Timely arrival and excellent service. Very cautious with my car and friendly service.
So glad new creation towing showed up. Other companies cancel their calls or show up 4 hours late. New creation showed up on time with experienced freindly tow truck drivers. If I ever need a tow truck again I know who I will be callibg.
I called early in the morning desperate to find someone to help me tow my car from LA to the Inland Empire. I was given a reasonable quote and it took less than 10 mins to set a same day appointment for the service. I have nothing negative to say. I was well taken care of and the communication was excellent. The guy came off very genuine and helpful. Now I can sleep peacefully knowing my car is back home with me.
Called New Creations to have my sons wrecked car towed home... Driver was very professional and courteous. He got to us in a timely fashion, doing rush hour traffic. I will use their services again when and refer them to my family and friends!
Saul was great! Fast and reliable service! Hope I won’t have car troubles again but I know who to call if I ever do!! He made the process so easy and I know I could trust him to get the job done well

Tony is wonderful. Fantastic customer service all around, very professional and reliable. Cannot recommend Tony and the rest of the team at Emmett’s Towing enough. Will definitely be using them again in the future.
Absolutely go to these guys! I was in a pickle as my boat trailer tires practically fell off. They took good care of me. Would highly recommend their services any day.
Saved us in the middle of the night when we felt there were no affordable options left. Every tow truck we called upped their price after we told them we just needed to take it home 7 miles away. But Emmett stayed firm on his price and provided top tier service!
They provide excellent service, they are very respectful and very friendly and above all they give very good and fair prices.
Amazing Service, and Great Price. Total lifesaver. My motorcycle seized up, and I called up at 1am, and he was there to me in less than 30min. Would recommend to everyone.

Incident on the 5, Best One came out super fast and was a great experience. Highly recommend this company! Robert was great.
Robert is truly a lifesaver. When we were in a tough spot and needed a vehicle transported for a time-sensitive project, he stepped up without hesitation. He put everything else aside to help us out, which shows just how dedicated and compassionate he is. Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly communicative, answering every call to keep us updated and making sure we felt supported every step of the way. His patience and willingness to adapt to our needs were unmatched. The way he prioritized our project on what was already a busy day was nothing short of impressive. Robert is building something special with his business, and I would wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone, not just in LA but anywhere.
Visiting from San Jose and got a flat tire in Eat LA. Found Best One Towing, Robert came out @ 1:30am to get me back on the road. Best service by far. Appreciate you Robert.
Top tier, super fast funny, came out quick and loves the Dodgers. Highly recommend.
Going to San diego from sac and our car broke down. He picked us up in 20 minutes from calling and took us to the shop to get our car fixed. Great service.

Reassuring Help During a Summer Holiday My daughter needed assistance in a part of Los Angeles she was not familiar with. I did a Google search for towing facilities in the area. Jb’s Towing saved the day! Jose and his Team were able to tow my daughter’s vehicle. Time from my initial call, to my daughter speaking with Jose, to a tow to the gas station happened within a 30 minute timeframe. Speaking from experience of having roadside assistance that has taken 1-2 hours during a weekend or holiday, this was very impressive. Towing fee was responsible. Service was prompt and very courteous. If towing service is needed again in this area, I know who to call. Thank you Jb’s Towing Team!
I want to take my time to say thank you to jbs for his grate job I was involved in a car crash last night around 11:45 pm call 4 places no one came to help me call this company and they came in 20 mins took my car ill call my insurance today and they are already taking care of my claim with them I’ll definitely use them again if I need
Aeris our tow truck driver was amazing. He troubleshot our predicament bypassing additional damage. He was courteous and professional. Another great experience with JB towing.

