Fast and friendly. Phone call got cut off but they called me right back. Was waiting for a tow truck for a total of 4 hours across 2 days via AAA and they never showed up. Called Sanchez Towing and they were at my location with 15 minutes. Hooked, booked, dropped, and gone. Worth the money spent.

Don’t trust them with your expensive car. They scratched both sides of my rear bumper and my expensive wheels. They refused to fix it and became very hostile. I sent them video proof of the driver damaging the vehicle and they said no it was already like that. Complete scam of a company.

I had my car break down on me but rudys towing came right away and towed it to the dealer and even gave me a great price
Never returned my call
Thank god someone came to pick up my car. Stuck on the freeway middle of traffic was scary. Also Very cheap 120 dollars for 12 miles very cheap this other towing wanted to charge me 200 dollars for 12 miles. That's insane. I would recommend Rudy's towing to anyone who is interested in a cheap towing service could come in handy.
Came to me very fast loaded up my lowered car without scraping price was good compared to others Very helpful highly recommend them.
The driver was great, concerned about us being cold. Told us to feel free to get in cab. I had called anther tow company they wanted$160.00! Our home was less than 2 miles. Rudy's price was $100.00 less!

This service is phenomenal. Great prices beat. They beat it all others hands down. My driver was excellent, Ishmael Berumedal (pardon the spelling of your last name) was outstanding. Intellegent, professional and absolute to work with.
It is really hard finding people who are dedicated to their jobs. At times you're never able to find people who lend you a helping hand. That's why I wanna thank KATSUO, he is such an amazing human being. Thank you for helping me change my tire.
One of the worst towing companies ever. ONE they towed my car as I was unloading groceries for my disabled grandmother. TWO they used a spotter that called the driver, which is illegal. THREE they told me that if I made it to the yard before the driver got there I wouldn’t have to pay the gate fee as well as the storage fee for the weekend yet the driver never arrived at the yard after an hour. Where did you take my vehicle that was wide open as I was returning to it. FOUR they claim to be 24 hour service yet the lady over the phone said MAYBE I can recover my vehicle Saturday, if someone decides to go to that specific store. I will be filing a police report as well as taking this up with the BBB and filing a lawsuit. Stop illegal towing!
I had got my car stolen and my car got impounded to this location! All I have to say is the management and the staff are real down to earth and they understand real life struggles they were able to help me out as much as they could! If I could give a 10 star review I would! Thank you so much to the help and the time that they gave me to help me get my car out!
