service! Everything went smoothly! Would 100% be giving them a call again when needed! Thank you to Kevin for taking care of my car!

As you can expect my day was not going the best, hence needing a tow. I called Foglesong Towing and they were at my house to pick me up with in 30 minutes. Joshua was amazing, he was very kind and personable. He took me to drop off my car, most tows that I have been in smell and are gross. He kept his truck clean and it smelled good. After dropping off the car he reminded me to check to make sure I got everything I needed out of the car. He was also kind enough to drop me off at the car rental place. He really went above and beyond. Joshua helped to turn my day around. Thank you so much!
Best towing company around. Would recommend based on morals and merit alone.
I recently had to use Foglesong Towing when my car broke down on the highway, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I called, the staff was incredibly helpful and reassuring. The tow truck arrived quickly, and the driver, John, was professional and friendly. He took great care in handling my car and made sure it was securely loaded and transported to the repair shop. The pricing was also very fair, with no hidden fees or surprises. Overall, Foglesong Towing turned a stressful situation into a smooth and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended!
Amazing company and tow truck drivers with good morals!
Instagram sent me.. I love the quick service and awesome customer service. They were very professional and very respectful.

Triple AAA sent this company to me to tow me and let me tell you the service was amazing and the gentleman Ernie was so helpful and respectful. Amazing service and dealt with my vehicle with care! Thank you Ernie for being great!
Hooked on Towing (through AAA) is great. I was stalled in the hot sun and they responded and showed up quick. Adrian, the tow truck driver, was super cool and very customer friendly. I've never really had any problems with any of AAA's tow companies, but Hooked on Towing exceeded way beyond the other companies.
Isidoro went above and beyond! We are so grateful. We've had some horrible experiences in the past with emergency tow services through AAA, so my anxiety was way up when I had to request a tow today. The first tow company updated their pickup time to 5 hours but Hooked On Towing took the call and came through in 1.5 hours! The lady handling dispatch was so pleasant too. Isidoro knows what he is doing, was very efficient, careful and super friendly even after a 2 hour drive to us then another 3 hour drive to the drop off location. Highly reccomend!!
I have roadside assistance through Good Sam, they couldn't help me. Called Hooked On Towing service in Ontario, arrived in 15 min, Eric the tow operator was phenomenal. Thanks guys, I highly recommend.
Terrible towing company not sure how they are even a service provider for AAA, They call and say they are 5 minutes away and then call back minutes later and say his dispatcher told him to prioritize a CHP call when he is already pulling up to the destination and then says the next one will be here at 230 and then dosent show up until 3 and no clue how but picks up the wrong car. Obviously their company has terrible communication and their dispatcher is a complete idiot, and on top of that they have the audacity to say well we don't mark down what color the cars are and since we had two tows at the same location whatever customer talks to the driver first is gonna get the tow. UNBELIEVABLE! Terrible Company

The guy with a black shirt working at 10:40 on Monday October 27th 2025 needs to be fired immediately. Terrible service, didn’t know where my keys were at and yelled and talked back at me. Worst service ever hope he gets fired.
Waited 2+ hours getting the runaround. They were very unprofessional and rude! They kept passing my call to different people and nobody knew anything about my tow request yet I was still waiting. One guy answered and yelled telling me I had to wait because they were busy and hung up. AAA needs to do better and cut the contract with this tow company!
One issue was that it took way too long. I honestly think that was because of AAA. But Rial made up for it with the service. Calm, cool, and collected. Great conversation. He drove a long way and I appreciated that. Great driver.
I called for AAA for service and I spoke through the phone so I wasn't able to tell him what service I needed. They sent Airport Mobile Towing out the gentleman called to tell me that he's a couple minutes away and I told him what I needed. He said we can't do that I go can you please check my oil filmy for me and he said yes he pulled up the dispatcher I believe her name was Delia rude saying I'm sorry we don't do that kind of service we only do flat tires and battery service I go I wasn't aware can you please check my oil she said yes that's all that he's able to do. I said okay she said you know what never mind I'm going to cancel the service goodbye. No the gentleman his name was Jonathan very nice young man and he apologized and he left he was very nice and he was in the middle of this and I give him props but I don't give the dispatcher props because she's rude.
Rick showed up ahead of time, and his caring demeanor helped us so much. He got us settled and gave us water to drink. It was as if my father or brother showed up in a time of need, as he calmly told us what happens next, etc. Feeling safe after the crash was very important and he gave that to us. Thank you, Rick!

