Great service! Miguel hooked my car quickly and drove my wife and I home safely. Loved that not only was he easy to talk to and made us comfortable, but his truck was also nice and clean. Thanks to Miguel for making this a little less stressful for us.
Metro Tow is great!! Fast to respond and will do what it takes to accommodate your needs. Their tow operator was on time, quick and skilled!! Five star from this 👉🏻😃👈🏻 happy customer!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This company has excellent in every aspect. I had help from Ramzi he was the most reliable and trustworthy person I have ever met. He was able to provide top notch services and was helpful in giving advice on the situation. I would definitely recommend him in having towing services done.
My car broke down in the middle of nowhere near Tracy, and when I called Metro Towing, they were kind and were very fast. My driver, Alex, was phenomenal. He was sweet and knowledgeable. I was very grateful for him. Alex was a fantastic driver, and I recommend him for anyone needing a tow in the area. Very fast and reliable!
Alex at Metro Towing was very professional and beat his estimated time of arrival. Needed my car towed to dealership and not even 5 minutes off the phone with metro towing, Alex arrived to pick up my car. Metro towing has great customer service. Employee Alex was happy to help me with my car with no problem and was very friendly. He even called just to double check the location. I would recommend him at metro towing he is excellent. Thank you Alex And Metro Towing! You are Great!

Elite Towing was a lifesaver! I needed to get a car transported from a Modesto dealership to the Oakland port for shipping to Hawaii. This involved coordinating with the dealership, the shipping company, and Elite Towing, and it could have been a logistical nightmare. But Elite Towing made the entire process seamless. They were incredibly accommodating and flexible when I had to change the tow dates several times, and their quote was competitive. They were professional, responsive, and upfront about all the costs involved. I highly recommend Elite Towing to anyone in the Modesto area who needs vehicle transportation services.
If I could do ZERO STARS I would! A Terrifying Encounter with Road Rage My children and I had a harrowing experience with one of your employees. While driving on Claribel the driver recklessly ran us off the road, putting our lives at risk. This traumatic event has left us shaken and has raised serious concerns about the company's hiring practices and accountability. The driver's aggressive behavior was not only frightening but also irresponsible. As a parent, it's devastating to think that my children's lives were endangered by someone who is supposed to provide a service to the community. The lack of regard for human life and safety is appalling. Furthermore, this incident highlights the importance of responsible driving practices and the need for companies to ensure that their employees are properly trained and vetted. It's crucial that you guys take immediate action to address this issue and prevent similar incidents in the future. Our encounter was a terrifying experience that has left a lasting impact on our lives. I hope that by sharing our story, we can raise awareness about the importance of road safety and responsible driving practices.
Oscar was an awesome, amazing Tech ... worked w/ us while I aired the tires up... Fast Service... was quoted 1 hr. ... was there in 10 mins...
This towing company was great they were able to tow my vehicle successfully and safely without a front tire. (2 rims and tires were stolen) went through 2 other tow companies and they both said they could not tow it. Highly suggest Elite Towing especially for hard or difficult situations.
I called these guys after another company I set an appointment with didn't show or call. Elite Towing is very fast and professional at a fair price. I'll be sure to call them again if needed in the future.

Great guy. My wife likes to lock the keys in the car. Called for a lockout and he was quick to respond and got my door open under 2 minutes. I fully recommend him.
Knew my upper ball joint was near failure but didn't think I was that close, grinding noise headed to my shop had me needing a tow. They showed up in 25 min, super polite, handled my car with care and had some good conversation on the way to my shop. Made a stressful situation a little more enjoyable and relaxing! Thank you!
Outstanding Service! I had an incredible experience with Arrahien Towing. Their team was professional, responsive, and courteous. I was given an accurate ETA, and the driver arrived right on time - friendly, knowledgeable. and efficient. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again.
What an amazing experience I had with Arrahien towing, very punctual and professional. I needed my car towed to Finish Line tires in Modesto CA who then had referred me too. Thank you both for an exceptional services to both companies. ☺️ definitely will recommend them to friends and family.

They are truly the BEST in town. Called them at 9:30PM for a car lockout and they were the only ones who answer their phone and their price is very affordable. Definitely will save their number for all of my needs.
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Lost my keys and they helped me get my car in neutral to move where it needed to be. THANK YOU KINDLY
I can’t explain how amazing Carlos and this company is. Fairly priced and a great problem solver. I would highly recommend him and this company. He should really be the only one you should call. He came quickly and worked so fast. Thank you carlos for everything you did not many people or companies out there like you.

i called my insurance i need a tow and they told me someone is gonna be there like 1 hour but i waited for 4 hours, so i called United Towing to tow my Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 9, the dispatcher told me someone is gonna is there like 35-40 mins. The driver (JAY) he called me for a update he was on the way told me he was 15 mins he well be there, but he came in 10 mins wooow i was very surprise he was on time even the dispatcher said 35-40mins. And my Evo is lowed he was very good and he take care my evo very well, without scrapes or getting stuck on the on bed, i well use United towing again and I recommend the driver (JAY) for lower vehicles to tow
The driver came in the amount of time that was given. However, the driver was rude. He did not listen or answer any questions I had for him. His body order and breath was unprofessional.
Quoted 90-120 minutes, picked me up in 60. Was stuck out in Ceres in the heat. Great service, friendly driver.
Your driver Quai was very professional and did a great job. Also Kimberly in the office was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this company for all your towing needs. Being a big rig truck company owner, I value people in our transportation industry. Thanks Again Bill Pritchett Modesto Ca.
Car broke down the day before Christmas Eve during the busy time of day. They provided excellent service. Ryan is the best