Outstanding service! I recently found myself in need of a tow near UCLA and turned to Reliable Tow Pros, a 24 hour towing service. I was impressed by their honesty and professionalism. The driver provided an accurate ETA and lived up to it, which is very rare in such stressful situations. I wholeheartedly recommend this towing company for anyone in need. They won’t let you down.
Great service, reliable, timely. My apartment garage is very tight and they were able to get my car out without any issues using a wheel lift tow truck. I'm glad it went so well!
Great towing company in Santa Monica! Tom really helped me out when my car got involved in an accident. ALWAYS call this towing company.
Reliable tow pros is a great towing company for emergency roadside assistance. My car ran out of battery and needed a jumpstart in Los Angeles. Called them around 1 o clock and they showed up in under 10 mins. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and great service.
had a great experience with this towing company! helped me out with changing my tire since it got a nail. 5 STARS

I was just getting off work after a long day, and found them off Google quickly and thankfully the service was quick, easy, professional and honestly brought a smile on my face even though the circumstances weren’t great. On a Friday evening, I waited only 30 minutes! Both Joe and Cole were absolutely wonderful and I would absolutely call them again if I needed a tow!
Needed to tow my motorcycle around 25 miles - $300. Very professional service and they went above and beyond for their work; they also responded quickly. Please note they only accept cash or debit (Zelle, PayPal, etc).
My car needed to be jumped due to the battery basically being on its last legs and needing to be replaced. They called me back within 5 minutes, were to my apartment in another 20, and I was running just like that! Less than 30 minutes from the time I called! The man that helped me also went above and beyond by finding the closet Auto Zone for me so I could get my battery replaced. This kind of helpful & quick service is something of a miracle in LA. Make this the only place you call, they’ll take care of you!
Marvelous service provided to me from Primary Towing. Fast, friendly and courteous. Very good customer service and great price.
Easy and fast experience! Called for a quote which they were able to provide once I gave the necessary information. Joe was excellent and helpful especially it being a Sunday night, it was affordable. Cole came and got my baby and everything went great. These guys are excellent and very professional if I ever need a tow again definitely calling them.

Irish is a beautiful soul. I had a horrible experiences with another towing company yesterday, that kept giving the dealer False updates about picking up my car so when I went to deal with getting it towed this morning, I was ready to go off. Irish called and completely changed my attitude. She was nice, friendly and very helpful. Santiago got to me on the time Irish said and was also extremely helpful, nice and accommodating. I was upset anticipating another horrible towing experience but I was pleasantly surprised that they were kind and helpful!
I had an excellent experience with the towing company, thanks to Kristy. She was an outstanding professional who went above and beyond to assist us. Not only was she knowledgeable, but she also took the time to understand our situation and was very accommodating. Her support made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend this company, and I appreciate Kristy's exceptional service!
I had a really great experience with this Tow service company. My car wasn’t turning on, and they were able to hook it up with no problem, dropped it off where it needed to be and gave me a ride back home. Great service, very friendly andd I highly recommended

Showed up to tow my car but they didn’t want to take my car to the dealership I wanted. They wanted me to go to a place they knew. I’ve never had a tow driver debate or try to convince me where I should take my car. When I stood my ground on taking my car to the dealership all of a sudden they couldn’t tow my car. I asked to talk to the manager. He refused to talk to me. Call American Eagle towing, They towed my car with zero issues. If you have AAA tell them NOT to send JD club.
Victoria was amazing and went above and beyond to help me with my car battery today. I just called for a tow to a mechanic but she was able to solve the problem for me on the spot and no tow required. She even followed up with me after leaving to make sure everything was running smoothly.
Victoria @jd club towing is dope she came threw for me today. change my battery and was very and professional i would definitely recommend her also jd towing. Thanks again Victoria@ jd towing
After a stressful accident that caused my car to become stuck in the road, this wonderful company and their kind-hearted employees went out of their way to make sure that not only was my car taken care of, but that I was safe and taken care of as well. This company is the epitome of community, and embodies the best customer service I have ever encountered. My car was securely transported and safely stored, and the employees were incredibly patient, kind and communicative. They’ve worked not only with me but with my insurance as well, making what could have been a frustrating and drawn-out process so much easier. There is no other towing company I would recommend more!
Really helpful. Called and they provided assistance right away. Victoria was the one who assisted when I initially called and she was nice and understanding and the driver was also great!