If you need fast and affordable towing then this place is it! The driver i had was so nice and knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. If i need a tow again I will definitely be calling this place!
Horrible service. My car ended up being damaged more than it was already and they lied about it when I brought it up. The white lady in the front desk office is rude and yells obnoxiously and threatens if you ask questions and confront them about the issues they caused to your vehicle. Attitude problem, seems like she's doesn't even want to be there.👎 They should definitely remove her and get someone more professional. The person in the yard around the back I talked to was nice though. 👍
They wouldn't haggle very much and the prices were a little much. Deff no 500$ hoopties available. The chick was hot tho
Love this towyard , they towed my classic car adequately and efficiently , my driver's name is Luis
Not honest. Terrible customer service. They claim it’s family ran but all I see is drug addicts and meth heads running this place. My vehicle was towed by this terrible business and when I paid the outrageous over priced amount to release my vehicle. Upon release of my brand new car, I noticed it was filthy inside and out and had the rear bumper plastic all scratched and appeared to be hit. After speaking with Sal who claims to be a manager he advised me to come on my own time to re-inspect the damages. After inspecting the damages that they are at fault for since my vehicle did not have any damages prior to being towed, Sal even said himself when they start towing they typically hit and damage exactly where he claims it occurs near tailpipe section, it was pretty clear. He promptly said that his guy that towed it did not hit it and did not provide any type of reassurance nor any type of compensation. Not to mention you cannot file a claim against them so I have reported this “business” to the BBB and hopefully they will be shutdown or ultimately audited to be reprimanded. Nothing good about dealing with these scammers. Avoid it all costs and they certainly are doing this all in bad faith. Owners name is Micheal Armada you guys know what do to with this information

Thank you, very great service, On time, handle my car with care, put in the extra effort to leave my car convenient for service department. Thank you so much, your outstanding service, will use them in future✌️
Leaving 1 star only because I have to. This place is an absolute mess!! The people there were rude and completely unprofessional!!! Went there to pick up my personal items from my van. They wouldn’t even let me look in the vehicle to get my personal belongings! They threw everything into a trash bag ,including paperwork from the glove compartments and water bottles that spilled all over them. How do I know they didn’t take something?! How do I know all of my belongings were given to me??! I don’t!!! They are a shady “business” ! I don’t know how anyone or company work with them at all! NEGATIVE ZERO STARS!!!!
Worst towing place ever as you can see in the reviews, very rude and unprofessional. They try to take advantage of their customers And over charge them. I would not recommend this “towing” company.
Very knowledgeable man and he was able to get my lowered vehicle on the bed with no problem....
I went in to ask about more information about my car that had been towed there after a car accident when I went to the window to ask for help the lady was on the phone 99% of the time that I was standing there she was rude and just kept talking to her friend and I didn’t even get the information I needed . 10/10 recommend everyone else to go elsewhwre .

Went above and beyond after the cops who are under and oath to protect and serve made me homeless… the cops are not on your side but peps made sure my rv was safe and helped me get it out as fast as I could
Good folks
Too expensive for a 3 mile drive. Costed 25 ectra because I gave them the wrong address I understand but from my location to my destination were 3 miles costed me 200 in total. I had used other services for the same distance costed me 65 but in all the service was proper I just think it was a little too expensive ....update I waited this long for a call from this company. The driver damaged my hood and didn't say anything. When he dented my hood he looked at me expecting me to say something but I just gave him a look like. You know what to do Write the report that you just dented my hood and fix it. Nothing. This is one of the worse towing companies. 😷😡😡

