I’m extremely impressed with the service from High Limitz! I ran out of gas and I called them. Fernando came out to where I was within minutes. He towed me to the nearest gas station for a nominal fee. I will definitely keep High Limitz in mind for future services!!

Best towing experience ever! I placed one call prior to calling Nito’s and was met with a rude representative and inflated price! (Pomona Valley Towing Co. surprise surprise). With Nito’s, I paid the same amount I was quoted which was not inflated. I was handled with such courtesy and professionalism. The field representative that hitched my car was ALSO a total delight! Treated my car with care and was extremely personable and knowledgeable! You guys are seriously the best. OH! And they showed up exactly when they said they would. Just choose these guys if you want business done right.

I was very disappointed with Hooked on Towing. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and spoke to Robert asking him if I could set up a towing service for the following Monday from my residence to my nearest car dealership. Robert gladly took the call, appearing to take down my information, including my phone number, address, car make and model as well as the time of my dealership appointment. He then provided me with a price quote, which I thought was very high, but given the good reviews Hooked on Towing had, I was willing to pay the amount for good service. Five days later, on Monday morning, I called to double check that I am ready for my vehicle to be towed three hours from current time. The operator looked through her records and said there was no mention of my appointment and that no service was scheduled for me. I informed the operator that I had spoken to Robert and that he confirmed my appointment. To which the operator replied that Robert was indeed an employee of Hooked on Towing, but that he did not work on Mondays and should not have taken the appointment. Consequently, there is no service available at the time I need in order to make my dealership appointment. The only thing the operator offered was that Robert should not have made such an arrangement. The operator informed me that they can send a truck to my residence, but that I am not a priority so it could take anywhere from one hour to six or seven hours. Basically, whenever they can get to me, they'll get to me. While I understand mishap occurs, there seems to be a lack of training of employees based on this incident. If an employee were to accept a reservation, it should be in the system, regardless of whether or not an employee is working on the day of towing. Moreover, if there is an acknowledgement of fault on the business side, there should be a bit more effort to get the customer the service they need as opposed to offering "they'll get to you when they'll get to you".
Would give 10 stars if I could. Amazing service both times I’ve been assisted the drivers were professional and fast!!! Both Lennin and Eli are the most professional and hard working young men I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you hooked on!!!

We have used them twice through AAA and both times Eli has been the one to help us. He was friendly, considerate, and fast. The first incident was a battery jump and he ended up replacing the battery for about $218 which was comparable to buying the battery ourselves and to install. The second time my daughter locked her keys in the car and Eli not only got to us within 20 minutes but had the door open in less than 5 minutes. Amazing service. Definitely recommend.
Hooked on Towing (through AAA) is great. I was stalled in the hot sun and they responded and showed up quick. Adrian, the tow truck driver, was super cool and very customer friendly. I've never really had any problems with any of AAA's tow companies, but Hooked on Towing exceeded way beyond the other companies.

I was driving a company vehicle and discovered I left the keys in the ignition which I normally never do but since I was not driving my own vehicle I wasn't thinking,honest mistake.I called AAA and ask if I could get someone to open my truck as I locked the doors and the key was still in the truck...waited an hour then Akmed or whatever middle eastern name he was called shows up and says..."We got to charge you $75 dollars to open this door since its not your vehicle" liar..its ANY VEHICLE a AAA member is driving as the same happened to another co worker in Los Angeles and the towing service out there opened the truck without charging! AAA will be in contact with you and filing a formal complaint with corporate.Waited 2 more hours until I got the spare key from my dispatcher who drove his own car to give it to me.

Great experience with Jose. I was out of town and parked my car near the airport. When I came back my Tesla was showing 0 miles. I called to have it towed to a nearby charge station. Jose showed up in 20 minutes, offering to follow me first instead, until my car fully died. My car ended up barely making it to a station with -4% charge. Didn’t end up needing the tow but he followed me to make sure I got there. I offered to at least buy him lunch which he denied. High quality person and great service. I’d use them in the future if I ever needed a tow.

So, Airport Mobil Towing and Oscar have been the best part of this frustrating experience I've had with my Cybertruck. The level of professionalism and customer service has been best in class. Oscar explained the whole process and was incredibly friendly and sociable on the way to the service center. Who would have thought getting my truck towed would have made my day.

I had problems with a rental car and the rental company sent Dietz Towing to exchange my vehicle. I was prepared for the worst but it turned out to be a very good experience all things considered. Dietz was prompt, professional and got my car exchanged in just a few minutes. I recommend them.