I follow your YouTube channel and watch your professional work.
Horrible experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Sent payment link, as I'm filling it out, within 10 send me updated link for over $150 MORE than original as "it took me too long" to fill out. Scammers. Shame on their disgusting business practices.
I needed to transport my classic car across the state, and I couldn't have asked for a better towing service. The team arrived on time, and the care they took in securing my vehicle was impressive. They handled the long-distance tow with precision, and my car arrived without a scratch. The quality of their service and the price I paid was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again and recommend them to anyone in need of long-distance towing.
Ramon was an awesome driver!! Towed a big Skooly in a hard to reach area and he did an amazing professional job!!! you guys got any towing to do go to these people they’re straightforward they get there when they say they do what they do in a very professional manner 20 stars!!!

Awesome place
We had a problem with the car and talk to Diego and he was very helpful and kind. They came fast the price was decent.
Fast way tow is a life saver!! With short notice, Fastway tow promptly picked up my vehicle in a nice, clean tow truck. The driver and owner, Diego, was friendly and professional. Drop off location was tricky and difficult, but with Diego’s experience, he made it look effortlessly easy. He went above and beyond by pushing vehicle to proper parking space and securing tires so vehicle won’t roll. Very happy with service and care I was given !! -Margot

Great service.
This company is absolutely terrible! DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING ! The service was horrible the employees were extremely rude both in the office and in the field. The supervisor Michelle has the absolute worst attitude on earth. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL! Seek any and all alternatives possible
Tow truck driver tried to drive my car despite it leaking oil and caused my engine to fail. Contacted AAA and they will be reviewing their contract with them as I have evidence of video and photos of him trying to drive the car despite having a cracked oil pan. They declined to work with me to fix their fault as well. Low class and atrocious people they have working here. Avoid this trashy towing company and decline to have them pick your car up if recommended by AAA.
Got a tow. Driver had excellent service.

Highly recommend...they are quick to get to you. GREAT costumer service!!!!
Dispatched tow with an ETA of over 2 hours. Then cancelled my tow an hour and 15 minutes later! Now I have to wait another hour for a different company but at least it will be cheaper too.
Alex was my tow guy very nice attitude very patient enjoy the ride would recommend Alex didn’t have to wait long thank you Alex he even helped push my car to the curve thanks for being helpful .
Due to all the rains we had lately. I got sunk to the axle in my storage lot. I called progressive Rv roadside service for help. They called BP Towing Company for a winch out service. The BP dispatcher was prompt and told me to expect a call from the tow truck driver soon. The driver called me to send him pictures of what the area looked like and what equipment to dispatch to help me. Small tow truck arrived and attempted to winch me out to no avail. Driver said he would be back with help and a bigger truck. 1 hr true to his word they arrived and pulled the bus out. These guys are the real deal and will definitely call these guys again for help in the future. Thanks again. Sergio
Terrible service. I left a saw, blades and extension cord in their truck and didn't hear back from them until Discover froze the payment a month later. Then the owner lied and said he had been contacting me since the day his driver brought items to his office. (Instead of bringing my property back to me). The bottom line I paid too much for a tow that was literally around the corner for 250$. If you happen to drop or "leave" anything by mistake good luck with getting it back until you cancel payment. Then he MAY call asking why did you do that, like the missing property isn't good enough reason for stop payment. Even if AAA sent this company for free I wouldn't have them tow me. I'd wait the additional whatever for another tow. It's not worth the extra headache added to the situation that required a tow in the first place.