Helpful staff
Not open 24 hours
My apartment complex forces us to use this company when someone is parked in our reserved parking spot. Everytime I’ve called I’m told “I’ll give your number to the driver and they’ll be in contact with you” each time I’ve waited upwards of 4 hours with no contact what so ever. So I try to call the business number again and again with no answer. This has happened multiple times where they don’t answer their phones and just don’t show up after telling me they will. Horrible experiences with this company.
I was driving down 99 north at 11:30 pm, trying to take freeway from the modesto central exit when this vehicle from Road Runner Towing speeds up instead of slowing down a little to see the cars merging onto the freeway. Got honked by couple cars, the driver chooses to surf into the fast lane and zoom away over 85-90mph. Keep in mind this vehicle had a car hooked onto it on the back and the driver was surfing through the road and traffic like a maniac. He kept changing lanes in order to move ahead in the traffic . I tried to take down the license plate number bt there was none on the flat bed bt i took down the CA Dot number which was CA433304 . I highly doubt what responsibility was this driver showing towards the vehicle that he had hooked onto it and while other people on the road.
There great timing on calls and great service never had any issues with them

I called and asked for a tow , they had all the trucks put bit recommended me a few other local tow company's. Great costumer service !
They arrived super quick after I called and charged me a very decent tow rate considering the circumstances. Driver was very careful with the car even though We had it wedged up against a tree. Would definitely recommend.
Great service, the tow driver (Luis) was very professional. Will be asking my employer to make an account with this company. Thanks!

Let me tell you Ron is an awesome guy to buy a very reliable and affordable car from. He lets you know upfront if any issues exist and he really works with you on the cost. I most definitely say some great vehicles do come cheap thank you. Ooh and just recently I called them to tow a friend’s truck and they averaged 30 to 40 dollars cheaper than any other tow companies around. Try them for yourself and you’ll agree. Thank you Stanislaus Towing for being there for me.
Owner Ron is so professional and I wish I had asked to speak with him sooner upon my arrival. I had an unpleasant encounter based on phone conversation I had with the office manager. I walked in very upset and in need of info but wasn’t getting through to the receptionist. Ron ended up helping me with my transaction. We compared stories as business owners during this crazy time and it gave me peace of mind. I would definitely recommend this company. However, I request that the phone etiquette and professionalism is reviewed and extended through the entire business. The front desk can leave a long lasting impression on people. It should be a great one!
Bought a 2002 ford taurus from stan towing...had almost 200k miles...4 years later...still driving it...love this place! Looking into getting another one from them
My car was towed from freeway 99 new Hammer lane Stockton to Costco at Lodi. Good service and great attitude.
So I got my vehicle towed on Sunday and the lady told me that it was going to cost me $120 for an after-hours cost fee to open the gate and then I said that's fine I'll pick it up tomorrow where there's no no charge. She told me over the phone that they close at 5:30 so my understanding is that if I were to get here before 5:30 I'd be able to get my car without an after-hours fee. Low and behold I found out that they close at 5:00 not 5:30 despite the office still being open at 5:30 for me to charge I do the $120 extra for a late fee that I could have just end up doing it on Sunday. Look at your representatives better. Educate them to make sure that they know their hours correctly so that they're directing that properly to the customer so they don't have to pay a fee that they didn't want to.

Decent and competent staff, dealt only with office, however. My car was stolen and I came here to recover it, I was in and out fairly quickly with no trouble. Pricing was as expected.
I waited four hours today for a tow truck that never came. I called twice (once and hour after the estimate I was given for arrival, and once an hour after that) to be told both times that the truck would "be there in less than twenty minutes." When I cancelled, I said "I've called twice for a tow at *address*. I'd like to cancel that," and the woman hung up on me.
Left me stranded for 3 hours, after saying they'd be there in 40 minutes. Called back 2 more times with 2 more "arrival" times. Never showed and I had to call another company.Unprofessional and uncaring to say the least. Don't let them leave you stranded like I was.
The manager is great. He helped me with my husbands truck himself cause he disnt want me to have to wait a long time since his guys were already dispatched. And I've called these guys like twice for locking my keys in my car in the passed. Great service.
Liars and frauds. The lady who u speak to I’m the phone I believe she’s the owner, will lie to you and tell u her employees were sick and they couldn’t open the tow gate for a car we purchased from an auction. She said she would come herself and never came. We called her the Friday before and the morning of to let them know we were coming they told us they would be ready we arrived 11:30am they kept saying give them 30 mins finally at 3:30 we called once again this time she said she isn’t coming to open the office. We waited four hours in the hot sun, no food no water no bathroom. Four other people as well. Made a trip out from San José. We need our money back. Terrible customer service terrible experience.