Had to come back on here again, been dealing with Sal for YEARS and always a smooth easy solution to any situation, best manager in my opinion, I think you should get a raise for everything you do for the company not to mention the customers!

Friday afternoon 4:00 I leave my house to go coach my club volleyball team, my scion xb still parked in front of my house. I had paid DMV for a Non-Op on the vehicle because of a blown engine. When I get home at 8:30pm I noticed my car gone. I go inside and ask my wife if they saw anything happen to it. I check with my neighbors nothing. I call Ontario PD about 8:45pm to report my car stolen. The lady on the phone, after looking up the license plate number tells me it was towed because a non-op vehicle needs to be in the driveway not out on the street. Ok my bad, how do I get it back? She tells me I need to come by in the morning to get a release that the tow company will need to get my car released to me. I then call the tow company that towed it. Spoke with their dispatch guy who said yes they have the car and that the fees would be $383.00 to get it out. I would need to come tomorrow (Saturday to get it before 5pm which would be 24 hours since it was towed). Saturday morning I go to Ontario PD and get the release form. Shows the car was towed at 4:50pm. That is important. Why? because according to Dietz Towing after 5pm they are closed and if I had the ability to come get it I would have to pay $100 more because it was after hours. Keep in mind I cannot go get it because I have to wait till Saturday morning to get the release from the Ontario PD. Also, because I have no opportunity to get the car that night, they charge an additional $53 dollars of storage because it is considered the next calendar day. Saturday afternoon after getting the release from the Ontario Police Department I get to Dietz Towing to pay the fees. The lady on the phone says wait outside till a driver comes out to talk to you. 45 min later a driver pulls into their business and then comes out. I give him the release the papers and he comes back and tells me the amount is now $535.00. I tell him no way. He says the computer tells him what is owed. An extra $100 gate fee because they are technically closed on Saturdays, and an extra $53 for storage fee. So to sum up, within less than 24 hours my car was towed, released to me and towed back to my house and I paid $535.00 to Dietz towing. I agree to the fact I caused this to happen in the first place due to having a non-op out on the city street in front of my house. However, shouldn't someone from the tow company come to the door and tell the owner they are taking the car, maybe if they are decent people give them the opportunity to move it into the driveway. No, they wouldn't do that because then they would not be able to collect any money, especially the extra $153.00 they get by picking it up just before closing time on a Friday. My suggestion/complaint is two sided. One the amount I was over charged due to circumstance completely out of my control. The extra $100 for having to get it after hours, and the extra day storage of $53 because the car sat in their facility over night. The other side to my complaint is the shady practice of this company and it is being facilitated by the city of Ontario Police Department. Simply because you need to sub contract out a tow company. I went to write a review on YELP about the company and found I am not the only one who has been scammed by this tow company. I would love the opportunity to talk with someone about my experience and try and get the amount I believe I was overcharged for back. If getting my money back is not an option at least would like the #OntarioPD to consider not using this tow company to do the city's work. Thank you for taking the time to read and hopefully respond to my comment/complaint. Update: My rudeness is why they made a mistake???? LOL Another reason why my review of this business was warranted. Still believe its shady to tow a car at 5pm on Friday with no way of getting it without an extra $100 after hour fee since your business closes at 5pm. Also in my opinion shady to say your not officially open on Saturdays yet still conduct business as if you are open but charge everyone extra hour fee's. Just my opinion.

I’ve never seen a customer service representative as rude as they are and 2 people hang up on me. I just wanted to ask a question. Just look for a different towing company
I went in to ask about more information about my car that had been towed there after a car accident when I went to the window to ask for help the lady was on the phone 99% of the time that I was standing there she was rude and just kept talking to her friend and I didn’t even get the information I needed . 10/10 recommend everyone else to go elsewhwre .
I was in need of a towing service after I had a blown tire. When I called everything seemed like it would go over smoothly, and the driver would arrive in a 10-15 minutes. 30 minutes later I call them back asking where the driver was and the representative said the driver is leaving NOW (and not 30 minutes ago like they said the driver did) and would arrive in 10-15 minutes. I get a back 10 minutes later saying the driver couldn't find me as there was a miscommunication on my location. I then decided to drive my car which again had a BLOWN FLAT TIRE to an open parking lot and send my location on my phone. The representative then calls me ten later to tell me the driver can't find me even though I sent my location on my phone to him. The only good part about this whole experience was the driver I had was very friendly regardless of the circumstance. I found his genuine personality and empathy to be a bright spot in what was otherwise an awful experience. Oh, and I was not offered any discount or apology for their lack of accountability for being over an hour late. The representative (I didn't get a name but the driver had them in his contact list as a "Colton") only threatened to repossess my car if I didn't pay full price without offering any apology for their lack of accountability.
Very knowledgeable man and he was able to get my lowered vehicle on the bed with no problem....
I hate that my car got towed but thankfully when I came to get my property that I left inside the car all my valuables where still in there . I had pretty expensive tools in there . Other tow yards I have delt with I have always had a lot of things missing and brand new things at that so thankfully this tow yard doesn't steal your things from your car