My car battery was dead around 3:30. I was so nervous and standing middle of the road. No one stopped by me and than I found this tow company. Mr. Luce helped out and he also offered me very good deal. Thank you so much for your help.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! My Hyundai sonata is sitting at my garage as it won't start even after my many attempts to jump up the battery. It has to be towed to a service center. Researched and mildly relieved by the number of stars United Carrier had, I called them yesterday to make an appointment 1 hour prior that of the Hyundai Dealershop. I waited for 20 minutes before calling them, only to be lied at my face! Kevin claimed that someone called earlier to cancel the service, someone named 'Jenna Kim'. ha ha ha....I cannot believe this! I couldn't hear any apology, moreover, he blamed me to support his lie. I had to postpone the repair service and find another towing company. Never ever use this United Carrier Towing.
One time they didn't even show up the second time he wouldn't tow my truck because he said it was loaded it only had two sawhorses in the back this is the worst experience they were referred by AAA I feel bad for AAA they were totally concerned about me getting my truck to its destination and these people could give a shit
A friend of mine was ignored and harassed while trying to stop Richard from towing our car from a hotel. He was rude and confrontational when we asked HOW he was unable to unlock our doors and get into our car to go thru our stuff and never answered how he was able to do so. " We have our ways" was his only reply. When picking up our car about 20 minutes later he charged us $160 more than posted, even though he never stored the car, we showed up the moment he backed into the garage and he would not unhook it until we paid the fee.
Top notch, highly trained and extremely experienced tow truck operators. I use these folks often to transport my rare and custom vehicles. Prices are even better. They'll work with you to make sure you get taken care of, tire changes, jump starts. I even locked my keys in my car and they opened it up. Great bunch of people.

I paid everything in full. Was always respectful when I spoke to all the staff. The staff at the 11101 Hindry Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90045 told me that I could pick up my vehicle anytime before midnight and there would be someone there to assist me to get my vehicle out at 4130 Glencoe Ave, Marina Del Ray 90292. When I got there at 10pm, the person on the phone said they were understaffed and their one and only driver was out on a call and there was no one else that could help me for an hour. So I'm standing outside right now waiting for someone to let me in and get my vehicle. Isn't this a security violation having people that PAID for their impound fees just stand outside at night for an hour to get their vehicle back when they are suppose to have someone at the site 24/7??? Also the person on the phone wouldn't give me the driver's number either so I could get a more accurate ETA. Incredibly unprofessional in all aspects. Does anyone have a manager's number or emergency number to call for this? It looks like there are plenty of bad reviews, but there needs to be an official complaint made.
BEWARE! This place is definitely doing some shady business. They allowed someone to come and pick up my vehicle with fraudulent documents making it seem as if he is the owner of the vehicle. What makes this worse is someone who works here had to have given the thief the information so he can go obtain the “documents” for my car. I will definitely be contacting my lawyer in regards to this matter
terrible customer service! We are not from here. There were about 8 of them in the office. 1 woman and 7 men ish (all Mexican). Passively aggressive and extremely expensive. The men were cussing in the background and were making fun of the people coming in Spanish. Terrible people. Would not recommend. Department of Transportation for the City of Los Angeles needs to conduct an AUDIT!!!
I didn’t know that The Hell opened a new location on Earth. So these guys are their representatives. You can’t pay nothing online. You have to go to one location for pay and go to DIFFERENT location to pick up car. I’m surprised. Great business, I hope they will shut down their location soon.

The employees here were super nice, but it felt like being mugged by a friendly person. Our car was stolen and police located it at this lot. We came by that night and they said to come back next day (another $60 for another day). We waited over 3 hours at the gate for them to release our car, and were charged an extra $100 because it was a Sunday. No discount even though police reported it stolen, alright, but paying $435 to retrieve a stolen car feels predatory. Good luck to any poor future saps stuck in this situation
Although this place towed my truck and I had to pay some recovery fees the fees were very affordable the staff was very friendly. They were even able to work with me on a pickup day and some other things. I appreciate the clear communication a lot of times in the tow industry it's very cutthroat ruthless and people don't know how to be tasteful I'm glad I had the opportunity deal with a company that cares about their reputation and their clients!
Very dangerous driving on the roads. Cutting off cars jumping curbs just for fun chasing with another buddy of his same towing. Managers should have a talk with the drivers.
Broke down on side of the freeway in the early morning on my way home from work. I called at 2:45 am and was given a eta of 3:50am. Never received a confirmation call or text message. So I call back at 3:50am and was then told4:30am driver shows up and tells me he can’t take me home and he’ll take me to the next freeway exit because he’s the only driver working right now. I asked why he didn’t tell that to the aaa dispatch when he first got the call. And why not the second time when they called him to get a time of arrival of 4:30am. He said “do you have a problem “ like he was about to fight me. I asked him to leave.Crazy world, very unprofessional rude and aggressive manner. Will not ever use this company .
Illegal company that needs to be shut down …. Or investigated they towed my car and the guy did not want to tell me originally where my car was, they demanded 500 dollars cash only n claim that no credit cards allowed which is illegal to do in the state of California. At this time since I came to collect my car less than the hour it was towed legally by the state of California they should disclose the car n provide u with the ability to take the car at the law office rate. U need to call the law office and ask what the towing rate is and that’s what they need to charge and by law they have to take credit card

