Very professional and trustworthy. I was referred to Jill and All American Towing by Matson Navigation Long Beach, and I'm very grateful they did. Her team was very helpful when a vehicle I was transporting (I'm an auto transport broker) to Matson for a client arrived non-running. Jill referred me to a very trustworthy mechanic that fixed the issue and was reasonable, and then redelivered the Toyota Carina to Matson. I'm very grateful for everything she did and treating me as she would want to be treated. I'd recommend All American Towing with full confidence. Thank you again!
Super friendly mom and pop owned towing company. I rented a uhaul from their location and it went very smoothly!
Best service hands down.
THANK GOD FOR JILL!! We had a crack in our windshield THE DAY it needed to be shipped. Matson gave us her contact and with help from International auto glass, was able to get the windshield replaced and car returned to Matson. They are 100% legit and trustable! Thank you again!!

Called and said I needed my car towed to the dealership because the transmission was down, and they were at the top of the search thanks to an ad payment. So I called. They said they were sending a driver on over. An hour later I called back for an ETA, since they’re literally <2 miles away from my address. Oh, the driver is still over half an hour away and I didn’t specify that I needed the car delivered when they were still open. I said that they didn’t tell me “I’m sending a driver over” meant eventually. Apparently the snarky woman on the phone decided it was my fault for not asking for clarification before she hung up on me. Embarrassingly unprofessional group. I’d be careful if you were considering them. Oh, and they also estimated about $85 “ish” for the tow, which turned into over $140 by the time they finally got here. So they aren’t just rude, they’re crooks.
Called at 3:35 pm, stuck on the side of the road. Got a quote for $29.95 pick up charge plus $7-10 a mile. The dispatcher said it will be between $135 and $185, but the final price is determined by the driver (???). So, 1 hour after the call, no sign of the tow truck driver. Called back to ask for the ETA and was told ~25 mins. One hour later the driver showed up with a child in the small truck cabin. 2 hours total of waiting time. Drove 14 miles to a repair shop, and then the driver started calling the manager to ask how much to charge. Then puts me on the phone with the said manager, and he tells me that it is going to be $235. When I questioned the charges, he said that I can pay $185 but I have to pay cash. I initially told the dispatcher that I only have $50 in cash and that I will be paying with a card. Then driver offer his "services" to drive me to an ATM. Google Ads paid services bring up the ratings of this company to 4+ stars. But please be aware that you will most likely be on the losing end with them. P.S. The tow truck was nothing like their pictured vehicles - it was like a 40 y.o. Ford F-150 that will probably need to be towed itself very soon.
They came in the time window they said they would. Price was good. Driver was quick and professional.
Was able to bring down the quote but my eta was 90 mins. 90 mins passed still no arrival. Called a 2nd time for a eta they said 20 mins . 20 mins passed still a no show. Called a 3rd time for eta they said 17 mins. 17 mins passed and still no arrival. They even put me on hold for a good 20 mins at some point while they were trying to get an eta. They still had the nerve to tell me that I would be charged a cancellation fee. I was waiting since 1ish pm and no one came here as waiting til 5pm til I called it quits. Careful with them could try to scam you
Love you guys amazing give me a great deal Towing my car to the shop I was mentally with money he said I can pay back on Friday it was amazing for like friendly highly recommended thank you guys

Great service. Great conversation. I’ll definitely use Long Beach Tow Again.
Horrible place and horrible customer service
Amazing Service from Long Beach Tow! Jack and Danny came out to help jump start my car, and they were absolutely great—quick, friendly, and professional. They arrived fast, explained everything clearly, and got me back on the road in no time. It’s not every day you meet people who are this reliable and courteous in stressful situations. Thank you both for turning a frustrating morning into a positive experience, as a single mom I can't thank you both enough! Highly recommend Long Beach Tow for anyone in need of roadside help.
Helpful, quick, affordable and great customer service. Thanks again Danny!
Fantastic and quick service!! Highly recommend!

I called these people and the price was good but the person on the other line did not take my phone number down correctly. The dispatcher did not repeat the phone number and hung up after telling me the ETA of the driver was 1 hr. An hour goes by and I call him. He tells me I have to wait another hour because I did not answer my phone. He tell tells me that I gave him my own phone number incorrectly. He then proceeds to yell at me and tells me that I need to wait another hour. When I try to tell him that it is not fair to me to wait an hour because of a mistake that wasn't on my part he continues to yell at me and hangs up the phone. Absolutely unprofessional dispatcher.
Levantaron mi carro, sin mi permiso y me sacaron casi $400 solo por dejarlo parado en Rojo por unos 25 min
Very rude ! They talk to you as if you are a dog very unprofessional. Manager cursed at me . Towed my car out of my building on Christmas morning and said the price was $438 and it goes up $78 each day. Didnt tell me after the 3rd day he put a lien on it. Total is $740 from the 25th to the 28th.
10/10 service. The only people who helped us during 3 hours of being stuck at night with a flat tire. Once we found their number, their service was quick, professional and affordable.
Unacceptable and predatory practices of A&A Towing. This company has consistently demonstrated extreme unprofessionalism and harassment toward residents of Scottsdale Townhomes, violating the association’s emergency parking rules and wrongfully towing vehicles—forcing residents to pay unjust "drop fees." I urge an immediate review of this company’s practices and their contract with the association. Residents deserve fair treatment, not intimidation. Consider this a formal warning about their misconduct.

Horrible service.
Very good service and fast
A driver of a Beach City tow truck demonstrated an exceptional level of incompetence and/or apathy today on highway 74. The tow truck was holding up at least 20 cars, well more than state law allows. The driver must have not known the law, not checked their mirrors for miles and miles, or just didn't care. In any case, the driver didn't do what they should've, which is pull over and let faster vehicles (tow truck was doing about 10 below the speed limit) by on a single lane road with multiple designated safe turnouts available.
Will they towed my SUV away because I couldn't afford to pay my parking tickets and my regestration was past due,iv been sleeping in my car for 2years now and of course I can't afford to get it out,so now I'm literally living in the streets which is not good because have a serious heart problem and winter know and I will be lucky if I live thru winter outside,iv never had to live outside before
They work with the city, so that's mean they are a private tow company, and also is so expensive .. look for more options.. this one is not good..

Dont understand how they can tow someones car and then not have someone available during the day on the weekends to pick up their vehicle. This is very unprofessional and inconvenient to do to anyone. I was appalled when i heard they wouldnt have no one in their office until 9:30pm. Very unprofessional, this business needs to be looked into on a business level.
Dr. Hooks Towing, towed my friends vehicle for being parked illegally, they towed it 7 miles to their yard, less than 24 hours she went and got it out, these thieves charged her $450.00. The going rate generally is around $250.00. What makes me so mad is that my friend is low income, she probably won't be able to pay all her rent next month because of their predatory ways. I'm calling the Better Business Bureau on them and any other organization that deals with gouging. Shame on you Dr. Hook. I think you need to change your company's name to Dr. Crooks Towing!
They towed and did damage to my car they refused to give me their insurance company which was easy to find this place will be shut down very soon i am working on that if they tow your car report any damages to the authorities and sue them for all extra fees
I was wrongfully towed. These crooks are money hungry and have zero ethics. See you in court.