Towed my car while I was unloading my luggage
They charged 500$ for everything. A predatorial business.
Too expensive for a 3 mile drive. Costed 25 ectra because I gave them the wrong address I understand but from my location to my destination were 3 miles costed me 200 in total. I had used other services for the same distance costed me 65 but in all the service was proper I just think it was a little too expensive ....update I waited this long for a call from this company. The driver damaged my hood and didn't say anything. When he dented my hood he looked at me expecting me to say something but I just gave him a look like. You know what to do Write the report that you just dented my hood and fix it. Nothing. This is one of the worse towing companies. 😷😡😡
Went above and beyond after the cops who are under and oath to protect and serve made me homeless… the cops are not on your side but peps made sure my rv was safe and helped me get it out as fast as I could

They are illegally towing cars from a low income housing complex without signature from the complex security or being called by the complex. They are extorting the most vulnerable in our communities. They are likely in cahoots with local management. We are preparing a class action suit against both dynamic towing and the complex. If you have been impacted, please contact your local superior court and file a claim.

They are suppose to tow vehicles when they are doing something illegal but no. People will block both sides of the street parked in red zones for hours they do nothing. I have called for months and nothing is done. We have had emergencies where the fire dept couldn’t get through. It’s the same excuse oh they were going to your call and found another car. Do your jobs!!
To those of you who have been wrongfully towed from private property, given deceptive information regarding fees, hours of operation, and city law, please make sure to go to your local Superior Court to file a Small Claims or Class Action lawsuit against Dynamic Towing. It won’t take much time and is very low cost. Make sure you gather as many pictures, videos, receipts, and documentation as possible. They lied to me directly about the towing fees being “the City of Pomona’s standard fees” (I have this on recording) when they’re a private towing company. I have already went to the police to inquire more information and will go through my lawyers for litigation on top of small claims since I have all the time in the world, and I can’t stand the fact that this evil business is doing consistent malice and intentional harm to my community and neighbors. The workers there should be ashamed of themselves.
Great experience after making a mistake parking. Guy behind the counter made me laugh! If someone has to tow my vehicle again, I hope it’s these guys!

I am handicapp with Duchanee muscular dystrophy and they towed my car in front of my house. They didn’t give any warning and sneakily towed my car. It has handicapp sign and No seats in the car. I have no way of picking my car up now because no one can drive my car without my power chair. I can’t take my power chair there because I have no car that can take my chair. NO REMORSE for even handicapps!! My car is in an exempt list for my HOA. No one else can drive it…has no seats . I’m in A lot of trouble now ! They said not our problem.
I had the unfortunate experience of using Arrow Towing Company, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. These so-called professionals are nothing but scam artists preying on vulnerable individuals in distress. First off, they arrived hours later than promised, leaving me stranded on the side of the road for an eternity. When they finally showed up, they had the audacity to demand an exorbitant fee that was nowhere near the quote I was given over the phone. It felt like they were making up prices on the spot! To make matters worse, once they had my car on the tow truck, they conveniently found all sorts of "additional fees" that were never mentioned before. It was like they were inventing charges out of thin air! Their customer service was abysmal, with rude and unprofessional staff who seemed more interested in lining their pockets than helping customers. It's clear that Arrow Towing Company cares more about squeezing every last penny out of people than providing honest and reliable service. Save yourself the headache and avoid Arrow Towing Company at all costs. They're nothing but a bunch of scam artists looking to take advantage of unsuspecting customers.
Shady and rude people, like others said they will tow your vehicle within 10 minutes of being parked and leave with no notice. They definitely make their money by following cars in neighbor hoods and wait for them to run inside real quick and hook up the car so you have to pay fees to get it released if you catch them in time.
Worst company I've ever seen before, they are simply bandits. My father's car got towed by them in the morning, and we picked it up in the same day afternoon, they charged us $290 for that. More than that, they are very rude and impoliteness, My 1 year baby was crying badly, my mom tried to give him some formula, they shouted 'no feeding here.' I thought I was back in the Stone Age. I do not understand why this kind of company is still existing due to this kind of poor service.
I recently had the worst experience with this towing company in the Covina, CA 91722 area.