I ran out of gas in front of this business. I was willing to pay driver $10 a gallon which is what he quoted me. Driver had an emergency call and had to go. Instead, he gave me a gas can so I could walk a few block to gas station and get myself. What an awesome dude. Thank you! I’ll be sure to pay it forward.
Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. When I arrived at the towing yard, I was met by a woman at the front who was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t greet me, didn’t explain anything, and looked genuinely angry to even see me. Instead of explaining the process, she just demanded my ID, took it without a word, and walked off with it — I had no idea where she was going or what she was doing. I was left confused and uncomfortable. She eventually returned, still without any explanation, and handed me back my ID like she was doing me a favor. The whole experience felt disrespectful and chaotic.
Got my little Fiat to a place where it could get back to business, all while being professional and cool. Thank you!
I help a friend to take his car out becouse he didn t have license

They towed my car when my car shouldn’t have been towed to begin with! I parked in a parking lot in which I was a patron of one of the bars and they didn’t believe me even though I had a receipt. But they didn’t care of course cause they only cared about getting their money for the towing. ON TOP OF THAT.. they damaged the front of my car with a gaping hole on One side and a scratch on the other of the bumper which I realized only the day after since we picked up the car at night. They are absolutely horrible in every way and it seems like this is a common issue.
My car was towed less than 30 minutes on yoshinyahs lot. I talked to the security guard and he bragged about how he let someone stay on the lot for 2 hours and how he got my vehicle towed. I was the only black woman out there. I believe he doesn't like black people. The security company was unprofessional wouldn't give me their names or no name tags or the security company's name. Terrible customer service and unprofessional business.
I had an extremely negative experience with this towing company that I feel compelled to share. I’ve encountered several issues, but the most alarming was the unprofessional and discriminatory behavior I experienced. After my car was towed, I contacted the company and spoke with an employee who was threatening and evasive over the phone. When I arrived at the lot with police officers to document everything, the staff refused to release my vehicle, despite releasing cars to other customers that same day (January 5, 2025). The reason for this? The employee was unprofessional and argued with me, unable to respond to my direct questions. What made the situation even worse was the behavior of their supervisor, who made discriminatory comments without realizing I was a local resident of LA. It became clear that this company feels they can act with impunity, possibly due to a lack of accountability in the past. I am in the process of pursuing legal action for their refusal of service and discriminatory behavior. No one should be treated this way, and I will ensure this company faces appropriate consequences for their actions. I strongly advise anyone to be cautious when dealing with them. Also, even though I made a payment with Chase credit card, he did reverse card and pressured me to pay by cash because he didn’t like my signature. I paid $577 cash because didn’t have other option. Even police officers said “ a lot of people having issues specifically with his towing company”, also I will make sure to report to the IRS an FBI today about their activities to make sure they are audited
Thought my car was stolen until I checked the tracker I keep in it and saw it was towed. Mike was confrontational and harassed me to move as I attempted to document the damage to my car. Cost $514 to get my car back with scratches and dents. They also put my car up against a junk car such that I couldn't even get a good look at the passenger door area. If you're going anywhere near Hollywood just take an Uber and avoid the den of snakes that is this company.
The scammer in the photo is waiting under the hotel at 1201 S Hope St. I was delivering a BOTTLE of water to the 26th floor and while I was gone for 2 minutes he had already lifted my car. I parked opposite the lobby. I managed to leave the lobby but he had already lifted the car in a minute and demanded $275 cash or $500 after towing. I had to give him $275. Perhaps the employee at the hotel is in cahoots with him. I have a feeling that they are specifically waiting for food delivery people around the corner from this hotel.