These guys rock, best service I’ve ever had. 5 Stars from me, highly recommend them.
Towed at 4 am for parking in a fire lane in front of a Condo dropping people off. Come back outside my car is gone. Called the police and the towing company 20 minutes before they even had my card back to their lot. I wasn't able to pick up my car until 12 hours later even though when I called it was still on their truck. A $200 tow charge for 3.5 miles is excessive. A $100 "Afterhours" fee for being on a weekend is predator if you tow on weekends. The last two things that stood out to me was the guy said "well you were parked in a fire lane so you were getting towed or a ticket" I'd rather pay the $75 fire lane ticket and know it goes back to my city than nearly 5 TIMES that amount going to some shady corporation Also I get into my car and see that it's been put in first gear. I never park my car in first gear unless I'm on an incline. This makes me feel like someone drove my car. Literally no one else has drove this car, not even the dealer when I test drove it. This is upsetting and I'm going to contact the HOA about these predatory practices.
Great experience after making a mistake parking. Guy behind the counter made me laugh! If someone has to tow my vehicle again, I hope it’s these guys!
My day was the toughest but, a brother was very encouraging. I'm grateful for you🌟💯
My car got towed I take full responsibility! They charged me $300 to release my vehicle.... a bit pricey. But not a problem. What does bother me is that my music USB got stolen. It's a 30 dollar USB, easily replaceable. But that's not the point... it's just the fact that it got stolen! I called and spoke to the manager and he said he's been working there in over a decade and no one has ever stolen anything. So I'm lying? I just admitted that it was a 30 dollar item... that I can replace in a heartbeat. But I also payed 300 dollars of towing fee for an item to end up missing??? The manager didn't even ask the tow truck driver to see if he had taken it. I'm just letting the public know... check your cars before you leave!!!!

These are the most crooked people. My family’s car wasn’t even parked on a no zone parking and they towed the car!! They said it was on the fire line and it wasn’t! This is not the first time it’s happened to our community. This company is wrongfully towing peoples cars. There needs to be more cameras around to catch these crooks!!
RUN FOR THE HILLS!!! Arrow Towing is a terrible towing company that works with Nordic Security to tow residents' vehicles from Belamaria neighborhood, if they're parked right in front of their own homes instead of just knocking on people's doors to have them move their cars, in UNMARKED UNPAINTED, NO SIGNAGE fire lanes (shared driveways are apparently considered fire lanes in California, which is news to me and I've lived in this neighborhood for four years!). This tow cost me $350 for parking for 35 MINUTES directly in front of my front door, not blocking anyone in or out. Our neighbors all park in front of their houses for short periods of time, so it really shocked and infuriated me that they towed me instead of knocking on my door to ask me to move it. If the concern was making sure the fire lane was clear, it would be so much faster to have the homeowner move the vehicle instead of taking the time to get a tow truck to move it. Our HOA pays for Nordic Security, which is simply glorified parking enforcement. They're not actually there to prevent car prowlers or break-ins since they only drive through our neighborhoods twice a day, and it's really to give out parking violations and tow cars that are parked, even for one second, in thr shared driveways. It angers me even more that we're PAYING Nordic to have OUR cars towed. What on earth? Am I living in the Twilight Zone or something? Now that I've been towed, I definitely have noticed SO many other vehicles being towed out of our neighborhood. It's an organized extortion! Luckily, my family can afford a ticket like that, but what about people who can barely make rent and are living paycheck to paycheck? Arrow Towing doesn't care about you or your situation, so do NOT patronize this thieving business that preys on unsuspecting drivers. SHAME ON YOU, ARROW TOWING! A thousand curses on your business!
These guys have no soul, scandalous and make deals with a shameless HOA to tow people who are barely surviving. I’m beyond frustrated with Arrow towing scam and their shameless partnership with our HOA. They tow cars for the smallest technicalities, and sometimes for no reason at all! It’s clear they’re just in it for the money, without a care for the people in this community. Many of us are working hard to make ends meet, especially in these tough economic times, and the last thing we need is an unfair tow bill. This feels like a cash-grab scheme, targeting honest, hardworking residents who are just trying to get by. It's disappointing to see our HOA involved in such predatory practices.
Shady and rude people, like others said they will tow your vehicle within 10 minutes of being parked and leave with no notice. They definitely make their money by following cars in neighbor hoods and wait for them to run inside real quick and hook up the car so you have to pay fees to get it released if you catch them in time.
Beware Arrow Towing LLC towed my vehicle stating handicap placard wasn’t visible. Had to pay them to release vehicle. I will be taking them to court and contacted Better Buisness Bureau. No one with a disability should have to go though this. Hopefully this helps others
